"Robber," said Lt Harry Bird to begin my day in the living room this morning after continuous abuse last night and this morning. Nothing new. The surveillance technology is used to engage in continuous verbal abuse as a torture interrogation method both he and BS accomplish continuously. This has been going on for five years and ten months 24/7 adding to the previous 2.5 years which had been underway since August 1998 led by BS when he arrived in February 2001. Everyone has participated, and everyone knows about it. Everyone knows where they are located and go right to them whenever necessary. This has involved hundreds of people and all organisations of government. No one stops the torture. There is no democratic rule of law. All its institutions have been abolished by this abuse of surveillance technology. This is a tyranny, and the tyrant rules absolute taking power and the law into his/her own hands willingly and knowingly allowed by the government and all departments and agencies of government involved. Is this what bringing in the private sector really means?

"What are we going to do about it," asks Lt Harry Bird after I wrote the above. Lt Harry Bird recently claimed that he had been promoted. Evidently, he is being rewarded for his extensive criminal vigilante behaviour to which he is obsessively dedicated 24/7. This is the wave of the future where the no-hopers and incompetents without any ability, education, training or experience are given power to crush and destroy just as occurred in Nazi Germany starting in March 1933. Those who had nothing were assured of power through loyalty and carrying out orders especially to suppress and maintain control on behalf of the Third Reich. One of these turned up in every village and town to rule while the Gestapo and SS grew and took over power. Dachau began in March 1933. Today that concentration camp for imprisonment, torture and medical experimentation is portable with the use of this surveillance technology.

After I finished the above, it was BS's turn to say "What are we going to do?" They work in tandem as a pair of fraudsters carrying out a massive hoax based upon a smear and fear campaign driven by surveillance technology. Imagine for a moment someone being able to force you to hear everything they say second-by-second around the clock with the use of what the US Army calls Voice-to-Skull (V2K) sound transmission technology? "He's out of his mind," says BS after I wrote the preceding statement. This is how they try to hide the reality of what they are doing by attacking the target/victim (me) when I describe accurately and precisely what is happening. Their problem is that everyone knows what I report is accurate, and this technology has been around for decades.

BBC One's Spooks TV programme recently featured using an implant behind the ear to carry out this type of communication with one of its agents who was on a mission. They showed the implant process and its usage until she was discovered as a hostage. The difference between TV and reality is that implants are no longer needed and have been obsolete for many years. When S2K started against me in February 2001 while I was taking a bath early one morning with the continuous diatribe from Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird, they were not using implants and never have. They can transmit sound to me wherever I am located by satellite communications and have used it as a continuous torture interrogation method for all these almost six years.

When the S2K first started, I knew it was real and just patiently waited to figure out what was going on. I could even hear them when underwater in the bathtub. Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird were trying to "spook" me, but they only gave me more information to use. This was especially true of BS. These people had such big blabber mouths and the need to impress that I learned everything they were doing. On top of this I already had 2.5 years of 24/7 surveillance technology abuse from scores of people and multiple kinds of technology, so I was well prepared for anything new and just took it in stride waiting to figure out what was happening this time.

I do believe that if this is done to someone without the kind of abuse background I had already experienced, it could easily make a devastating impact on that target/victim. Fortunately, this was not the case with me, and I was able to properly assess and understand all aspects of this surveillance technology that Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird began using in February 2001 over the subsequent months. Their egos and sadistic personalities ensured that I was fully and completely informed about all that was happening.

BS screeches after the above, and Lt Harry Bird says "[We've got to] stop him!" If it is all in my mind,or I am out of my mind, why do they feel the need to "stop him?"

"We'll petition him," said Lt Harry Bird again after I wrote the above. That's interesting. Who? What about? See how much they start to give away. Eventually they will wind up giving it all away. It's part of the need from their demented, sadistic character to maintain absolute power. There is nothing legitimate about this use of surveillance technology. It's sole purpose is power and control in order to destroy human activity.

Aren't you happy that you live in the free democratic state of the United Kingdom with all of its cherished values and standards? This same activity is prevalent in other western democracies throughout the world. The question arises as to exactly what does Tony Blair mean when he insists that foreign arrivals "conform" to the British way? Are they to bow down and lick boots on command, or are they entitled to freedom of thought and expression that is free from continuous state interference and destruction from the use of surveillance technology?

I recently saw a BBC documentary about a youth who was driven to seek psychiatric help because he was hearing voices. He described these voices as including some from his friends. He also had a problem with smoking marijuana. It is entirely possible that S2K is being used as a means of social control to drive people into psychiatric care by creating an illusion of mental illness in order to treat what is considered to be socially unacceptable behaviour. I "know" this is the situation with me as can be seen by the false allegation made by BS above when I was writing this description of the abuse of surveillance technology.

However, in my situation there is the concerted effort to stop me from reporting antisocial and criminal behaviour which is not only legitimate but essential to a democratic society. In this tenant management environment image control is far more important than reporting and dealing with these serious problems. That is, those in power wish to keep that power. It's power for its own sake. This is Fascism and not democracy.

That is the essence of the corruption which permeates this environment. This reporting I've carried out and continue to carry out has been attacked all these years with the use of surveillance technology in the hands of the antisocial and criminal types supported by tenant management, the police, social services initially, the NHS and the local and central government. They have all dug such a deep hole that they are hopelessly entangled in their own web of deceit. They seek my destruction to cover up this catastrophe.

There will have to be a complete revision to the approach of dealing with people who hear voices since this can be electronically induced from an external source and may not be "in the mind" at all. Such hearing cannot be considered to be a mental illness until carefully determined as such. Further, as in my situation, this surveillance technology is used to create a mental health problem and/or breakdown by continuous abuse that goes on literally nonstop 24/7.

This has not occurred although there are continuous representations that I am "potty," "psychotic" and/or "broken down." It is all nonsense but part of the effort to create such an illusion by those with the surveillance technology who seek to destroy human activity. This is extensive criminal activity knowingly supported by the police, NHS, tenant management and local and central government for all these eight years and four months since inception in August 1998. They have all got much to hide.

Tue Dec 12 11:28:14 GMT 2006: Having just returned to the living room, I heard a couple males saying "We'll have to take him out" and "All right" as I went into the bedroom a moment ago. This came in through my front door from the public Walkway outside. I get these kinds of verbal abuses frequently from any number of different people. I take this with a grain of salt although I document each instance for the record. This constitutes criminal harassment since it induces fear of violence.

It either means an assassination or my forced/violent removal from my home. I've been getting these all day and night 24/7 thoughout these years, and they occur when I write an accurate description of what is happening such as I've done above. It's an effort to intimidate. It does no good since so many people (hundreds) know by first hand participation all that has happened along with the nature of the surveillance technology. Braggart show off Lt Harry Bird made certain of that along with all those associated with the child abuser BS. Word has spread throughout this nation.

2. Fly tipping at the recycle Blue Bins out front is part of a long term problem. What cannot be seen is the fly tipped rubbish hidden at the right end.

3. Chronic Sleep Deprivation Generated by External Noises: Tuesday, 12th December 2006. Here are five hours of sleep in six segments between 2:00 and 8:00 am with an extraordinary disruption between 7:00 and 8:00 am.

The following is a transcript from a small digital recorder (PR) that I use during the night to note each time I wake and what happened. It only has a 33 minute capacity before it has to be uploaded. Usually, it will last a night. I shouldn't even have to use it, but it's necessary given the abuse carried out against me. I have had to upload it as many as three times indicating that about 100 minutes were recorded during the night on occasion recently. This night did not have so much note taking, but it was devastating nonetheless. I've already demonstrated why I cannot go to bed early due to the excessive noises which come from the flat below from time to time. Here they erupt as usual between 7 and 8 am after a night of abuse.

The daughter of the tenant of the flat below, BS, is the one using the surveillance technology as she has done for eight years and four months 24/7 starting with access to it and progressing to operational control. Her verbal abuse is noted especially the three false allegations about an ejaculation at the beginning middle and end. These false allegations are continuous 24/7 and are used because they create a dillemma: I'm damned if I don't say anything about them and damned if I do.

This is the double bind ploy from the game player reflecting fundamentally dishonest behaviour. If you continuously put a child in a double bind situation like this, mental health problems will inevitably result. An emotionally disturbed adult will produce an emotionally disturbed child by this method. It's characteristic of the child abuser. If this is done to an adult, nothing will happen in most cases although the intention is to create mental health problems with overall abuse like this carried out 24/7 nonstop as has been done for many years in my situation.

It has failed completely because I understood clearly exactly what was being done from the start and addressed the source of the problem appropriately as I am doing here. The real problem is with all those who come flocking along to watch this take place hoping to witness the destruction of a human being by the local bullies from the use of surveillance technology. Even worse are those in authority who think such abuse is appropriate and supervise and/or sanction its use. They take a sadistic pleasure in watching and make no effort to stop this torture for it is cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.

I have little choice but to note these false allegations here along with all the other activity. Ideally, it would be preferable to ignore sadistic bullies like these, but they use surveillance technology which makes that impossible. These false allegations resound everywhere from other people and are maintained by BS and Lt Harry Bird with an hysterical fervor that matches and reveals the emotional disturbance of each of them.

The noises from the flat below my bedroom between 7 and 8 am are deliberate and accelerate building to a crescendo by the time these people leave. They then make excessive door noises that can be nothing but deliberate. A week ago yesterday the door below was slammed four times with very loud thuds, hits and thumps under the bedroom in between. Some of these this morning are so loud that they were recorded on the PR. In order to prove that the allegations against me are false I also record the entire night straight through on a digital voice voice recorder and film my sleep with a camorder which also films a digital radio controlled clock and the sound level meter. There is no doubt whatsoever that the allegations by BS are false.

It's this combination of activity which creates the overall chronic sleep deprivation each night. Those making the noises either maintain a false innocence or try to blame the noises they make on. Again, the recording devices prove any such allegation to be false. There is a significant pattern to this activity in that it has escalated from the beginning of December for what I believe are a a couple reasons: 1) documented antisocial behaviour reported before 1st December; and 2) the direct involvement once again of a child in this stalking and harassment activity which I was able to accidently document with hard evidence on 1st December. Every effort is being made to stop me from processing this information as I've already described.

The process of transcribing this small bit of verbal note taking today was met with intense and continuous abuse from Lt Harry Bird and BS who did not want me to write it out or publish it here. That again is another layer of abuse just like that shown below. They use the surveillance technology to determine everything I do and then mount as intense a personal abuse campaign as they can to try to stop me by any means possible at their disposal.

With five hours sleep like this and continuous abuse throughout the day it is difficult to get everything I want to do accomplished which they know only too well. It is imperative that I always document what they are doing so that I can describe it in the future. Without such detailed information as transcribed below, an appreciation for what is being done would be impossible. As it is, they make every effort to discredit it despite the fact that there are three sources of independent media verification including a video with is sound recording.

Unless I can obtain independent verification about what is being done, it will be denied. Thus, I cannot address the problem without a comprehensive and complete set of irrefutable evidence.

01:50:25 “It doesn’t matter,” said a male. It doesn’t matter at all. Don’t’ worry about it. Nothing matters. These people haven’t figured out the truth yet. They won’t get it, but that’s their problem.

01:55:10 “Oooooh, He’s come. Right now,” screeched BS. Keeping up the torture activity eight and a half years of it 24/7. She’s having a grand sadistic time. This is her religion. She’s devoted to it. She doesn’t have anything else.

01:56:48 “Terrible sound,” said a male. Somebody’s running a vehicle outside, but he’s probably talking about something else. Whatever it is doesn’t matter. These are hopeless people. Imagine living like this. It’s terrible for them. It’s not a life. [I’m referring to those using the surveillance technology 24/7 for all these years mainly BS and Lt Harry Bird. They have never done anything else, and BS has been at it 24/7 for over eight years since August 1998. I just carry on with my life as best I can and use it to an advantage for a multidimensional research project. It has produced an invaluable experience for me.]

06:04:58 Turned onto my right side. “I don’t want to apologise if . . . [it's a survey situation].” said a female. Dream about shopping mall sales with horses. This statement was part of my dream but believe that it came from an external source. Hearing is not affected by sleep for biological survival reasons and gets incorporated into dreams often usually at wake up. Right side; back to sleep.

07:06:27 Woke on my back. Another dream. Making noises already. Into the bathroom. “You took mine,” said a male. BS screech roars “Aaaaaaah.”

07:11:06 Foot stomping below; three of them: boom, boom; boom. You know how it is: take off on Monday and back on Tuesday. Tuesdays, Thursdays and the weekends. Sounds like visiting doesn’t it? Roll onto my right side.

07:17:34 Furniture scrape noises from below. Too bad these people don’t have a carpet.

07:21:33 Get up and take a stroll. Into the living room: 14 minutes left on the PR. Into the kitchen to check outside. It’s all clear outside. Cold this morning. There goes BS “Potty as hell,” as I climb onto the bed. She would wouldn’t she.

07:24:07 She so full of hatred that she’s gotta hit all the time. Onto my left side again for starters.

07:24:48 Loud hit from below. But you see now I know . . . 14 minutes left on the PR. Good, good. [Due to the excessive noises during this hour, I have to make certain there is enough recording time left on the PR.]

07:30:51 Hard loud door slam nearby. Rattles the place. That was followed by a double thud from below: And, a vigilante says “How marvelous.”

07:32:29 Another hard loud door slam from below. Onto my right side. Continuing disturbances here from nearby not below.

07:38:31 OK here goes this female now yakking away. I was dozing off just beginning to go to sleep. She wakes me. Slight noise from below. [Loud thud heard on the recording here.] Another loud thud from below. Double thud from below. All the time I’m on my right side totally motionless in full view of the camcorder.

07:40:01 BS says “He’s potty as hell.” Still on my right side. Oh, wow. . . . . She really likes to abuse.

07:57:47 Door slam below before this. Very loud noises right under the bed waking me up. I was sound asleep. Just before somebody left made lots of noises and slammed the door. Now, this didn’t exist yesterday. What’s there to mediate here? Never existed – nuisance noises. Two more hits from below.

08:00:01 . . . outside. Sounds like the vigilantes having a good time. “What did he do?” or “What did you do?” from one of them.
