  • Warnings over child snatch bids. Two young girls in Birmingham have managed to escape possible kidnapping from the street in Birmingham by a different man in each instance.
  • Pair guilty of litter row killing. Addressing antisocial behaviour results in the death of a 23-year-old man who hit his head on the pavement after being struck. He never regained consciousness from the ensuing coma and died eight days later. Head injuries are quite serious and potentially fatal but no one guards against them.
  • Man jailed for murdering baby son. Did anyone hear the cries of this infant during its eight weeks of life? What would have happened if someone had reported what sounded like child abuse? They found old and new injuries after the infant died.

1. Warnings over child snatch bids. Two young girls subjected to attempted kidnapping from the street by two different men at different times and locations in Birmingham. This reflects how bold and dangerous those who threaten children can be. It is stunning that this happens like this and has to be frightening for the entire UK especially considering my experience during the past decade after reporting child abuse.

Warnings over child snatch bids

Highclare School, Birmingham
The 12-year-old had been dropped off at Highclare School

Police have issued a warning to parents and children after a 12-year-old girl was abducted and an attempt was made to snatch a nine-year-old in Birmingham.

The incidents, within a day of each other and involving different men in dark green cars, are not being linked.

On Sunday in Alum Rock a man, described as Asian, tried to get the nine-year- old girl into his car but she ran away.

The second girl was pulled into a car by a white man as she went to school in Erdington. She escaped unharmed later.

West Midlands Police said officers were warning youngsters to be careful when walking around on their own.

2. Who gave surveillance technology to the child abusers?. My experience during the past decade after reporting child abuse in May 1998 should be alarming to everyone but especially parents as I explain in the following Email to BBC News24. It's especially alarming that the child abusers have been allowed to turn the standards in the community upside down.

To think that there are two different guys (an Asian and a while) trying to kidnap girls off the street in Birmingham really drives home the problem of child abuse and how important it is to get those who abuse children properly identified and subject to proper legal intervention.

It's a terrible, terrible thing to have reported child abuse as I have done only to have that family group and other violent personalities given surveillance technology against me the person who reported that child abuse.

This means that the child abusers are free to do as they please while the innocent, honest and decent person who reports the problem is vilified and subject to intense abuse indefinitely as has occurred so far now for almost a decade to me.

This distracts the real effort away from criminals of all kinds but especially child abusers and terrorists since I am continuously the target for these false allegations from those using the surveillance technology.

In the meantime these violent child abusers and other real threats to the community are free to carry on with their violence including allowing others to go undetected and flourish as threats to children.

It's a terrible, terrible thing to see two young girls subjected to this kind of violence. One has to wonder, however, about those in authority who give surveillance technology to child abusers to carry out violent abuse against the person who reported their abuse.

3. Detectives profile Shannon's DNA. The two girls noted above in the first item managed to get away from abductors, but Shannon Matthews remains missing having not reached home from her afterschool activities over a week ago. Perhaps she was not as fortunate as the two Birmingham girls who got away from those who tried to kidnap them.

Shannon has not been seen since 19 February

Police have gathered a full DNA profile of missing schoolgirl Shannon Matthews which will be used to search places she may have been since her disappearance.

Detectives said the profile, along with her fingerprints, had been pieced together from personal items including schoolbooks owned by the nine-year-old.

Det Supt Andy Brennan made a fresh appeal to the community on Tuesday.

Shannon was last seen on 19 February on her way home from Westmoor Junior School in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

More than 200 officers and 60 detectives are involved in the investigation which Mr Brennan said amounted to 10% of West Yorkshire Police's operational strength.

Sniffer dogs have been used to search more than 500 homes in Dewsbury and detectives have also questioned known sex offenders in the area.

4. Pair guilty of litter row killing. Head injures are extremely dangerous and can be fatal. Here's a situation where a couple guys tossed a candy wrapper with a bit of candy into an auto. The guy inside got out and remonstrated with the "litter bugs." A knife was pulled against him. He was hit and struck his head on the pavement as he fell. Would you say something to a "litter bug?"

There are a group of youths who come to this area under my windows to inline skate jump at the narrow entrance to the Lancaster West Estate there. The fence is just the right height to jump onto and slide along its length going off the end. There is a convenient approach and take off area. My first concern is that this is highly dangerous for those involved. They do not wear any safety equipment: helmets, elbow or knee pads for starters. They are at serious risk from head injury. Accidents are inevitable in this kind of activity.

I published the films of them doing this on YouTube to make this antisocial behaviour generally known with its risk to those carrying it out and to those using the narrow entrance/exit to the Estate. They had been doing this for at least a couple years, and earlier communications to those in various positions had no effect. The significant risk to those engaging in inline skate jumping went on.

Those doing this could not understand that they were putting themselves at risk. Here's an example of a guy who just struck his head in a fall and died. It doesn't take very much, but the antisocial behaviour types here attacked me with extreme verbal abuse because I had tried to stop them endangering their own lives as well as those of others. They could not see this nor could they see and understand that they were on private property, under the windows of the homes of others creating a serious noise nuisance as well as blocking the narrow entrance/exit to the Estate. It also encourages smaller children to imitate this antisocial behaviour.

They felt that they had the right to do as they pleased. Due to the fact that some of those present were verbally abusive and threatening physical violence, any personal confrontation was out of the question. Publishing their antisocial behaviour on YouTube with its abuse and risks was the best way to go. This will enable all those in positions of authority to look at what is being done and assess its risks and impact by explicit activities which show these to be extreme and excessive. It will also serve to identify those involved.

These are young people who have to be guided along a method for doing things that does not put themselves at risk while allowing them to carry on with their inline skate jumping in a manner and place where risk is minimal and the lives of others are not impacted. They just do not understand the risks from a head injury. For this it is necessary to intervene to make certain that this does not occur as it did in this case described in the article below or to the woman who clung to her purse while it was being snatched when she was on the back of a bus on Kensington Church Street. She fell off, struck her head on the kerb and died a few days later in hospital.

Those who do not learn properly as they are growing up need to be guided in a proper direction so that they do not put themselves or others at risk. Anyone coming onto private property from elsewhere does not have the right to behave in any manner that suits themselves, and they most certainly do not have the right to abuse anyone who makes an effort to preserve and protect their lives and the lives of others in a proper manner. As can be seen here, a "have a go" guy got killed. He died within days of Mr Dearlove who was kicked to death by a gang of vandals when he went out to confront them over the vandalism of his wife's car.

The smart option, I believe, is to film this antisocial behaviour and make the film public so that all those in positions of authority can see exactly what is happening and take the necessary steps to address it properly. Those carrying out such antisocial behaviour putting themselves and others at risk may not like being filmed, but after all they are on private property under the windows of the homes of other people at a point where many people use a narrow entrance and exit.

And, let us not forget the damage to the property that ensues from such behaviour. Who will pay for that damage? With a film of the participants they can be identified and held responsible for what happens. It's the best option to solve a serious problem without running any further risk of injury to anyone.

Those using the surveillance technology who attack me for addressing these antisocial behaviour problems are simply trying to preserve and protect their own antisocial and criminal behaviour by creating such a standard in this environment. They are the ones who are constantly threatening me with injury and death while they carry on with the lethal use of surveillance technology. They behave just like the youths engaged in antisocial behaviour and make every effort to keep them doing it because they want to exploit them for their own criminal objectives.

Pair guilty of litter row killing

Evren Anil
Evren Anil died from a head injury eight days after the incident

Two teenagers have admitted killing a man in a row over litter.

Evren Anil was threatened with a knife and punched when confronting one of the youths who threw a half-eaten chocolate bar through his sister's car window.

Mr Anil, 23, hit his head on the pavement during the row in Crystal Palace, south-east London, last August, and died eight days later.

The youths, aged 16 and 17, who cannot be named, pleaded guilty to manslaughter at the Old Bailey.

They were remanded in custody and will be sentenced on 4 April.

Mr Anil, of Upper Norwood, south-east London, suffered head injuries and fell into a coma when he was attacked on 5 August, 2007.

He was with his 26-year-old sister Elif, who was driving the car, when teenagers threw rubbish through an open window as they waited at traffic lights.

5. Man jailed for murdering baby son. Cries Unheard is the title of Gita Sereny's 1998 book about what really happened to Mary Flora Bell who was abused by her mother in the extreme. Her experience was so traumatic and suppressed that she went on to kill two younger boys while she was still very young herself at the age of eleven. She only told the truth of her experience as a child after her mother had died.

The question I ask here is whether or not anyone heard the cries of this infant being abused during its short life of some eight weeks? The second part of that question is what would have happened if someone heard the cries of the infant, suspected abuse and reported it? I did this, and the child abusers were given access to surveillance technology to use against me as a weapon to attempt to block further reporting and discredit what I had already reported. They are still at it almost a decade later using the surveillance technology to attack me continuously 24/7 inside my own home or wherever I go.

Would anyone report child abuse if they thought that this would be the outcome of alerting the authorities to child abuse? Child abusers destroy the lives of children and sometimes do that literally as this father did as described in the article below. They have no compunction against turning that same violence against anyone who reports their child abuse, and their behaviour can be so extreme that it is unbelievable. Well, anyone who would abuse a child engages in behaviour that is incomprehensible in the first place.

This risk to anyone who reports child abuse must be addressed in a manner that will protect those who report child abuse if the number of deaths such as occurred as described below are to be reduced. As it is now in my direct experience the number of victims of the child abusers multiplies almost geometrically.

Man jailed for murdering baby son

Michael Burridge
Michael Burridge's family said they were worried about his behaviour

A man from Devon who killed his eight-week-old son by shaking him to death has been jailed for life.

Michael Burridge, 28, from Tavistock, was looking after his son, Rees, when his wife Donna went out shopping on 30 September 2006.

He took Rees to hospital where medics said the baby was "blue and lifeless". He died two days later.

The former soldier, who denied murder, was told at Plymouth Crown Court he must serve at least 13 years.

Burridge, a milkman, tried to present himself as a caring father to the jury during the seven-day trial.

6. Further comments on House and Munchausen. Yesterday I left off my House discussion with a comment about an Emory University Medical School graduate who did his internship at New York Hospital. I want to elaborate upon that along with blending in the current presence of the "A" Team of so-called mental health professionals from Barlby Road as part of the NWCL. I especially want to note one of them who said "He doesn't have any clinical experience" and another who said "I won't support this" while watching a particular episode of House which I shall describe. These all blend together as part of the Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome (MBPS) to which I am subjected as a result of these NHS mental health professionals perversions.

Some 45 years ago or so, a friend of mine had a neighbour who had done his internship at New York Hospital. He had graduated at or near the top of his University of Texas (Galveston) Medical School class. New York Hospital is the top choice for those graduating with distinction. It is a sought after teaching hospital to learn medicine. Cornell University Medical School is located there too.

Since Emory University is well known for its biological science and medical research and education, the subject came up from my friend when she was talking with her neighbour. I had attended a divison of Emory University for three years. He replied that there was a guy doing his internship at New York Hospital while he was there who had graduated from Emory's Medical School. However, he described his activity as not consistent with that of the other interns.

It seems that this guy from Emory's Medical School would walk into the clinic where some 500 or so people were waiting and survey the group. After a while, he would select one of those waiting and then spend a long time with this person. The guy from Texas asked him how he was going to learn medicine if he didn't see a large number of the patients waiting for care in the clinic. He went on to add that the only way to learn medicine was to see as many people as possible in order to get as broad exposure as possible to many problems and diseases.

Interns had to pass their exams and board certifications and so on, so that this learning process of very important. He never did supply an answer as I recall, and I did not need one. I knew what he was doing and why realising that he was learning medicine in the best way possible as I saw it. He would eliminate all the phonies and those pretending to have problems and look for the interesting cases with whom he then did a very thorough job.

My education at Emory and what occurred in the overall education for everyone was a process where people were taught to think. There was not a massive information processing and demand for accumulating knowledge although this did exist in certain areas especially science, biology and medicine where this was necessary along with the process of thinking. In fact, Emory tried to educate medical doctors who had a broad educational base and an understanding which encompassed humanities as well as science, or so the catalogue said, in order to develop the whole person as a doctor.

In order to think one has to spend time and be thorough with a subject which was in this case the patients while exploring all aspects of problems. The thought process takes time, considerable time. I recall reading about a psychiatrist who had not come up with a solution to a problem for years because she was still thinking about it while exploring its manifestations and likely causes. One has to work within the limits of existing knowledge and realise what is known and unknown. That takes a thought process. This is what this guy from Emory's Medical School appeared to be doing at New York Hospital which I could infer from my own experience at a division of Emory Univerity.

I find many similarities to what Gregory House, M.D., the fictional character, is doing and this approach to practising medicine. House is always swapping his clinically duties out to someone else. He does not want to do clinic work. He seeks the patients who have serious problems. He leaves the clinic to others as much as he can. In last night's episode, though, he was demoted over a disciplinary problem so that the character Eric Foreman, M.D., took over this department. Thus, House was doing routine clinical work and the basic work on the patients "his" team had under their care. Even the administration he had let go for a year was brought up-to-date by Eric Foreman.

House is a character, a maverick. I would not call him antisocial as the Radio Times does. He spends his time thinking about what he is doing and not running around in a flurry of activity seeing 50 people in a day suffering from the common cold. This is how he learns medicine, and his fictional character knows his medicine. He didn't learn it by doing the same thing over and over. He learned it by probing deeply into a variety of conditions while reading the literature which comes through in his knowledge. Trying to attract the attention of House is a major element of this drama series.

One of the amusing aspects of the programme is that House watches soaps (medical soaps at that which I take as a spoof on himself and this programme itself) on TV in the afternoon relaxing in an unused patient's bed or his office. His dress is unconventional, and he refuses to wear the required jacket. He frees up his thinking process by going to a demolition derby of sorts with huge vehicles or watching them on TV as occurred in last night's programme which also started and ended with him in an OTB (Off Track Betting) parlour where he met his Munchausen patient to be who collapsed in convulsions.

Another episode began outside his home with a potential patient stalking him to get him to take him on as a patient. The number next to House's door was 221B which is the fictional address for Sherlock Holmes at 221B Baker Street. This is near Regents Park just north of Marylebone Road. 221B doesn't actually exists as an address there, but someone has created a small shop with this address or at least this existed when I worked nearby on Dorset Square in 1991. This is a terrific homage to the detective created by Arther Conan Doyle (also a medical doctor) who relied upon science and deductive logic/reasoning to solve his crimes as House does as a medical diagnostician.

When one of these supposed medical professionals surrounding me with their surveillance technology abuse says "He doesn't have any clinical experience" (talking about me?) as occurred not many nights ago here when he was trying to criticise me, I just rejected this statement as coming from a drudge who has spent his time looking at dripping noses all day and not actually learning and practising medicine. If he had, he would have rejected out of hand this dirty data creation from those using the surveillance technology (along with himself) and rejected the whole process as phony and meaningless.

I don't care about what someone might have accumulated as superficial knowledge and how many people he has seen in a clinic or that he uses drugs immediately to wipe out people based upon a superficial interview. These are not the people who are actually practising medicine, and they are doing a great deal of harm as I have directly witnessed in the past decade. Nurses can check on running noses for goodness sake. Any fool can prescribe drugs to wipe someone out and then manufacture whatever condition they want with a comatose patient.

These kinds of people also tend to be abusive and control oriented. If you have the misfortune to experience one of them as I did with Richard Evans, MD, who tried to tell me what word to use when I was expressing myself so that I might match the crude language of the street hereabout, you will find out quickly that they seek to crush other people in order to dominate and control them.

No one in my life has ever interrupted me to change a word that I had used to one that he wanted to hear instead. Imagine telling someone else how to speak like that. Correcting a mispronunciation, yes, but never the use of language to a more crude usage. This man was and is a crude, rude brute.

It was he who wanted to wipe me out with medication without any diagnosis or evaluation. It has been he who has spent an extraordinary amount of time participating in the surveillance technology abuse against me and instituting the surreptitious medication of me outside a hospital environment without my consent which is unlawful and criminal in this context.

I am interested only in the very careful and thorough understanding of this whole situation based upon an accumulation of as many of the facts as possible in order to get the judgement and its conclusion(s) right for the right reason(s). This does not take clinical experience which might very well be a hindrance and is certainly no help.

The great difference between me and others is that I observe all that is happening continuously while others arrive for short periods of time, have one point from which to observe and are deliberately misled by Lt Harry Bird, BS and others as best they can by manufacturing allegations. Anyone who does not go along with them is undercut, undermined and attacked. Either these people must agree to a fantasy, or they will be driven away.

So my collection of data has to do with the whole and all that is happening to fully understand what is taking place. No one else is doing this. No one else is here to do it except for Lt Harry Bird and BS, but they are deliberately faking everything, engaging in continuous negative verbal abuse and creating dirty data upon which they want everyone else to rely. This is why I found this episode of House entitle Deception so enjoyable.

People fake it for their own corrupt self interest, and that is what Munchausen is all about.

And then there was the House episode where he neutralised a toxic chemical taken by a patient who had come from death row in a prison. He got him to drink whiskey with him until he had enough of the grain alcohol in his patient's blood to neutralise the copier fluid he drank while in a prison isolation room which happened to be a store room. He also found out why he behaved in the violent manner he did which resulted in the death of others for which he was to be executed. He cured him of that too with little effect on his life however since he went back to death row although Foreman was going to testify on his behalf.

While I was watching this particular programme at the time House popped out the bottle of whiskey and preceded to get drunk with his patient, another of these so-called medical health professionals again participating in the surveillance technology abuse yelled "I'm not supporting this." He was rejecting this fictional creation with respect to a most unconventional practise of medicine (that saved the patient's life) while I was watching it.

He was condemning both the programme and me for watching and thoroughly enjoying this very unorthodox approach to healing. I wonder if he took a look at himself in the mirror to see what he was doing with the surveillance technology causing a great deal of harm in the community 24/7 by carrying out unlawful and criminal acts? This is watching television by proxy or a reasonable facsimile thereof with the same corrupt self interest need to dominate and control what others are doing in accordance with his own authoritarian demands for obedience. This is what telling people what words to use really means.
