  • Man claims abuse at Jersey home. This was an extraordinary interview broadcast on BBC News24 about one person's experience at Haut de la Garenne in Jersey during the 1960s. Some of that information is in a BBC News web site article here.
  • Abused under threat of death for compliance. The disposition to such extreme and brutally violent behaviour is wide spread providing the necessary means to attack what the victim will described to discredit that truth and continue with more of the same kind of abuse.
  • Drugged, beaten and raped. I forgot about the all important "drugged" in an earlier Email. It was so important that I wanted to emphasise it in this separate Email.

1. Man claims abuse at Jersey home. Carl Denning found himself in care at the Haut de la Garenne which turned out to be anything but care. Today there are those who still use "Duty of Care" as a means to cover up their real activity. The title of Alice Miller's books For Your Own Good and Thou Shalt Not Be Aware sums this duplicity and doublethink nicely. Carl Denning's brief account is mind numbing when one begins to consider the extent of the abuse overall.

Man claims abuse at Jersey home

Carl Denning said he was chased away after discovering a cellar

An ex-resident of the former care home in Jersey at the centre of child abuse allegations said he and other boys "were being groomed by paedophiles".

Carl Denning, 49, from Gwynedd, arrived at Haut de la Garenne in 1964 at the age of six and said he quickly found he was "getting messed around with".

He said at one point he stumbled upon a cellar and was chased off by someone he had never met before.

Some 160 people have now come forward claiming they were abused at the home.

Officers are searching the property for human remains after the discovery of a child's skull on Saturday.

The inquiry into the allegations stretches over 40 years.

2. Abused under threat of death for compliance. After I saw the broadcast interview with Carl Denning which was run repeatedly on BBC News24 throughout the day, I sent this Email to them. His reference to "suicide" for some of those who went into solitary confinement and were never seen again sounds very much like a cover up to probable murder frequently used by the police in third world, torture countries like Iraq.

At one point he claimed in the broadcast interview that he was threatened with death while ill in the infirmary if he did not comply with sexual demands to be performed with another boy. That is the extreme of abuse carried out by those who have a double burden from a duty to care not only in the home itself but in the infirmary for treating illness as well.

I wrote the following Email to once again describe adult abuse using these methods in the same way by those who have a "duty to care." No amount of reporting by an adult in my situation has been able to change this abuse against me for almost a decade. It is easy for me to understand how such widespread abuse can be covered up for so long as I briefly note below.

Carl Denning reported [in the broadcast BBC News24 interview] being threatened with solitary confinement for going near the basement area and referred to "suicide" of those who were kept in solitary.

Earlier today your reporter referred to "beatings and rape."

This is an horrendous situation coming to light in Jersey. It is unbelievable that children were held in dungeons and subjected to such abuse, but it is consistent with the disposition toward such violence which continues unabated in society today.

What is being described here is all too familiar to me during the past decade near the BBC in North Kensington. The only difference is that the isolation and brutality has been carried out with the use of surveillance technology by those whom I reported for child abuse and other violence along with antisocial behaviour.

Death threats are a continuous part of this abuse as are brutal physical injuries and their ongoing threat from the use of the surveillance technology. Ultimately this abuse will result in my death unless it is stopped, but no one wants to know anything about it. The latest incident was tenant management blocking of my detailed Emails with hard evidence attached about what is happening.

I've been reporting this continuously for the past 9.5 years to everyone possible with no relief whatsoever. In fact, it has gotten worse at important stages when I have reported it to the Prime Minister in September 1999 and sought the protection of the High Court in March 2001.

It is easy for me to see why it is possible to cover up this kind of abuse and continue with it for decades since this has occurred to me for almost a decade so far.

No one should be shocked about what happened or that it was covered up for decades since it goes on still in society without the victim being able to do anything about it despite continuous reporting and witnesses seeing this abuse.

The disposition to such extreme and brutally violent behaviour is wide spread providing the necessary means to attack what the victim will described to discredit that truth and continue with more of the same kind of abuse.

Seeing this occur as it has been done and continues to be done to me will stop anyone who knows about it from reporting this extreme violent abuse out of fear being subjected to the same kind of abuse.

3. Drugged, beaten and raped. Drugging someone surreptitiously as a "duty to care" in an unlawful and criminal manner without any foundation for doing so reflects a most extreme abuse from these people who are psychologically crippled and disposed to sadistic domination and control.

Subject: "Drugged, beaten and raped." That was the full characterisation your correspondent provided this morning about the Haut de la Garenne torture.

I forgot about the all important "drugged" in an earlier Email. It is so important that I want to emphasise it in this separate Email.

This is precisely what has been done institutionally to me for the past eight or so years out of the last 9.5 years. It took the NHS some 18 months to get fully involved. The drugging of an innocent person outside a hospital environment and without his consent as part of a torture process is exactly the kind of institutional abuse that continues in my direct experience.

It comes from the NHS with police and other government departments and people present. Paul Winston, Metropolitan Police Special Branch continuous presence, said "I don't care where he goes as long as he's drugged."

The brutality of the physical abuse from the surveillance technology is suppressed by attempting to drug me while carrying out various experiments at night.

The drugging has occurred from several different sources and can occur when I am at home or anywhere else. It is used against me when I go shopping or when I attend a medical appointment to correct the physical damage done as a result of the grievous bodily harm caused by the surveillance technology. It was done when I worked away from home in a library or Internet shop with the intention to stop [limit or interfere with] my functioning.

What is done as described by your correspondent at Haut de la Garenne lives on in the current brutality from the NHS, police and others in North Kensington.

There is no difference between Jersey and now except the efforts to hide and cover up the abuse that is being carried out which have been greatly improved.

This current abuse from surveillance technology comes along with this ongoing disposition in order to create an infallible cover up and their objective to get away with such deadly brutal abuse.

The very sinister efforts of these people must be seen and exposed for what it is before it becomes widespread. The foundation for using this surveillance technology and its abuse against me has no validity whatsoever. There can be no justification for such treatment of any human being. In my case it is being carried out against a totally innocent person.

So far you have done nothing to report this incredible abuse. I do not want it to go on to encompass hundreds, thousands or many more people especially children when it cannot be stopped in the future as it can be stopped and democratically controlled now.

After all, what is it that Prince Harry and all the others are actually fighting for in countries around the world?

Are they fighting and risking their lives so that this abuse can develop in the UK and most especially in the UK next to the BBC?
