This is the 102nd day that Alan Johnston has been held in captivity. I support all the efforts to get Alan Johnston released and deplore the fact of his kidnapping and imprisonment in Gaza. The events of the recent past weeks in Gaza are of great concern. However, I want to compare and contrast his imprisonment by terrorists in Gaza with the US/UK government sponsored and run imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation and lethal use the surveillance technology for R&D purposes. I do not believe that there is any difference except that I have been subjected to torture 24/7 since August 1998 by a large group of local vigilante criminals and imprisoned indefinitely since February 2001 by surveillance technology from which there is no escape. This constitutes almost nine years of 24/7 abuse by these governments, but no one does or says anything about it. Instead, I am abused in the extreme for accurately reporting what is happening by all those involved who want to deny their and other's extensive criminal behaviour including the media who commit the crime of silence. Which is the worst: to be tortured to death by the US/UK governments or held captive in Gaza?

• UK signs defence treaty with US. The UK is being rewarded for lending itself to exploitation by the US as a laboratory where R&D and medical experimentation have been carried out on nonconsenting human guinea pigs like myself for years.

• Day of Pakistan Rushdie protests. His body of work has been recognised with awards in the past, and he most certainly deserves to be knighted in the UK.

• Thumping bass music from below. This started before 1700 and went throughout the evening on and off until after midnight.

• Brown pledge to cut state control. Gordon Brown pledges to involve "ordinary people in his decisions." There is another critical dimension to this decision making process: accountability and redress of grievances.

• Mother jailed for daughter abuse. Why did it take so long to emerge so that something could have been done to preserve and protect this young girl who is now 27?

• Low attainers 'poor white boys'. This report from the London School of Economics was quite devastating in its impact with respect to the underachieving which occurs among poor white children especially boys.

• "I did it all by myself," said BS. Let me provide some examples of exactly what she has done.

1. A new treaty between the US and UK to share technology permits the UK to get access to the fully developed surveillance technology now and in the future. The UK is being rewarded for lending itself to exploitation by the US as a laboratory where R&D and medical experimentation have been carried out on nonconsenting human guinea pigs like myself for years. I wrote yesterday's web journal entry Jon Sopel is in Soprano Land? without knowledge of this treaty which I read later. This brings home the reality of this experimentation carried out and the need for the UK to gain access to this technology. I also noted that the UK Ministry of Defense was involved in this activity who will be a consumer of this technology.

My direct experience of this surveillance technology R&D and its associated medical experimentation commenced in February 2001 with the arrival of former US Marines Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird the latter of whom explicitly characterised to BS that the surveillance technology they were using was an "experiment." It has had to be part of a long term development programme which stretches way back given what this surveillance technology actually does. It has been a long time in R&D an example of which is Julianne Mckinney's letters to Bill Clinton in 1994/5 described yesterday.

The UK has surrendered its sovereignty in this process and allowed to be carried out on its soil a far more atrocious violation of civil rights than occurred in Nazi Germany from March 1933 onwards. The portable concentration camp is no exaggeration at all. What has been done involved and continues to involve extensive criminal activity along with the complete abrogation of the sovereignty of this country. Expect this surveillance technology to be rolled out on an ever increasing larger scale in the UK. This will be Tony Blair's real legacy: an Orwellian state that exceeds anything George Orwell's imagination could possibly have conceived. It remains quite unbelievable to most today, but it is most definitely a reality.

This technology sharing is the payoff for the UK to obtain technology whose cost would be far beyond what the UK could afford in order to carry out completely invasive surveillance and tracking of everyone.

Tony Blair stressed the importance of the deal with the US

The UK has signed a defence trade deal with the US which will make it easier for the two nations to work together.

The treaty, agreed by Tony Blair and President Bush, will also give the UK access to sensitive US technical data.

The PM said it was important for the two nations to co-operate because their forces were working closely together in military operations around the world.

The MoD said it would make it easier to buy equipment which might be needed at short notice in Iraq and Afghanistan.

2. Salman Rushdie won the Whitbread Prize in 1989 for Satanic Verses. Prior to this in 1981 he won the Booker Prize for Midnight's Children. Twelve years later in 1993 he was awarded the Booker of Bookers Prize celebrating the best Booker winner during the preceding 25 years of this prize. His body of work has been recognised in the past, and he most certainly deserves to be knighted in the UK.

I suspect next he'll be getting the Nobel Peace Prize after all that he's been through and this hubbub. What other author in this world has been condemned to death for his/her writings and forced to live in constant terror of assassination by some extreme fundamentalist Muslim kook? A Fatwa is a little different from state sponsored suppression and assassination. It's a blanket authority for anyone to kill in the name of religion. Well, plenty have suffered for their writings. We only have to remember recent dictators like Hitler (book burnings), Stalin and the totalitarian system in the USSR. Russia seems to be killing off its journalists of late once again.

I remember very well the extreme outrage against Martin Scorcese's film The Last Temptation of Christ based upon the book The Last Temptation by Nikos Katzanzakis. There were extensive and large demonstrations against Scorcese's film when it opened at the Zeigfield in Manhattan and continuous demostrations against it elsewhere. I finally saw it at an obscure cinema on upper Broadway in Manhatten in 1989/90 where it was screened free of demonstrations. I thought there would be some wherever it was shown. I found it to be an astoundingly excellent film and free of blasphemy as had been alleged by those demonstrating so vociferously against it for that reason.

On one of my trips between New York and London I was sitting next to a physicist who worked at Los Almos in New Mexico the place where the atom bomb was invented and first tested. Our conversation somehow came around to Scorcese's The Last Temptation of Christ. He said that his daughter had just seen the film at her high school where it had been screened. I guess they were watching it on video tape by this time. Also, I seem to recall that it was screened at Oxford College of Emory University in Oxford, Georgia, at a new arts centre that had recently been constructed some years ago. This was the original campus of Emory University which was called Emory College in the town of Oxford founded by the Methodist Church by land grant for this purpose in 1838 and so named after John Wesley's university in England where he attended Christ's College. He had visited Georgia, then a colony, 100 years before in 1736-7. He was renowned for his opposition to slavery throughout his life.

There certainly is much room for enlightenment, discussion and education in the Christian community along with the right to protest depending upon one's inclination. However, there isn't a right to condemn someone to death because of a work of art that one does not like even if considered blasphemous. However, this is true in the Muslim world and in the Muslim states as Iran has done. There is a clear difference here which once again hightlights the extremism of the fundamentalist Muslims. There is an evolutionary process of education and understanding in a world with many religious organisations and belief systems which must be allowed to continue and not be subjected to destruction by those who would seek to keep others suppressed and subjected to their domination and control which is happening from the extreme elements of the Muslim religion and its Muslim states.

Oh, yeah, and let's not forget what Lt Harry Bird, BS and others are doing with surveillance technology 24/7 against me and have been since mid-August 1998 without any stoppage time whatsoever. Not for one second have I been free from this abuse for almost nine years. I wonder what life is like without continuous 24/7 torture abuse carried out second-by-second from a large group of people taking turns except Lt Harry Bird and BS who are obsessively present so they get rest while I get none. A society which allows this to occur is not a civilised society as we would like to define one. Let us not condemn just the extremist Muslims but anyone anywhere who would engage in the destruction of human life as vigilantes feeling personally justified in doing so. These are the people who must be stopped by legal, democratic means no matter who or what they are, and they exist everywhere.

The essence of democracy is to be free from this kind of tyranny and slavery for it is the very essence of the master/slave relationship wherever it might exist. The use of surveillance technology against me in this manner for almost nine years 24/7 reflects the attempt to create a totally subjugated person to the whims of those in control. The standard of individual responsibility, freedom and liberty is lost on the fundamental extremist in any such situation. In the hundreds of years since John Wesley whose life spanned the 18th century (1703 - 1791) has not seen much improvement in the human animal's disposition to enslave, dominate and control others. We fight wars for these values then abrogate them in practise.

Day of Pakistan Rushdie protests

The knighthood has generated anger in Pakistan

Radical Islamic groups in Pakistan are holding a day of protests over the UK's decision to confer a knighthood on the author Salman Rushdie.

They say they have planned demonstrations in the southern port of Karachi, the eastern city of Lahore and in the capital, Islamabad.

Earlier this week protesters burnt effigies of the writer.

Sir Salman's 1988 book, The Satanic Verses, was condemned by Islamic states as insulting the Prophet Muhammad.

On Thursday, a group of Pakistani Islamic scholars said they had awarded their highest honour to al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden in reaction to the British move.

The Ulema Council said it had awarded Bin Laden the title of "Saifullah", or "the Sword of Allah".

The Pakistani religious affairs minister said that he hoped to go to the UK soon to help "clear misunderstandings" about the Rushdie affair.

He said earlier this week that extremists could justify suicide attacks because the knighthood insulted the Prophet Muhammad.

Meanwhile, I am watching L'Armee des Ombres a 1969 film directed by Jean-Pierre Melville about the French resistance, betrayal and revenge in WWII France. That betrayal continues today with the Fascist carrying out extreme torture and imprisonment as I describe here each day. This film is considered to be Melville's masterpiece.

4. Gordon Brown was interviewed today by BBC News editors, Nick Robinson (politics), Evan Davis (economics) and John Simpson (world) with Martha Kearney acting as moderator. There is a whole problem revolving around top down, central decision making. Gordon Brown, as noted below, pledges to involve "ordinary people in his decisions."

David Cameron, leader of the Conservative Party, had spoken out in recent days about devolving decision making to the local level which is noted explicitly in the article below. The big problem is control whether it is central or local doesn't matter. The same bad, tyrannous decisions can be made centrally or locally. Changing from central control to local control is not only no change, but it could be far worse than central control overall. It is not the decision making control that is important. It's the redress of grievance and accountability for the decisions that are made at whatever level. This is lacking, and this is the problem both centrally and locally.

I recall a process of redressing a grievance concerning a decision made by a government department. If one was not satisfied with the decision made, the first step of appeal is to the supervisor for the person who made the decision. If that is unsatisfactory, then the next step is to the adjudication officer. Only problem with this is that the supervisor and the adjudication officer were the one and same person. It's a hoot. The supervisor will establish rules for subordinates for decision making and then support that decision as both supervisor and as adjudication officer.

This is absolutely true. I know I was there. The next step for those dissatisfied with the decision at this point is to go, in my case, to the Social Services Appeals Tribunal (SSAT), which is daunting to many people who will not take this step. I did once upon a time thinking I was justified in doing so. You have to be prepared for all kinds of stories, representations and actions coming out from the other side. It wasn't until I was well into the appeal procedure that I learned the supervisor and adjudication officer had been the same person.

In my situation the three member SSAT panel was informed by those from the civil service that even if the SSAT made a determination in my favour, they would not honour it. The woman chair of the SSAT rather incredulous repeated this to the person making the statement only to get an affirmative reply. The ruling was in my favour, and they did honour it. But, these are the kind of problems which exist that require an independent complaint procedure with objectivity.

I always get a big kick out of submitting a complaint because someone failed to do his/her job properly only to have that complaint provided to the person about whom the complaint was made for a decision. Then that decision which is inevitably reinforced is communicated back to me as sustained. There's hardly a point in making a complaint. I've also appealed to a local board in the Council consisting of councillors. One of the, an obvious Labour party member, asked if I had ever been on a shop floor as if that was relevant to the substance of my appeal.

This Labour party councillor was making decision on an appeal's board based upon political evaluation of the person who is making an appeal about a decision. This was an obvious Labour party prejudice against anyone who was not from the shop floor. These experiences are why I believe that the essence of making good decision rests with an objective appeal process which hold the decision maker accountable to fundamental standards. This applies to the top with Parliament acting as the means to ensure the integrity of decisions and all the way down to the local level. Effective decisions have nothing to do with the level of the decision but the ability to hold those who make the decisions objectively accountable by an independent body.

It is laughable that those in government think they can create the illusion of proper adjudication on paper by having the roles created but still have the same people fill each role. It's a hoot until those decisions cost lives. This is not government. It's the illusion of government. Gordon Brown was asked a question in the interview about hit squads sent to the UK to kill: it's a question of relative position and relationship. The US can do it with full support, but the Russians cannot.

I am subjected to a US hit squad sent here to carry out torture interrogation with the lethal use of surveillance technology along with R&D and medical experimentation that has the blessing of and participation by the UK. The Russians cannot do this and must come in and kill as they did with Alexander Litvinenko. Accountability must be consistent and objectively sustained by fundamental standards that are not subject to the whim of relationships or whatever. As it has been in my experience during the past 16 plus years, people in government do whatever they please because they think that they can get away with it, and for the most part they can. This is what should be changed.

I wonder if Gordon Brown is going to listen to this "ordinary" person as he says he will? And, what difference will it make is there is no accountability and redress of grievance procedures in place?

Gordon Brown has said he has learned his lesson about "top-down" government and has pledged to involve ordinary people in his decisions.

He told BBC News the public needed to be fully involved if big challenges like climate change were to be tackled.

He also agreed that tax as a percentage of national income had risen under Labour, but said people supported the decision to increase NHS funding.

The Tories have accused Mr Brown of being addicted to "state control".

Mr Brown, who has been chancellor since Labour came to power in 1997, is due to take over from Tony Blair as prime minister next week.

5. This is a horrible story of the most extreme abuse. While all the analysis of what happened and why is important, there remains one striking and devastating problem: the fact that this never came to light during all the years of extreme abuse. Finally, the victim was believed and her mother prosecuted. That is the part of this story to be studied. Why did it take so long to emerge so that something could have been done to preserve and protect this young girl who is now 27?

There is a culture of abuse and cover up in this country. It appears over and over again. I've been experiencing it for nine years 24/7 and still am. The difference with all that I report is that I am not believed, and no one does anything about stopping this most intense abuse against an adult who is capable of reporting exactly what is happening and have been doing so for all these years. If an adult cannot report abuse, then children do not have a hope of doing so. This is another devastating bit of evidence revealing the extent of the culture of abuse which exists in this country. It permeates all those departments of government who are supposed to be protecting the children and the public.

The Mary Flora Bell case demonstrates this dramatically and tragically. She was abused in this same manner when she was five or six years old by her prostitute mother who evidently sold her to her clients. Later at the age of eleven she killed two small boys by choking them to death. Information published in Gita Sereny's books Cries Unheard (Papermac, London, 1999 (199 ) and The Case of Mary Bell (Pimilco, London, 1995 (1972)) produced her own notes that she apparently associated killing as a means of escaping her torment. "I murder SO That I may come back," in notes found in an vandalised school room.

There is a sense of escape here in this expression. It's as if she expects a release that will enable her to return. Return to what? Perhaps normality or her state before the violent sexual abuse? Her full story never emerged until after her mother died. She was not provided psychiatric help during her trial, and after being released from prison, she lived near her mother. Her's is an incredible story and brilliantly researched and articulated in writing by Gita Sereny. It is from these few extreme, well documented cases that we can learn much about behaviour with respect to the varying degrees of child abuse and its impact.

Saturday last on 16th June 2007 I was dealing with this very subjected at Child abuse to adult abuse impacts the environment. Reread Alice Miller's comments here. She describes the sadomasochistic bond between people as being stronger than a love bond. There was also some excellent comment from an NSPCC representative on BBC News24 today about this very complex emotional tangle given the statements made by the abused person in this case as described below. Alice Miller notes that this bond signals "the permanent destruction of the self."

It is what I see as the creation of a complete dependency relationship that is then perpetrated by the dependent person against others especially passing along violent abuse from generation to generation which always occurrence in these situations. A person whose personality is destroy with a complete loss of self becomes a dependent personality instead of learning to grow and development independently to become a full functional member of society interacting with others as equals. Instead of equality, the disturbed personality creates master/slave relationships based upon violent subjugation with other adults and raises children to become dependent slaves.

It is fascinating to read what Mary Flora Bell wrote in those few words about murdering in order to come back. This can be seen as a projection of what she wants to do to herself. She wants to kill something inside herself but projects that onto an external object hoping that by killing this external object she can rid herself of her own torment and "come back."

This is a key part of the foundation of obsessive complusions toward violence where people feel that by attacking someone or something they can consciously or unconsciously rid themselves of what is tormenting them which they often cannot consciously describe. If they could, they would not engage in the atrocious behaviour some of which emerges as shown in the trial, conviction and sentencing described in the article below.

These elements are present in my experience of the past nine plus years in this environment. There has been a massive hoax maintained by BS, her mother, her son and others to use surveillance technology against me 24/7 since August 1998 as a destructive weapon. There have been a concerted effort for many years to get me out of my home by any means possible so that BS can move into this flat above her mother. When the worst child abuse was taking place in the flat below, BS lived with her mother although she was past the age where this was legally permitted.

She had not grown to become an independent, productive and self sufficient person. She was a dependent personalty with all of its complexities. When I report the child abuse, I became the enemy against which the violence was gradually shifted away from the children. This violence against me reflects an attempt to destroy or kill which they believe will free them somehow and return them to the state of existence which they had before I reported the child abuse in May 1998. They have actually said this at one point in the early years of this abuse against me. Those in authority share these same problems because they support this behaviour knowing all about its false foundation and criminal character.

There has been a failure to learn from these high profile cases so that the same pattern of disturbed behaviour can be identified and rechanneled along construction roads of human behaviour and development. I've seen this directly for the past nine years. In fact, I had read Gita Sereny's Cries Unheard just before I reported the child abuse in the flat below most appropriately to the Chief Executive of the Council given the overall circumstances of this environment, tenant management, the police and the domestic violence and child abuse which I was witnessing.

It was incidental to the reporting of this child abuse that I happen to read Gita Sereny's book which came out in April 1998 and was serialised in The Times where I learned about it. This child abuse problem had been going on for two years up to that point and was escalating. The big problem was that I had actually not directly "witnessed" any child abuse. I had heard the screaming and yelling which were continuous along with other indications of distress from a particular child. It finally built to the point where some intervention was necessary. I did not know about any organisations and sent my concerns to the Chief Executive of the Council who turned it over to Social Services.

Since that time for the nine plus years of this abusive retaliation and revenge from these people, I have had reinforced all that I had understood previously through my reading and been able to experience first hand the extraordinary obsessiveness of a victim of child abuse who seeks to hide this fact which involved her own mother as well as the abuse against her son. This person's self had been completely destroyed. This was obvious. As a result, she sought to destroy everyone around her including a surreptitious campaign against her mother for the child abuse she experienced which led to her own violent behaviour and failures to develop properly.

These are the cases which do not reach the extreme like the one described below and that of Mary Flora Bell although similar violence was being carried out against other children in this environment after I had reported the child abuse in May 1998. In fact, this was occurring in the summer of 1999 which led me to write my long letter to the Prime Minister because the far more than the intervention from the various departments of government had failed. The tables were turned against me instead which was completely misguided and allowed the domestically violent group who engaged in child abuse to carry out their violence against me with surveillance technology.

Mother jailed for daughter abuse

Caroline Dunsmore was led away from the High Court in Edinburgh

A mother has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for her part in the gang rape of her young daughter and another girl.

Caroline Dunsmore was sentenced at the High Court in Edinburgh for overseeing 10 years of abuse of Dana Fowley, now 27, and a second victim.

John O'Flaherty was sentenced to 13 years for his role.

The judge said he was minded to give a life sentence to a third person, Morris Petch, on whom sentence was deferred. Ms Fowley has waived her anonymity.

Outside the court on Friday, Ms Fowley said she still loved her mother.

She said: "Of course I realise that my mother had to be brought to justice, but as a daughter I love her and when I heard her getting sentenced today I was gutted.

"I was totally gutted with what my mum was given, but at the end of the day it was a justified sentence. It was a victory, all of the sentences that were handed out."

6. This report from the London School of Economics was quite devastating in its impact with respect to the underachieving which occurs among poor white children especially boys. They are the worst of any ethnic group. Why? I believe part of the answer rests with my experience with these white people who have formed a violent domestic family group and carried out child abuse which destroys the development of the children passed along from generation to generation.

What is most important about my situation is that this white domestically violent family group have been able to turn the tables against me by making false allegations which have enabled them to get the use of surveillance technology against me. Why has this happened? A major contributing factor has to rest with fact that those in all the departments of government have been white. There is an inclination to be favourably disposed toward the white person by a white authority. Now, I am white, but this is a larger family group of violent bullies who have learned to control and dominate others by their viciously verbal abuse.

They want to fight and seek to pick fights. They scream and holler nonstop until they get their way. People just give up and give in or just go away leaving them alone. They are irrational to an extreme and make statements which have no foundation in reality and have been seen to have no foundation in reality, but they persist nonetheless driving away anyone who would disagree with them. If those in authority had operated on objectivity and direct evidence, this situation would have never developed. Instead, they have deferred to the large, abusive group against an individual ignoring reality. This would never have happened had those reported for child abuse been of another ethnic group especially black.

In the first place those in other ethnic groups especially the blacks would never think about behaving in the manner that these white people have behaved. They would never have continuously made false statements nonstop expecting them to be accepted as valid against evidence to the contrary. Other ethnic groups are actually smarter than poor white groups as I've experienced to the extent that they would not do anything so dumb. The poor whites think that they can get away with this behaviour in a society where authority and organisations are dominated by white people: the police, tenant management; the NHS, the elected officials; local and central government bureaucracies and officials.

All these people I've seen or heard have been white people except in one or two notable exceptions in the police, but they do not matter. All the police officers have been white. All the NHS personnel have been white. All tenant management has been white except for a couple people of colour. This is a white dominated society. The poor white people think that they can do whatever they please and get away with it. As I've experienced, they have succeeded by getting and abusing surveillance technology against me to fabricate more allegations continuously. They then seek the support of others of colour who do join in.

However, not very long ago after I had been publishing some of this information here, I overheard an argument from the Walkway between a white guy and a familiar black voice. These kinds of conversations are frequent. The white guy was the partner of BS whose name was used quite loudly. There was no mistake who it was. He was trying to get assistance to support their false allegations from the black guy who this time was refusing telling him off in no uncertain terms. He said "This is a white problem and not a black problem."

It's sad to see that this has split on racial grounds, but that is the reality of this situation where the poor white people have sought to manipulate and exploit those of colour and especially black people who behave far better and refuse for whatever reason to support a hoax and unlawful and criminal activity. As I see this educational problem based upon what I've experienced in this environment, the whites do not believe that they have to actually do anything to achieve while those of other ethnic groups of colour have to actually achieve based upon merit while overcoming discrimination and attempts to manipulate and exploit them in the community by the poor whites engaged in antisocial and criminal behaviour.

This is also what ethnic groups of colour run into when they deal with those in authority who are largely white. This attitude spills over into the educational system where they must achieve based upon performance while the poor whites think they can get by on less. Hence, they fail to measure up on the basis of a comparison by standards. There is also the factor of violence and abuse which limits the achievement of these poor white who are part of a syndrome of domestic family violence and child abuse.

These poor whites are also the bullies in the schools who try to deprive others of achieving an education, and they do the same thing in the community in their home environment. It's been happening here folks for more than the past decade as I've directly witnessed. Those in authority have big problems themselves which turn up everywhere in my direct experience. There's nothing worse than to watch the poor whites drag the community down into its own criminal quagmire trying to cover up violent child abuse by abusing everyone in the process.

The researchers say some policy initiatives have lost their way

Most of the persistent low achievers in England's schools are poor and white, and far more are boys than girls, a Joseph Rowntree Foundation study says.

Chinese and Indian pupils are most successful. Afro-Caribbean pupils do no worse than white British from similar economic backgrounds, results suggest.

The analysis, by London School of Economics academics, says that some policies are having positive effects.

But others, such as school league tables, actually make things worse.

The authors, Robert Cassen and Geeta Kingdon, analysed official data, focusing on four measures of low achievement:

• no passes at all in GCSE/GNVQ exams
• no result better than grade D
• no pass in either English or maths GCSE
• not getting five GCSEs including English and maths at any grade

7. "I did it all by myself," said BS early this morning before I went to bed bragging about her single handed accomplishment during the past nine plus years. She says this often indicating that she is solely responsible for this almost nine years of 24/7 surveillance technology abuse carried out against me. Let me provide some examples of exactly what she has done.

Her primary attack has been totally false allegations during all these years involving continuous masterbation. The surveillance technology was used to identify the activities which she did not like. Then she would yell "He's fucking" to attack me and thereby attract attention. At the same time she put me in a double bind situation as game players do: damned if I said anything about it since it makes me look bad and damned if I didn't since she would get away with her torture. These false allegations became the central abuse of this large family group where the domestic violence and child abuse existed which I had reported. This was their means of revenge and retaliation, and it formed part of the ongoing child abuse.

There have been many instances when those summoned as independent observers to verify these false allegations have noted that they were untrue. Nonetheless, they have continued unabated around the clock for all these years as a means to attack, torture and destroy with the use of surveillance technology. One instance stands out when there were two guys in the flat below observing me along with BS using the surveillance technology. I was carrying on with normal activity in the chair in the living room. I might have even dozed off for a few minutes as I do in the afternoon resulting from the sleep deprivation carried out each and every night.

BS began her totally unfounded attacks against me with the false allegation "He's fucking." The two guys watching with her using the surveillance technology said "No he isn't." She persisted in repeating her false allegation "He's fucking." They could clearly see that this was false and said so. BS became hysterical screaming and yelling "He's fucking." When one of them apparently reached out to calm her, she screeched as loud as she could "Don't touch me." She went on screaming at them finally driving them out of the flat below. As they passed by below under the front window departing the Estate, they were commenting to each other about how bad BS was.

These people in the flat below including BS, her mother and others called the police continuously. When the police arrived they explained "He's fucking." This went on for a very long time until the police finally got tired of it. One arrived on an emergency call and promptly said "Oh, it's you" when he recognised BS who had called him many times before. I believe he added "I thought I told you not to call anymore?" On one night at about 3:00 am those in the flat below called the police. I could hear them calling because they had woken me. When the police arrived, one officer began complaining after he heard why that they were calling a special police number. Evidently he was annoyed about being called on a special number designated for serious matters concerning something that was at best trivial and in reality non-existent.

Finally, the police forbid BS to call them any more. She couldn't stop herself from trying to do so to keep harassing me with her false allegations. One afternoon she started yelling "He's fucking" and went outside to capture the first passerby whom she tried to get to call the police on her behalf. When she first explained to this hapless guy that "He is fucking up there," all he could do was laugh. She then continued explaining that she had been told not to call the police anymore and asked if he would call them. He refused and walked away.

This is a seriously disturbed personality who does not recognise her own delusion when others with her point out that the allegation is false when it most definitely is. She persists by every means possible in calling the police to report "He's fucking" in an effort to get me removed from my home by force. The police refuse and eventually stop these people from the flat below from calling the police anymore. This still does not stop her as she goes outside grabbing the first person who comes along to call the police for her based upon her false allegation. The really sad point was that this torture activity was taken on by the police, Paul Winston, Metropolitan Police Special Branch, commencing in 2001 when he started spending all his time here.

Not only that, but those who should know, the NHS psychiatric profession called in to help with the harassment, did exactly that knowing full well that these allegations were delusionary. Richard Evans MD a psychiatrist from the St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatric Clinic was a frequent visitor to the flat below and a participant in the surveillance technology torture abuse. He would participate in this activity whle I was taking a bath because they were making this false allegation of masturbation while I was in the bathroom. This has never been true.

The whole group from below gathered under the bathroom watching me with the surveillance technology commenting on my activity while I was taking a bath. I could easily hear what they were saying. At the end after I had finished the bath, Richard Evans MD said quite plainly "I didn't see anything, but he still has to go." He meant that I had to be taken from my home even though he had not seen anything. He knew that the allegations were false. On two different occasions he had yelled at BS below claiming that she had "made fools out of everyone" with her false information. On one of these occasions he specifically cited the fact of their claim of a bottle of vodka on my coffee table was actually a bottle of water which it was. I don't drink. Despite this those in the flat below often accused me falsely of being drunk.

Here is a medical health professional who is supposed to know what he is doing obviously supporting false allegations against me while knowingly supporting those who are making the false allegations. In each of the two instances after yelling at BS about her false allegations making fools out of everybody including the bottle of vodka hoax, he then went on working with her to find a way to get me removed from my home. These events occurred many years ago, and they still go on today. The only reason that they do go on is due to the fact that the police and the NHS mental health professionals cannot be trusted to actually enforce the law properly and behave in a trustworthy professional manner to do their job properly. As a result, the violent abusers flourish and continue with their abuse.

BS and all those connected with her have never stopped making this false allegation continuously around the clock all these years. They yell and scream and create as much emotional hysteria as they can in an effort to convince others that their claims are valid when they are totally false and are seen to be totally false. This reflects the most amazing failure of those in authority to actually address the source of the problem when it is clearly present before them, and they see it as such. The worst aspect is that those in authority, Metropolitan Police Special Branch, the NHS and others, join in with this massive hoax.

The whole problem of why violent abuse against children does not come to light for decades is illustrated in my direct experience for the past nine years. Above is just a wee bit of the activity by the bully abusers who control and dominate others in any way that they can. A child would never report abuse in such a family situation, and those in authority would most certainly not believe it. If they did, they would do nothing about it. Nothing gets done when faking it is obvious with the use of surveillance technology. These people do not stop even when the police tell them to not call anymore about this nonsense. Something if very wrong with people like these, but something is even worse in the people who are in authority.

There is no justice and fairness in this country. There is only crime and corruption in my direct experience. The above activity carried out for all these years is torture: cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. There is a most definite failure of government to coordinate its activities between departments enabling the criminal to manipulate the system and those in the system to their advantage. This manipulation enables to identify and exploit those who will help their abuse. Those who do not are driven away with the most extreme bullying so that they do not want anything to do with these people at all. Thus, they select the unsuitable in government to help them carry on with further crimes.

This left the door wide open for those with similar abusive and exploitive personalities to swell the ranks of those using the surveillance technology for torture and their own corrupt self interest enabling those with much to hide to try to carry out a cover up. And, the above examples are just a few of these that have gone on day and night for almost nine years. The whole activity is circular in its repetition, and I make notes for myself indicating that if anyone has missed anything that has happened stick around for it will all be repeated shortly. It is impossible to deny what has occurred as they people try to do often. There are far too many people involved with a large number of those who have left in disgust or been driven away.
