I support all the efforts to get Alan Johnston released and deplore the fact of his kidnapping and imprisonment in Gaza. The events of the past two days in Gaza are of great concern. However, I want to compare and contrast his imprisonment by terrorists in Gaza with the US/UK government sponsored and run imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation and lethal use the surveillance technology for R&D purposes. I do not believe that there is any difference except that I have been subjected to torture 24/7 since August 1998 by a large group of local vigilante criminals and imprisoned indefinitely since February 2001 by surveillance technology from which there is no escape. This constitutes almost nine years of 24/7 abuse by these governments, but no one does or says anything about it. Instead, I am abused in the extreme for accurately reporting what is happening by all those involved who want to deny their and other's extensive criminal behaviour including the media who commit the crime of silence. Which is the worst: to be tortured to death by the US/UK governments or held captive in Gaza?

• Thumping bass music coming from the flat below on a daily basis.

• The McCann's do not like the media reports. The media has given them extraordinary coverage to locate their daughter, and all reports are important to everyone however tragic.

• Child obesity considered a form of neglect. How can providing child abusing parents, relatives and others with surveillance technology to hide and continue abuse be justified?

• Missing terror suspect identified by BBC. The surveillance technology in use in the UK for over six years exists to replace control orders that will ensure total monitoring and preventing such escapes.

• Up to 40 staff abused children. There is a fundamental culture of collusion and conspiracy of silence with regard to abuse in this country.

• Foreign prisoner failings exposed. A culture of confusion about who's in charge, money and priorities led to the release of the the foreign prisoners.

MI5 is supposed to stop this kind of abuse which undermines and destroys democracy in the UK.

The Home Office has been split to more effectively carry out police state operations. With Justice split away from the former Home Office, this means that the new Home Office incorporates injustice. Failures have helped to create this split and cement extensive extralegal activity. My demise will be its confirmation. If I'm still around, this will mean that they still have a ways to go, and there is time to do something about it.

The culture of confusion and collusion: the government runs its own programmes outside the established civil service and departments of government undercutting and undermining the proper process of government which abolishes fundamental standards, the democratic rule of law, democratic institutions, law enforcement, the legal justice system and the prison system. No one knows anything about who's in charge, priorities or how to manage since they have been emasculated by the government's shift of sovereignty to US military personnel when George W Bush became president of the US.

As a result, those in the civil service exist in a confused state not knowing what to so so they do nothing. Those helping with the extralegal activity collude in the extensive abuse it involves. The disassociation between what this government is actually doing and what the civil service and departments of government are doing reflects an astonishingly large gap. The two are completely different. A disassociated personality results in an incapacity to function due to the ensuing internal conflict. That's what has happened to the civil service and the departments of government including the legislative function. There are at least two governments functioning in this country.

Thu Jun 14 13:48:35 BST 2007: the loud, thumping bass music resumes once again. It stopped a few minutes after the above entry. This is the fragmented approach. Run it for 30 or 40 minutes then shut down for a similar length of time before starting again. This gives anyone who wants to verify and measure this noise nuisance a run around discouraging and stopping them from trying to address this problem.

2. The McCann's do not like the media reports about a recent letter to a newspaper which might lead to where their daughter is buried. While this is tragic and unnerving news, they have used the media to an extreme degree to help them find their daughter. This is part of that search as tragic and unthinkable as it might be that their daughter is dead, but that is part of this extraordinary scenario.

It is one that I hope is not true, but when one asks the media for help, one cannot pick and choose the results. One has to accept the reality of media coverage. I sent an Email to BBC News24 about my complaint in this regard with respect to their failure to report this ongoing problem with which I am dealing here. I do have a problem with balance and reporting when it comes to violence against children and the resulting surveillance technology abuse carried out against me by those involved in the child abuse. McCanns upset over claim letter

The search for Madeleine has been taken to Spain and Morocco

The parents of Madeleine McCann say they are "very upset" the credibility of a letter claiming to reveal where her body was had not been examined.

Police are expected to search land after claims her body is buried nine miles from where she was abducted.

Detectives in Portugal say they are investigating an anonymous letter and map sent to a Dutch newspaper.

Gerry McCann said the publication of the letter was an "irresponsible piece of journalism" and was "cruel".

Writing on his internet blog, he also called the newspaper's publication of the letter "irresponsible journalism".

The letter resembles another one sent to the same paper last year, pinpointing where two missing Belgian girls were buried.

Ch Insp Olegario de Sousa said police were "checking the information" given about the British four-year-old.

While I can understand the McCann's disappointment at the media coverage of such a letter purporting to claim where their daughter is buried, I think that they are stepping in to control the media when they should realise that they are the ones who have courted the media to an extraordinary length to try to find their daughter.

They are going to have to take the good and bad information as painful as the latter might be as a result of their seeking the help of everyone through the media. The media will publish what appears to be credible information like this if it relates to an earlier similar revelation that was accurate however tragic.

The public cannot be denied access to information by any means of censorship if it is not approved by the McCann's when they have used the media in a meaningful way in the hope of finding their daughter.

If you read out their blog comment, why don't you read out my blog comments about the child abuse which I have been seeking to stop that has boomeranged against me from the abusers redirecting their abuse against me after I reported it nine years ago?

I sincerely believe that the rage driven violence against a young boy that led to his being choked several times when he threatened to "tell" would have eventually resulted in his death. That's how violent these people were and are.

I have just received another death threat from the mother of this young boy who is nine years older and now fully integrated into this violence and domestic abuse syndrome from this family group who are supported by the government in their use and abuse of surveillance technology intended to ultimately destroy my life.

These are the real criminals of this world who seek to blackmail with threats against their "hostage," for that is what I really am, if they do not get their way when someone tries to limit or halt their extensive criminal activity. Here it is happening in reality with all the threats and violence carried out by these people known to a large number of people and part of an extended pattern covering many years.

Here is an instance where such publicity will focus attention on violence that is stated as an intent to kill which is observed by those in authority who do nothing about it yet carry on against me in a most extreme manner when I have never done or threatened to do anything.

When it is within your ability to actually do some good in this world to prevent violence and protect people including children, you do not do so.

Why do you have such an aversion to reality?

If you look closely at what you are doing, you focus attention on events in foreign lands which cannot really be addressed in a meaningful way or such events that are clouded and murky. If you do focus on events in the UK, it is long after a tragedy has occurred and not before a tragedy can be averted.

When something of a most serious nature is happening near the BBC in real time and continues for many years 24/7 without stopping, you do nothing to focus public attention on this problem in order to serve the public interest.

Shining a light on this situation would mean that this focus of attention would lead to people behaving properly and a proper resolution of the problems.

You really have to think deeply about what you are doing and why. I do not believe that you are doing this in any meaningful way. While you do a great deal of meaningful and significant reporting that I appreciate, I also see that you fall way short of what you could do to really make things better in this country.

A feral beast you are not, but you do ignore most significant situations which are a bit risky while expending energy and time on those issues which are safer to address.

I believe that all problems should be addressed, but when I read something like this when I directly experience far worse problems that are being sustained and increased instead of properly addressed, I wonder once again what is wrong with the government, NHS and media. Here is a situation where a serious problem of obesity is emerging on a larger scale in children. This should be addressed, and it is being addressed even to the point of considering such weight gain as a product of child abuse with food which has the potential for being called to the attention of social services and has been in 20 such instances last year for child protection purposes.

While this reflects addressing a problem appropriately, why is it that direct child abuse and neglect by the parents using surveillance technology 24/7 against me, the person who reported the child abuse, for almost nine years 24/7 is being sustained and supported by those in authority to the extent that now the child who was subjected to extreme abuse nine years ago is now part of the bully gang family group? Why is this not being reported in the media especially the nearby BBC?

What about the surveillance technology R&D experimental activity and medical experimentation that is being carried out against me without my consent and outside a hospital environment surreptitiously with the use of the surveillance technology and other means that has nothing to do with anything that I have done. It has everything to do with the false allegations made against me by these child abusers and domestically violent family group who have managed to mislead everyone with these false allegations. While the medical profession and social services can see a seriously overweight child, why is it that they cannot see violence and abuse in front of their face that they help to carry out?

While it is important to address and report the problem of obese children and what is being done, why is it that none of this most gross abuse of power that creates and sustains violence and child abuse from generation to generation goes unreported as the medical profession and those in various positions of authority in government turn a blind eye to reality thus allowing the destruction of human life to proceed with the use of surveillance technology?

Child obesity rates are soaring

Obesity has been a factor in at least 20 child protection cases in the last year, the BBC has learned.

Some doctors now believe in extreme cases overfeeding a young child should be seen as a form of abuse or neglect.

The BBC contacted almost 50 consultant paediatricians around the UK to ask if they believe childhood obesity can ever be a child protection issue.

The British Medical Association is due to debate a motion on this issue at its annual conference at the end of June.

Earlier this year the case of one obese child hit the headlines when social workers became involved.

Dr Tabitha Randell, a consultant paediatrician from Nottingham, is one doctor who believes some parents are killing their children with kindness.

4. The BBC has obtained the identity and information about the first person who absconded while being held under control orders. The description of this guy's activity, the information which has come out in a recent court trial and his associations all point to the need to keep him under surveillance. The government felt so strongly about his potential threat that he was placed under control orders.

To use this overworked phrase once again I find it quite unbelievable that the ability to maintain total surveillance, tracking and invasion of privacy over any individual with a bare minimum of people such as I've been experiencing for many years with such surveillance technology is not being used in these kinds of situations. He escaped by jumping out of a hospital window. If he was under the surveillance technology monitoring which has been and is being used against me, he would never have gotten very far. He would have been easily tracked by minimal personnel (one or two), located and apprehended. As it was, this very real threat to this country disappeared and remains at large.

Why is it that this government chooses to use this most sophisticated surveillance technology against me a totally innocent, nonthreatening and nonviolent person 24/7 for all these years when there are very serious threats to this country where this surveillance technology could be effectively and meaningfully used? And, let us not forget that this surveillance technology is in the hands of the violent who are propagating their own violence in the community while letting everyone know about the nature of this most sophisticated surveillance technology with scores if not hundreds of people involved.

I also wonder why the BBC and other media do not publish the fact of this surveillance technology's existence and use in this country for many years in order to inform the public about the means which can be used to adequately protect this country against terrorist threat? Lt Harry Bird referred to me as a "Bomber" a moment ago in order to sustain his abuse of this surveillance technology against me while smokescreening the reality of the situation to protect his own corrupt self interest. Nothing could be further from the truth, and this is a key reason that I keep publishing this information so that this abuse of power with "dirty data" which actually helps the real terrorist will be stopped.

Missing terror suspect identified

Zeeshan Siddique: Known as AD under control order

A UK terror suspect under a control order who absconded can be named as Zeeshan Siddique, a court has ruled.

The BBC won a battle to name the former London Underground worker of Hounslow, west London, who trained with a London suicide bomber in Pakistan.

The 26-year-old was subject to a UK control order in 2006, meaning he could only be identified as AD.

He was one of the first men to abscond from an order, jumping from a window at a mental health unit in September 2006.

Mr Siddique was named in court evidence as a member of a British network of men including bomb plotters.

The home office admits that control orders are inadequate, "but no better system has so far been devised." Although an otherwise excellent report, this statement is not accurate.

5. I think that there is a fundamental culture of collusion and conspiracy of silence with regard to abuse in this country which turns up from time to time. Those from the staff and organisations involved never report what they know, and in the case described below the abused children were not believed. In my situation I've been reporting abuse by child abusers against me while they continued to perpetrate their child abuse, and no one believes me while every effort is made to sustain a coverup which goes on exactly at I write this.

There has never been anything to see for nine years 24/7, yet he, BS and others continue to manufacture allegations surrounding what they actually do themselves and try to ascribe their own behaviour to me. I will never get caught in this situation because I never do anything except document, report and communicate what is happening only to be disbelieved which delights them to no end. There never will be any witnesses with regard to what I do, but there are many witnesses about what they are doing all of whom remain silent.

Here there is the same kind of situation described in this child abuse report reported below. There is a massive effort to collude and coverup, and it is part of the ethos of this society. There is a disposition toward sadistic violence and abuse which is institutionalised, and everyone associated with it one way or another will not speak the truth to reveal the violence and sadistic abuse in order to stop it. That is why there were 40 children abused in this facility for children's care in Scotland which was never addressed until recently. That is why the abuse against me has gone on here for almost nine years with the use of surveillance technology.

Read this full article at the link provided below and see exactly why I go on day-after-day, year-after-year for almost nine years reporting abuse that never gets addressed properly. Instead the victim, me, is blamed and abused further as has just happened once again. Lt Harry Bird evidently has observers present along with himself and BS whom they are misleading in every way possible with a larger group of people making verbal abuse for the benefit of those in attendance as observers using the surveillance technology. This has gone on daily for all these years with the same result: the abuse is perpetuated.

At the end of the article there is a statement about how "We are now confident the kind of appalling abuse inflicted by those in positions of trust at Kerelaw should be prevented from happening again." I read this while the same abuse goes on against me with observers present who are being mislead. I do not believe that anyone anywhere ever learns to do a proper job in this country. There are too many sadistic abusers and violent personalities in positions of authority and trust who control and dominate, enjoy being abusive and watch abuse take place with too great a satisfaction for it to be stopped.

The abuse will just re-emerge and re-emerge again and again in one form or another while at the same time it goes on elsewhere as is happening to me right here in River City. I hear Ralph McTell singing Streets of London in the background:

'Up to 40 staff' abused children

Kerelaw School was closed last year

As many as 40 care workers abused children at an Ayrshire school for vulnerable youngsters, a report claims.

Glasgow City Council spent three years investigating the workings of Kerelaw Residential Unit in Stevenson.

The local authority-run establishment, which closed last year, looked after youngsters with significant emotional, social and behavioural problems.

It was shut after allegations of abuse came to light in 2004 and a follow-up police investigation.

The council has spent the last three years investigating allegations of abuse.

Kerelaw was a secure unit which provided accommodation for up to 24 children, from throughout Scotland, with an open school for 50 others.

David Comley, the council's director of social work, said some of the staff involved could still be working with children.

He said: "The conclusion is that we have failed to listen to complaints from children and failed to take them seriously enough.

It also said that a far larger number of staff had knowledge of the abuse and were unwilling to address the issue.

"Within a culture of fear and collusion, it is evident that allegations from young people went unheard.

"Deficiencies in the external management system that oversaw Kerelaw contributed to this failing.

"A number of independent individuals and organisations with access to Kerelaw were also in a position to identify abuse but they too failed to do so."

"We are now confident the kind of appalling abuse inflicted by those in positions of trust at Kerelaw should be prevented from happening again."

6. Confusion about who's in charge, no money and upside down priorities led to the release of the the foreign prisoners without being processed for deportation. So what's new? The sovereignty of this country has shifted to the US. Just ask former US Marine Lt Harry Bird who is in charge of North Kensington. The Home Office is all too aware that the White House gives the orders, and it must wait for instructions from the likes of former US Marines Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others.

They tell everyone what to do with respect to law enforcement and justice in the UK. When Lt Harry Bird orders "Jump," the police ask in unison "How high?" The US vigilante military has come to rule the UK. These are the people who 'break things and kill.' Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others have set up their own prison and justice systems. No wonder the Home Office is in a confused state. They are incarcerating people based upon their own allegations from a presumption of guilt. They carry out torture interrogation 24/7 on an indefinite basis to extract confessions which agree with their presumption of guilt.

In order to do this they use surveillance technology which carries with it the ability to completely track, control and kill the target. Thus, the torture interrogation is carried out under penalty of death. The punishment procedures are determined by themselves and carried out on an ad hoc basis suiting their mood of the moment. They are carrying out R&D for this surveillance technology along with medical experimentation on a nonconsenting human guinea pig.

This facility enables complete monitoring and tracking of anyone so it can be used for those on bail release, sexual offenders on the register, control orders for suspected terrorists and any need to incarcerate and completely monitor a person in a "prison without walls" as former Home Secretary David Blunkett described.

The surveillance technology does all the work with minimal personnel required for its operation via satellite. Like unmanned drone aircraft those in control rooms can completely monitor and track people anywhere in the world. No wonder the Home Office is in a state of total confusion about who's in charge and priorities with no money. It all goes to the likes of Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird, the local criminals they hire and the US Treasury.

All of the Home Office work is usurped by the likes of Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird. Those in the Home Office don't know what to do including successive Home Secretaries. They have to do what they are told by these "militants." As soon as George W Bush was inaugurated, he sent in the US Marines. They have taken over with an electronic beachhead.

Foreign prisoner failings exposed

Foreign prisoners should be considered for deportation

Management failures and a cash shortage caused the foreign prisoner crisis that led to the sacking of Home Secretary Charles Clarke, a report says.

A budget freeze led to managers being denied extra staff to deal with growing numbers of foreign prisoners, it says.

Senior bosses were too slow to realise the scale of the problem, had "conflicting" priorities and were even confused about who was in charge.

Fifteen out of 189 serious offenders mistakenly released are still at large.

They include one of the "most serious" offenders, which includes murderers and rapists, and 14 "serious" offenders.

A further four "serious" offenders had been caught, but were subsequently bailed by the Asylum and Immigrations tribunal and have also gone missing.
