Here's an explicit example of the surveillance torture interrogation throughout the night while I try to sleep. I documented it like this 24/7 during July and August 2001 sending out Emails of 60 daily diary logs like this based upon my written documentation. This went to a list of recipients from the Prime Minister on down including the Chancellor, Home Secretary and other Cabinet members. This was before 9/11. It was a forecast of the technique for torture interrogation that was to be exposed from Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib which was used in conjunction with physical torture. These torture exposures as well as the trial of Jonathan Kent Idema in Kabul made not a dent in this ongoing 24/7 torture interrogation using surveillance technology as a lethal weapon. These people think that they are immune and protected from any such exposure. It still goes on as of this day and is my experience 24/7. It's objective is to break down and destroy a human being. Here's just a wee small but representative sample of that activity which occurred from 0100 to 0700 today.

Last night I got some four and one-half hours sleep in four segments between 0100 and 0700. After being woken four times (0233; 0353; 0444 and 0546) during the night by those using the surveillance technology, I was kept awake for an hour and a quarter with verbal abuse torture interrogation during which time I made some 25 minutes of recorded documentation including comments about the film The Yards which I watched last night on Channel 4 before going to bed. In this film corruption was exposed among the politicians and companies involved with train maintenance in the New York City Borough of Queens with overtones of and reference to Donald Maness who was the Queens Borough President involved in the Koch Administration's Parking Violations Bureau scandal. This scandal exploded as Ed Koch was sworn in for his third term which was followed by the suicide of Donald Maness. The Mayor of New York is now limited to two terms in office.

This is chronic sleep deprivation torture interrogation which occurs each night with the lethal use of surveillance technology. The ultimate intention as is often stated is murder while the intermediate intention is to cause personal injury and reduce human activity as much as possible by lack off sleep. I keep very detailed records each and every night and have been doing so for over eight years. This torture activity has never been stopped despite extensive and detailed communication throughout these years. Scores of people deliberately, knowingly and intentionally participate as accessories to this activity.

At the 0233 wake up, "BS" screeched "Oh, no!" This indicates that there was a mistake make with the memory probing surveillance software which woke me. I woke and immediately recorded this screeching verbal noise from her.

At the 0353 wake up I immediately recorded that I heard the sound of footsteps which I thought woke me. This is common. I described a dream. There was a verbal comment which I thought was from Lt Harry Bird.

At the 0444 wake up I noted immediately on the tape recorder the words of a male followed by Lt Harry Bird "roaring away."

At the 0546 wake up I began describing the dream I had after rolling over onto my other side. I was then kept awake for the next hour and fifteen minutes by the abuse from Lt Harry Bird, BS and others until I was driven out of bed just after 0700 because I could not sleep as a result of this deliberate effort to keep me awake.

1. I was as always exhausted and went to sleep again immediately after each time I was woken.

2. I was sound asleep before each time I was woken.

3. I had a back muscle strain and was in need of a good night's rest. The origin of the back muscle strain is questionable. This kind of sleep deprivation aggravates this injury and is a way to keep it from naturally recovering or making it worse. This helps to incapacitate and debilitate human activity and functioning.

4. The same two people (Lt Harry Bird and BS) are always present 24/7 and carry out this activity.

5. I should be in deep sleep mode for the first four hours of sleep. This is prevented, and I was woken as a result of the surveillance technology usage which was noted as an error by BS after only about 90 minutes of sleep.

6. There are three independent recordings (video and audio) which verify exactly what is happening throughout the night. Two of them provide continuous coverage. The other is my verbal note taking. The other are my verbal notes i make upon waking. I do this to verify that I am sound asleep and that the disturbances are from an external source.

7.. I seek to discredit any allegations against me for making noise during the night be showing that I am sound asleep and silent. Lt Harry Bird, BS and others make continuous false allegations which I can refute with this coverage. In effect, I am providing complete surveillance coverage of myself to insure objectivity and refute all the false allegations.

8. If anyone makes a false allegation about me at anytime during the night, I can show exactly what I am doing and refute it. I certainly wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't so prevalent, continuous and had been going on for over eight years 24/7 without any stopping whatsoever.

After the above breaking down process which also includes the probing activity leading to greater fatigue and reduced resistance, the actual interrogation process begins. Having had a a little over four hours sleep in as many segments, I cannot fall asleep again as I did easily at each of the other wakeups. The following reflects the interrogation and comment that is supposed to induce thoughts by some association which are then read. You can see the comments about the work as they go along. There are several people present including the ever present Lt Harry Bird and BS:

05:46:30 Started making verbal notes after being woken. Described dream.

05:50:05 On my left side now to try to get back to sleep. Instead I was kept awake by verbal abuse.

05:58:41 "I apologise," said Lt Harry Bird.

05:59:34 "Liar," said the infant Lt Harry Bird. [Provocation trying to elicit a response either mental or verbal.]

06:04:57 Rolled over from my left to my right side and then recorded "An accident," says Lt Harry Bird.

06:08:25 "He goes to a foreign land," said a male that sounds like Lt Harry Bird. "We'll see," said a male.

[Once again trying to get me to respond in some way (verbal or thoughts) to get my reaction to this prompt whatever it might be.]

06:09:45 "Tried to catch up with you," said a male.

06:10:50 "Death sentence . . ." sounds like Lt Harry Bird.

[This is often used to generate a fear of death.]

06:14:02 "Everytime you hit that moment," said a male.

[This sounds like they are focusing on something that they consider meaningful.]

06:16:30 "By adoption," said a male most likely Lt Harry Bird.

[Again, a provocation which is intended to cast doubt on my background causing me to react in some way with thought or words. It goes along with Lt Harry Bird's oft repeated verbal abuse calling me a "bastard."]

06:19:51 "I know he killed his mother," said BS.

[This is the oft repeated false allegation used to justify this surveillance torture. However, BS was carrying out surveillance technology driven torture for three years from August 1998 to August 2001 before she learned this false allegation from Lt Harry Bird. Since that time she has picked this up claiming knowledge of something about which she has never "known" until told by Lt Harry Bird when he launched this part of his smear and fear campaign at the end of August 2001 after being here seven months. This is called "infantile omniscience." BS pretends to "know" everything and often says "I know" agreeign with whatever someone else is saying when it suits her purpose.

06:25:00 "Good God Almighty! He's come," screeches BS.

[This kind of sexual abuse is continuous from BS. That is why this whole set up is necessary in order to counter this false allegation from BS who has been doing this for many years 24/7 with the use of the surveillance technology when it is totally false. She and those with her have been trying to establish the false characterisation that continuous, excessive masturbation is taking place thus leading to debility and incapacity which they actually try to create with the surveillance technology torture as described here and the surreptitious medication intended to debilitate and incapacitate. While this may be true for the female reflecting a projection of her own clitoral climatic sexuality and most likely its repression in this case onto a male, it has been used here to gain attention and justify the use of the surveillance technology. The continuous video and audio recordings prove that this allegation whenever made is totally false. Nonetheless, when it is screeched as she does frequently, it is a show stopper. She and Lt Harry Bird cling obsessively to their false allegations despite the evidence to the contrary. Also, witnesses who have observed that this allegation has been false in the past were driven away with the most excessive bullying verbal uproar imaginable.]

[A comment about what I was thinking I believe. I usually see this as nonsense and think or make a verbal comment about honesty. Since they are manipulating continuously, they expect everyone else to be behaving the same way and see honest behaviour as manipulation.]

06:30:50 "A winner," said Lt Harry Bird. Followed by "Very impractical ," from a male after I finished the preceding comment.

06:32:02 "I should fail," said a male followed by BS "I know."

06:33:20 "Brilliant," said a male. [Joke] Lt Harry Bird.

06:35:29 "What do you think that means?" asked a male. "Empty plastic bottles," I thought to myself.

06:36:14 "Record," said Lt Harry Bird.

06:36:45 "You won't let us," said Lt Harry Bird. 'Now, rolling onto my left side [got this wrong; the video shows right side] once again for the exercise. Their torture. Torture interrogation, yes.'

06:41:10 "Make sure there's no . . ." said a male.

06:42:48 A very interesting film last night. Review comments about The Yards which is relevant to what is going on in this situation in terms of crime and corruption by the police, politicians and business/union managers. The central character was being made into a fall guy for the crimes when he came forward appearing to collude with these deal makers. He witnessed their collusion and then turned against them naming them all before a hearing. He got all the ones at the top. This is an excellent film well worth watching.

This is civilisation today. This is the essence of violence propagated by the violent people. They are repressed in every way and seek to suppress others. This is the growth of the totalitarian state all over agaain.
