BBC News24 reports yesterday and today revealed that a 3-month old infant tortured and beaten to death by the father was noted as being "at risk." The father was sentenced to life in prison yesterday. Last night BBC3 screened an extraordinarily powerful film by Amma Asante who won the BAFTA Carl Foreman Award for the Most Promising Newcomer last year (2005) for this her first film. After I saw it, I sent an Email to the Radio Times with my comments. That Email is the second one here. First, there is an Email I sent to BBC News24 this morning about the continuing discussion concerning the death of this three-month-old infant as it relates to child abuse. I also want to point out that I sent Prime Minister Tony Blair a lengthy letter by fax and post on 23rd September 1999 noting the failure of various departments of Government to work effectively together when it comes to child abuse. I experienced an extraordinary retaliation against me after I sent this letter by those carrying out the surveillance technology abuse. A copy of this letter is available on my web site. At the same time little Victoria Climbie was being subjected to such intense child abuse that she died in February 2000. Her death became the subject of an extensive inquiry which turned up astonishing failures all around in those departments of Government responsible for dealing with child abuse. Finally, six years after the death of Victoria Climbie and my earlier letter, the Prime Minister announced a cabinet level post/person who would address coordination between Government departments with regard to social exclusion. They will make it impossible for anyone to address the problem in anyway they can to such an extent that the violence and manipulation boggles the mind of the detached, independent observer.They are so intimidating with their behaviour that those in professional positions of authority who deal with this kind of personality disorder are afraid to do anything and pass the "buck" as has occurred in celebrated cases.The problem in this society is that there are too many people who share some degree of this brutally violent personality and consciously or unconsciously acquiesce when faced with the vicious bullying of a child abuser. They don't want to get involved and refer it to some other department.This is a key reason that no one reports child abuse and why it often looks like abuse slips through the system when a celebrated death occurs.I reported child abuse almost eight years ago in early May 1998 only to be victimised by the gang of people associated with this neighbouring flat in the most incredible way. They were able to obtain the use of surveillance technology to carry out revenge and retaliation against me with criminal harassment by this means commencing in August 1998.The fact that they have had willing accomplices from professional organisations to assist them in this campaign of terror and torture against me is testament to the fact that child abuse is not being addressed for the reasons described above.This is reinforced by the fact that the mother of the abused children is allowed to lead the assault by having operational control of the surveillance technology 24/7 for many years. She has been at the head of this vigilante mob since 11th May 1998.There has not been a minute when she has not been stalking and criminally harassing me with the lethal use of the surveillance technology except for the day and a half when she gave birth to another child. This was her own comment once when I wrote about her totally obsessive stalking presence as I've just done.Until such time as there is protection provided to those who report child abuse, these horrific deaths will continue along with the hundreds of others including thousands of injuries and an unknown number of emotional disturbances that result.I have been living the legacy of Blair's Criminal Britain for many years 24/7 and watching it grow. Despite extensive communication based upon documentation and witnesses who see that my reporting is accurate, it goes on as of this writing.You need to dig deep into the real reasons that child abusers flourish creating a criminally violent environment while the Government supports their activity under the guise of "empowerment" in the local community. I submit that appointing a cabinet level position to coordinate all aspects of social exclusion which will have child abuse at its centre is just another means to centralise political control in order to cover up problems while managing image especially in the run up to the local elections on 4th May.I believe that this cabinet level role will seek to attack people like me who report the truth. This cover up from a centralised position of power will ensure that everyone is in step and "on message" for the election to make certain that what I have to report does not become part of the local elections on a national basis.I make this judgement on the basis of nearly a decade of direct experience watching such repression of problems occur by attacking me for reporting them. The essence goes beyond racism to target anyone who reports the problems as an object of hatred and violence for threatening this way of life no matter how destitute, depraved and desperate. The fear of having the reality of this condition exposed drives the defensive violence that goes to an extreme to protect against revelation and change.The reality of this situation is so much worse because those agencies who are charged with addressing the problem fail to get it right, and as I've experienced directly act as perverted as the people whom they are supposed to be helping. They reinforce the violent behaviour and help those to act it out rather than trying to solve the problem.I've lived in the Lancaster West Estate for the past almost ten years. Almost eight years ago I reported the child abuse which was taking place in an adjoining flat. This had been escalating for the two years leading up to my reporting. The mother of the abused children has a similar character as that of the character Leigh-Anne in the film, only she is far more hard, abusive and violent. The word incorrigible would fit perfectly.The retaliation to which I have been subjected from this vigilante and violent mob associated with the adjacent flat has been harassment of such an extreme bullying with fabricated allegations against me that they were able to get surveillance technology installed in August 1998.They had access to it along with scores of others in this environment using it for criminal harassment to destroy all my activity and life. It is going on as of this writing, and those carrying it out are all still the same people with the mother of the abused children leading the use of this surveillance technology as a lethal weapon. She has never stopped 24/7 365 days a year for 7.5 years. This is supported by the various departments of Government involved.What persists in this society is the sadistic character which carries out this kind of abuse perpetuating this violence and ultimately destroying the life of those like me who report the problems. The hatred against those of us who do report these problems and the institutional response of support for the violent expression of that hatred means that no one will report these problems with the results that the standard of criminal ad antisocial behaviour becomes the norm.I call this institutionalised ritual abuse.
