From an Email sent to the police today: Enclosed is a further Email sent to tenant management today which has relevance to you. Since the issue involves mundane problems and are more appropriately brought to their attention, I've sent these Emails to him today with a copy of the first one to you for your information.At that time I wanted to provide a very brief overview but saw these additional minor problems in the interim and addressed them along with commentary about the dilemma which has resulted from the tenants and their friends and relatives abusing the surveillance technology.I wanted to point out the following:1. After sending 80+ daily diary/logs reflecting in great detail what was going on here during the first half of 2000 to the Council's Chief Executive and given to tenant management. I find it impossible that he was unable to determine what was going when others did so easily. I considered this deliberate.2. In June 2000 another major escalation occurred sustaining the surveillance technology abuse and taking it to a plane of concerted activity by all involved that was incredulous.3. In December 2000 cataracts were diagnosed in both eyes at the Western Eye Hospital. This was a second referral to the Western Eye Hospital with regard to my deteriorating vision by my optometrist. The first had occurred in May 2000 while I was addressing the source of the problem. The deterioration of my eyes had been tracked from September 1998 coincident with the installation and use of the electromagnetic imagining device ("radar"). 4. Therefore, I chose to seek the protection of the High Court by legal proceedings which I initiated there in March 2001. 5. I started the legal preparation in January 2001 working at the RBK&C Town Hall Library and other such locations. The staff at the library was fully aware that I was under surveillance. Much comment had been made about it. At one point a male said "He's going to sue them" since they knew the kind of legal research I was carrying out.6. Lt Harry Bird and Colonel Vine arrived in February 2001 and started their intense abuse with their more sophisticate surveillance technology. All my legal preparations were closely monitored day and night no matter where I was located including work in the Supreme Court Law Library at the High Court.7. Due to the nature of the surveillance technology, the two in-chambers hearings during March 2001 were completely monitored at the High Court by those using this sophisticated surveillance technology so that all privacy and confidentiality was totally destroyed especially that insured by in-chambers hearings. 8. Those using the surveillance technology were able to destroy these legal proceedings following the two hearings at the High Court in March 2001. 9. Tenant management was directly involved with the abuse of this surveillance technology and had been named along with the Council and those in adjacent flats. They all had a vested interest in directly perverting the course of justice in this environment throughout all this time and have done so with extreme measures such as those which were used to halt the legal proceedings I had initiated in civil court.This is clearly a matter for the police since March 2001 and every effort has been and is being made to prevent me from providing information possible to the police.This effort to pervert the course of justice using surveillance technology as a weapon continues as of this writing and is the reason why after five years from the March 2001 legal proceedings this matter persists.I have already been to the High Court with civil proceedings in a situation which was exceptionally bad.It is long past the time for the police to intervene to provide me with protection by means of restraining orders through the magistrates court.Further delay is unacceptable by any legitimate standard.No information can be provided on a comprehensive and meaningful basis until the surveillance activity is brought to a complete halt.*****Excerpt from enclosed Email to tenant management*****Surveillance Technology Abuse and Failure to Maintain StandardsWhat this reveals is that this problem which appeared to be resolved a fewdays ago starts over with small contributing factors which lead to more andmore of it.These were filmed for the record to substantiate this activity while I departed and returned from a normal shopping trip as I did yesterday. Once again I was subjected to intense verbal abuse by BS, Lt Harry Bird and others using the surveillance technology to attack me while I collected this film evidence in an effort to intimidate me from documenting and reporting what needs to be addressed.This reflects the fact that surveillance technology is being used to maintain antisocial standards which also contributes to a general attitude among the residents and others that they can do whatever they want and get away with it. This is vigilante behaviour and mob rule.This derives from the fact that those associated with flat xxx using the surveillance technology carry out extensive and well known criminal activity to maintain antisocial and criminal behaviour standards.This is the example set by them and observed and known by everyone as a direct result of those associated with flat xxx spreading this information including false allegations against me and the obvious support they receive from the authorities in sustaining such extensive criminal activity to the detriment of the environment.They enlist the aid of others to join in their criminal activity on this basis so that the person (me) reporting the problems can be removed based upon false allegations enabling everylone to continue with antisocial and criminal behaviour as they do.This is the context in which this occurs and is one of the significant contributing factors which makes it impossible to maintain fundamental standards of safety and health in this environment.This standard was established seven and one-half years ago with the installation of the surveillance technology against me, maintained 24/7 involving tenant management extensively along the way and continues as of this writing.
