1. Wed May 23 16:56:48 BST 2007: very loud thumping bass starts from below. This was so loud that it vibrated the whole flat especially the living room and bedroom with lots of shouted abuse from various voices coming in the living room and bedroom windows from outside. These included those using the surveillance technology. These are the hit and run noise nuisance terrorists who seek attention by extreme antisocial behaviour. This is a daily occurrence.
A. Wednesday, 23rd May 2007, at 16:57:02 to 16:58:02. Loud, thumping bass music from below in the living room.
B. Wednesday, 23rd May 2007, at 16:58:08 to 16:59:59. Loud thumping bass music from below from the living room into the hall, bathroom, front door and bedroom at 16:59:09; window sill. The music itself with voice, loud and blasting, can be heard coming in the bathroom window, front door and bedroom window.
C. Wednesday, 23rd May 2007, at 17:01:47 to 17:03:09 . Loud, thumping bass music from below in the living room. When I came back into the living room after the whole bedroom was vibrating, I made this additional recording since the whole living room was vibrating.
Wed May 23 17:26:26 BST 2007: Son of BS goes "Woooo" coming in front window while the thumping bass music continues. This is a family project equivalent to the Fagan School of Antisocial Behaviour (FSAB).
Wed May 23 17:28:10 BST 2007: Thumping bass music cuts way down low but is still present.
Wed May 23 17:29:59 BST 2007: "[I'll] kill him," said Lt Harry Bird from the kitchen window direction.
Wed May 23 17:35:29 BST 2007: Thumping bass music turned loud once again while voices continue their abuse from the front window direction with another "Woooo" included. Lt Harry Bird said "As I speak" while I finished the above and published it on the web to keep the information flowing. Sounded like he was on his phone calling about something connected with this activity either from watching me or the noise nuisance. Most likely it is the the former. Neither he now BS have ever done anything about any noise nuisance.
Wed May 23 17:39:04 BST 2007: Siren comes up St Anns road and cuts out down the road a bit. Was this in response to a Lt Harry Bird emergency call out? This same sequence of events occurred yesterday with a discussion following after the apparent arrival of a vehicle with the siren. Much of the discussion I heard was abuse and incitement directed against me for what reason I'll never know although this fits into a consistent pattern of such behaviour for years and years carried out like this daily.
It usually concerns the writing I do which they do not like that result in this disruption of my activity including a false allegation and demand to "Get him out." At this time I was writing about the judiciary's problems with the new split Home Office with their part becoming the Ministry of Justice. See yesterday's web journal entry at its end for these comments which evidently caused this activity. I was also preparing an Email about it.
This is part of a pattern of activity that goes back for the better part of these past nine years 24/7. When they see something they do not like because it accurately describes what they are doing, there is this kind of eruption with a whole batch of false allegations and incitements as they seek to distract and smokescreen what I am doing from others while launching their own manufactured attack.

Wed May 23 17:52:14 BST 2007: "Noooo, he's come. Potty as shit," said BS just as I finished the above entry. Her voice like that of Lt Harry Bird was coming from the direction of the kitchen where the false allegation and incitement activity are taking place. This false allegation reflects the explicit meaning of the "Wooooo" sound made by Son of BS noted above and again reinforces the results of the family antisocial behaviour school training. This activity has been going on 24/7 for all these years.
Wed May 23 17:53:35 BST 2007: Thumping bass music volume turned up again. ". . . reason . . ." said a male kitchen window direction. Usually, this is connected with "There must be a reason" for removing me by force and violence from my home. In this case the entire problem is the excessively loud noise music noise from below. How can this be perverted into something it is not?
Another hour wasted while trying to stop my activity by this diversion. It also apparently waste the time and resources of the emergency call out for not just a nonsensical and absurd reason but reflects that they are the source of the problem which can be easily determined.

Wed May 23 18:10:31 BST 2007: "I can't do this," said a male from the kitchen window direction. Thumping bass music (from below) and voices (from outside) continue to come into the left front window. "Potty," says BS.
Wed May 23 18:18:10 BST 2007: Thumping music still coming from below. The noise nuisance call out service is useless since I never know when it will stop, and there is the surveillance technology in use anyway. It should be used to maintain fundamental standards, but that is not the case. It is being abused for the opposite reasons.
During the first couple years of this surveillance abuse activity which was carried out from the flat above and well known as such, I once saw some guys going along the road outside trying each parked vehicle's door. I was using a web cam set up in my front window for the purpose of looking out my front window. A police officer who was present above, "Mike" I believe it was, noted it as well, described it and called it in so that the police could respond to a legitimate problem which they did.
In this case with Lt Harry Bird, BS and others no such actions are taken. In fact, they work to keep all antisocial and criminal behaviour unreported and protected. The other day Lt Harry Bird yelled quite loudly "I am not an informer" when apparently he was asked to provide information to the police. However, they have not restraint whatsoever in calling in the police thousands of times for faked emergency responses against me making the most absurdly false allegations and continuing to do this 24/7. This is a double standard of the worse kind as has been documented above as it occurred.
I have been informed in writing by a former police inspector for this area that while the police do not respond to noise nuisance calls, they can note these in the normal course of their activity if they come upon it. In this instance above if that is a police officer who responded to Lt Harry Bird's call and engaged in the above conservation parts of which are noted above too, then he should have been able to note the noise nuisance from below. If he did not, he is not performing his job.
Wed May 23 18:29:10 BST 2007: The thumping bass music ended just as I finished writing the above paragraph. It has been on for an hour and a half. As soon as I noted that they police could and should note it as part of an apparent call out by Lt Harry Bird, it was shut off immediately once again indicating that surveillance technology is being used in the flat below.
2. I had just finished preparing the following Email when the blasting thumping bass music took off from below with all its ancillary activity. It's these kinds of things based upon what I describe that results in extraordinary harassment attacks as occurred here. For the next hour and a half I just logged what was going on as it occurred while trying to get other things done. The above describes such a false attack and all its associated activity as an example of this kind of harassment which has been going on for all these almost nine years from the abuse of surveillance technology 24/7.
This Email is based upon a BBC article yesterday and a Guardian article today. Each quotes the position of the one side: the BBC notes the government's attempt to make it look like all is not so bad after all while the Guardian reports the judiciary's rather different reaction. It is important to note this dichotomy of views and reactions with regard to this constitutional issue of judicial independence raised by the split in the Home Office.
The Email is basically what I wrote for yesterday's web journal entry noting that this abuse of surveillance technology has undercut, undermined and destroyed the judicial system in this country for the past almost nine years. My point was proven by the hour and a half which followed after 1700 today described as it occurred above. Law enforcement became part of the vigilante effort fabricating allegations against me along with the continuous screaming and hollering from various people including the false allegations and demands from Lt Harry Bird and BS.
All of this activity which is continuous day and night destroys any possibility of my being able to properly address this legally in the judicial system, and the police are right here helping the criminals and antisocial behaviour types. The laws are mocked along with the ability to present the problem in the court as I've directly experienced in March 2001. It is usual that the behaviour by these people confirms what I have just written as occurred once again here. In the meantime they are allowed to go on without any hindrance in the hopes that they will succeed with their ultimate destructive objective in order to protect everyone.

The two articles above tell two very different stories from each end of the spectrum. The judiciary's colere is a little late.
The other half of the split Home Office now the Ministry of Justice which was to start its existence today has met with resistance from the judiciary who foresees a constitutional crisis with respect to their independence.
The judiciary is a curious lot. They have been rendered superfluous by the use of the surveillance technology against me. All aspects of the judicial system including law enforcement as well as imprisonment have been subsumed under the surveillance technology abuse carried out against me for almost nine years 24/7. This has included lethal torture and medical experimentation.
The judiciary had the opportunity to address this problem in March 2001 but failed to do so and were scuppered by the abuse from this surveillance technology.
They now take exception with a reorganisation many years after this whole activity carried out against me started and is to be contained in the new Ministry of Justice under the Lord Chancellor whose position was supposed to have been abolished several years ago.
The members of the judiciary are not addressing the most important problem that creates a constitutional crisis in this country which has been occurring for many years. I don't know where there heads are located (in the sand perhaps), but they certainly haven't been using them for many years.
It sounds like they cannot agree on the placement of the rearranged deck chairs while the ship of fools is sinking rapidly. Independence doesn't matter in a world where all the functions of the Ministry of Justice are carried out by those using surveillance technology.

Amid a growing constitutional crisis, the lord chief justice, Lord Phillips, told MPs the department was only created to "clear the decks" so that the home secretary, John Reid, could mount a "concerted attack on terrorism".

3. Three terrorist suspects held with control orders take off. The technology is available to keep them continuously monitored, tracked wherever they go and under total surveillance with absolute minimal personnel. Here are people who are fully processed by the judicial system complete with lawyers and all the trappings they need to maintain some semblance of human rights in this country while I who have never done anything have been kept under complete control by surveillance technology without any judicial proceedings involving me or any of my human and legal rights protected.
These people who could be imprisoned with this surveillance technology and tracked like me are allowed to abscond while this technology is available and used against the innocent (me) for six and one quarter years 24/7. Don't you think it's about time for everyone to become aware that this technology exists so that the public can be genuinely protected instead of its being used abusively in the corrupt self interest of the few at the expense of the safety of the public?

Three on control orders abscond

Scotland Yard are hunting three men who are believed to have absconded from control orders imposed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
Police say Lamine Adam, 26, his brother, Ibrahim, 20, and Cerie Bullivant, 24, have been missing for more than 24 hours and may be together.
Members of the public are being warned not to approach them, but to call 999.
The Adams' brother, Anthony Garcia, was jailed for life last month for his part in the fertiliser bomb plot.
The home secretary is due to make a written statement on Thursday, but the Tories say the news is "shocking."
Control orders place a type of house arrest on those suspected of international terrorism.
Police launched the appeal for help tracing the men by releasing their names, descriptions and pictures after all three failed to make contact with authorities.

The Adam brothers did not contact a monitoring company on Monday evening.
And Mr Bullivant is understood to have been missing since Tuesday morning when he failed to report to his local police station.
Head of the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command Peter Clarke said inquiries were being made to trace the three men.
"It is possible that the public can help us to trace them. They have breached the conditions of their control orders, which is a serious crime," he said.
