Motorbike went up the footpath just after I laid down to stretch out and relax; which was followed after an interval by:

Three violent hits on the floor directly above me; three separate times something was thrown on the floor above me as hard as possible; this was an obvious expression of anger at the fact that I moved and followed by the sound of cable being angrily snatched around as apparently equipment was moved to keep track of me (recording; viewing).

Wed, 28 Jul 1999 - 21:42:34 Stopped listening to the tape; it ran out at 70 mins; just before the end there was my putting the notebook on the table; about 6 mins before that there was a sound in here but do not know what it was; sounds in the background were most likely my typing; it picks up sounds in the room perfectly; it is terrific; turned on video and capture for the night.

That is a terrible thing they did tonight coming to my door twice to hit the mail flap; knock on the door and actually yell through it.

There was reasonable activity outside; but it is mostly quiet; some vehicles; and the dog barking indicating that they are out there waiting and watching for a sign that I am here; it barks when it recognises someone out there; the worst of it was the guy above throwing things on the floor deliberately three successive times as hard as he could when I laid down to rest; that turned up perfectly in the audio clip along with his tapping on the floor;

There were two sets of taps that he did just after I fell asleep; these would have woken me and are what I suspect have woken me like that in the past; then 20 mins later there were two more sets of taps in an attempt to wake me and cause me to talk in my sleep; I did wake up ten mins after these taps;

Thu, 29 Jul 1999 - 01:58:19 Crouched into the hall to go to the bathroom for a pit stop; first wanted to look out the peephole; there was a noise outside; waited and saw a guy (heavy, wearing white sweat trousers and black t-shirt top go up the stairs; that was squeaky shoes; might have been the fat guy who lives in xxxx but doubt it; there were no door noises upstairs [this could mean directly above me]; it was like he just went up there and stood; I stayed for a moment then went into the bathroom for a pit stop; I made not a sound; went back to the peephole and stood for a bit; saw nothing but heard a couple noises as if someone was out there and assumed that he was still outside upstairs; believe that he may have come from the auto that just parked and locked; or could have been out there by my door and had rattled the mail flap; he did not go into a flat I do not believe but remained outside upstairs.
