As has been usual for years, I sent correspondence to the Home Office about the continuing surveillance carried out 24/7 for many years against me. I did so because Charles Clarke was the new Home Secretary replacing David Blunkett who had been forced to resign. Simon Watkin replied in his letter of 2nd March 2005 stating that such surveillance was belief suggesting that I should seek medical help.
This is a sign not only of the incompetence in the Home Office which is emerging at present but a deliberate cover up at the top. It has now become known that Charles Clarke was told about a serious problem last summer and did not take steps to address it when informed. This resulted in more foreign national prisoners being released at the end of their sentence without being processed for possible deportation. Over 200 such prisoners were released after he failed to address the problem which involved some 1,023 released foreign national prisoners. The Home Office now has the reputation as an organisation that is out of control. Within the last couple days, it has been revealed that illegal immigrants have been working as contract cleaners in the Immigration department buildings.
My letters about this incredible surveillance have been sent to the Home Office since about October 1999 when my 23rd September 1999 faxed and posted letter to the Prime Minister was forwarded to the Home Office for reply. The then Home Secretary was Jack Straw. No one at anytime from the end of 1999 to the beginning of 2005 has ever suggested from the Home Office that my experience was belief and not fact. It involved scores of people many of whom were and are known to me and extensive 24/7 diary/logs were sent to various departments of Government for secretaries of state including the Home Secretary. And, those carrying out the surveillance often cited the Home Office and/or Home Secretary often using his name as the source of authority for the surveillance activity.
However, after Charles Clarke took over as the third such Home Secretary while this incredible surveillance activity continued 24/7, this was my reply from the Home Office dismissing out of hand reality for which the Home Office was responsible especially since I was and still am continuously declared a prisoner under house arrest and subject to punishment and torture interrogation based upon a presumption of guilt while surveillance R&D and medical experimentation on a nonconsenting human guinea pig are carried out with the approval of those in positions of authority.

Early last year in 2005 I had sent along a couple letters to Newsnight with videos of the local violence which was occurring in the immediatel proximity of my flat. This was to illustrate the ongoing violent crime which was occurring against the background of a general concern for crime and the fact that surveillance was being carried out against me 24/7 which contributed to the pervasiveness and persistence of the violent crime. I had received an acknowledgement from Newsnight's Editor Peter Barron for the receipt of the information noting that he was interested in violent crime.
In that process I received the above Home Office reply to my correspondence to the Home Office and sent a copy of the Home Office reply to Newsnight's Editor Peter Barron. He then sent me a letter indicating that the surveillance may be in my imagination based upon his reading of my correspondence about the violent crime sent to him and the surveillance background.
I had sent a copy of the Home Office letter to him in a state of incredulity that such an assertion would be made in reply to my correspondence to the Home Secretary. My experience was not belief and was very much a part of my real experience 24/7 which started in August 1998 about which I have kept continuous and thorough documentation as well as collecting hard evidence. The point was to illustrate with direct evidence that the Home Office was denying surveillance activity as described which it was most definitely allowing to be carried out that included many years of torture, personal injuries and the lethal use of experimental surveillance technology.
The Home Office now has its fourth Home Secretary, John Reid, and continues to sink ever deeper into what is now euphemistically called incompetence. In my direct experience it is far worse than that. Also, while I prepared his web journal entry, I have been subjeced to continuous verbal abuse by those carrying out the surveillance activity as they seek to both attack and intimidante me while trying to figure out a way to stop me. The efforts to cover up reality by everyone involved including the Home Office continue unabated.

For almost eight years I've been subjected to 24/7 torture with the use of surveillance technology intensified and upgraded in stages as I continued to report this problem.
All of this is in the BBC's backyard. All of this is my personal, direct experience. All of this involves scores if not hundreds of people throughout these eight years. This is not opinion. It is verifiable fact for anyone who chooses to investigate. The BBC has not and is in a state of denial.
Why?
After Charles Clarke became Home Secretary, I continued my correspondence to the Home Office about this house arrest imprisonment, 24/7 torture interrogation and medical experimentation with the lethal use of surveillance technology which has caused serious personal injuries along the way.
This time I received a letter from someone in the Home Office noting my extensive correspondence about this matter and suggesting that I would achieve relief by seeking medical help. He denied the house arrest, etc.
I sent a copy of this to Newsnight's Editor, Peter Barron, who dismissed my information in the most abusive, ignorant and callous manner possible that reflected the worst journalism possible on the part of the BBC. He noted that while he did not know the facts of my situation, he agreed with the Home Office letter.
This reflected ignorance and bigotry on the part of a BBC News Editor who allowed these to dominate his decision making and outlook instead of investigating or at the very least asking questions to determine the validity of my direct experience.
Naturally, those carrying out this massive unlawful and criminal activity were delighted to see this response which they noted as part of their surveillance activity. They make every effort to discredit what I report and succeed in doing so by attacking me in the manner that the Home Office did which causes everyone else to go along with these false allegations and negative characterisations against me. This is called a conspiratorial cover up.
It's just like those stories we used to hear about the Soviet Union abusing people whom it did not like and discrediting them often committing them to a mental institution or prison when they were critical of the Soviet Union. The same thing is happening here in the UK today, and the BBC is just another extension of Government denial in this instance. The only difference is that now suppression and imprisonment are carried out with surveillance technology.
So, don't tell me as Mark Urban did that you do "investigate" blogs or whatever to obtain more information. You do not, and you do not in the most critically important area of information where you could genuinely render a public service. All Newsnight's Mark Urban is doing is mouthing nonsense about how they do look at other information. He himself is being selective in his regurgitation of information just like the clip which omitted the reference to the American Airlines aircraft when describing it as flying low.
Newsnight is dismissive of the truth when they do not want to believe it and does not suit its journalistic inclination whatever that may be, and they will not even venture outside the BBC door to this nearby area to talk with me about what is happening and has been happening for eight years 24/7. Nor, will they even pick up the telephone to call me and ask a few questions or even have me stop by to respond to questions they might have in order to explore further the validity of my description about my personal experience.
The BBC bilge water being disseminated is, like it or not, a conspiracy to cover up the reality of what the Government is actually doing with respect to the R&D for surveillance technology along with medical experimentation on a nonconsenting human guinea pig inside his home with the lethal use of surveillance technology that can track someone anywhere in the world and subject that target to feedback as well as monitoring including surreptitious medication to debilitate and incapacitate.
Science moves on in very dark ways, and the BBC chooses not to shine a light on this abuse in order to keep it from growing into a national catastrophe. As of this writing, the BBC exists in a state of disgrace and hypocritical denial which puts it in line with the Pravda of old (and new for that matter considering media suppression under Putin) that we all remember so well and in which we all took so much pleasure as a source of derision. That could never happen in the West we would all think to ourselves.
Well, it is now, and the BBC is keeping the most important information ever suppressed. I view this as more important than the development of nuclear weapons because its destructive capacity is massive, silent and worldwide. You have no one else to blame but yourselves. Newswatch is a fundamental nonentity in an organisation dedicated to appearance and safety in journalism fast becoming the Ministry of Information for the Government.
What will the public think of the BBC when the truth becomes general knowledge?
