[I spent the morning doing legal research at the Supreme Court Library and seeing about obtaining documents at the High Court for the hearing which was held in chambers the preceding day;];

[I started preparing to get some rest which I thought I could get in the chair; went into the kitchen to remove lenses so I would not sleep with them in; it was to be Tuesday morning before I put them back in again after four nights of terrible illness driven by constant and unrelenting stalking and harassment which was beginning right now;]

Into the bathroom for a pit(1) stop; door slam below; made not a bit of noise; male said “We’ll get him when he comes out”; flushed toilet(2); back into the living room; PHF voice coming in front window from outside said “He’s fucking” announcing this publicly to whoever was listening;

The male who yelled said “No, let’s see what he does;" he was disturbing me deliberately to produce a reaction; then he claimed that I spoke; I was having a dream; not really talking in my sleep; most likely from elsewhere; he woke me with his yelled “He” it sounded like; I was sound asleep on my right/left side; arm had pins and needles in it; I lay for a bit as the circulation came back into it;

I finally got to sleep and was brutally disturbed by the dumb sounding male from below; now they are  below the window with some kids running fast around while they talk loudly;

I told you to leave me alone and be quiet; what I meant was to can the excessive noises like yelling very loudly right under my window as occurred to wake me; maybe he was trying  to  claim a noise from me that he actually caused which was not true; to the best of my knowledge and experience he did it all;

Just after I lay back down a guy asked “He’s drunk(?)”; another said he was three times over the limit once; then the talking on about it; I don’t even drink; you are a bunch of creeps who are in for a legal nightmare;

[I got up about 2230 give or take 30 minutes with an emergency diarrhea need having had started leaking out after waking; into the bathroom for a complete diarrhea evacuation over a period of time; quite sick to my stomach but only regurgitated a little; filled the tub and soaked in it dozing on and off waking myself with my own breathing; wanted to relax, rest and clean myself after that “explosion”; I thought I had soaked in the tub a long time; when I got out of the tub the worst hit me as soon as I was standing up; sat down again immediately on the toilet for volumes of diarrhea explosion while throwing up bile in the sink at the same time;]

Food poisoning; really bad; I did not know whether to stand or sit as it came out both ends; so I barfed in the sink while sitting and shitting; soaked a long time in the tub; and got a bunch of it out afterwards; this has been with me all day since I ate the onion bagels; only three but they were bad; I barely made it home; wanted to rest and sleep; certainly not eat or do anything else; then all the nonsense from these creeps; well, they caused the problem and will pay damages extraordinary;

Unbelievable what the CA and the PFH said below while I was in the bath;

[No time]            into the kitchen; got bottle of water from fridge; put by the bed; into the bathroom for a pit stop; noiseless all around; flushed toilet; put in limescale remover; back into the living room to the continuing voices from down the road mostly a male; he notes my drinking water when I did so;

The guy down the road earlier asked “Did he come(?)”; no, of course not because I did nothinge else due to the twenty-four hour stomach virus that wiped me out; I was throwing up and had diarrhea in the middle of the night finally before midnight; then soaked in the tub followed by more throwing up into the sink while I was evacuating water from my bowels; almost dysentery where the water absorption process of the large intestines reverses itself and expels water; that is the easy stage, but it has been avoided;

Last night when I lay down very, very sick and just wanted to sleep which they continuously disrupted; the moronic guy out front who had shouted “Hey” to wake me said “He’s drunk” then added he’s been three times over; I don’t drink so it reflects obvious tampering with the evidence [sewage sampling(?)]; I have always suspected this and suspect that they tamper with the rest of it too; it is in the hands of the tenants and their sympathisers;

[Time did not take]        “That’s it; he’ll come out;” no, all you want to do is cover up the false accusations and falsified evidence;

I have not had a stomach virus in decades; my resistance was wiped out by sleep deprivation caused by the continuous stalking and harassing; usually I am resistant to these things, but my immune system was not up to snuff to block this as it should have done;

Those who took the waste samples will be able to identify what it was; if they don’t, it will be criminal negligence;

“Go ahead rinse it out,” the PHF “ordered” the CA to rinse the water sampling jar of my diarrhea filled toilet bowl flush;

[When I first went into the bathroom with the diarrhea, the CA began shouting as loud as possible during the faeces elimination which was obviously diarrhea “He’s come; you can hear it.”  Afterward when he removed the sewage sampling pot, the CA yelled “It’s full of shit.”  It was then the PHF ordered him to clean it out; I remember all of this as if it happened yesterday;];

When I was throwing up last night, the fluid from my stomach was greenish; that means bile; my intestines had backed up into my stomach or the removal of the offending virus was a upper duodenal regurgitation;

Or, in other words it was very bad thanks to you and the terrible things you did yesterday for which you will be prosecuted; now maybe that is wrong; then there were the false accusations that occurred while I was terribly, terribly sick; impossible; I think that you have just had the course and exposed yourselves for what you are;

It would be nonsense, of course, as I was so sick that I could not move and had dozed on and off in the tub while soaking to relax; immediately after getting out of the tub just before it finished draining, I started the diarrhea and regurgitation again while sitting on the toilet and regurgitated into the sink; and this Bozo said “there it is;” wonder what he said about the rest of it(?);

Earlier on he had noted it was “useless” by saying “this is useless” in what I took to mean the process of trying to get me removed from my home by force;
