Web Journal Thursday 29th March 2007

It's really rather difficult for the US and UK governments to take the high ground with regard to the UK sailors and marines kidnapped and removed to Iran from Iraqi waters in the Persian Gulf. A British citizen who was kept in Guantanamo Bay for almost five years without trial is to be returned to the UK. Nine British citizens remain in Guantanamo completely deprived of any legal protection claimed as standards by western democracies. I've been held under surveillance imprisonment and torture by the US and UK governments for eight years and seven months 24/7. There are repeated events like these of operations outside the law carried out be all sides in this war. Let us not forget the rendition flights and their kidnappings to deport people to torture prisons and countries. Of course, there is the torture by the US military which was exposed at Abu Ghraib and other atrocities that have surfaced from Iraq involving US and UK military forces. In these latter events civilians were murdered.

It was totally wrong of Iran to kidnap the British military people from Iraqi waters, but what should anyone expect in this world atmosphere where the US and UK feel free to operate outside the law. Neither government can take any position of moral or legal authority with respect to Iran about the unlawful and wrongful kidnappings on the high seas. The US and UK governments continue to do the same kind of acts. It is a wonder that the US and UK behave as if they are offended that such an event occurred when they do the same thing themselves with extraordinary impunity and disregard for any standards of conduct that should be maintained in a decent civilised society.

Until the US and UK governments stop their own bullying, false imprisonment and torture carried out indefinitely in Guantanamo and as I am experiencing directly, they cannot rationally expect countries like Iran to stop this kind of bullying too. Tyrannical behaviour from the US and UK governments only begets more tyrannical behaviour elsewhere.

1. It's a great shame to see a country like Iran holding the West hostage over the warlike capture of 15 UK sailors and marines on the high seas of the Persian Gulf. They were clearly in the Iraq waters performing a routine counter smuggling and terrorism activity that is essential for the protection of Iraq. There is little doubt that this has been a calculated provocative incident which bogs everyone down during a time of intense concern with regard to Iran's nuclear weapons development potential, UN sanctions and the five Iranian citizens captured by the US in Iraq. Also, there have been news reports regarding the infiltration and arms supplies coming from Iran into Iraq including bombs which have caused death and injury to coalition soldiers. There was even a report that Iran was offering to pay those in Iraq to act as fighters against the coalition.

Since this was the second such incident in the past few years, I wonder why this patrol effort was not well prepared for this to occur again? One of the comments made with this announcement that consular visits would be permitted after a week of captivity concerned the fact that at least the location of the captives would be known. I am puzzled as to why brain wave monitoring is not used for tracking personnel operating in such a capacity where they might be subject to capture. It has to be understood sooner or later that there is an ability to map each human being's unique electromagnetic radiation halo surrounding the head which can be identified and tracked by means of satellite. This has been used against me for over six years. Why are these people on a battle front and in such a vulnerable position not tracked in this manner?

If they are captured, their location can be carefully monitored for immediate rescue at any time when it is so deemed to be in the best of circumstances. All those captured can be so tracked to see if they are together or separated. Further, this facility is not limited to tracking alone. The brain wave activity can be monitored with respect to the human sense perceptions and thought. While this might be objectionable for military personnel to be so monitored, it could easily save their lives and stop this kind of criminal hostage taking. The further advantage of this surveillance technology would enable those using it to see through the eyes and hear with the ears of those so tracked. What they said and thought could also be monitored thus facilitating capture communications. The added benefit here is that Voice-to-Skull (V2K) can be used to communicate with anyone on patrol or in captivity who could respond with thoughts and not give away anything to the captors or break silence while on patrol in a combat situation.

I've been subjected to this for over six years 24/7 since February 2001 and know first hand with thousands of confirmations that these surveillance activities work and work quite well. Just last night and this morning I once again confirmed that my thoughts can be read by those using this surveillance technology. BS verbally exploded about what I was thinking believing it was about her when it was about someone else in my distant past with the same name. Other activity by her making false allegations against me this morning misleading others about what was actually happening again precisely confirmed the capacity of this surveillance technology.

At the very least military personnel on the battlefield or especially on important patrols can be so monitored as to location. Then if captured as has occurred here, they can be tracked precisely. However, if the further ability to see what they see, hear what they hear and monitor feelings and thoughts are used, those on patrol can communicate in real time all that is happening to them in any set of circumstances. If captured, information can be relayed back about location and circumstances regarding guards, security measures and buildings as well as treatment which they are receiving. All of this can be use to facilitate rescue and gain valuable intelligence. As long as the person is alive, this source of information never stops.

What I've described is very much reality and can be done since it has been done to me for many years. I would also think that anyone whose life is at risk in a potential combat situation and more especially in combat patrols would be willing to be so monitored. This surveillance technology would also facilitate penetration patrols deep into countries like Iran for intelligence collection with real time relay of information back to those operating the surveillance technology. This is not far fetched at all and was used as part of a Spooks drama broadcast last autumn in an episode where there was a hostage situation in an embassy. One of the MI5 agents had an implant placed behind her ear which would enable her to hear voice transmissions made to her. However, she had to send back her comments verbally with a communications device.

This was a giant step forward in showing the kind of technology that is available, except for the fact that it is way behind the state-of-the-art of what is actually being used at present. There is no need for implants. Hearing and thoughts can be monitored as well as sound transmitted electronically to the recipient. Thus, anyone in a hostage situation like this one fictionally depicted on Spooks could have communications all the time which also included everything that this fictional agent saw. Her treatment including any torture could also be monitored. I doubt that this reality could be portrayed in this fictional dramatisation of MI5 since it would remove a lot of the drama.

The real key to this would be the ability to map the brainwave halo of others like the captors or interrogators and then be able to track them totally monitoring all their activity. In such an instance, no one would want to take anyone hostage. The problem with this is people would be killed instead of captured. The essence of my experience means that all that I am subjected to can be monitored by others not only those people who are carrying it out primarily like BS and Lt Harry Bird. In other words, there could be a complete and independent record of all that has been done to me. "Monitored for training purposes" as they say.

Iran offers UK access to sailors

Captured sailors in Iran

Iran has offered to let UK officials visit the 15 Royal Navy personnel who were captured in the Gulf on Friday.

Iran's foreign minister also said the only woman being held, Faye Turney, who has been interviewed on Iranian state television, could be released.

But he said the stand-off would be resolved only if the UK stated that the sailors and marines had been in Iranian waters last Friday, which it denies.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has held talks with Iran on the issue.

His spokesman said the detention was one of the issues discussed during a meeting with Iranian foreign minister Manouchehr Mottaki at a summit of Arab leaders in the Saudi Arabian capital, Riyadh.

I am very concerned about these pictures and any indication of pressure or coercion
Margaret Beckett, Foreign Secretary

The European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana said he had spoken briefly to Mr Mottaki at the summit and reiterated the EU's call for an end to the "illegal" detention.

The Foreign Office said it was waiting for further details on possible consular access, and that no official offer had yet been made by Iran.

Propaganda war over captured Brits

By Paul Reynolds
World Affairs correspondent, BBC News website

Britain and Iran are engaged in a propaganda battle over the 15 captured British sailors and marines.

Britain went public with coordinates to try to prove that its naval party had not gone into Iranian waters and ridiculing Iranian claims to the contrary.

Iran hit back by showing the prisoners on television, having a meal, and interviewing the only woman in the group Faye Turney, who made admissions about being in Iranian waters.

Britain had its figures but Iran had its admission.

Britain wants the prisoners released at once, arguing that they did no wrong. Iran is offering, according to its Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, to "end this issue" if the British admit it was "a mistake", which of course Britain will not do.

Britain has suggested that the Turney interview was done under duress and direction and with the promise of her release. Her use of the word "arrested" to describe being taken prisoner was noticeable.

The British outcry against the video stems partly from its belief that the Geneva Conventions prohibit the exposure of prisoners to "public curiosity". This, in the British government's view, includes television pictures, even though in this case there is no actual war.

In 2004, a similar admission by British captives led to their return. Iran has said that Leading Seaman Turney will be set free soon, though exactly when is not clear. The question then will be what happens to the others. Would Iran be satisfied with her admission, declare satisfaction and release all?

2. And now the multi-headed Hydra government in Iran is apparently changing its announced promise to release the woman sailor hostage. I must admit the behaviour by the Iranians in this latest hostage exercise has been quite like the behaviour I've directly witnessed by and experienced from Lt Harry Bird and BS who fake it and defiantly maintain a silly false position in order to carry out extensive illegal acts against a human hostage. The same brutal, sadistic and manipulative character dominates each and is subjected to competing agendas from within carried out independently of each other or the various power factions in Iran. Where there is no standard, it comes through quite apparent for all to see wherever it occurs.

Seized sailor's release in doubt

Faye Turney

Iran may delay its plan to release the only woman among 15 captured Royal Navy crew because of the UK's "incorrect attitude", an official has said.

Iran's insistence the group was in its waters last Friday saw the UK release GPS evidence to back up its denials.

Tony Blair's official spokesman said the UK was not seeking a confrontation.

But he said footage of Faye Turney and the others on Iranian TV was wrong in terms of "basic humanity". The UK is hoping for a statement from the UN.

3. Deck chairs, deck chairs where are the deck chairs in the Home Office reshuffle?

Subject: Expect a terrorist attack during the Home Office reshuffle

As Kenneth Clark said today, restructuring the Home Office will not address the problems which have occurred.

As long as agents of a foreign government continue to carry out surveillance technology imprisonment, torture, R&D and medical experimentation as has gone on for all these years starting in August 1998 against me, there is little hope that there will be quality people on the ground who will get it right.

This failure to do so in my direct experience after all these years and with the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known means that those involved in law enforcement and security for this country are not just totally inept but are deliberately perverse sustaining illusions of accomplishment while the world blows up all around.

This can only lead to more terrorist attacks like those in the summer of 2005 along with the continued proliferation of serious crimes.

Home Office to be split into two

John Reid and Tony Blair
John Reid will have overall responsibility for counter-terrorism

The Home Office will be split into two separate departments for security and for justice in the next six weeks.

The Department for Constitutional Affairs will take control of probation, prisons and prevention of re-offending and be renamed the Ministry of Justice.

The slimmed-down Home Office will then be left to concentrate on dealing with terrorism, security and immigration.

Tories say it will "compound" problems, while ex-home secretary Charles Clarke called it an "irresponsible decision".

4. A Briton is to be released from Quantanamo Bay after five years in detention with the last 13 months spent in isolation said his solicitor in an interview on BBC News24. A couple days ago a male said here "I'm going to release him." I've been held in captivity for many years. The most restrictive portion of which started in February 2001 with the arrival of US government agents with their surveillance technology which can imprison and carry out torture interrogation to which I've been subjected 24/7 ever since for over six years. The surveillance torture activity began in August 1998 and has been carried out 24/7 since that time by the same people throughout for a total of more than eight years and seven months of extensive torture with its personal injuries and continuous threat of death. When am I going to be released from this in the UK carried out be US and UK agents and members of the general public?
