In an article in yesterday's Guardian concerning ongoing revelations about the US Rendering programme the following comment about torture was made: ". . . cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment", which binds Britain under the European convention on human rights. British courts have adopted a lower threshold of what constitutes torture than the US has." http://politics.guardian.co.uk/terrorism/story/0,,1689856,00.htmlI have added to the history today my diary/log file for Friday, 30th March 2001 which depicts extremely brutal torture carried out by those using the surveillance technology. This was the day after the second hearing in the High Court involving my legal proceedings against these people who really let loose with a very intense attack against me involving a large number of people. I happened to be ill that day and got much worse. While I was trying to rest during the afternoon, they took photographs of me inside my home with extensive comments about this and carried out extreme abuse and false allegations. Later when I was very ill, they continued with these allegations despite the fact that I was obviously ill from a stomach bug which they noted because they were carrying out sewage sampling. Early the next morning apparently the police were summoned while they continued to make false allegations knowing they were false hoping to get the police to carry out a criminal act against me. All of this is explained in detail as it occurred as best I could on the day considering the fact that I was quite ill and subjected to intensive torture exploiting this illness as much as possible with explicit references to the use of the surveillance technology. What happened is quite eye opening.
