1. As more becomes known about the MoD's involvement in the former captive UK military personnel's selling of their stories to the media, the more this reminds me of the MoD's fiasco with the handling of the Dr David Kelly relationship with the media. Here the Press Complaints Commission has been reported as offering the MoD assistance while the Prime Minister aka "Number Ten" denies any role.
This sounds very much like a coverup after there was a nationwide outcry over what appeared to be a propaganda ploy directed from the top given Tony Blair's statements during the captivity and comments outside Number Ten while the captives were landing at Heathrow. His initial statement led to the reversal of the decision to release the woman Faye Turney. Every time he made a statement he fed the propaganda effort by Iran who attacked him. Tony Blair should have taken lessons from the former US Marine bully Lt Harry Bird who acts just like the Iranians in this incident.
Lt Harry Bird and other US government agents have been carrying out a hostage situation for over six years in North Kensington usurping UK sovereignty. I would have thought that the lessons would have been well known by now as to exactly how such bullies behave. Tony Blair displayed an incredible naivete in dealing with bullies, yet he has allowed the same behaviour to be carried out in London for most of his "rule."
The overall circumstances point to a continuing effort to get the captives/hostages to tell a well orchestrated and coordinated story for which payment could be arranged through the media. Nice payoff that for propaganda purposes. That is nothing new for there are scores of people involved in this surveillance activity where everything is fabricated to create and maintain a manufactured scenario that fits the need for image management by creating a scapegoat to take the blame for everything that others do. And, there has been an effort to payoff BS through a story from her created for The Mail.
People manage by deliberately creating a mess. This keeps them employed while they point at the large amount of work to be done which keeps them from accomplishing anything, and they also create a scapegoat who gets blamed. The scapegoat is kept around indefinitely as a convenient excuse as part of the mess. Cleaners want everyone to dump the rubbish on the floor because this means employment for them. They are like those in charge who have a vested interest in maintaining a mess. The more people under management the greater the significance of the manager's role.
Tenant management does not address serious problems because keeping them in existence means they can keep employed while inventing excuses for not being able to address the real source of problems. Everybody is happy and getting paid including those using the surveillance technology who are allowed to continue indefinitely (eight years and eight months 24/7 so far) because they invent allegations which are never sustained but bad enough (or so they think) to permit the ongoing usage of the surveillance technology. This helps maintain the power base of those in charge while keeping the mess and scapegoat excuses going to support the need for their "expert and outstanding" management based upon image only.
The overall pattern of behaviour is image management sustained by those willing to manufacture a suitable set of stories who are then rewarded in one way or another by those in power because that power is sustained. Woe be to anyone who tries to tell the truth, i.e., a whistleblower. S/he is not "on message," not considered a "player" and driven out of the fold into the cold. The result is bully management by the bully gang that eventually leads to a collapse when everyone starts asking questions that are too late because they did not pay attention to what the whistleblower said in the first place.

Well, I've been describing this continuously here, but no one wants to pay attention. Downing Street has flatly denied any role in the decision to allow the navy crew freed by Iran to sell their stories to media.
No 10 also denied helping them negotiate with media outlets interested in their stories.
It follows accusations that the sailors had been used as pawns in an international propaganda war with Iran.
Conservative leader David Cameron had also called for Tony Blair to clarify what he knew about the sale.

PCC 'offered media help' to MoD

The Press Complaints Commission (PCC) says it offered to help the Ministry of Defence deal with media interest in the 15 service personnel held by Iran.
But the watchdog said despite the offer they heard nothing back from the MoD, it has been reported.
The Conservatives are claiming it raises questions about the way the defence secretary, Des Browne, handled the affair.
The MoD said it was "grateful as ever" for the PCC's input over the issue.
It is also understood MoD guidelines require interview requests from newspapers to be approved by the department's press office.
A spokesman for the PCC said: "On Thursday April 5 we approached the MoD to offer our services through them to the hostages and their families in case problems arose with media interest."
But the PCC did not receive a response, the Daily Telegraph reported.

2. Three Star tenant management shows its true colours. After I wrote the above about tenant management including the statement noted at 1159 "Bring him out" by one of the vigilante mobsters using the surveillance technology, my point was reinforced when I checked my Email and found a response from tenant management repeating the same things it has done in the past:
1) call out the noise nuisance call out service of the Council;
2) contact the police; or
3) do it yourself.
In other words 'buzz off buster and stop bothering us with problems.' This is how tenant management creates a futher mess by handing out the bureaucratic run around to perpetuate its own employment and that of others who just pass it around and around. Those who create big circles shall be called big wheels.
I have done all of the above with no results including a lawsuit against these people as described below. I continue to notify those who are responsible but do not do their job because of my legal responsibility to do so. This is how tenant management functions. After returning from holiday, the Area Manager gets his backlog cleared by putting the problems off onto others including me. This passing along the problem to others is the foundation of the issue where people do not get anything done which eventually results in the destruction of human life. Nothing has changed. It is still happening.
This pretend government has created a delusion where people are supposed to be able to solve problems, but the law does not work if the local government, local tenant management and local elected officials do not function. Here's a situation where tenant management has spent years and over £1 million on 38 business units instead of taking care of tenant management problems on behalf of all the 900+ units in the Lancaster West Estate.
Tenant management and the police have taken space in these business units. Why don't they function together to address problems properly? There are supposed to be organisations and people put together to handle these problems, but they obviously do not function. The police drive by antisocial behaviour. What good does it do to put all this together along with the legislation when these people keep passing the problems along to others, disregard them or give me a repeated bureacratic run around?
Copies of my Email reply below were sent to my MP, the Leader of the Council and the three Councillors for this ward one of whom lives in the Lancaster West Estate and is a TMO Board Member. I also copied the Metropolitan Police Commissioner because his police don't function and copied the Chief Executive of the Tenant Management Organisation because his people do not function either as can be directly seen here and have not for all these years as described below.
I also find it interesting to note that he did not provide the contact information for the Social Services office in Grenfell Tower. This is a problem which should involve them as much if not more than the police. In any case it is most certainly a tenant management problem first and foremost. Everyone should be working together sharing information and not requiring me to deal with separate entities only to find dead ends and/or be kicked back and forth.
This prolongs addressing the problem if not destroying its resolution and makes the problems more difficult to address in the future. So far this problem has been going on since May 1998. In this situation those using the surveillance technology see where the cracks and seams are between these various groups and work the system so that they can perpetuate their antisocial and criminal activity by playing these organisations off one another which has been my experience since May 1998. This was the foundation for my faxed and posted letter to the Prime Minister of 23rd September 1999.
Everybody takes the money and sets up organisations and people, but no one does anything when the problem is right there in their face going on continuously. Then the Audit Commission comes along and awards tenant management three stars for an administration that looks good but does not function to get the job done. How do they evaluate the latter? They certainly have missed it here when it has been sticking out all over for years during two Audit Commission inspections in 2003 and 2006. Tenant management puts on a big glossy show for the Audit Commission inspection then lets it all disappear after the three stars are awarded. Getting the rating is important not getting a job done.
Get lost jerk comes the message after this evaluation is finished with awards achieved and make the rounds of those who do not function either. They get a kick out of sending people back and forth between organisations watching all the while with surveillance technology. The point is to make up reasons for not doing anything. Unlike private enterprise government organisations can create a structure but do not have to be responsible for actually getting a job done.
This kind of structure described here is set up to avoid the responsibility of actually getting something done. Everybody gets paid and keeps his/her job with plenty of security for the future because they know that the problems will always be there. They create the problems and certainly do not solve them. This is illusionary management void of accomplishment with paper shuffling maintained for activity without achievement.
Tenant management benefits from those using the surveillance technology to make certain that the truth of the situation does not get out, and the person daring to report it can be discredited so that the Audit Commission never learns about reality. If that reality should reach the Audit Commission or anyone else, there is a quick move to discredit the person reporting it as "Oh, he's potty. Don't pay any attention to him." This is how nonfunctional organisations are created which lead to the problems getting worse while those in authority get fatter.

This is clearly a tenant management responsibility about which you have been personally informed since 2000 with extensive correspondence along with a lawsuit filed in 2001 againt the Council, TMO, EMB and its officers and managers as well as others involved who are still carrying out this stalking and harassment. Because of your personal failures in 2000, it was necessary for me to file the lawsuit in 2001. Those abusing the surveillance technology against me at that time destroyed this legal processing in 2001. These are the same people who continue this behaviour as of this writing including those carrying out this nuisance and harassment behaviour.
Noise Nuisance
The noise nuisance call out service is nonfunctional. They have arrived in the afternoon last summer while the noise nuisance was in process. They were granted access to the premises after clearly determining that the noise nuisance was coming from the flat below and did notthing about it stating that I should call during the night. I had done so that very preceding night, and I did so again on a subsequent night. Both of these night calls did not result in a response. A complaint about this service went unanswered as I have previously informed you only to get a nonsensical response from you.
I am subject to surveillance under the operational control of the daughter of the tenant or former tenant in the flat below whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998. They know everything I do and warn anyone that I have contacted those in authority such as this Email or any other contact you suggest. The noise nuisance is maintained for just that purpose and will avoid any call out which takes upwards of an hour or more. It takes 30 minutes just to get a return telephone call.
Police Will Have Nothing To Do With Noise Nuisance and Drive By Anti Social Behaviour
The police do not want to know about a noise nuisance and have said so repeatedly in the past. In fact the police have also refused to respond to the antisocial inline skate jumping activity on to the fence outside my kitchen window at the narrow entrance to the Estate.
The police have driven by while this was in progress on one occasion with five such jumps made in the 60 seconds prior to their passing. I have a video record of this disregard. This inline skate jumping activity went on for another 50 minutes after the police "drove by" indicating that the police did nothing about it.
You are clearly responsible for this activity under the terms of the tenancy agreement. Such refusal to take care of this as you do consistently by communication and deeds makes you and others personally legally liable for the consequences of such abuse against me along with the organisations involved.
Surveillance Technology Abuse for Eight Years and Eight Months 24/7
Those using the surveillance technology read all correspondence including yours such as this one which I have just received and see it as a signal to continue this activity which is communicated to everyone involved. They read and discuss my replies as is occurring at the moment which the surveillance technology enables me to hear. The activity I report thus goes on unabated.
The surveillance technology abuse against me makes it impossible for me to deal with these matters in a confidential manner in any circumstance which is another reason why this is clearly a tenant management responsibility for which officers and managers of tenant management organisations and other organisations are clearly legally responsible along with those organisations.
Your reply reinforces once again my conclusion that tenant management is a complete failure and is responsbile for the failure of standards which then permit antisocial and criminal behaviour to flourish in this environment. These have increased and are significantly of such a degree as to be quite alarming.
You have a very serious problem which has gotten out of control. You were notified almost a year ago about this recent activity. All those you mention here have been notified during this time. You have failed to address the problems and tried to fob it off through the Estate Officer with whom I have refused to deal further as a result. Now you try to do the same once again repeating a circular activity pattern for which you are well known during all these past roughly seven years since 2000 during which you have been the TMO/EMB Area Manager.
This kind of activity and your refusal to address these problems fall into a well known category where such harassment is carried out by landords who deliberately intend to drive tenants out of their homes by direct harassment, withholding services and generally refusing to fulfill their proper management responsibilities. This is well noted as occurring against those who bring these kinds of problems to the attention of the landlord who seek to get rid of them for this reason.
There is extensive legislation against such "slumlords" in other locales which enable tenants to deal specifically with these kinds of situations. I've had extensive experience in dealing with this behaviour by organising tenants and addressing the matters through the courts as appropriate.
However, in this situation such responsible legal action is precluded by the use of surveillance technology against me thereby constituting a crime and reinforces your failure to manage properly thus allowing you to get away with further gross mismanagement and dereliction of your duty of care which puts my life in danger.

There were only two days when this music was absent: Tuesday and Wednesday of this past week. It stopped again after a short while.
