The Bush Administration, while publicly advocating diplomacy in order to stop Iran from pursuing a nuclear weapon, has increased clandestine activities inside Iran and intensified planning for a possible major air attack. Current and former American military and intelligence officials said that Air Force planning groups are drawing up lists of targets, and teams of American combat troops have been ordered into Iran, under cover, to collect targeting data and to establish contact with anti-government ethnic-minority groups. The officials say that President Bush is determined to deny the Iranian regime the opportunity to begin a pilot program, planned for this spring, to enrich uranium.

The Bush administration is planning to use nuclear weapons against Iran, to prevent it acquiring its own atomic warheads, claims an investigative writer with high-level Pentagon and intelligence contacts.
President George W Bush is said to be so alarmed by the threat of Iran's hard-line leader, Mahmoud Ahmedinejad, that privately he refers to him as "the new Hitler", says Seymour Hersh, who broke the story of the Abu Ghraib Iraqi prisoner abuse scandal.

Straw: Iran attack 'nuts'
Jack Straw, the Foreign Secretary, has dismissed reports of a possible United States nuclear strike against Iran as "completely nuts".

He was commenting on an article in tomorrow's New Yorker magazine, trailed in the Sunday Telegraph, claiming that the US has drawn up secret plans to attack facilities in Iran if necessary.
The article, by Seymour Hersh, the investigative journalist, suggests that the Pentagon is even considering the possibility of a nuclear strike.

For anyone who has not read Seymour Hersh's "Chain of Command: the Road from 9/11 to Abu Ghraib," Allen Lane an imprint of Penguin Books, 2004, I highly recommend this book. Here are some comments I made while reading it which I sent to The New Yorker for forwarding to Seymour Hersh: [Lt Harry X is now known as Lt Harry Bird. Your article is fascinating and extraordinary. It is far more accurate than anyone will concede and could not have been more perfectly timed. However, I want to add a dimension which I hope you are tracking and can verify.Brain wave monitoring and feedback is the real surveillance and intelligence effort that the DoD has already been carrying out for at least four years since Bush was originally inaugurated. I have first hand experience of this as a target used for experimental development of this surveillance technology which I have communicated to you in the past this way, and I want to do it again since it is continuing as of this moment while those carrying it out argue away which I can hear. Now you explain that it is being sanctified in law along with other activities you describe.At one time NSA was doing a largely beneficial job during the cold war when I served with USAF Security Service (1961-4). You can read about this in James Bamford's "The Puzzle Palace" most especially look in the index for Trabzon, Turkey, and you'll get some inkling of activity there where I spent a year 1963/4. Before this I spent 18 months at HQ USAFSS doing final analysis and reporting. I have come to the believe that NSA is currently developing brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology since this is electromagnetic radiation intercept and decoding. I have been a target of this for four years 24/7 since February 2001 just after Bush was first initially inaugurated when two retired US Marines showed up at my home. They are Lt Harry X (a trainee) and (Lt?) Colonel Vine.This was seven months before 9/11 after which Vine was a frequent traveller to Afghanistan. As of this writing I believe he is in Sri Lanka because Lt Harry X just made reference to this location and has a couple times since the tsunami. I believe that the US Marines have landed there and have already been accused of spying. Vine and X are DoD contract employees I believe along the lines of Jonathan K Idema now incarcerated in Kabul for running a freelance prison and interrogation operation.This is what has happened to me only electromagnetic radiation is being used. I am declared a "prisoner" under "house arrest" and subjected to torture interrogation 24/7 which has been going on all these almost four years. In fact, "prisoner" was used once again recently. Lt Harry X stated "contractor" this morning in a discussion. I believe he was describing his position. He has often cited Bush and Blair among others including Rummy and [Geoff] Hoon [UK Secretary of State for Defence] as authorities for his activity.The brain wave monitoring keys on the unique electromagnetic radiation halo surrounding each person's head for identification and tracking by satellite. The actual monitoring and feedback activities are also facilitated by this satellite communications. This is carried out wherever I am located.All senses can be monitored including eyesight, hearing, feeling (pain) and smell (I haven't verified taste yet) along with muscle movements and thoughts (words and images). The human being becomes a surveillance instrument.In addition the feedback includes hearing, muscle movements, feelings (pain) and thoughts (words and images) along with surreptitious medication.The interrogation process consists of abusive, antagonistic, degrading, humiliating, etc verbal activity transmitted electronically (not acoustically) intended to stimulate a thought reaction which is then monitored. It also consists of memory probing during sleep using images and words to stimulate memory and dream reactions for monitoring. And, there is a surreptitious medication feedback which debilitate and incapacitate. Nothing like tying someone up and subjecting them to torture. It can all be done with electromagnetic radiation.I have been targeted as a human guinea pig without my consent to participate in this experimental development programme for this surveillance technology along with other means of surveillance including computer technology. I make a good guinea pig for them. They use false allegations of criminal acts which are preposterously untrue in order to justify this continuing activity which goes on without any conclusion for the sole purpose of R&D. This is also part of the terror and torture process. In addition to medical experimentation there is psychological experimentation. The overall impact is eventually lethal from just using this technology.I believe that this is what NSA is developing as its next worldwide target for intercepting and processing electromagnetic radiation along the lines of ECHELON. Such targets can be selected by massive computer screening using "dictionary" techniques against generalised brain wave monitoring as are now used in ECHELON. You should watch for the development of satellite systems along the lines of the $9.5 billion proposal which Senator Jay Rockefeller exposed as useless. The cover for it was slim and appeared useless which he noted. I don't think he was fully informed. Also, Son of Star Wars missile defence system could be used.40 years ago if I had made a claim publicly about a massive US/UK effort directed by NSA/GCHQ against the Soviet Bloc worldwide to intercept all the electromagnetic radiation from this Cold War enemy (and other Communist countries), no one would have believed me. It was over a decade later c 1977 that Admiral Bobby Inman, then DIRNSA, took NSA public which was followed by James Bamford's extraordinary book. I have tried to send a couple of Emails to DIRNSA noting that this surveillance technology is in the hands of the general public compromising whatever I might think about my work while part of USAFSS.Of course, I would never have said a word and never did because I felt that this espionage was entirely justified during the Cold War. It wasn't until after Vietnam ended in 1975 and the abuses of the intelligence services (CIA) became well known that NSA went public. Until then it had been a completely unknown agency to the world at large as you well know. Nobody even dared mention its name. And, GCHQ was forbidden to be noted by name in the UK as late as c 1979.Now I am under no such restrictions about what is being used against me which is also in the hands of other members of the general public locally as well as UK agents, e.g., Paul [Winston] most likely Metropolitan Police Special Branch. Very fortunately for me they are using a woman whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 who has had a grudge against me, a rage driven obsession, and who found a way to carry it out with surveillance technology.She is fundamentally out of control as an extremely disturbed person and has educated me in all that is going on with her constant verbal abuse administered by the use of this technology. That and the fact that Lt Harry X suffers from similar psychological problems has meant that I am thoroughly briefed about everything day and night. Psychologically they have a sadistic compulsion to let me, the victim, know what is happening. This, they think, is part of the torture process.I find myself in a position where I am reporting something that no one wants to believe is true and no one wants to accept is being implemented on a worldwide basis. Therefore, I just keep plugging away reporting what is happening because it keeps going on. In my days of intelligence work the primary responsibility for us was to reveal nothing at all for anything could be significant to help create a whole picture. This is not happening with these people, and that is very fortunate for me. A good analyst (intelligence or otherwise) assimilates bits of information to get a whole picture. That is what I've been able to do once again as I've done in the past throughout my life.I was especially intrigued by the comment that Rummy has control over satellite operational intelligence. I think that you will find what I am experiencing is an integral part of this Special Forces operation. In fact, you might even discover that they are being used to cover the real source of intelligence which is brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance. They are getting Humint by means of Sigint now. The two types of intelligence are combined.There are many aspects of this technology which can help you better understand what is really going on. I "hope" that you can verify this and get it into the public domain sooner rather than later. While reading "Chain of Command" (I'm about 3/4 the way through), I kept realising that the logical consequence for using brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology was the effective solution to all the problems which were occurring that you described throughout the book as far as I've read.There will be a critical point beyond which nothing can be done. I think that will occur in the next four years. Something must be done before that happens since it is now in the hands of Rummy et al with no restrictions, control or accountability. Those targeted in the future will be those who become a threat in anyway to Rummy et al such as I am at present.*****End of Email*****I believe that George W Bush is as much aggravated at Iran by its interference in Iraq contributing to the "civil" war currently being recognised. As noted in the Seymour Hersh article above, there is as much about regime change in the wind with a nuclear strike against Iran as there is an effort to stop production of nuclear weapons. Someone thinks there will be an uprising in Iran after such a raid. Now where have I heard this idiocy before? UK Secretary of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Jack Straw said "completely nuts" about Seymour Hersh's description about war planning against Iran as noted in the Telegraph article above. I say the same about Jack Straw's statements as described in the Email below. The difference is that I know he is publicly lying and is speaking for effect with the full knowledge that false imprisonment and toture interrogation are being carried out in the UK indefinitely and completely outside the law against an innocent person by the US and UK governments. He was Home Secretary when this started and Foreign Secretary while it continues.
