HOLISTIC AND NATURAL HEALTH

Yesterday was a big day as events unfolded relating to Tony Blair and this Labour Government from multiple angles. 1. Last night Channel 4 screened Michael Winterbottom's film about the three British returnees from Guantanamo who were from Tipton in Birmingham in the UK. It is a film everyone ought to see and is available for viewing at present on the Channel 4 "The Road to Guantanamo" web site: http://www.channel4.com/film/newsfeatures/microsites/G/guantanamo/index.html"Channel 4's new drama from multi award-winning film director Michael Winterbottom – The Road to Guantanamo – created huge international impact and won the prestigious Silver Bear for Direction for Winterbottom and Mat Whitecross in competition at The 56th Berlin International Film Festival."After I saw the film last night on Channel 4, I sent the following Email since I've been experiencing the same kind of brutality for years 24/7. In fact my torture started before 9/11. These are same dehumanised US Marine types who carry out the torture against me faking allegations and demanding a confession under penalty of death stating "you'll die first" from the use of surveillance as a lethal weapon. I've never done anything and have behaved exactly the opposite: I report problems and crimes. That's what they are seeking to stop. These kinds of people are the bottom of the barrel knowing that they have no hope of doing anything except destroying. That's been reflected continuously in my direct experience. They are so brutalised and dehumanised by US Marine Corps training and its brutality that they live in a state of fear if they do not follow orders and brutalised others, they will be treated with extreme brutality. Not having any ability, these "few good men" carry out brutality and criminal acts with a vengeance. Michael Winterbottom has portrayed this brilliantly. ---------- Forwarded Message ----------Subject: "Road to Guantanamo" The Same Imprisonment and Torture Goes On In LondonDate: Thursday 09 March 2006 23:28From: Gary D Chance To: viewerenquiries@channel4.co.ukPlease send a copy of this to Michael Winterbottom.I watched "Road to Guantanamo" tonight with extreme interest. It was a magnificent film and one which had to be made. It was just a question of time before returnees told their story, and thank goodness it has come out like this. But, my viewing was just a little bit different from the average viewer. You see I watched it along with a retired US Marine who has been subjecting me to the same imprisonment and torture for 24/7 during the past five years since February 2001 seven months before 9/11. Lt Harry Bird has been using surveillance technology of the most sophisticated kind to imprison and carry out torture interrogation. It's part of an R&D programme for this surveillance technology which includes medical experimentation. For details see my web journals and web site whose URLs are noted below my signature. All the behaviour which I saw in the film has been and is being carried out against me for all these years. The difference is that electromagnetic radiation is used for torture which includes: waking me at frequent intervals throughout each and every night; constantly engaging in verbal abuse minute-by-minute around the clock consisting of false characterisations and allegations; threats of violence and death; and so forth. There is much more. The intent is to cause as much damage and injury as possible. I've sustained personal injuries as a result and my life has been completely destroyed. It actually started 7.5 years ago in August 1998. Lt Harry Bird and Colonel Vine (retired US Marines) came along and joined the process in February 2001 bringing their surveillance technology and torture methods.I don't want to take anything away from the terrible experience which those from Tipton went through. My experience is not physical in that way since there is no direct contact, but the abuse is just as significant and destructive. In some ways it is worse. In July and August 2001 for 60 straight days I sent out each day a daily log of all that happened to me or most of what I could write down. This went to a distribution list from the Cabinet to the media. You can see these logs on my web journal under these dates. This was the two months before 9/11. I found the treatment so incredulous that I thought this detailed reporting of what was happening would bring about its immediate cessation. How naive I was. What must be understood is that the UK and US government policy of imprisonment and torure completely outside the law has been going on before 9/11 and carries on as of this writing. Unless this is exposed, it will grow larger until it cannot be controlled. Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib and the Rendition flights are only externals of what is going on deep inside which is far worse. The more torture is carried out the more strength is created. That was an all too familiar phrase. All my best to those guys who were abused in the most extreme manner, but the problem is far, far worse than anyone can imagine. It is highly likely that those who have been released from Guantanamo are under the kind of surveillance to which I am being subjected, and I suspect that they were subjected to this at Gantanamo although they probably did not realise it. The name Camp X-Ray gave it all away for me given my experience. I know what "X-Ray" really meant. 2. There is a storm thundering away over the Tessa Jowel issue regarding public disclosure of financial interests which might constitute conflicts for a minister of state and the acceptance of gifts. Tony Blair has tried to exonerate Tessa Blair on the complaints as initially generated and has refused to reopen the matter for further enquiry yesterday morning after more information came to light. Everyone else sees the procedures for judging compliance with responsibilities as a flawed procedural issue where an independent panel has been recommended some three years ago by Sir Alistair Graham who reinforced that recommendation yestertoday in the release of his annual report on standards in public life. For an excellent summation of the issues as of last night please see the following article on the BBC News web site: BBC News Thursday, 9 March 2006, 22:24 GMT"Blair criticised on sleaze probes . . . Tessa Jowell was cleared of wrongdoing by Tony Blair. Public trust is being undermined by the way alleged misconduct by ministers is policed, says the standards watchdog. Sir Alistair Graham, chairman of the committee on standards in public life, said the controversy over Tessa Jowell has highlighted the problem."http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/4788102.stmTony Blair refuses to give up his "ad hoc," i.e., make it up as you go, perogative to make determinations with regard to accountability involving the conduct of ministers of state, i.e., those whom he appoints. Everyone is beholding to him, and he determines whether or not there was any misconduct. "L'etat c'est moi," said Louis XIV. Not only has the opposition leaders for the two major parties supported an independent public standards panel, but Chancellor Gordon Brown, Prime Minister in waiting, let it be known that he did too, but no one could quote him on that. As a result, I invented the following telephone conversation between the occupants of Numbers Ten and Eleven Downing Street which I sen to BBC News24 yesterday. ---------- Forwarded Message ----------Subject: Phone Conversation between Tony Blair and Gordon Brown Before the BBC News24 Report TodayDate: Thursday 09 March 2006 17:47From: Gary D Chance To: news24@bbc.co.ukTB: Hey, Gordon, bail me out of this one.GB: What is it this time, Tony.TB: Well, you know that problem with Tessa. I had to back her and keep the lid on for the upcoming local elections. We couldn't have an investigation going on running up to and through the election in May especially since Tessa will be managing London's local election campaign for Labour.GB: Yeah, Tony, but you know I should have made the decisions about who was going to manage where?TB: You're right, Gordon, but let's not fall out over that at this point when we've got to balance both sides. I've got to placate Tessa, the women in Parliament and the Party. At the same time I need to keep the voters hoping that some change will happen at some time in the future with regard to assessing standards in public life.GB: I'm beginning to get the drift of what you want but spell it out explicitly.TB: I want you to let the media know that you are disposed to creating an independent panel for assessing ministerial standard compliance. GB: Oh, you mean you want me to look like I'm undercutting you once again?TB: No, no, Gordon, I want you to show the electorate that there is balance in this Labour Government at the top. If you do this, I can maintain my position, Tessa, et al, will be happy and so will the electorate thanks to you. We can be all things to all people if we work together on this one. It's important.GB: OK, Tony, I'll see what I can do but just don't give me another ice cream cone in public. You know what I want . . .3. As of this writing the Italian prosecutor has today recommended to the presiding judge that the Italian Prime Minister and David Mills, Tessa Jowell's now estranged husband, be tried for corruption relating to an alleged bribe paid to Mr Mills by the Italian Prime Minister for Mr Mills to give favourable testimony in an Italian court on behalf of the Italian Prime Minister. A bribe, is a bribe is a bribe as they say. US Marines fake it because they can get away with it in the military structure of command, but the legal justice system in a democracy has to proceed on facts determined by evidence. BBC News Friday, 10 March 2006, 12:47 GMT "Prosecutors ask for Mills trial. Mr Mills has announced his split from Ms Jowell. Italian prosecutors have asked a judge to let David Mills, the husband of Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell, be put on trial on corruption charges." http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/4793052.stmThat alleged bribe, some 344,000 pounds, wandered around off shore for awhile finally settling in a hedge fund where it was then used to pay off a second mortgage on the house owned by Tessa Jowell and her husband David Mills. This second mortgage had been taken out just weeks before being paid off with this money, and Tessa Jowell claimed that she knew nothing about this payment although she later signed for another second mortgage later which was just another in a long line of nine such second mortgages taken out and paid back on their home over time. This is leveraging on top of leveraging if the second mortgage funds were involved with hedge fund investments. That would be called being "highly geared" which means accentuated volatility in the ups and downs of the financial markets in the world including currency rates, options and short and long positions in investments. You could say that the volatility came "home" to roost. Is this dynamic duo fungible? Tony Blair has tried to smooth the political volatility by exonerating Tessa Jowell of any misconduct based on her statement of ignorance and refusing to consider further evidence. His good friend, the Prime Minister of Italy, now faces the possibility of yet another trial for corruption along with Tessa Jowell's estranged husband David Mills. No wonder Tony Blair has clamped down hard to stop any further inquiry into Tessa Jowell's activity. Now the question arises about Tony Blair: what did he know and when did he know it? Richard Nixon's problem with the White House Plumbers trying to plug leaks at the Watergate offices at the Democratic Party was that he tried to cover up what was behind the burglary when he learned about it instead of taking the proper action required of him in the Executive Office. This occurred in June 1972 with his re-election pending in November 1972. He tried to hide it. Two years later he resigned in disgrace to avoid impeachment proceedings.
