They make every effort to deflect what they are doing onto me.

Budget airline Ryanair has been told to withdraw an advert featuring a model in schoolgirl-style clothes and a headline "hottest back to school fares".
The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) said the "irresponsible" image appeared to link teenage girls with sexually provocative behaviour.
The advert shows the model with a bare midriff in a short skirt, tie, shirt and knee-high socks in a classroom.
Ryanair refused to withdraw the image and said the ruling was "censorship".
The advert, which was printed in three newspapers reaching 3.5 million readers - the Herald, Daily Mail and Scottish Daily Mail - publicised flights from £10 one way.

2. Hey Little Girl in the High School Sweater. Here are the lyrics to this song which the BBC Radio 2 DJ refused to play after my request some time ago. This song was written by a songwriter who wrote several of Elvis Presley's big hits from the 1950s onward. This was a hit for Dee Clark in 1959. Where are we going with respect to self and official censorship? Will people be afraid to do anything because some misguided and repressed prude finds life offensive?
By the way the terribly repressed and sexually abusive people who use violence by means of the surveillance technology against me are engaged in this kind of censorship based upon their false allegations and false negative characterisations which they project onto me from themselves to try to dominate and control. That's why this issue is distinctly relevant to this web journal. Curiously enough, I've been singing to myself and trying to remember the lyrics to "Hey Little Girl" in this context recently in order to portray these verbal abusers for what they are. They would censor all that I do to stop me from communicating anything and deeply resent my use of the Internet.

The picture of the ad you've displayed looks like the lyrics (except the black silk stockings and sweater) to the following song from 1959.
Some time ago I requested a BBC Radio 2 morning DJ to play the song from the fifties (1959) called "Hey Little Girl in the High School Sweater." He refused.
You know it was a teenager song for teens and a hit that we all liked as teenagers. He said there was no way he would play this song or words to that effect.

"TBE - Your next major success, during the summer of '59, came with two hits by Dee Clark. How did that come about?
"OB - By this time I was back at Shalimar. They had very tight connections with VeeJay. I wrote "Just Keep It Up" on a plane from California. I was doing a lot of heavy travelling in those days. Staying away from home a great deal. I got to thinking that it wouldn't be long before I'd be told by my wife: "just keep this up and see what happens!" That's how it hit me -I wrote the song right there and took it to Shalimar. They sent it to Vee Jay and the next thing you know, I got a call informing me that it was recorded by Dee Clark. 4. Heaps of abuse this afternoon. Those using the surveillance technology, Lt Harry Bird, BS and others have generated heaps of abuse this afternoon to try to intimidate and create fear and anxiety by pretending what I do is wrong or as Lt Harry Bird likes to say "illegal." This has been going on for a long time for many, many years 24/7 as a matter of fact.
The point is to attack indiscriminately and continuously no matter what is done pretending that whatever I am doing is wrong by raising shouts of alarm (fear mongering) and abuse. The whole point is to create uncertainty and undermine whatever the target (me) is doing. The objective is to "break him down" in order to "shut him down."
This exact phrase has been repeated thousands of times over the years with precisely related actions backing this up. They make every effort to use up as much of my time as possible by disruptive and destructive actions and make explicit verbal representations that this is to be done such as "slow him down."
I learned at the very start that this indiscriminate abuse had no foundation and just to ignore it while carrying on. Naturally, my top priority is to address this abuse properly so that I can bring it to an end. What I have done has been to document all that was done at the time anything happened against the background of what I was doing. This documentation now runs into hundreds of thousands of pages and in more recent years is kept as audio files since there has been so much of it continuously second-by-second 24/7.
One of their favourite ploys is to attack the computer systems I am using by disrupting what gives me pleasure and enjoyment such as listening to music. When I used to listen to the radio over the Internet in days of yore before the .com bubble burst, this Internet connection whatever it was would be stopped.
"Paul Winston," Metropolitan Special Branch police officer, would say, "But, he's just listening to the radio" as BS sadistically snapped the internet connection interfering just for the sake of interfering. There are thousands of such examples of this over these years that go back to the beginning with computer programmes crashed when those using the surveillance technology did not want me to use it.
This was done to a video camera I was using to look out the front window at the road with the very explicit statement "I had to turn it off." This was said because those in the flat below used this web camera of mine to look out front themselves by means of the surveillance technology. On one occasion they spotted a drug dealer out front at the same time as I did, made a loud comment about this fact and went out front to warn him off. I filmed this activity.
More recently the volume on the .wav file input is turned down to zero when I am listening thus obliterating the sound Sometimes it is muted. Not long ago when I went into the Control Panel to restore this, a male said "He's knows about it" meaning that I know what to do to fix it. This is quite simple.
There has been a great deal of such abuse dealt out this afternoon by Lt Harry Bird, BS and others while I prepared this web journal entry and listened to music. They get others to join into the shouted abuse bullying activity, and then try to blame me for what they have done as if I've fallen into a trap. Lt Harry said "He's burned himself."
This usually means the opposite where they have a serious problem because I caught them at something with full documentation and hard evidence. They try to create the illusion that they are doing fine when exactly the opposite is usually the case.
They create false allegations and false negative characterisations continuously then try to claim that I've done something which confirms what they have described. This never ends nor has it 24/7 for nine and almost one-half years since mid-August 1998.
There are many witnesses to this now and in the past with any number pointing out that their allegations are false. They then up the bullying mode to attack anyone who would make such a claim driving them away. They select those who agree with the illusions and drive away those who see reality.
Wed Jan 30 18:08:59 GMT 2008: at this point Lt Harry Bird gets desperate after I've written the above and starts to push very hard with words like "critical" with regard to his ultimate criminal objective to have me wiped out. Another word is "emergency."
He likes to spend other people's money like recommending that I should be in "hospital." He and BS are trying to manufacture something that does not exist hoping to push others into precipitous actions which they will later regret as he laughs all the way to the bank. As someone said about the CIA in a recent television programme: "ignoring the obvious while pursing the nonexistent."
No matter what the characterisation describes it is always negative, made instantly without observation, thought or reflection and ignored when shown to be wrong. They, Lt Harry Bird and BS, behave as if nothing ever happened. They have a most serious personality disassociation which is what it takes to behave in this manner.
Wed Jan 30 18:48:14 GMT 2008: "Sectioned," comes from the vigilante mobster surveillance technology abuse area. That's from the kitchen window direction. Before this and after I had finished the above, a male started into a long diatribe which sounded very much like a complaint against Lt Harry Bird and BS including what might have been "You said he was sick as shit." A little while after that Lt Harry Bird asked about "Andy."
This is apparently an often used reference to PC Andrew Coughlin who is the local police officer apparently spending a great deal time with them. The police have been extensively involved in this surveillance technology abuse for many years constituting corruption to core now apparently involving young police officers who never have an opportunity to gain the required experience to effectively deal detail with con artists like Lt Harry Bird, BS and their ilk to keep himself out of trouble. Maybe he's a sacrificial lamb being led to the slaughter.
Lt Harry Bird and BS don't care what they do to people, and if they have someone who is naive and gullible, so much the better for them. They each have their own agenda and appear to agree with others in order to be allowed to carry as people and shifts change. They behave themselves as they've done recently in the evenings, but let loose after midnight and in the mornings. When they are caught and condemned, they have a whole range of faked reasons to getting out of it including an apology which has been overworked in the extreme for the past seven years by Lt Harry Bird.

At least this is the appearance they generate, but always it turns out to be a performance to give Lt Harry Bird and BS the opportunity to engage in more abuse and perhaps relax me so that I might drop my guard from the appearance of someone else who might be sympathetic. This is nonsense of course. I do not have guard to drop. I just act naturally all the time, yet I am the one being called an "Actor" continuously while they put on a performance.

Either one or both would expose BS and these people to public scrutiny about what they have been doing along with much more.

There has been a significant amount of abuse recently while I try to get things done ending with this incitement to violence. This usually means "pull/take him out" or these explicit words can be used. Driving someone out of their home with continuous abuse like this is called "constructive eviction" in some legal circles especially when the landlord allows it to go on and on as it has here for many years. In such cases the landlord benefits from the constructive eviction when a legal eviction cannot be accomplished.

This has been going on for almost ten years 24/7 with nothing ever having been done. I have never been warned about anything. The reason is that I have never done anything of any kind which they know. Thus, they have to keep up a facade that something negative and threatening against me is pending continuously, and I am about to be picked up off the street by the police or that someone is going to come into my flat by force.
This is torture in the extreme, and it never stops. These people do not care what they do since they feel invincible hiding behind the surveillance technology while carrying out vigilante activity without being stopped and what they believe to be completely free from any legal redress whatsoever. When I write things like this reflecting what is actually taking place, I get more abuse such as Lt Harry Bird just did with "Potty [as hell]."

This is the reverse. There is an assumption of guilt that must be proven false. Can anyone prove a negative? This is precisely what this verbal exchange means. They have been pushing to the edge for almost a decade 24/7 to try to get me to break down, drive me out of my home and/or confess to something that never happened. At last count they had made a total of 17 false allegations against me and never stop trying to get one of them to stick somehow.
This is worse than a police state. It is continuous torture inside one's own home which never stops going on quite literally second-by-second depriving me of personal enjoyment like listening to music. There is no defence against any of this, and one just has to live with it which I have done quite successfully for the last decade by turning it into a life experience to be documented and communicated widely until everyone in the world understands exactly what this surveillance technology can do and how extremely it is being abused.
Of course, I seek to have it halted, but this has never been done which has grave implications for everyone everywhere since this is an international operation disregarding the sovereignty of the UK, its democratic institutions and rule of law. It will be the future unless it is exposed for what it is, stopped and brought under the control of the democratic process to stop this tyranny.
