Today turned out to be a fascinating day characterised by the three events that form a whole which are noted in the three sections below:

1) child abuse carried on from generation to generation matching the same which I've witnessed here and reported;

2) an Email from Simon Watkin in the Home Office providing evidence about the source of violence in this country coming from the dysfunctional Home Office itself; and

3) antisocial inline skate jumping/fence sliding under my kitchen window.

All of this is interconnected revealing the fact that child abuse, antisocial behaviour and government actions are all related to this ongoing problem which underpins the violent character of this society by revealing that the standard of violence, antisocial behaviour and crime originates from the government, e.g., Home Office, all supported and maintained by the abuse of power from various government departments with the use of surveillance technology where a key Home Office representative, Simon Watkin, directly involved in such technological development tries to deny the reality of government behaviour.

This sets the standard originating from the centre of government that crime is acceptable along with the cover up of that crime for all to see and emulate in this environment. This is not lost on the young who start off with their disrespect for others evidenced by the inline skate jumping/fence sliding as described below.

1. Here's an example of child abuse carried out over three generations showing that the grandmother of the abused children instigated this abuse involving her three daughters one of whom was the mother of the abused grandchildren. Very fortunately in this situation there turned out to be a video record of the incident where the two very young children were urged to fight each other while being egged on with verbal abuse. The father of the small children was serving in the UK military elsewhere and returned to take the children on holiday. He accidentally found the filmed incident in the camcorder he was going to use to film them on the trip.

There was no such video record of the three generations involved in the child abuse I reported in May 1998. In this case the grandmother is the tenant in the flat below with her daughter living there with a partner who was also living there when he was not driven out by domestic violence. Their relationship was like a revolving door. The children were visitors several times a week one of whom was subjected to intense abuse by the grandmother and mother and the mother's partner which I finally reported as it became worse.

It has to be understood that such abuse is carried out in each generation and passed along from generation to generation. The grandmother was an abused child, and her daughters were abused. This has to be recognised as a de facto truth. In the reported case here as described below they all participated in the abuse of the very small children laughing at them. It can be assumed with a solid degree of confidence that this abuse was the kind of abuse to which they were subjected themselves and was being passed along from generation to generation with three generations involved here at one time.

I don't agree with the conclusion that these women do not constitute a threat to the public, and I wonder if they will be given surveillance technology as has occurred in my situation to keep them from getting caught in the future. That may sound absurd, but that is exactly what has happened to me. They most certainly will take steps to insure they do not get caught again in the future, but their violent dispositions will not disappear magically unless they honestly seek therapeutic help. However, it is usually the case that there is so much to hide by such a family group that they will not seek meaningful help and will seek to work together in a violent, bullying manner to hide the truth from everyone.

The great problem in child abuse is that the police must intervene to protect the children, and then the family group comes together to protect itself while creating a fear of violence in the children if they tell. In my experience the young boy was choked because he threatened to "tell" he was so miserable. All he was trying to do was stop the abuse being carried out against him. It is beyond belief that these people in my situation have been given access to surveillance technology three months after the police intervened in May 1998 to carry out their violent abuse against me in order to hide their child abuse and protect themselves from my reporting which has been carried out now for eight years and eight months 24/7 since August 1998.

There is a fundamental failure to recognise the symptoms of child abuse and to appreciate the fact that such abuse is passed along from generation to generation as is so well illustrated by this case described below where they all participate in child abuse. Who in the world would ever give surveillance technology to a family group with this kind of violence to use as a weapon against the person who reported their child abuse? Their violent abuse against me with the use of surveillance technology confirms their violent abusive character and confirms my allegation of child abuse which I witnessed occurring on an ever escalating basis over a period of two years.

The fact that this abuse has been allowed to continue against me for eight years and eight months 24/7 with scores if not hundreds of participants reveals the widespread abusive character disposition which exists in this society. While there have been those who have refused to participate or quickly bowed out, there is a large enough group of people including those in significant positions of authority which have enabled the fundamental destructive character to dominate and control carrying out extensive criminal acts against me continuously with the use of surveillance technology.

Toddler fight women spared jail

Carole Olver admitted inciting the ill treatment of children

Four Plymouth women who goaded toddlers into fighting and filmed it have been given 12-month suspended sentences.

Carole Olver, 48, and her three daughters, Zara, 29, Serenza, 29, and Danielle, 19, admitted child cruelty charges at Plymouth Crown Court.

During the case, seven minutes of video was shown. A boy wearing a nappy was called a "wimp" for not hitting his sister back after she struck him.

The four women are heard laughing as the toddlers are urged to fight.

The boy, aged two, is seen crying after being punched in the face by his three-year-old sister and is told by one of the four women in the room "not to be a wimp or a faggot" and to hit the girl back.

The children's mother pleaded guilty to causing or procuring the children to be ill treated in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury.

2. Mr Simon Watkin has chosen to ignore my explicit request in a communication made to the Home Secretary and replied to that correspondence. This constitutes further abuse of power from the Home Office consistent with two previous correspondence from Mr Simon Watkin. This is profound evidence of the politicisation of the Home Office. Scores and more likely hundreds of people know the truth that Simon Watkin tries to deny. My reply and his Email response to my 8th March 2007 Email to the Home Secretary is as follows:

3. Here's a brief sampling of further abuse carried out today including antisocial behaviour in the form of the inline skate jumping and fence sliding which occurs under my kitchen window.

This shows the area where the inline skate jumping and fence sliding occur. The approach is from left to right jumping onto the fence at the point were it disappears to slide along its top to its end. The area is very narrow here for entrance and exit from the Estate. This fence was not made to be jumped upon by heavy people who then slide along its top. This occurred at a period of time today of heavy pedestrian traffic.

This is the area looking back at the approach point with the jumping taking place behind me (not shown). The long board behind the yellow grit bin was used for a launch platform to jump up onto the fence. It was recently brought along since the previous piece of plywood like this was removed. This has since been removed too. It was not used because, I believe, it was too long.

Fri, 20 Apr 2007 - 14:42:56 "Wrong," yelled SR from the kitchen window direction after I noted that the US Marines have been trying to establish a beachhead in North Kensington for over six years but have met very intense resistance.

These are guys who 'break things and kill' which has been their activity since February 2001 when they arrived ("landed").

This inline skate jumping and fence sliding went on for about an hour and a half this evening. At the end these four guys can be seen departing in the last photo below all dressed again including backpacks for their skates. Red Cap has a hood on but his cap's bill sticks out. Black and White Shirts have their jackets on. Green Trousers took photos of the other three. They evidently do not live in this immediate area since they are departing for somewhere else. This is the entrance/exit to this end of the Lancaster West Estate. They are not going onto the Estate here but leaving it. They do this each time they engage in this inline skate jumping/fence sliding.

Close cooperation and coordination between tenant management, the police and those responsible for antisocial behaviour in the Council is essential for these guys may not be Estate residents at all, yet they come here to carry out this antisocial activity putting themselves and othes at risk. This also encourages others especially smaller children who do live here to behave in a similar manner. The "Buzz Off Buster" attitude displayed to me by tenant management in the recent Email published here a week ago today and the surveillance technology used against me create an environment where anyone can come along and do as they please. Once they learn that this is possible, they keep coming back as these guys do frequently well protected by those using the surveillance technology.

	This is the actual inline skate jumping which started this eveing before 1814 which is the time for this beginning. The elapsed time from this point in the other photos can be tracked in the bar across the top. "Red cap" jumps onto the fence just where it disappears out of view to the right and slides along its tope to its end.

As usual there was extensive verbal abuse and activity from those with the surveillance technology directed against me for documenting this activity. This activity damages the fence and constitutes a safety hazard for both the public and those carrying out this activity. It's also a noise nuisance. 	Apr 2007 - 18:37:18 Loud voices and hand clapping from those under the kitchen window engaged in in-line skate jumping. In-line skating flourished in Hyde Park until someone was killed. Then it was forbidden with all the foot paths covered with gravel to prevent in-line skating. Actually these foot paths here have also been covered with gravel. However, the area at the entrance consists of pavement stones which these in-line skate jumpers can use. This area should be covered with gravel too, or the top of the fence should have a one-inch high serrated metal strip placed along its length. It's incredible that no one takes proper steps to ensure the safety of everyone until a tragedy occurs, and this situation is no different.
	Fri, 20 Apr 2007 - 18:59:44 The in-line skate jumping and fence sliding continues under my kitchen window at the narrow entrance to the Estate. This has been going on for at least 45 minutes so far.

It's extraordinary that someone would attack me in this personal manner with this infantile name-calling while a dangerous activity is taking place in public which poses a threat to people and property without addressing it.
	People would rather create a Paper Tiger to attack because it's easy to pick on a single person rather than deal with a serious threat carried out by a group of people. There is a fear from offending a group of people engaging in antisocial behavior. Therefore, the anger against it is redirected against a human being made vulnerable and defenceless by surveillance technology who becomes a suitable scapegoat.
	I wonder what insurance company would be responsible for payment in the event of a serious accident from these in-line skate jumpers?

Last night I obtained valuable information from those using the surveillance technology which indicated their location. A male said something to the effect of "We can't hear it from the top floor." It is my belief that the surveillance technology is being run from above on the top floor of the duplex flat above mine. This is consistent with the history of the surveillance technology activity. Initially, it was used directly from the floor above my flat enabling me to hear all of the activity which took place. After a few years, it was moved upstairs to the top floor. I believe that this male confirmed this location by his comment last night.
