Here's an excellent example of the torture being carrried out against me which I document 24/7 like this. This is an example of using chronic sleep deprivation which has been carried out 24/7 for almost eight years and a verbal description about the intense "faked" police raids that were carried out against me for a month 24/7 from mid-December 1999 to mid-January 2000. This shows the police being abused as an instrument of torture by others who are described in my two hour-long commentaries which are provided below as *.wav files.
I have been documenting and reporting this chronic sleep deprivation for many years starting well before 9/11. The purpose of this is to break down the torture victim during the night for interrogation by attacking at a time when any resistance is at a minimum and thoughts and responses can be brought to the surface. Although I was in bed for a total of eight hours trying to sleep, I was only permitted a total of 3.75 hours sleep in four segments as logged below. It's especially important to note the wake up which occurs not long after initially falling asleep. This happens nightly and is intended to induce a dream/nightmare hoping for an involutary response such as talking in my sleep when I wake so that a finger can be pointed at me.
What happens in my situation is that those who are trying to break me down by destroying human life like this get the reverse of what they are seeking. It strengthens me and motivates me to keep and publish as complete a record as possible about all that is being done to destroy human activity and life itself. There is no other protection except to publish this. I have exhausted all other means. The problem is that these people hide behind surveillance technology, and those in authority allow the abuse to continue hoping to kill the target to secure their crimes from exposure.
Instead of getting anything to support the false allegations against me, what surfaces in my mind and is verbally described at length are the activities in the past which form a pattern for this overall terror and torture campaign revealing the exteme abuse which has been taking place for many years by those in authority. This is a mere speck of sand with respect to the overall accumulation of docummentation and evidence I've obtained 24/7 during the past eight years.
Critically important here is the fact of the continous mock raids carried out against me which are described on the *.wav file threatening the kind of violence which was carried out recently in Forest Gate against two terrorist suspects one of whom was shot. I am subjected to this threat continuously 24/7 which has been going on for many years. I have even been subjected to a mock sniper attack.
This reveals the character of those in authority who are so sadistically inclined that they think this is the proper standard for behaviour or at the very least that which they can carry out with out fear of being held accountable and responsible. They have been carrying this out for years without anyone stopping it.
What happened to Charles de Menezes last July 2005 and in Forest Gate on 2nd June 2006 are no surprise to me. This is the character and standard for these rogues who are allowed to flourish in the police and security services living above and beyond the law because they are protected. They are worse than the terrorists themselves and create the very threat they supposedly seek to stop. In my direct experience scores if not hundreds have participated in this extreme abuse indicating that this activity is far more widespread and institutionalised than anyone believes.
You can also easily see that this chronic sleep deprivation reflects an effort to debilitate and incapacitate in the hopes of keeping me from documenting and reporting what is happening. They hope that I will be unable to function while they seek to attack reduced human activity as inherent in me when it fact it is an externally induced problem that is intentionally created.

The above verbal statement on the *.wav file describes the abuse of the NHS mental health law to exploit the police and drive them into a month long 24/7 series of mock raids. This is described in detail on my web site with copies of my correspondence to the police at that time.

There is a pattern of government officials attacking me for bringing important problems to their attention. The above three examples reveal the abuse of power by using false mental health allegations as a weapon to discredit the reporting of these problems. Each reflects the abuse of surveillance technology to drive someone to seek mental health assistance because those in authority do not want to deal with the problems addressed and prefer to suppress them by attacking the messenger:
1. The Chief Executive of the Council did so in a letter dated 15th September 1998 one month after the 24/7 terror and torture activity started with the use of the surveillance technology as a weapon in the hands of the tenants, residents and members of the general public.
2. At the end of January 2000 Richard Evans MD showed me a copy of my 23rd September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister in a file at the St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatry Clinic as the basis for summoning me there. This followed after the month long hoax raids carried out by the police against me fully explained in the *.wav file above.
3. In March 2005 Simon Watkin from the Home Office replied to a letter of mine to the Home Secretary Charles Clarke which pointed out what was being done to me by the use of surveillance technology for years 24/7 since August 1998.
