OBJECTIVE

HOLISTIC AND NATURAL HEALTH

Web Journal Thursday 15th February 2007

1. Three youths have been shot and killed in the last 12 days in South London two of them inside their own homes. The first on 3rd February was shot in a skating rink. The second and third were shot inside their homes on the 6th and 14th of February. These are stunning slayings which are causing an uproar in the public and media. The police have taken special meansures to address the problem of guns on the streets by sending armed officers on patrol in "hot spots." It's just a matter of time before the police will be armed as a matter of policy. It should have been done a long time ago. The effectiveness of a single armed police officer is far beyond that of an unarmed police officer whom I would think have second thoughts about dealing with a problem without first calling for backup.

The response by police officers I've witnessed over the years in this high crime environment has invovled numerous unarmed officers to arrest one suspect. On two different occasions I've witnessed a minimum of six officers who were very carefully arresting a suspect. The prime concern is a knife, but there is now a much worse risk despite the efforts to get guns off the streets and control them with more laws. Reports today indicate that the conversion of model imitation guns and starter pistols contributes to the increase of guns in the hands of the young -- teenagers. A gun in one's possession is becoming a fashion accessory which puts the public and the police at a much greater risk. One youth worker describing this on BBC News24 today indicated that guns were becoming necessary for the young to protect themselves or at least the young felt guns were necessary. A simple offence of perceived disrespect is enough for a gun to be used to kill.

Another interviewee on BBC News24 was commenting on the psychology of the culture that brands someone as a grass or snitch for reporting problems which along with the threat this implies creates an environment of silence. I have been one to report serious crimes (attempted murder, rape, child abuse, violence) to the police so that these could be addressed with those who commit crimes of this kind taken in hand and restricted as appropriate under the law. The result as been the police and those in positions of government authority supporting the criminal so that I have been subjected to extensive abuse for eight and one-half years by 24/7 surveillance technology used as a weapon in the hands of these people whom I reported for these crimes.

I have described this very problem often in the past with these examples. Those who have carried out the crimes I reported are the very people who admit to having a handgun or have been armed by the police themselves ostensibly to protect themselves against me when I have never done anything other than report their crimes. Paul Winston (Metropolitan Police Special Branch) armed BS in the summer of 2001 after he removed the gun Lt Harry Bird was carrying because he threatened to come up here one night and use it against me. He had to be restrained by others from doing so. On another occasion Paul Winston was talking with the mother of BS who is the tenant in the flat below, and she admitted that she had a handgun. He did nothing about it. She admitted this possession of a gun after he suggested that she obtain some means to protect herself.

In mid-December 1999 the mother of BS had yelled from the road outside at midnight on a Saturday night following a massive faked police raid "It's that guy again. I'm going to get a gun and shoot him." In 2001 BS herself threatened to kill me by stating "I'm going to get a bomb and blow him out of there." The death threats from those associated with the flat below started in July 1998 when the partner of BS yelled outside in public ". . . I'll kill you." He was obviously referring to me. The death threats and threats of violence from these people throughout these past eight and one-half years have been made frequently. These noted are only samples. Instead of addressing the problem when it is known first hand to the police, they have knowingly sided with these criminals and accepted their false allegations as "pseudofact" which they repeated themselves as part of their own criminal activity against me. They were all using the surveillance technology as a weapon to fabricate, destroy and hide criminal activity.

Should anyone be surprised that the young are carrying guns and getting killed when the police themselves bring violence and weapons including guns into the community to be used for years as a means to induce fear and suppress those who would report crimes properly?

Should anyone be surprised that an atmosphere of fear and silence results from such behaviour by the police themselves and those in authority?

The police and those in position of government authority have set the standard for crime and violence including arming those who are the most dangerous in this turned-upside-down environment where the criminally violent have taken charge 24/7 with surveillance technology for eight and one-half years.

Why should anyone be surprised when teenagers are shot and killed inside their own homes by apparent deliberate assassinations by those who enter their homes to kill them when this is the standard created by example from the police and those in governmental positions of authority?

Can anyone reasonably expect a nonviolent environment when the criminal is in charge with surveillance technology to make certain that the person who reports the crimes and antisocial behaviour is silent or an attempt is made continuously to silence that person (me)? Why should anyone be surprised when a police officer himself on bicycle patrol nearby was stabbed a year ago October last?

The police themselves have been creating the violence in this environment with the abuse of surveillance technology while allowing everyone in the environment to participate in this abuse. This example is picked up by the young as they grow and realise that violence against those whom they do not like for whatever trivial reason is OK because the police do it to, and they have a perpetual example of it that has never stopped 24/7 during the past eight and one-half years.

People are being shot and killed because of a perception of disrespect. Nothing more. Lt Harry Bird was going to come up here and shoot me because he didn't like what I was writing. He had slugged BS very hard because he didn't like the way she was behaving in refusing to do something he demanded. Later, he assaulted another woman because she would not stop an Email I was writing. He threw her away from the surveillance technology control panel and crashed my Email programme to stop me just before I sent the Email. Graphic descriptions of killing me with a knife were made by others associated with the flat below. One of these was made in front of Richard Evans MD. He did nothing and walked away. The police have mounted faked raids against me in my home including a faked sniper attack. They are setting the standard for violence in the community which the youth then pick up and carry out. Why should anyone be surprise?

Those using the surveillance technology especially the totally obsessed Lt Harry Bird and BS cling to it at all costs so that they can see what I write when I do as now and attack me with further threats and attempts to stop me. They deny the truth of what they have done despite witnesses who have described the validity of what I write as above. They are making every effort still to kill with the use of surveillance technology or by any means which they can that will permit them to get away with murder. They cannot tolerate my living and communicating the truth about this activity. This is the example that is being set. This is why communities are silent. They are afraid the likes of a Lt Harry Bird and BS will subject them to this brutal abuse from surveillance technology until death. They are using me as an example of what will happen which silences everyone. Why should anyone be surprised that no one ever says anything, and those fabricating allegations get away with it to the extent of being able to use surveillance technology in the most brutal manner continuously?

When those in authority and especially the police who are responsible for law enforcement carry out extensive criminal activity they not only compromise the legitimate activity of the police and government but also create disrespect from those in the community while establishing a standard for crime and corruption. Nothing can be worse than this. Reports from the those who are commenting about the South London murders are saying that this is "all over" meaning everywhere. It most certainly is in North Kensington. It is also easy to see why and how the youth are gun oriented when this standard is displayed in front of them for many years as has occurred here. The deliberate deception is known to all because scores of people participate. This spreads throughout the community. When everyone sees the police themselves engage in years of criminal brutality with many other local people, the standards of the society are destroyed. This situation is a catastrophe where tenant management is at the foundation for all that has been happening all these years with the full participation of the police who have their own office on the Lancaster West Estate.

One interviewee on BBC News24 said ". . . where they don't trust the police now." I've described the reason why above. All of my efforts to address this problem for all these years have produced criminal results against me based upon dishonesty in the extreme with continuous personal attacks intended to discredit what I report. The crime and corruption permeates the police and government. Any new police officers coming along either adjust to become part of this corruption and crime, or they will not succeed as police officers. A pattern of corruption has been established by this government which is now resulting in this incredible gun crime emerging on the streets.

Armed police to tackle shootings

Billy Cox
Billy Cox was shot in the chest

Armed officers will be patrolling the streets as part of a new taskforce set up to tackle a spate of fatal shootings in south London.

The move, announced by Met Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair, follows the killing of Billy Cox, 15, in his home in Clapham North, on Wednesday.

He was the third teenager to have been shot dead in south London in the past two weeks.

Sir Ian said the plan involved armed officers patrolling gun crime hotspots.

Police were called to the house after a relative discovered the teenager's body. Officers said the back door of the house was open and there was no sign of forced entry.

On 6 February, 15-year-old Michael Dosunmu was shot dead in the bedroom of his Peckham home. A man has been arrested in connection with the killing.

There was no evidence that all of these crimes are linked

Three days earlier, 16-year-old James Andre Smartt-Ford died after he was shot at Streatham Ice Arena.

Sir Ian Blair met senior officers from the Met's Specialist Crime Directorate to discuss the recent shootings on Thursday morning before announcing the new taskforce.

2. Peter Hain has some good ideas here and makes sense with his policy perspectives (read the entire article at its URL). He was born in South Africa into a family of activists against apartheid who left for London as a result of the extreme suppression by the government. I've been surprised on occasion that this background has resulted in some inconsistent comments. However, he's aiming for the Deputy Prime Minister's job here. Perhaps he should think about becoming the Labour Party's leader and bring this Big Brother government to an end as Prime Minister. He has the background for it.

Hain in 'free TV' call for poor

Peter Hain
Mr Hain hopes to succeed John Prescott as deputy leader

Labour deputy leadership contender Peter Hain has called for free TV licences and bus passes for the poor, as part of a "war on inequality".

The Wales and Northern Ireland secretary suggested more help for poor families - extending measures already introduced for the elderly.

In a speech in Merthyr Tydfil, south Wales, he also called for more help on childcare costs to help people work.

Current deputy leader John Prescott is to resign when Tony Blair steps down.

Mr Hain also called for government departments to commit to poverty-proof policies.
