Dear Mr Brown

Re Surveillance Technology Imprisonment, Torture and Medical Experimentation

Today you assume full responsibility for the greatest abuse from surveillance technology ever known to civilisation about which as Chancellor you have been informed over these many years.

This torture activity has been in operation 24/7 for almost nine years since mid-August 1998 with access to and then control by those whom I reported for child abuse in early May 1998.

The mother of the abused children has never been anywhere else carrying out this adult abuse to cover up her and her family’s child abuse while carrying on with further child abuse.

This is an example where those locally in various government departments and agencies have gotten this completely wrong despite the use of the most invasive surveillance technology.

This has grave implications for government and its ability to do a proper job maintaining fundamental standards and the rule of law which are cherished and valued in a democracy.

It reflects instead the elevation of antisocial and criminal behaviour to the acceptable standards and values for the community as a result of the government’s abuse of surveillance technology.

I urge you to bring this to a halt forthwith to establish democratic values and standards of your premiership which have not existed with respect to this Labour government for nine years.

I call on you to end this disgrace which has polluted and shamed this country to its very core.
