Web Journal Sunday 8th October 2006

While exploring the CBS 60 Minutes web site for the information about tonight's programme featuring interviews with Pattie Dunn and Carlly Fiorina, there was also a video clip about The No-Fly List. After watching this amazing bit of news about the No-Fly Lists along with the other video clips, Lt Harry Bird yelled "He's on the list."

Here's a perfect example of a US Government agent/contractor rogue trying to make a name for himself and/or harassing his surveillance target. I laughed out loud noting that I was about to "fly away." Here he is trying to reinforce his delusions of grandeur by attacking me in every conceivable way at the continuing expense of my reputation which has been shattered and completely destroyed by him, BS and others long ago. It just typical building himself up at my expense. I do not know if this is true or not, but I do know from years of experience that every effort has been made by him and others to manufacture every conceivable negative characteristic possible while communicating them as widely as possible.

I can only assume that this purported false inclusion on the No-Fly List is true. I'll have to check it out. When innocent people are attacked in this way by those who are trying to climb the greasy pole, it leads to very serious consequences for everyone when those who are trying to carry out a genuine terrorist identification and prevention activity have to contend with so much nonsense. Those with delusions of grandeur should be identified and re-employed where they cannot do such harm with respect to very important work. No wonder 9/11, 7/7 and the dud bombings among terrorist attacks succeeded. I've got the reason why right here carrying out abusive surveillance for corrupt self-interest: greed, glory and power.

Suppose it is true, and my name is on the No-Fly List. Did Lt Harry Bird in his continuous efforts to harass give away confidential information to the target which he is not supposed to do? I probably cannot obtain this most secret of information. If real terrorists know they are on the list, they will make efforts to avoid detection or just not fly, right? Lt Harry Bird has once more just exposed himself for the fraud he is since he obviously does not take what he's doing seriously in a terrorist threat context and is only abusing me hoping to be aggravating and provocative. I just laugh, make notes and write about it continuusly. This keeps me busy 24/7. And, now back to the serious stuff.

Sun Oct 8 20:44:25 BST 2006: "I apologise," said Lt Harry Bird after I wrote the above. He got caught especially when I wrote about it above. He always apologises for this abuse and carries on with more. He doesn''t care what he says or does. He's just trying to apologise to manipulate others. This is what Lt Harry Bird really means when he uses the word @leadership." It was Carly Fiorina who said to Forbes that "Leadership is a performance." (Peter Burrows, Backfire, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Hoboken, New Jersey, 2003, pps 149-50.) Lt Harry Bird and BS put on a continuous 24/7 performance and call it "leadership" among other words used to manipulate.

Sun Oct 8 21:02:42 BST 2006: "I won't do it anymore," said Lt Harry Bird followed by BS who said "GGA." I was adding the Carly Fiorina quote above when they made this admission of guilt. Naturally, they have no intention of stopping anything. They just want to keep everyone favourably disposed to them. They think that they can get away with anything includding the extensive violent abuse carried out against me.

1. Years ago I began bringing the fact of totally invasive surveillance technology used against me to the attention of The Sunday Times who had a special investigative reporting unit. It still goes on as of this writing. What does this say about the press?

2. Today's 60 Minutes will be providing interviews with both Carly Fiorina and Patricia Dunn. The former's book comes out tomorrow. If Carly Fiorina did not create a leak culture, it appears that she contributed to it in a significant way in the manner she dealt with the press and publicity. On pages 164-5 of Peter Burrows' book Backfire (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Hoboken, New Jersey, 2003) he describes her exclusion of journalists who ask hard questions while cultivating those who are cooperative.

Apparently Carly Fiorina, according to Peter Burrows, changed Hewlett-Packard's attitude toward the press from fairness which had excluded exclusives and special treatment to an environment of "imperial egoism." He describes that the late San Jose Mercury News reporter Tom Quinlan was denied interviews because of his tough questions. Peter Borrows himself ran afoul of this exclusionary policy after he publish critical information during the proxy fight which was later verified in the subsequent court proceedings. Peter Borrows went on to describe Hewlett-Packard's atttitude by "It [Hewlett-Packard] also went on what sources describe as a "witch hunt" to track down the anonymous sources." (p 165) It sounds very much like Carly Fiorina set in motion the "witch hunt" mentality against leaks at Hewlett-Packard years before she admits doing so in early 2005 just before her departure. Apparently, her efforts to control the media resulted in extraordinary steps that were taken inside Hewlett-Packard.

Dunn, Fiorina to appear on '60 Minutes'

By: Robert Mullins

Two key figures in the Hewlett-Packard Co. spying scandal will give their sides of the story in interviews on the CBS News program "60 Minutes" on Sunday.

Patricia Dunn, former chairman of the technology company who was charged with four felonies in California, and Carly Fiorina, the former chief executive officer, president and chairman, gave separate interviews on the subject, according to information released by CBS Friday.

3. One of the keys of this worldwide situation involving surveillance abuse is the problem of a "Yob culture." Yob is "Boy" spelled backwards. There was an interview with the author of a book who was dealing with the "Yob culture" on BBC News24 today at the Cheltenham Literature Festival. I listened to what was being said and did not catch the author's name or the name of his book which I will track down. I the meantime, here's what I sent to BBC News24 about the essence of what he said:

This author has got it right. The Yob culture starts from the top [but not always] and is reinforced by those in positions of authority in different professions. He cited the media and the City. I'd like to add the NHS, Social Services, Police, local and central government just for starters.

It's a problem of violence passed from geneation to generaion by abuse which leads to the development of sadistic personalties who then carry out the same violence against others whether it's verbal or physical. They enjoy creating fear in others by means of threatening behaviour.

The problem is that the sadistic personality type exists throughout society. Figuring out how to deal with this personality type which embodies violence and abuse is the difficult problem. I am not sure that "aggressive liberalism" is the way since this just sets up a confrontational situation for which the sadistic bully searches and upon which they thrive. They want to pick fights, and this will give them the opportunity.

There has to be a much more enlightened and insightful process of dealing with this problem. The reason it is so pervasive results from the fact that society has turned itself upside down with the sadistic bully dominating much of what goes on seeking sadistic satisfaction against those who are normal and cannot do anything about it. Since he's at a book fair, perhaps the best starting point is to read Alice Miller's books for means to understand and address this problem.

I've been trying for the past decade, and there just isn't anyone with any common sense and understanding who recognises the essence of the problem and what needs to be done about it. Instead, the violent bully dominates and controls with verbal and physical abuse. This means that all those in this environment grow up recognising that this is the standard because it is supported and succeeds against those like me who try to do something about it. Thus, violence increases.

In my case surveillance technology was placed at the disposal of the viciously violent bully over eight years ago who dominates and controls the environment completely with its abuse against anyone like me who would dare challenge what they are doing and the reality what is happening.

Oh, and the media has failed to address this problem too despite the fact that it is close to the BBC as I keep repeating.
