1. The Chair of the Labour Party, Hazel Blears, has demonstrated in her constituency against the closing of an NHS facility. This was government policy thoroughout the land. She sits in the Cabinet Office at Number Ten at the top of the Labour Party. This is a policy determined by this government, yet she has said that it should not apply to her own constituency. That is an abuse of power and most certainly a conflict of interest. She's advocating a double standard: one for herself that is different from that of the government and NHS applicable to all.

The reality is that Hazel Blears wants to keep her job as an MP which she could lose. She is currying favour in her constituency for votes. A report on BBC News24 today indicated that there is a consolidation of constituencies in her area with three MP seats being reduced to two. She could lose the next election which might be much sooner than most realise another bit of inside information she would have access to as Chair of the Labour Party with her desk at Number Ten.

One can also look at this situation here with the surveillance technology abuse carried out against me as a play for votes too. I am just one vote, but the antisocial and criminal types who are ganged up against me represent many votes. Thus, the local Labour Party Councillors in the Notting Barns Ward of Kensington & Chelsea want to keep their jobs too and opt for a policy that will appeal to the most votes. At least two of these councillors have participated in the surveillance technology abuse.

Carrying out surveillance technology abuse against me for well over eight years 24/7 is just that abuse which appeals to the masses especially when I am villified falsely as the arch fiend at large. Creating an enemy based upon smear and fear is a convenient way of attracting voters by dealing with this paper tiger fiend with surveillance technology in which everyone participate. This also helps the Labour Party MP Karen Buck although she has a rather secure seat in Regents Park & North Kensingtoln. It's called scapegoat psychology.

When it comes to elections, politicans always opt for the double standard with one suitablee for themselves satifying their corrupt self interest while the rest of the country can maintain the proper standard. Ain't power great? Look at what Hazel Blears is doing.

Minister defends hospital protest

Hazel Blears
Ms Blears plans to make formal representations on the plan

Cabinet minister Hazel Blears has defended her decision to take part in a protest over plans to close part of a hospital in her constituency.

The proposals for Hope Hospital in Salford, Greater Manchester, are part of the controversial NHS shake-up throughout the country.

Ms Blears, Labour chairwoman, said: "My first and foremost job is to represent Salford and the people of the area."

It is rare for a minister to directly oppose government policy.

However, Ms Blears said her actions would not cause embarrassment to the government.

This is a normal consultation, it has been going on now for two years and quite right and proper, I am a constituency member of Parliament and I have been putting forward the views of the people of Eccles and Salford.''

It is incredible that Hazel Blears would protest against an NHS closing in her constituency as part of the government.

Your questions were to the point and well done.

There is no way she can rationalise her actions and still remain part of the government. She should resign as Chair of the Labour Party without portfolio who is part of the Cabinet Office. That's right at the heart of the government.

Yes, it's do whatever will keep votes when push comes to shove. So, she should resign and address this policy outside government. She cannot have it both ways.
