1. Now we have the "Drive By Police." It is very difficult to develop any confidence in the police when they drive by obvious antisocial behaviour without stopping. It they cannot handle this obvious problem in front of them in public, how can they handle anything that is complicated?

A week ago Saturday last on 9th December 2006 at about 1501 a police van drove by inline skate jumpers who were sliding along the top of the fence at the entrance to the Lancaster West Estate at Whitchurch and Bramley Roads under my kitchen window. There were five such jumps and slides made in the 50 seconds before the police van passed by with the last one just five seconds before it did. This activity then continued for 55 minutes after the police van went by. It had been going on for at least ten minutes before this police van drove by.

These guys set up the large piece of board on the ground under my kitchen window at the narrow entrance to the Estate here. They use it as a smooth launching platform to jump onto the fence and slide along its top and off the end like sliding down a stair bannister. I filmed this entire process this particular afternoon. It's possible to see the top of the fence bend downward when they initially land on it. It won't be long before this fence buckles. This has been going on for a long time. I've sent this kind of information to the police and asked for a nonemergency number to call. When I called it the first time, the woman dispatch manager refused to respond to the call because there was no property damage taking place. I haven't called since.

I believe that this is tantamount to vandalism in that it will eventually damage the property. A similar fence along side stairs outside my front window was missing several upright supports. This kind of inline skate jumping and sliding along the top of the fence takes place there as well. Did they break this fence? It has since been repaired. Who paid for it?

This also constitutes a danger to those who are carrying out this activity as well as to those who are trying to exit or enter the Estate at this narrow point. This is an obvious safety hazard as well as damaging property, but the police when seeing this take place made no apparent move to bring it to an end. It went on for almost an hour after the police drove by.

Then there's the noise nuisance factor. There were lots of cheering, yelling and shouting about all that was happening along with the loud noise of them hitting the ramp and the top of the fence. This is right under the windows of numerous flats were infants and small children live. Some of these especially the infants might have been asleep and wakened or not permitted to sleep if they were tired and wanted or needed to sleep.

I'm not against these guys doing this activity, I just think that they should have a place where they can go and do this kind of inline skate jumping. This is not the right place. Here was an opportunity for the police to stop and politely find out who's doing it and see what can be done about redirecting this antisocial behaviour to a more appropriate venue like the West Way Sports Centre down the road.

The problem here is that the police did not stop this antisocial behaviour to protect those involved and the public as well as the property. Why are the taxpayers funding the police if they do not stop at such an incident and take charge of it to take care of people and property before something happens?

Is it more appropriate to carry out eight years and four months of 24/7 attempted murder against an innocent surveillance target than it is to address real problems?

Is the illusion of manufacturing an enemy and paper tiger threat more satisfying and ultimately less dangerous to those involved rather than tackling serious threats and real dangers in the community? This is another example of the abuse of surveillance technology destroying the community. The antisocial and criminal activity flourish unchecked while the police pursue a hoax perpetrated for years as part of an illusionary process instead of addressing a real threat.

The one who reports legitimate problems and expresses the truth about those who would block this is labelled as "sick." This abuse of surveillance technology continues and is directly related to the antisocial and criminal activity in this environment because it is intended to protect these people while attacking the person who reports the problems. If you look at these six photos below carefully, you will see the elapsed time on the display bar across the top showing a jumper every few seconds. There were four different guys. The second one was the same as the fifth and jumped five seconds before the police van was opposite the kitchen window 50 seconds after the first jump was filmed. I am just showing the launch of these jumpers here.

These guys must think that it is all right to do this if the police drive by while they are jumping every few seconds. If the police don't do anything, then surely it must OK. Everyone pays for the police to do nothing so that property is damaged and people are put at risk. Meanwhile, everyone pays in multiple ways for eight years and four months of extensive 24/7 surveillance technology abuse against me when everyone here knows it's a massive hoax. No wonder the terrorists last year went undetected.

Why should there be any confidence that the police can get it right?

2. I did not know that the two Emails I had sent to the police Friday and today had been blocked and bounced back to me for "inappropriate" language or material. I have been so busy all weekend addressing the problems created by those abusing the surveillance technology that I di did not check my Email until I had finished this web journal entry today.

Naturally, I believe that the Emails are fine. I was quoting the exact abuse I was getting from the child about 15-years-old who is the son of BS the surveillance technology abuser. He started this campaign on Friday, 1st December 2006, as I've described here, but they have been so intensely excessive with the surveillance technology abuse against me that I have not had time to produce the direct evidence of this verbal abuse from the child. They know this and are overjoyed, so they keep up the high level of abuse.

He carries this out almost daily while his mother uses the surveillance technology to watch exactly what he is doing as I pick up his behaviour. She then monitors what I record and how good it might be. BS and Lt Harry Bird then carry out as much surveillance technology abuse against me as they can to overload me with information about their behaviour in the hopes that I will not be able to organise and forward to the police what the 15-year-old son of BS is doing.

His use of abusive language matches that of Lt Harry Bird and his mother, BS, perfectly. He's been well trained by their example. The difference is that he yells outside the window from time to time in public with acoustic speech that can be recorded. Lt Harry Bird and BS yell with the use of the surveillance technology 24/7 which transmits sound electronically and cannot be recorded (yet).

In the first Email below what he says is very important just before the other kid admits that they have been setting me up which I've known all along and can prove it. Many people have also noted that their behaviour has been a setup all these years and said so as they left in disgust. It is critically important to communicate what this child, whom I believe to be underage, is doing to the police in order that they understand exactly what is going on and have hard evidence to back up what I have to describe.

I thought all weekend that this Email had gone through. I had printed a copy of it Friday night, added a CD-R of the .wav recording and posted it to the police Saturday morning for receipt this morning. I now wonder if the letter won't be sent back to me for "unacceptable language, or inappropriate material." It is very important to note what the child is yelling since it is a false allegation which is made by Lt Harry Bird and BS his mother.

In light of the "Drive By Police" described above, I now can say that I've experienced directly the "Reject Police." BTW if anyone wants to transcribe the .wav file at the URL below in full or as much of the abuse as can be deciphered and leave it as a comment, I would greatly appreciate the help. My time is limited as can already be seen. I don't really have the time to go through this time-consuming process as I did again today to put everything together for the police when I already understand what has happened and have all the direct evidence to back it up.

I'll just have to describe these events as they occur here time permitting and let the police read them along with the public since the police haven't done anything for many years anyway. In fact, they have directly participated in the abuse for years in a most extreme way. One keeps hoping that the police will clean up their act and get some honest, decent personnel in this area to do proper police work, but I guess that is expecting too much when surveillance technology has been put into the hands of a child abusing mom who has been carrying out her violence against me for eight years and four months 24/7 with the use of the surveillance technology.

She is still at it as of this writing. I was naive to think that anything would change. She has raised her son to be an antisocial abuser too which he is now carrying out almost daily. The proof is in the pudding which everyone seems to want to destroy. The entire system has collapsed with the criminal antisocial types are taking charge. Read the Email for yourself and see if it is appropriate and necessary for me to communicate explicitly what this child said given the words that followed immediately after. The police should use human beings to read Emails instead of robots if they want to be fully informed.

1. Verbal Abuse From Child in Public Outside my Kitchen Window Friday, 15th December 2006, from 1531 to 1538.

Approximately 04:16 into this .wav file a male youth talking with [son of BS] said "Don't tell him we set him up." This comes just after [son of BS] says "He fucks a lot."

At approximately 04:40 into this .wav file [son of BS] says "He did kill his mother." About ten seconds later I repeat this on the video recording I am making with the camcorder in the kitchen door to the living room which is also picked up by the digital recording in the window sill since it is so sensitive to sound. I heard it plainly with my ear, and it turned up on this digital recording with the recording in the kitchen window.

This stared about 1528 this afternoon, Friday, 15th December 2006. I recorded this digital recording from about 15:31:39 to about 15:39:47 and have been going over it carefully this evening when I came across this confirmation of the set up in progress.

I can also prove that it is a set up, but this is the actual confirmation from the source speaking in public. There is much more on this brief recorded segment, and I urge you to get your audio engineers to see if they can enhance this and the rest of the recording. You will get an example of what is happening.

This criminal harassment escalation with the extensive use of the children started two weeks ago today on Friday, 1st December 2006. Since Lt Harry Bird and BS see all that I do and were fully aware of the evidence collection, the "set up" sprung to life in an extreme way as I have further described in a subsequent Email.

I wanted to provide you immediately with hard evidence at this point to confirm that such a set up is taking place to pervert the course of justice amid other criminal acts and all the hysterical screaming and yelling that comes from this group of people. They try to make up in volume for what they lack in substance hoping people will be swayed emotionally instead of by facts of which they have none.

Since this is so important, I am making it available on the Internet and will send a copy on a CD-R tomorrow by post just in case this is more clear. I have no idea how this may come out on the Internet. Also, Lt Harry Bird and BS are able to interfere with computer files especially sound files so that I have to work very carefully to make certain that what I say is there is actually present. It might disappear. Hence, this recording is still saved on the digital recorder for the moment until I get it onto a CD-R and verify that it is still there.

Because of the constant personal attacks against me along with their denials of what they are actually doing I must rely on hard evidence such as this and what I have been collecting. This set up activity has been taking place since 1998, and I have heard direct descriptions of it. Others have witnessed it outside who have come as observers and departed. However, no one has addressed the fact that this has been a massive hoax all these eight years and seven months since 11th May 1998 and that surveillance technology has been used toward that end since August 1998.

3. Having sent the above Email Friday night and posted a copy of it with a CD-R containing the sound file on Saturday morning, I was treated to a perfect example of this setup this morning. Remember that Lt Harry Bird and BS watch all that happens 24/7 and are fully informed about exactly what is done to me. They also do much of it. Then, when I review this collected evidence, they lash out with verbal abuse which I noted at the end of the Email using their explicit language which is not that bad here.

They are very crude, rude people, however, and dish out much worse gross abuse continuously. This is what I've been hearing the child repeat publicly lately including today which I've been able to record. I have not included it here. This would never end if I did. My Email was blocked and bounced because I used the word "shit" below. This is their very expressive way of attacking me as "potty as shit" to discredit the hard evidence I was describing. It is important to quote them precisely otherwise the brutal name calling, infantile and crude character of their verbal abuse would be lost. I think that the police have gone a bit far here in their censorship efforts and are losing the plot, but then in this case they want to lose the plot. That's why Lt Harry Bird and BS remain in place 24/7 without being stopped.

Following the admission of a setup Friday last whose evidence was sent to you by post on Saturday following Friday's Email [I did not know that it had been blocked and bounced], this is a specific example of such a process of creating these disturbances by those below who try to attribute these disturbances to me along with false allegations with respect to my activity. I believe that the person doing this setup this morning and frequently in this manner is the young boy [son of BS] perhaps in the presence of his grandmother who is the tenant in the flat below. [son of BS] along with Lt Harry Bird and his mother, BS, have been continuously engaged in the false allegations and continuing abuse all morning.

Since this occurs daily 24/7, such examples as this are important of which there any number of evidence backed refutations of any false allegations while proving that the source of these disturbances is from elsewhere. In this instance it is from the flat below.

As noted below, I am subjected to continuous harassment by those using the surveillance technology. They make every effort to overload all that I am trying to do. This is one objective of harassment to keep the victim from being able to effectively address and stop it. The Protection From Harassment Act of 1997 provides for such protection which should be used here. I have tried this once in March 2001 at the High Court but was stopped from doing so by the escalated abuse from the surveillance technology.

Since this is criminal harassment inducing the fear of violence and is being carried out by those using the surveillance technology in conjunction with those in the flat below where these disturbances and false allegations originate, I believe that the police should take the initiative in seeking to protect me by means of a restraining order in the Magistrates Court since I am being prevented from properly organising all the evidence such as this. Such a restraining order will give me the opportunity to organise all the evidence for proper presentation.

I also want to point out that the police have acted extensively on behalf of these people in the past while they were engaged in such activity against me trying to sustain this hoax. At one point many years ago the police carried out a stakeout for some months which produced no results. When the police were ending this stakeout for this reason, those associated with the flat below, BS, her mother and others, tried to bully the police into keeping the stakeout going. The police refused.

In the interest of fair law enforcement, I request that you initiate any and all necessary investigative procedures to properly determine the criminal activity being carried out by these people which has persisted all these years to obtain a restraining order in order to bring about the cessation of the intentional destruction of human life and to relieve me from the continuous and constant fear of violence they generate by their behaviour.

08:34:34 Started moving to my right initially rolled onto my back to make the recording noting the time as 08:34:40 which coincides with the video clock. I rolled onto my back because I had to be able to see the other radio controlled clock facing me on the desk at the end of the bed. Then recorded what is noted on the DR at the 08:34:18 entry above.

08:35:20 Rolled all the way onto my right side as I continue to record describing the dream I just had. Pulled duvet over me for warmth as I continue to record the dream description. PR resting on the inside of my right arm whose fast flashing red light while recording can be seen indicating that it is running out of recording space which occurred in a few seconds after recording the thuds from below just as I began to note them. This verbal recording continues to be heard on the video camera sound track until I noted that the PR was no longer recording at which time I got up and went into the living room to upload the recorded files to make more space again.

12:01:54 "Take him out," yells Lt Harry Bird as I continue reviewing the evidence while he is trying to destroy the truth about their fabrications. Before this he had said "Bloody hell." Note how he is trying to interfere with my evidence review and documentation while trying to disrupt and distract whoever is present from what I am doing hoping that they will ignore this and precipitously commit a crime of violence (either murder or my violent removal from my home) against me. This is criminal harassment which I am enabled to hear as a result of the surveillance technology.

4. The recycle Blue Bins continue to reflect the same unattended fly tipping which was left from Sunday. Although they were emptied on a Sunday, no effort is made to address the fly tipping rubbish strewn about. Why isn't this taken care of on a Sunday too?
