• Harassment During Bath 21.10.2007: each and every bath without any exception has been subjected to intense harassment since Saturday, 25th July 1998. Today was no exception. My documentation effort recorded the worst of it. Imagine sitting in a bathtub that has just filled with water when someone starts pounding on the wall as hard as possible. Listen to what it sounds like on the receiving end below.

• Others incited to carry out harassment in the past: here are some examples parallel to what is described in the number 1 where [BS] is at the core of inciting others to harass by playing on their fears including exploiting children for this purpose. Her child abuse knows no bounds in this environment. It is of the worst kind.

1. Harassing me while I've been taking a bath started in earnest on the last Saturday night of July 1998 and has continued relentless for nine years and three months with an attack on each and every bath I have taken during this entire period. Originally, I wrote a letter to the Chief Executive of the Council faxed on 4th August 1998 about this and other similar harassment activities. This letter followed after a previous letter faxed on Thursday, 23rd July 1998, to the then TMO Chief Executive describing the harassment problems including a death threat. Here are the first few paragraphs of that letter 4th August 1998 letter to the Council's Chief Executive:

"Further to my “Terror” fax of 17th June 1998, I have been the recipient of death, physical assault and eviction threats in July 1998 coupled with apparent false accusations from the tenant below me in Flat xxx. All of these were documented and brought to the attention of Mr Martyn Kingsford in my fax to him on Thursday, 23rd July 1998 (copy attached).

"Following this fax the harassment, intimidation and threatening behaviour continued building up from the following day, Friday, 24th July 1998 over the weekend to its worst on Sunday night/Monday morning, 26th/27th July 1998. This has remained so for the past week until last night, Monday, 3rd August 1998, when the details of other direct harassment were confirmed. This harassment and intimidation has caused me to be afraid for my life in this environment, and the TMO/EMB have done nothing with respect to responding to me about my fax of 23rd July 1998 to Mr Kingsford. Their actions, whatever they have been, have simply aided and assisted the harassment and intimidation.

"About 3:00 pm on Friday, 24th July 1998, the tenant or the tenant’s non-resident relative returned to that flat and slammed the door as hard as possible no less than 16 times. This was followed by muffled screams from below at periodic intervals from a younger female voice whom I suspect to be the xxx tenant’s relative. Apparently she was yelling at her son, xxxxxxx, and blaming him for what has happened: “It’s all your fault,” I heard her scream. The dog underneath barked continuously as it does on a daily basis. Later that evening after 10:00 pm, there was loud tapping on my floor (the ceiling of Flat xxx) which woke me up. Later, I thought my door bell was pushed but was not certain as I was completely asleep and only woke up at the last couple rings. Similar things have happened before, and they were not dreams.

"The following day about 7:00 pm on Saturday evening, 25th July 1998, when I started taking a bath, all of the people in Flat xxx quite literally went berserk. When the bath water was running (and I was in the tub), shouting and banging on the wall underneath my bathroom started with several very loud door slams. Next I heard what I thought was the younger woman’s voice yelling outside and assumed it was directed at me, but I could not understand what it was as I was in the bathtub with the water running. This was followed by a continuous banging of a door and operating the door lock. Later about 7:40 pm a male voice was shouting from outside something about “. . . coming at 3:00 am” as there were shouts back and forth between at least two male voices outside. I took this to be the relative of the Tenant in Flat xxx by the name of xxxxxx. Thus, not only was my peace and quiet totally disrupted, but the very private taking of a bath was deliberately and terribly intruded upon by what sounded like to me all four adults who are normally associated with Flat xxx. Something did happen in the middle of the night the very next night."

This letter goes on with a description of the harassment abuse and can be read in full at the link noted above. Two days later I sent a similar letter to the police. A couple weeks later in mid-August 1998 surveillance technology was installed in the flat above with access available to all these people in this environment. It was abused as a means to track and harass me inside my flat from above and below which started at the time of the installation. No longer was it necessary for these people to hear the tub filling with water to know where I was in order to carry out harassment. This also made it possible for those carrying out the harassment to view its impact giving satisfaction to the sadists who sought and seek pleasure from such bullying harassment abuse.

Nine years and three months later this same activity continues. Harassing me while I am taking a bath has been sadistic sport carried out by those in the flats above, below and now next door as occurred today. No amount of correspondence and direct evidence about this activity throughout these nine years and three months has brought any intervention to stop this activity at its source. Instead, the surveillance technology has been escalated along with the intervention of others on behalf of those carrying out the harassment against me. The increased sophisticated surveillance installed at key stages of complaint processing (letter faxed to the Prime Minister on 23rd September 1999 and proceedings undertaken in the High Court in March 2001) enabled those abusing surveillance technology carry out more effective harassment while protecting themselves from detection.

As a result of increased ability to manufacture allegations made possible by the abuse of surveillance technology, those using it have been able to incite others as part of the harassment campaign. I have heard this occurring on numerous occasions. Among these a previous tenant in the flat next door was prevailed upon to keep track of my comings and goings through the kitchen window of that flat which faces my door and exit route. I have also heard BS and her partner trying to incite the more recent tenants in that flat to assist them. They were meeting with resistance and resorted to yelling to convey their emotionally charged bullying.

While the harassment continues from above and below, this is the first example of what I consider to be harassment coming from the flat next door. I have never taken a bath in the past nine years and three months which has not been subjected to harassment abuse. Richard Evans MD a psychiatrist from the St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatric Clinic has been present. He made the statement "I didn't see anything [by means of the surveillance technology], but he still has to go." He observed my taking a bath commenting upon and approving what I was doing at one point.

There are many, many such examples, and they have all been documented. There was even an incident with girls whom I called the "screaming mimis" or "furies" because of their continuous participation in the harassment running down the Walkway heading this way yelling "He's going to take a bath." All trooped in for the sadistic sport of watching me take a bath using the surveillance technology to do so.

What actually occurred this morning remains to be determined by an investigation, but the events fit into a pattern of harassment with which I have been experiencing and trying to deal all these years to no avail. Because of all the harassment I have experienced each and every time while taking a bath for all these years, I have undertaken to make verbally recorded notes while doing so and making a continuous recording at the same time. As a result, I was able to record the events which took place as they occurred. Below is a copy of an Email I sent about this incident today which contains links to those recordings of what I consider to be harassment in order to effect one more set up as appears to occur.

Whether or not this is intended to be harassment, it is exploited as such by those using the surveillance technology In the aftermath of this extraordinary pounding on the wall separating my bathroom from the kitchen next door, there was an extraordinary amount of continuous abuse all of which was directed against me and related to false allegations initiated by [BS] and her relatives some nine years ago and maintained ever since 24/7 with the use of the surveillance technology.

This should be investigated objectively to determine exactly what happened. The vigilantes are making a heyday out of it as I continue to document. [BS] and Lt Harry Bird stand behind any incitement for others to behave in this manner.

PR ET 00:01:27 I guess that was the starter for the food preparation next door. They wanted to signal their arrival, and let me know they were there. I guess they're trying to pick a fight.

This is the kind of thing which goes on all the time around the clock no matter what I am doing. However, this is the loudest noise like this I have ever heard from the flat next door. There was 15 seconds of pounding from below yesterday while I was washing in the bath. I have a clip of that recording, but due to the excessive and continuous harassment like this I have just not had time to deal with it properly.

What is happening here is that those using the surveillance technology know all that I am doing with respect to evidence gathering, preparation and communication. They keep up a nonstop barrage from their incitement activity so that others will behave like this, and, I believe, this is another example of that result.

The ultimate purpose is to deluge me with this harassment while they try in an extremely hysterical and emotional manner to get others to act precipitously on their behalf to stop me from continuing to gather evidence and report this activity accurately. However, they use their false allegations and false negative characterisations as the incitement means to carry this out as would occur in any vigilante mob activity.

Listen carefully to what people who are in the Walkway say if you can make it out. Use headsets and turn the volume up full.

2. Here are some earlier days of harassment directed against me from the flat above while I was taking a bath. These are etched in my memory because of what happened as will be this incident today. These two earlier incidents occurred early in the morning because I used to take a both at that time to minimise the harassment. This would start around 5:30 am in the morning.

(1) On one of these mornings about 5:30 am, Kid Bucket, the teenager in the flat above, was stomping on the floor above the bathroom. He knew I was there most likely due to the surveillance technology usage. [BS] called him on his mobile phone which I could hear ringing in the flat above the bathroom. He answered it. I could hear [BS] demand in a loud voice "Is that you?" She could hear him stomping on the floor above the bathroom. I could hear all that each of them was saying since I was in between them in the silent hours of early morning. After a brief hesitation, Kid Bucket responded into his mobile phone "No, it's him." Thus, another set up was effected.

(2) On another occasion Kid Bucket was running water loud and as fast as possible in the flat above which I could hear above my bathroom while I was in the bathtub once again early in the morning about 5:30 or 6:00 am. His mother came into the room above which I assumed to be a bathroom. She asked why he was doing that? He replied "He's in there." I guess he thought this was somekind of harassment. He went on with it evidently being allowed to do so for this reason by his mother.

(3) I guess that Kid Bucket's mother whom I believed to be the tenant in the flat above approved of noise nuisance running of water taps but drew a line at stomping on the floor. Kid Bucket was big on stomping on the floor above to deliberately disturb me. He did this frequently. One evening while I was in the living room and there was a multitude of observers gathered out front, he was stomping on the floor above me to try to make it sound like I was doing this.

His mother who was outside with the multitude of observers heard this and came running inside and up the stairs confronting her son, Kid Bucket, demanding if he was him making that noise. He said it was. She herself quite unconsciously started stomping on the floor in her anger at him telling him to stop because she could be thrown out. I could hear it all, and I suspect that all those outside could as well since Kid Bucket's mother had done so. Later it was clear that those outside could tell where the stomping on the floor originated when it came from the flat above mine with an exception.

(4) After this event the stomps continued from above but were less audible and in the rear wall of my living room while the multitude accumulated outside each night as observers to listen. Later [BS] asked Kid Bucket how did it? He replied that he did it in his room up on the fifth floor. The flat above mine is a duplex. The fourth floor is directly over my flat, and its fifth floor is one flight up. Thus, Kid Bucket could hide the origin of his harassment better up there while trying to make it appear as if these sounds were coming from me. [BS] was well aware of what he was doing and approved since he helping her fabricate allegations against me.

At no time have ever made any deliberate noises like this of any kind. They have all originated from others who then try to attribute them to me. Despite this going on for well over nine years 24/7 and many people knowing about it, no one has ever stopped this. Kid Bucket and his mother, aka the Balcony Bonker, moved out several years ago. When the surveillance technology was installed originally, she used to keep the tenant in the flat below posted on all my activity sometimes yelling what I was doing from the balcony above my front window to the balcony below my front window. Or, she would yell out in the Walkway near my front door down to those below what I was doing.

One such famous incident occurred when I was listening to a recording I had made of Buddy Holly's UK tour in the 1950s which had been broadcast originally on BBC Radio 2. I was using a headset, but despite this she yelled down front door above to front door below inside the Walkway to those below "He's listening to Buddy Holly on the radio." I was listening to my recording of this radio broadcast which was not on air at the time. This revealed the use of the surveillance technology which captured what I could hear through headsets and was not available in the room generally as sound.

(5) There was also the big toilet flush incident involving the former residents of the flat next door early on. It seems as though [BS] and those in the flat below were going out. They left a mobile phone with those next door asking that they auto dial a given number and ask for "Joe" if they heard anything in their empty flat below mine. I heard all of this because the conversation took place outside in the Walkway.

Later on I flushed the toilet. I could hear a mobile phone ringing above and a male voice answer with a "Hello." He got the message apparently from the flat next door and came down stairs. By this time he was laughing a bit to the door of the flat next door to learn what had happened. He laughed some more, but they went into the flat below to check it out. I will always remember this as the "Big Toilet Flush Caper."

What this really told me was that [BS] with her fear mongering was able to incite others to the point where I was considered some kind of threat against which they needed the help of others to protect themselves. In this case they prevailed upon this woman who used to live next door to live with the prospect of something happening during the evening, and at the slightest bit of normal noise she over reacted as if something was wrong.

Nothing has changed. [BS], her relatives, Lt Harry Bird and others are still manufacturing false allegations and false negative characteristics using the surveillance technology as a weapon for fear mongering purposes in order to incite others to carry out harassment activity. They thrive on hatred and fear attempting to create a problem where none exists for their own corrupt self interest at the expense of others making fools out of everyone including the children who are abused quite seriously by this process.

This is very much a community stalking and harassment activity carried out by a vigilante mob using surveillance technology as a weapon driven by [BS], her relatives, Lt Harry Bird and others to this day some nine years and two months after the surveillance technology was installed in mid-August 1998. It goes on as of this writing. No one has done anything to stop it in all these years despite knowing exactly what is happening especially with the use of the surveillance technology. There are too many people with too much to hide. It will all come unravelled one of these days.
