- Superbug errors cause 90 deaths: The emergence today of this atrocity in the NHS is only one example of the kind of care which the NHS has carried out in my direct experience for many, many years since at least November 1999.
1. The NHS as a whole is suspect for carrying out health care activity which deliberately and knowingly puts people at risk, and in my case this has been deliberately done for nine years and two months 24/7 from the abuse of surveillance technology commencing in mid-August 1998. I have sent correspondence to many, many people in authority to deal with this situation properly including the police, NHS health professionals and hospital chief executives, the Prime Minister and my MP. All of this and to these people and others was of no avail since this goes on as of this writing still many, many years later.
The NHS became directly involved in November 1999 as part of the overall escalation following my letter the to the Prime Minister sent by fax on 23rd September 1999 with a copy posted afterwards. The escalation of this surveillance technology abuse started immediately with further false allegations made by BS during the two weeks I was preparting this 36-page letter with is 16 pages of diary/log exhibits. The fact of all those using the surveillance technology while I was preparing the letter was well known to me as was the calling in of others whom I believed to be the police by BS during this two-week period in September 1999. Every effort was made to counter what I was reporting to the Prime Minister which included bringing in the NHS.
The result was that this surveillance technology abuse was escalated significantly starting in October 1999 with the NHS joining in during November. These were the times when I picked up this activity. It might have been sooner. A great deal of activity occurred in October and November 1999 including the continuation of the child abuse to keep the most abused child silent by threats and acts of physical intimidation and violence. I reported this to the police in November 1999 by fax.
One of the key parts of this escalation was the installation of the sewage sampling equipment in the flat below under my bathroom which captured all the sewage effluent which left my flat at a point in the corner of the bathroom. This was installed one day quite noisily in the presence of a small girl and a representative of tenant management whom I believed to be a senior woman official who might very well have been the Lancaster West Estate Management Board (EMB) Chair herself, Lucy Daniels.
The young girl called the male installing the equipment "Anthony." He explained to the woman from tenant management what he was doing. Therefore, I knew right from the beginning what was being done and who did it. I was alarmed that children were allowed to be present and observing all that was happening. I brought this to the attention of both the police in my fax to them on Tuesday, 21st December 1999 (see the "Water Samples" section in this fax) and the NHS in my fax on Saturday, 8th January 1999 to an administrator at St Charles Hospital part of which read as follows:
"As regards the water sampling from my usage, the drainage connection has been tampered with to such a degree as to inhibit and almost stop the flow of normal drainage. Because the kitchen sink is higher than the bathtub, its water drainage (even small amounts) backs up into the bathtub bringing with it all the "sewage" bacterial growth residing in the drain pipes. This smell is obvious as is the backup water in the bathtub. This is a serious health risk to me as I have no lymph nodes under my right arm. I have had serious bacterial infections on three different occasions which have turned my right arm, shoulder and chest bright red. My former oncological surgeon had given me an anti-biotic prescription to carry around for just this purpose renewing it each year over a decade's time. I had to use it on each of these three occasions and was thankful that I already had it. "Thus, I ask you to cease and desist this life threatening water sampling activity which can cause me serious harm if not death from blood poisoning. I have notified the police about the danger of this activity when it started, but it continues as it did then."Nothing was done after notifying the police in December 1999 and the NHS in January 2000. As a result, the following occurred:
A few months later the same small girl was present while a young male was carrying out the sewage sampling activity while I was using the bathroom. He was showing off to her what he was doing and how easy it was. When I flushed the toilet, he and presumably the little girl were covered with the sewage effluent because he had made a mistake. He spent a significant amount of time yelling about this below then outside while he waited for an ambulance to arrive to take him to hospital. There was general amusement expressed by others about what had happened which he refuted by saying it was not funny. What happened to the little girl?
In December 1999 I sent a letter to the police outlining what was being done with respect to the sewage sampling as part of many other activities relating to the surveillance technology abuse at the disposal of the local community especially those in the flat below whom I had reported for child abuse in May 1998. My letter to the Prime Minister faxed on 23rd September 1999 had dealt with the failure to deal with this problem properly. My letter to the Prime Minister at this time parallelled the abuse and death of Victoria Climbie a few months later and described circumstances of ineffective government which were to be revealed by the inquiry into her death. I also pointed out to the police at this time that the sewage was now backing up into my bathtub from time to time as a result of the pipe blockage caused by this sewage sampling activity noting that this constituted a health hazard for me especially since I had no lymph nodes under my right arm and was susceptible to infection which had occurred in the past.
The police along with the NHS were extensively involved in all of this at that time, and nothing was done. At the beginning of 2000 I met with two doctors from the NHS to try to determine who was prowling around my flat with large groups of tenants carrying out this extensive stalking and harassment which was putting my life at risk. These medical doctors were Richard Evans, MD, and Mo Zoha, MD, of the St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatric Clinic. They were two doctors who were to become key abusers of this NHS activity in the community using the surveillance technology as a weapon to do as much damage as possible while personally inciting further vigilante mob behaviour against a "psychotic" at the end of July 2001. I sent an Email to the legal department of the Council as a result of this incident. A third doctor who was frequently present has not yet been identified. I call him Dr VW referring to the sound of his automobile which frequently arrived out front with the distinct sound of a VW.
St Charles Hospital is part of the St Mary's Hospital Trust where I had been receiving treatment for possible skin cancer recurrence at its Dermatology Outpatient Clinic. I had also been receiving treatment at Western Eye Hospital for diplopia (double vision) during 1998 which is also part of the St Mary's Hospital Trust. Later as it turned out, the Western Eye Hospital diagnosed cataracts in each eye in December 2000 and carried out the surgical treatment for them during the summer of 2003. The Dermatology Clinic had detected a malignant Bowen's Disease growth on my skin in June 1998 as well. Further biopsies were carried out by this clinic in subsequent years.
All of this hospital care on one side of the St Mary's Hospital Trust was created by other medical professionals on its other side. Despite copious correspondence to all concerned at St Mary's Hospital Trust and those involved including initial complaints to St Charles Hospital in early 2000, nothing was done to stop this ongoing abuse by those in the NHS operating in the community around my home by participating in the potentially lethal use of the surveillance technology. The daily, 24/7 documentation for this is quite extensive.
I had met with these two psychiatrists at the St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatric Clinic in early 2000 at their request. Although I had no reason to consult with them personally, I attended with the intention to describe the source of the abuse against me from those whom I had reported for child abuse and ascertain the identity of the NHS personnel who were operating day and night around my flat. I was subjected to abuse by them at these two interviews including threats of criminal intervention by the "Magistrate's Court" and was asked to vacate my home which included an offer of money to do so.
I had no idea why this was happening, but I was shown a copy of my 23rd September 1999 fax/letter to the Prime Minister which was in my hospital file. Therefore, I believed that this whole process was a continuation of the fabrications to which I had already been subjected by those using the surveillance technology reflecting an effort to suppress my communicating the truth to everyone including the Prime Minister. The NHS was being used in the most abusive manner to carry out the silencing of dissent by the use of the surveillance technology, surreptitious medication, medical experimentation and other means of gross intimation and threats against me inside my home.

A "litany" of errors in an NHS Trust's poor handling of the infection clostridium difficile resulted in 90 deaths, a watchdog's report has found.
The Healthcare Commission called the deaths at Kent's Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust "a tragedy".
It said nurses at the trust were too rushed to wash hands and left patients to lie in their own excrement.
The trust said it had not been prepared for "an outbreak of that size and complexity" but had learned lessons.

Heather Wood, the report's lead author, told BBC Radio Five Live that many lives could have been saved.
"I think it's certainly a call to arms for the National Health Service.
"I would think the lessons, not just about cleanliness, hygiene and infection control, but the care provided to patients who contract C.difficile is something that has wider lessons for the NHS.
"For many of these patients there may well have been a good chance that they would have recovered if all steps had been taken."
Police in Kent and the Health and Safety Executive are now investigating whether prosecutions should be brought over the deaths during a two-and-a-half-year period.

You report that the police are investigating these deaths to see if criminal charges are in order.
Well, consider the fact that the NHS in significant numbers has rolled out into the community for the past eight years starting in the late autumn of 1999 to participate in surveillance technology of the most extreme kind against me.
I started suffering from personal injuries (lymph oedema) at the moment this was started in mid-August 1998. During this period while the NHS was present in large numbers, I developed cataracts which were diagnosed in December 2000. I warned of this in the Autumn of 1998 in at least two separate letters to the then Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Paul Condon.
Every effort has been made to cause damage and injury with the use of the surveillance technology including making every effort in interfering with my attempts to obtain proper medical treatment for the cataracts and high risk from skin cancer. An attempt to interfere with caract surgery plus continuous interference during the recovery periods (six weeks for each eye) was carried out along with such interference during recoveries from biopsy surgeries.
Meanwhile, the NHS was present in the community surrounding my flat and directly involved in all this surveillance technology activity throughout all these years knowingly participating in the deliberate effort to destroy human life allowing and supporting the causing of grievous bodily harm. This still goes on as of this writing.
The NHS has carried on with medical experimentation including surreptitious medication against a non consenting human guinea pig for these past eight years 24/7 inside my home by the use of surveillance technology.
Why haven't the police investigated criminal charges relating to this activity as a result of my continuous reporting this to the police?
Because the police have participated in this same surveillance technology destruction of human life quite openly and explicitly for years engaging in extensive criminal activity themselves.
All of this is completely documented 24/7 for all these years. The situation in this country is far, far worse with regard to the NHS practise of medicine than appears with these extremely tragic deaths which have occurred as a result of the C Difficile infections running rampant throughout a NHS hospital.
What is even more astonishing is that you have not reported this most gross abuse of power despite being informed since the beginning of 2003.
Never ask why such tragedies occur and go on for years before they reach the attention of the public which could stop such problems and abuse at the start by public disclosure.
The question remains in these C Difficile deaths concerns whether or not it was reported early and what was done if so reported? Didn't anyone complain?
Remember this Labour government emasculated the NHS complaint process by confining it to the local institutions. Was this a contributing factor for this incredible situation being permitted to continue along with the budget cuts?
