Today reflects the fact that the abuse from those I reported for child abuse has been going on for eight years and eleven months. This began with a public declaration of revenge and retaliation by BS and her mother, The Cackler, on Monday and Wednesday, 11th and 13th May 1998, in public out front amid a large group of tenants. At this time they made known the fact that they had been reported for child abuse and vowed revenge. They belittled the fact of a threat to smack one of the children which was only characteristic of their behaviour. They failed to tell these people publicly that the partner of BS had choked a young boy quite seriously on several occasions which was the basis for my writing to the Chief Executive of the Council.
I sent him this fax on Tuesday, 5th May 1998, which was sent on to the Grenfell Tower Social Services. After I met with a Social Services worker, she decided to call in the police and asked me for assistance which I provided. The police arrived on Friday evening, 8th May 1998. The following Monday they launched their violent bullying against me from these four adults involved. Three months later in mid-August 1998 they were able to secure the installation of surveillance technology which they immediately began to use against me as a weapon for stalking and harassment.
Up to this point I had ignored their bullying harassment which enraged them since they could not see the impact of their attacks against me. After the installation of the surveillance technology, they were able to see exactly what I was doing and attack me as appropriate to deny rest and sleep while noting my responses. The violent bully had been given the ability to institutionalise violence and bullying which has been used ever since 24/7 up to this writing.
1. Military responsibility: is that an oxymoron like military intelligence? The Secretary of State for Defense accepts responsibility for allowing military personnel to cash in on their Iran captivity stories. This only added more sticks to the fire.

Browne interview The defence secretary says he takes full responsibility for decisions which allowed the 15 sailors and marines held by the Iranians to sell their stories.
Des Browne, speaking for the first time since the row, said with hindsight he could have done things differently and said "ultimately, the buck stops here".
It was only after the stories sparked a backlash that he banned further sales.
Tory leader David Cameron called the initial decision "calamitous". Lib Dem Chris Huhne said it was a "shambles".

Tony Blair has said "in hindsight" the navy's decision to allow sailors held captive in Iran to sell their stories to the media was not a "good idea".
The prime minister said he was not involved in the decision, which he said was taken in "good faith" as the freed personnel were "pursued" by the media.
Earlier, Defence Secretary Des Browne said he took full responsibility for allowing the stories to be sold.
Mr Blair said that he did not think such stories would be sold in future.
Asked if he had played a part in allowing the freed captives to sell their stories, Mr Blair said: "I didn't actually know about the decision until after it was taken. But really that is not the point.

2. Sources of crime: Prime Minister Tony Blair singles out gangs for emphasis in addressing the killing of innocent teenagers. He has stated in the past that this is a limited problem. It is not. He is trying to play down the seriousness of these attacks with knives and guns wounding or killing teenagers. I call on the Prime Minister to stop the government's own activity which I continue to describe in this web journal. The government itself is providing the standard of nonstop, continuous, sadistic, violent abuse against a completely innocent person 24/7 for years with the use of surveillance technology in the hands of a vigilante bully gang. This reflects the most serious problems of domestic violence and the gang mentality which has nothing to do directly with teenage participants but sets the standard for youth growing up to emulate.

Blair urges action against gangs

There needs to be an "intense police focus" on the minority of young black Britons who are behind a spate of gun and knife attacks, Tony Blair has said.
He said laws on knife and gun-gangs needed to be toughened and the ringleaders "taken out of circulation".
In a speech, the prime minister added that most of the black community were "horrified at what is happening".
But they needed to be "mobilised" in denouncing the gangs killing "innocent, young, black kids", he added.
He was speaking in the wake of a series of fatal shootings and stabbings of teenagers, many of them in London, this year.

3. Faking it: milking the government based upon fabricating logs seems to be popping up elsewhere. I've experienced it for eight years and eight months 24/7 with respect to surveillance technology usage. Now, the BBC has turned up tagging problems with a company who fabricated logs to save money and meet government targets. Ignoring the all important requirement of tagging offenders instead of jailing them, this group of people faked it to milk the government of money while painting a glossy image of their activity with the faked logs. This is what has been going on here for years.
For many years I keep hearing "write this down" from Lt Harry Bird or sometimes even BS. Usually, she's supposed to be doing the writing. I then make a note of what I was doing at the time indicating that this was a fabricated entry which I call a PITL (Porky In The Log). I usually embellish this with things like: "It's Lt Harry Bird PITLing again. Watch out Lt Harry Bird has PITLed. Be careful where you step or don't get downwind." Their activity consists of such moronic repetition that I characterise it with acronyms like this to make a point that reflects the essence of what they are actually doing. They're taking the piss.
When push comes to shove, and someone actually demands to see their log as occurred about 18 months ago, they have had to say that they do not have one. They then get on earnestly with the "write it down" instructions for a bit before they taper off. There is nothing legitimate that they have written down which is why I keep a record of what is actually happening when the instruction goes out to "write it down." Even more recently Lt Harry Bird had to admit that he didn't have anything although he often contradicts this by stating he's got 100% of what he needs. No one acts on it. It's all a performance for show purposes and abuse against me trying to create anxiety, distress and duress.
The whole point of their activity is to destroy by means of the continuous abuse by using the surveillance technology as a weapon of torture, surreptitious medication and its own lethal usage. They do not have anything else and must fabricate in an overall sense what they claim actually exists. Those who are in positions of authority allow this to go on despite the lack of any substance and the repeated failures of seeing anything objective to support what these people claim in vague, generalised, abusive terminology.
It's easy for me to see why this never comes to light anywhere until the BBC sends in an undercover reporter to pose as someone working in this kind of an environment who then documents the abuse. Why doesn't the government catch these things? Because those in government are too interested in looking good themselves and carry on knowing that the record is fabricated. It's an overall con and corruption for those involved. Here it's in a situation where the public needs to be protected by the tagging process for those convicted and being restrained economically and humanely.

Four people have been sacked from a security firm after a BBC investigation revealed serious flaws in electronic tagging in the East Midlands.
An undercover inquiry by Inside Out East Midlands found Nottingham-based Group Four Securicor (G4S) had left several offenders unmonitored.
A G4S spokesperson said "decisive action had been taken on the issues raised by the BBC documentary".
A new senior manager has been appointed and staff have been retrained.

A BBC undercover reporter spent four months working as a temporary employee at G4S where he secretly filmed workers and managers and kept a detailed diary.
He filmed staff allegedly fabricating records of tagging installations to save money and meet government targets.
G4S, responsible for monitoring more than 1,000 people across the East Midlands, said it had failed in "a small number of cases".
