After he had been convicted for rape and jailed for three years, the woman who fabricated the allegation against him should lose her anonymity. This would protect the public against this person making similar false allegations in the future against others. Women's groups are apposed to such exposure and seek to maintain anonymity for those reporting sex crimes because they might otherwise not come forward.

However, they appear to be unable to produce any evidence to sustain this "knowledge." I "know" they cannot because I "know" that their allegations are all totally false. This is inconsistent with any civilised democratic society which espouses the democratic rule of law when anything like this has been carried out by those in authority supporting the vigilante use of surveillance technology by those who were reported for violent criminal activity against the person who reported these crimes. This is a situation where the false allegations have dominated and been taken as valid without any legal proceedings whatsoever involving me in order to sustain the 24/7 punishment being carried out with the use of surveillance technology indefinitely.

Because of this experience I am convinced that all people who have any allegation against anyone about anything must stand up to be recognised in a court of law in an open public hearing according to the democratic rule of law to make these allegations in order to prevent such extreme abuse as I've experienced during all these years. If anything destroys the credibility of women and makes them all appear like lying shrews of the worst kind, it is this kind of behaviour which is tolerated and supported by those in authority. It not only discredits women but discredits everyone involved. This is why I believe that anonymity cannot in any circumstances be permitted for any allegations whatsoever. These people hide behind surveillance technology to remain anonymous if they can and at the same time to make me defenceless.

At least Warren Blackwell had the opportunity to be confronted in a court of law by his false accuser even if anonymous and, fortunately for him, eventually she was exposed as such. Tragically, he had to spend three years in prison before this occurred. In contrast to this I am subjected to incarceration and torture punishment by the use of surveillance technology on an indefinite basis completely outside the democratic rule of law, legitimate law enforcement and the legal justice system with the surveillance technology used for this purpose in the hands of the people who are making the false allegations against me.

Naturally, I am going to demand exposure of these people, and I am doing that myself by making this situation public as it happens in this web journal because I have no other means at my disposal to proceed to stop this gross abuse of power. I have exhausted all other alternatives in the past eight years and eight months since Monday and Wednesday, 11th & 13th May 1998, when these two women, mother and daughter, publicly vowed amongst a large group of people out front to carry out revenge and retaliation against me following the police intervention on Friday, 8th May 1998, with regard to their child abuse activities that I had reported to the Council's Chief Executive.

Since that time they have produced a never ending stream of false allegations with each Porky getting bigger than the last when the former did not have the intended effect of inciting people to remove me from my home. An often heard phrase has been "Why didn't you tell us that before?" The answer to this perfectly reasonable question is that they could not because they just made it up. When they see me writing and communicating something that they do not like such as my letter to the Prime Minister faxed to him on Thursday, 23rd September 1999, they try to pre-empt what I communicate by making up more false allegations and getting them to the police and others before I send out my communication.

Everyone is having such a sadistic good time allowing this to go on for years so that no one stops this obvious criminal activity. In this case it would be an admission of guilt with respect to all the preceding years begging the question: why they did not act sooner? Thus, all must persist in their coverup to the detriment of society at large.

Warren Blackwell was freed after more than three years in prison

A man jailed over false sexual assault claims has said people who make up allegations should be named publicly.

Warren Blackwell of Woodford Halse, Northamptonshire - jailed for more than three years after a woman invented a sex assault - said the law had failed.

"Her anonymity remains, protected by a law designed to protect genuine victims of rape," he told BBC Radio 4's Today.

Ministers are looking at alternatives to the law, but one women's group said a change would be a "national scandal".

Mr Blackwell was convicted of indecent assault at Northampton Crown Court in 1999 and spent three years and four months in jail.

His conviction was quashed last year by the Court of Appeal and the judges recommended that details of his accuser be circulated among police forces to avoid similar cases in the future.

2. Last Wednesday, 10th January 2007, I noted the death of these three people in East London which had just been reported by BBC News after their bodies were found. I related this to a dream of violence which I had earlier and considered "extraordinary." Since the cause of death was not reported then, I suggested that it could be anything including carbon monoxide poisoning. Sadly, the tragedy now emerges with the real reason for their deaths which were violent for the children. The mother's cause of death has not been determined.

Mother and two daughters found murdered in their bed

A five-year-old girl found dead with her mother and sister at their home in east London had been strangled. Her sister died from a head injury, post-mortem examinations have found.

Juli Begum, 26, and her daughters Anika Khanum and six-year-old Thanha Khanumwere discovered in bed together in their nightclothes. It has not yet been established how Ms Begum died.

The family, from Newham, had not been seen for 10 days when Ms Begum's sister alerted police.

Scotland Yard has opened a triple murder inquiry and has appealed to the Bangladeshi community for help. A senior officer said: "The mother and the girls were all lying on the bed with a duvet over them, wrapped in each other's arms. They looked for all the world as if they had fallen asleep together."

3. I want to comment on the two examples above of violence: the first a false allegation of violence and the second the all too real consequence of a violent criminal. There is no doubt that the violent criminal must be identified and properly prosecuted to ensure that the public is protected. However, when anyone makes a false allegation, this creates a situation where the possibility exists that a violent criminal will remain at large and unrestrained and, at the very least, a vicious act is carried out against an innocent person which involves the authorities in the violence of fabri=cation. That is why it is critically imporant to ensure that the democratic rule of law is followed to ensure that the innocent are protected and the guilty brought to justice. Those who fake it destroy this essential foundation to the social order.
