- Recorded Mail Complaint Letter to CNWL 09.01.2008. Yesterday I sent a letter to the CNWL complaints manager about the attempted access on Friday, 04.01.2008, as a package with my signature on the documents including what had already been provided by Email and referenced.

The doctors are complaining about verbal and physical assaults which have been occurring against them, yet they come to my home to carry out the most vicious attacks imaginable and have been doing so for the better part of a decade. A British Medical Association report indicates that one in three doctors were subjected to verbal or physical assaults last year.

A viciously violent family group and others who are sadistically inclined have been using surveillance technology as a sadistic weapon against me for almost a decade 24/7 to help generate false allegations of sexual activity against me that does not exist. Their objective is to have me removed from my home by force and violence if necessary to stop my reporting the real problems of antisocial and criminal activity in which hey and others engage.
Using surveillance technology in such a fixated and obsessive manner is better than TV or the Internet. For these people it is their life. They have no other. But, no one does anything about it despite full knowledge of and in some instance direct participation in all that is happening. The big problem with the other participants is that it involves those who pretend to be carrying out meaningful work as mental health professionals and the police. This has been going on for the better part of a decade as I've tried to address the real source of the problem without success.
This aspect of obsession with sexual activity (shall we call it a variation of Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome? [see number 2 below]) is never reported by anyone. Could this be due to the fact that the NHS, police and government departments as well as elected officials participate in this from of sexual abuse? Munchausen by proxy is where a parent will fake or cause illness in a child to gain medical attention for the child and thereby for the parent.
In this instance the rage driven and obsessive violence is carried out against an adult to attract attention by constantly manufacturing illnesses or injuries which do not exist. Thus, many people flock to this environment to "see" what is happening through the use of surveillance technology. In some cases the use of the surveillance technology has actually caused injury requiring NHS treatment, e.g., cataracts.
So when someone comes along and says that there are sex addicts with problems, this gives veracity to those who want to fake such a claim about others by means of a set up facilitated with the use of surveillance technology 24/7. The obsession and rage driven violence by disturbed personalities has to be seen to be believed.
As just one example, I recall coming back from a Don McLean concert at the Hammersmith Apollo in June 2000 well over seven years ago. When I finally went to bed a little before 0100, the mother of the abused children whom I reported for the abuse in May 1998 called the police claiming sexual activity on my part. After the police arrived and were standing out front, the teenager (I believe this was he since he did most of it) in the flat above began stomping on the floor above. The police officer said "Yes, I can hear it."
These instances went on and on around the clock for all these years, and no one has actually stopped this extremely abusive and perverted behaviour by those making these false allegation despite determining that they were false in many instances.

Sex and relationship therapists are seeing an increase in the number of men suffering from sex addiction, a BBC investigation suggests.
Almost 80% of the 43 therapists in the survey said sex addiction is a problem.
Many said the obsessive use of internet pornography is now the most common form of the condition.
The counselling service Relate has also seen a "huge increase" in people who say compulsive sexual behaviour is straining their relationship.
The therapists said that in the most extreme cases people can lose their jobs or partners because of their obsession, with some spending up to eight hours a day looking at pornographic websites.

I've been subjected to intense surveillance torture abuse for nine years and five months 24/7 since mid-August 1998 making this precise allegation against me which has been totally false.
This has been carried out by those using the surveillance technology all this time whom I reported for their child abuse in early May 1998 three months before they were given access to surveillance technology which they then used to fake such activity by stomping and pounding from the flats above and below.
For many years the mother of the abused children has had operational control of the surveillance technology 24/7 and has never done anything else for all these nine years and five months by her own admission. She has been totally obsessed with fixating her attention on me second-by-second around the clock in order to make false allegations about nonexistent sexually activity.
This has infected and poisoned the entire environment and turned the government and its departments into agencies of institutionalised abuse.
They would then make the most obscene and continuously fabricated allegations against me 24/7 sending up a smokescreen that made it impossible for me to get the reality of the situation taken care of properly.
By using the surveillance technology they (these people are well known) were given more credibility than they deserved, but even this failed. Those who came to witness the false allegations who disagreed and noted that they were false were driven out with extreme verbal abuse bullying and emotionally extreme hysterical behaviour. Emotional screaming was used to replace facts and objective observation with the use of surveillance technology.
Even a psychiatrist from St Charles Hospital, Richard Evans, MD, participating extensively in the abuse from the surveillance technology observed me taking a bath one evening with a large group of people said "Well, I didn't see anything, but he still has to go." He went to this extreme to destroy because I had filed a complaint against him.
Any number of people have noted that the allegations made by these violent and disturbed people (who were reported for this behaviour) are false and have been driven away as a result. Those who agree to the delusion are embraced and allowed to stay.
The great problem with this kind of story and observation is that unless the person involved actually admits to a problem there can be none ascribed to anyone since it is quite easy for a group of people like this to fake it as has happened to me for nearly a decade.
Here it has become a very serious weapon of destruction against someone who reported serious crimes and antisocial behaviour by those who wish to hide this behaviour and are disturbed enough to act in a most preposterous manner publicly for which they are never censured or stopped. And, then, I am further castigated for reporting accurately what is actually happening.
Everyone has to be very careful about such allegations made against anyone and not allow the use of surveillance technology for this purpose to manufacture allegations intended to destroy the honest and decent who do report serious problems. Once they get attention and start rolling with the surveillance technology, a whole list of false allegations and false negative characterisations are developed to sustain the surveillance technology abuse.
This report is incomplete because it does not include the extreme abuse which sexually repressed and dysfunctional people especially a violent family group might carry out to hide their violent behaviour especially child abuse.
The real danger from such a report is that people will accept false allegations as valid which will give those with perverted motives an opportunity to succeed with them.
One has to look at the overall problem of sexual abuse including those who behave sadistically and violently as a result of their own repressed sexuality to make false allegations against someone they hate about excessive sexual activity which does not exist.
Once something like this gets started everyone jumps on the bandwagon and participates thinking it fascinating and interesting to totally invade the privacy of another human being 24/7 on an indefinite basis.
Recently, those using the surveillance technology have been discussing a situation where a medical student participating in this "research project" bowed out for ethical reasons. Their behavioural problems are criminal not ethical.
Why don't you report this kind of real abuse from surveillance technology?

2. Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome. " . . . Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome (MBPS), or Factitious Disorder by Proxy, as it's listed in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fourth Edition, Text Revision, also known as DSM-IV-TR)" could very well be the problem here but used against an adult by means of surveillance technology abuse to fake it and in some instances actually create a problem such as cataracts in my case which is then exploited.
It is the kind of abusive syndrome that is most associated with child abusers because the children are vulnerable and cannot defend themselves against the smoke screen a parent, usually the mother, creates by blaming the child. The same is true in this situation since I cannot defend myself against the abuse derived from the surveillance technology that makes me vulnerable and defenceless and subject to further abuse when I try to explain what is happening.

Here is a description of MBPS from Kids Health for Parents:
"In MBPS, an individual - usually a mother - deliberately makes another person (most often his or her own preschool child) sick or convinces others that the person is sick. The parent or caregiver misleads others into thinking that the child has medical problems by lying and reporting fictitious episodes. He or she may exaggerate, fabricate, or induce symptoms. As a result, doctors usually order tests, try different types of medications, and may even hospitalise the child or perform surgery to determine the cause.
"Typically, the perpetrator feels satisfied when he or she has the attention and sympathy of doctors, nurses, and others who come into contact with him or her and the child. Some experts believe that it isn't just the attention that's gained from the "illness" of the child that drives this behaviour, but there is satisfaction gained by the perpetrator in being able to deceive individuals that they consider to be more important and powerful than themselves."
What strikes me as important in this excellent description of this problem is the statement that the reward for doing this results from the achievement of deceit of those who are considered "more important and powerful." This is clearly the "no-hopers" disease for it fits the sadistic personality as defined by Erich Fromm perfectly. The great problem in my situation is that there are far too many people who are willing to be duped than not. This description above fits my situation and experience perfectly.
Lt Harry Bird and BS (the mother of the abused children) continually make false allegations regarding diseases such as being blind, infected, constipated but most important is the generic term "He's very sick" which is used frequently. There is no substance to any of these allegations which are also noted as false by others.
However, Lt Harry Bird and BS make every effort to create any problem like these and as many others as they might induced. When I do address real problems with physically noted symptoms such as the cataracts, they made every effort to interfere with my efforts to have this most serious condition treated medically.
"Getting Help for the Parent or Caregiver
"Most often, abusive Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome cases are resolved in one of three ways:
"* the perpetrator is apprehended
* the perpetrator moves on to a younger child when the original victim gets old enough to "tell"
* the child dies
"To get help, the parent or caregiver must admit to the abuse and seek psychological treatment. But if the perpetrator doesn't admit to the wrongdoing, psychological treatment has little chance of remedying the situation. Psychotherapy depends on truth, and Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome perpetrators generally live in denial."
The above possible solutions to the problem are exactly what will occur here. The middle one is highly unlikely since both the medical professionals and the perpetrators are unlikely to change given all the years of this abusive activity. By using surveillance technology this can be perpetrated indefinitely which is what they are always saying.
Although I have a great deal of direct evidence, and many people have witnessed the hoax being manufactured, there is little likelihood of the perpetrator being apprehended when there is such a concerted effort being carried out against me as was witnessed Friday last. Many people have a great deal to hide.
The most likely scenario outcome is that I will die since this is the often stated objective of those using the surveillance technology which they back up with its lethal use. Lt Harry Bird has clearly stated "You will die first" before he stops his activity. He makes frequent death threats as does BS who has threatened to bomb me out of my home and stated "I want him dead."
The denial from these key people is manifest indeed. They obviously believe by using surveillance technology that they can get away with anything including torture abuse and murder. They will never admit the truth or seek any form of treatment. They make every effort possible to impose a solution of any kind on me that will result in my being incapacitated. They cannot allow me to continue with the ability to bring the truth to light. Lt Harry Bird, BS and others must destroy me completely by whatever means to make certain that the truth is buried.
These are people who have risen from the status of underclass no-hopers to become all powerful with the use of surveillance technology completely outside and above the democratic rule of law, and they will do everything including murder to sustain that position which they believe they can. After all, they have been allowed to continue this activity for nine years and five months 24/7. There's no reason to think they will stop anytime soon.
This will be the future threat for everyone unless it is stopped and addressed comprehensively to understand all there is about this surveillance technology. This makes George Orwell's 1984 look like a Sunday School picnic, or should I say panic? It creates such a fear in people that they will do anything to avoid becoming a target, and this means joining in to become accomplices to murder.

The surveillance technology abuse will be sustained under this guise based upon a fabricated threat upon which these people base their allegations. This is fear mongering of the worst kind. There is no justification for this at all which is clearly understood.
3. Recorded Mail Complaint Letter to CNWL 09.01.2008. I have no confidence that the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) will behave in a manner which recognises professional excellence and fundamental standards of human respect with regard to human rights. These have been betrayed in the most extreme way by mental health professionals for over eight years. Last Friday's abusive attempted entry was only one more such act in a very long line of criminal harassment and torture acts carried out by these people in conjunction with the use of surveillance technology.
After my Emails which were sent on Saturday and Monday last along with references to the other documents sent eight years ago, the abuse by those using the surveillance technology went on as normal without any abatement at all. They just acted as if they could get away with anything and continued to do so. There was a significant amount of language centred around the conspiracy and collusion activities intended to find some means to carry out their forced entry and my removal from my home. This has continued with the intense criminal harassment and torture activity nonstop.
There is so much activity by these people reflecting this criminal activity that it is next to impossible to provide it here. Yesterday while I was organising this information and writing this letter before posting it by Recorded Mail, there was, as usual, continuous abuse including incitements to "get him out" as has been occurring today from Lt Harry Bird, Linda and others.
Great harm has been done against me by the medical profession during the past decade reflecting a deliberate disregard for the practice of medicine based upon acceptable standards. Here's a copy of the cover letter I sent to the complaints manager at the CNWL yesterday by Recorded Mail:

1. Three Email documents sent to you via feedback.cnwl@nhs.net on 05.01.2008 14:02, 05.01.2008 17:53 and 07.01.2008 10:52. Receipt of the first one was acknowledged.
2. Audio CD with files . This provides the AW_1017.wav, GARY0225A.wav and GARY0233A.wav referenced and explained by these Emails and a further attached two pages explaining GARY0233.A.wav.
3. Two faxes to the CMHT A on 14.10.2007 and 06.08.2005 containing the same letter originally written for the fax on 06.08.2005 which was re-transmitted by way of explanation regarding refusal to attend the proposed meetings.
4. Fax to CMHT St Charles Hospital on 08.01.2000 with reference to appointment at that time.
5. Fax to St Charles Hospital Chief Executive on 03.02.2000 containing misconduct complaint against Mo Zola MD and Richard Evans MD.
6. Fax to Richard Evans MD on 01.03.2000 refusing to attend further meetings with explanation referring to his threatening letter of 25.02.2000.
This forms a whole pattern of harassment extending for over eight years with similar threats made eight years ago which were repeated on Friday last thus constituting criminal harassment.
This harassment has been continuous throughout these more than eight years by NHS personnel participating in the surveillance technology abuse carried out against me 2/47.
I have further documentation if you should wish to review it while you process this complaint. The original letters sent to me should be in your files. If they are not and you would like to see them, please let me know, and I will sent you copies.
This matter is of the utmost importance for the community as well as myself and requires very close scrutiny and evaluation for all activities carried out in the community outside a hospital environment during the past more than eight years.
My first objective in making this complaint is for you to cease and desist in all such contact attempts including the abusive and threatening behaviour which has characterised such contacts for over eight years.
Please be advised that I have never been anyone’s patient for mental health reasons contrary to what Richard Evans or others might represent and am not such a patient at present.
Due to the treatment I have received from the very start by these and other mental health personnel from over eight years ago to the present, I have lost all trust and confidence in the professional capacity and ability of mental health professionals to be able to get anything right in the community in my direct experience.
I seek to bring this situation to your attention by means of this complaint so that you might avoid such mistakes, misconduct, unlawful and criminal behaviour in the future in the community.

4. Doctors 'not reporting assaults'. The British Medical Association (BMA) has released a report about verbal and physical assaults against doctors where there is an indication that upwards of one in three doctors were subjected to verbal or physical assaults last year.
What about the NHS medical professionals who have come to my home for many years (over eight years) threatening me with violence and causing me to be afraid to open my door to them as occurred last Friday afternoon when the police arrived shouting with a NHS nurse who tow. Both of them verbally assaulted and threatened me with violence. This has happened before in writing some eight years ago from Richard Evans, MD, of the St Charles Hospital and has continued with many NHS doctors coming to my immediate home area carrying out violence against me all these years.
As revealed in these web journal pages since Saturday last and today, the NHS medical professionals themselves come out into the community and carry out verbal abuse against me threatening violence. The NHS nurse left with the comment last Friday afternoon "We know your kind, and we'll be back." He left me with a foreboding of violence hanging over my head when I have never done anything at all and most certainly would never verbally abuse or most definitely would never physically assault anyone.
Let's get the truth and both sides of the problem out into the open, shall we? If the NHS medical professionals are contributing to and causing violence themselves, this then boomerangs onto their colleagues at random by people who are aware of what goes on in the community by witnessing what happens to innocent, honest and decent people like me who are verbally abused and threatened with physical violence. What do these NHS professionals actually do when they roll out into the community as I've been experiencing for over eight years? You can hear the recordings of what actually happened last Friday afternoon in the links provided above.
How many patients are verbally and physically abused by NHS staff during the year in hospitals, clinics, surgeries and, worst of all, at their homes? Where is the BMA and NHS on this issue and what will happen to my complaint as provided above? Indefinite abusive surveillance technology carried out 24/7 for the past nine years and five months has no place in this society. Why is it here being used by NHS professionals for total invasion of privacy, terror, torture, medical experimentation and surreptitious medication in the community outside a hospital environment.
No wonder the public has a big problem with NHS medical professionals when they see them acting as vigilantes in the community carrying out and inciting violence as I have witnessed the likes of Richard Evans, MD, accomplish. On the last Friday evening in July 2002 he incited a mob outside my front window to a frenzy of activity. The mob shouted "Psychotic" at least 70 times that I documented and engaged in death threats all at the instigation and in the presence of Richard Evans, MD.

One in three doctors was assaulted, either physically or verbally, in the last year but most did not report it, research suggests.
One in 10 of the 591 doctors across Britain who responded to the British Medical Association said they had been physically attacked.
Of these, 5% were seriously injured, and a third suffered minor injuries.
However, the BMA said many did not report the incidents, suggesting an increasing acceptance of violence.
Physical assaults reported by doctors in England, Scotland and Wales included being punched, kicked, bitten and spat on.
Doctors said dissatisfaction with the service was the main reason cited for the attacks, including frustration with waiting times and being refused medication.
This has doubled as a cause of violence since 2003, when the BMA last conducted the survey.

5. Cameron warns crime 'celebrated'. This problem which I have been experiencing for almost a decade reflects the fact that the government is the instrument of violence in the community setting the example for the kinds of violence picked up by the young people.
It is the government which has led the violence in this society with its abuse of the innocent like me by the violent use of surveillance technology against someone who has been honest and decent reporting the serious problems which need to be addressed. Making pictures of me inside my home while subjecting me to violent abuse began with the government's use of surveillance technology here. When mobile phones with cameras came along, the youths were "happy" to imitate this with what became known as "Happy Slappy" films of violence carried out against people.
Jacqui Smith attacks David Cameron for using what she called "alarmist rhetoric." The point is that David Cameron is understating the problem, and the Home Secretary along with the Home Office are the key people and department of government behind the violent abuse being carried out against me with the use of surveillance technology. David Cameron must now bring this to the attention of the nation since the NHS and police carried out what amounted to a Gestapo attempted access to my home last Friday afternoon as is being discussed extensively in today's web journal entry.
Violence along with antisocial and criminal behaviour are becoming the standards in this society thanks to this government. It's time to get the facts out to the British public before it is too late. The government in this environment has provided a gun to the violent and child abusing mother whom I reported for child abuse while she carries out continuous 24/7 abuse against me with the surveillance technology. Supporting violence like this destroys the community while encouraging the young by example to grow into violence and crime rather than peace and productivity.

Britain is "creeping" towards a state where violence is socially acceptable, Conservative leader David Cameron has warned in a speech.
He said aggression was being "feted" - as illustrated by the use of mobile phones to film people being beaten up.
He called for a "relentless focus" on low level disorder and a crackdown on knife and gun crime.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith accused him of "alarmist rhetoric" and said crime was down by a third since 1997.
Mr Cameron was speaking on a visit to Salford, Greater Manchester, and accused the government of "staggering complacency" following a year in which 27 teenagers were murdered in London alone.
