1. The head of the Metropolitan Police terrorist effort made excuses on BBC News24 about why they failed to maintain surveillance concerning the 7/7 bombers after they were seen to be in contact with the fertiliser bombers five of the seven who have been convicted today. This connection emerged during this trial. He described their assessment each day for the needs regarding surveillance against those whom they are targeting or who are potential targets and must make decisions with respect about whom to monitor within the constraints of resources. In the article below the new Director-General of MI5 makes similar statements. They deemed one of the 7/7 suicide bombers not a risk.
How it is possible then to carry on with 24/7 surveillance against me an innocent person who reports crimes to the police for eight years and eight months since August 1998 and not be able to put under similar surveillance someone who has a direct contact with a terrorist suspect? I fully agree with David Davis demand and comments about an independent inquiry concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of resource utilisation to ensure that the risks from terrorist attacks are minimalised in the future.
Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair's comments this morning that it takes 60 people to carry out surveillance against one person is not true. He is deliberately misleading the public in order to cover up the failures of the Metropolitan Police.
Security services and intelligence organisations are concentrating on personnel when it is the technology that is key. At least personnel are being mentioned as the most important area with a doubling of these by 2008 in the intelligence services.
They came so close to connecting with the 7/7 bombers and failed to track them. Why did they fail?
Because they were using the all important surveillance technology to stalk and harass an innocent person for corrupt self interest reasons. The police were subjected to thousands and thousands of false emergency calls over many years for the most absurd and idiotic reasons imaginable.
Misinformation of all kinds was passed along faking everything possible to sustain the fraud and maintain the surveillance technology abuse against me. This diverted resources, time and attention towards a personal vendetta rather than a real threat. People were the problem. The technology was there to do the job. It was being misapplied.
This surveillance technology can be used by a minimal number of people (two?) to totally track and completely invade the privacy of one person. It can pick up every activity of a target and all associations that person has. Those associations can then be similarly tracked for complete monitoring 24/7 wherever they might be located unless deep underground.
It was not a matter of resources as Sir Ian Blair states. Those resources were misdirected. I spent years reporting this to no avail. The failure has to do with the people involved and most importantly the Metropolitan Police whose officers have spent years here starting well before 9/11 faking it and carry out extensive criminal abuse activity against me with the surveillance technology 24/7.
There's your failure. It's a people failure. No amount of correspondence to several consecutive police commissioners and other levels of police command commencing in the autumn of 1998 has ever done any good to stop this extreme abuse. It has only served to escalate it. Proper management of the police does not exist.
A full inquiry into every aspect of the fight against terrorism must take place as promptly as possible. The mismanagement is still occurring now with an obvious cover up as I listen with great sadness to what is being stated by some today after learning this stunning news of the connection between the fertiliser bombers and the 7/7 bombers.
I also want to reinforce David Davis comments about the Intelligence Committee which was just initiated with Tony Blair chairing its first meeting. Mr Davis indicated that this was the right thing to do but in the wrong way. He stated that one person needs to be in charge of the war on terror not a committee. He is absolutely right. I committee will cover up failures and perpetuate them especially with Tony Blair in charge.
It is also necessary to have one person in charge at the Cabinet level, and there needs to be a full and unfettered inquiry into the whole process of addressing the terrorist problem. The risk in the future will involve WMD and not just small but devastating bombs.
It is possible to shutdown terrorism. It's called network analysis which can be carried out with this surveillance technology that I describe continously. It grows out of communication analysis and the work of NSA and GCHQ among other similar organisation that has been in use since WWII.
Every contact by targets using this surveillance technology is monitored for its contacts and a complete network can be reconstructed and totally monitored. The surveillance technology being used against me is capable of doing this with minimal people mostly located in one place.
It is time to get this technology rolled out in a meaningful way with people management that prevents its abuses such as I've experienced 24/7 since February 2001. Allowing such abuse will create the future opportunities for the terrorist who will have WMDs.
It's time to stop playing games and get the damn job done properly, or "someone will set the spark off, and we will all be blown away."

How can totally invasive surveillance technology resources be dedicated to me 24/7 for eight years and eight months since August 1998 and more particularly since February 2001 with the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known when those who are directly connected with terrorist suspects were dropped? These went on to commit the 7/7 London bombing.
I am a totally innocent, honest and decent person who reports problems to the authorities and crime to the police so that these can be properly addressed.
Am I to think that I am deemed a risk greater than those with direct terrorist contacts who then committed the 7/7 London atrocity?
Why was this surveillance technology put into the hands of the dysfunctional family group whom I reported for child abuse enabling them to carry out 24/7 revenge and retaliation against me using up an extraordinary amount of police resources throughout all these years?
Their extensive abuse of the police and other government departments is unfathomable.
The mother of the abused children continues as of this writing to attack me using surveillance technology as a weapon to cover up criminal activity.
I have long maintained that this gross misdirection of resources creates terrorists by pushing the fringe types over the edge and enables those who are so dedicated to escape detection. This is exactly what has happened once again. Terrorists have come from this area.

She was quite direct and articulate in her insistence that an independent inquiry be undertaken. I just heard your interview on BBC News24 and was most impressed. I fully support your demand for an independent inquiry into the 7/7 bombing and related activity against terrorism.
I want to add a dimension which I feel supports this demand although you might find it a bit bizarre when I describe the reality of the current state-of-the-art of surveillance technology to which I've been subjected for many years.
The point is that there is the ability to track all those who have any contact with known terrorists, and there was no reason for not doing so.
I have been subjected to this most sophisticated surveillance technology since February 2001 although the actual surveillance began in August 1998. It was brought to this country by former US Marines Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird and has been used against me 24/7 since their arrival with it in February 2001. Because of the personalities involved I have been able to learn all that they are doing since they are using it for abuse.
This is where you'll either stop reading this or continue: this surveillance consists of brainwave monitoring and feedback technology which keys on the unique electromagnetic radiation surrounding the human head which can be identified, mapped and tracked for a surveillance target by means of satellite communications.
All senses and key brain activity can be read accurately: eyesight, hearing, feeling (pain), muscle movement, thoughts (words and images) and even smell.
Sound can be fed back to the target which is how I know all about this since it is used as a means of torture, provocation and interrogation by these people well known to me.
The key to this knowledge for me comes from the mother of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse in 1998 and has had operational control over this surveillance technology for many years. She verbally reveals what is going on as part of her own sadistic revenge and retaliation agenda against me for my having reported the child abuse against her children. I know her and her voice along with the others using the surveillance technology.
Any human being becomes a surveillance instrument by being targeted. Any contact can be noted and similarly tracked. Network analysis can thereby be established for all contacts no matter who they are and subsequently tracked with this totally invasive surveillance technology at minimal costs.
My question is why am I being so targeted since I am totally innocent of any wrong doing when those who are real threats are not considered a risk and dropped? I firmly believe as you articulated that any association with known terrorists under surveillance warrants total surveillance as well. This can be done easily with this surveillance technology.
This all needs to come out in an independent inquiry and is why I fully support your demands and insistence upon such an independent inquiry.

Details of how much the security services knew about suicide bombers Mohammed Sidique Khan and Shehzad Tanweer emerged at the trial.
The trial linked the bombers to an international network which was watched a year before the 2005 suicide attacks.
The security services say they did not identify Khan or consider him a risk.

While it was never going to be as devastating as 9/11, the British plot to build a massive bomb from fertiliser could have resulted in hundreds of deaths, say police.
Smashed three weeks after the 2004 Madrid bombings, in which 191 people were killed, the bomb plot was the British security services' first significant success against a rapidly developing threat from al-Qaeda sympathisers - but also a terrible indication of what was to follow in the London suicide bombings of the following year.

2. This demonstrates some symptoms from the impact of an obsession with surveillance technology used to attack the person who reports the problems. These problems have been deliberately disregarded in hopes of the surveillance technology fabrications succeeding eliminating the person who reports them. What has happened is a eruption of antisocial behaviour all around because it is protected by those using the surveillance technology who also set the standard of abuse which is emulated. If those using the surveillance technology can get away with their unlawful and criminal activity as they have for eight years and eight months 24/7 involving many people, then those so disposed feel free to carry on as they please disregarding others which is revealed in other behavioural aspects here.
 | When I stepped out my door this morning, I was greeted by this water residue. This was not present Saturday morning, so it arrived during the past 48 hours. If the skylight windows are locked open during a rain, water will accumulate like this. But, it didn't rain as best as I can recall, and there would be a trail around the corner at the top of the photo. This could be a dog who did not make it outside in time and ran down to a corner to urinate. This has happened in the past. While not frequent it does happen. Or, someone could have left this here. I lean toward a dog at present. |

It's a hazard to small children who might play around it and fall in. I have been told in a letter from a former EMB Chair that this did happen in Grenfell Tower. There is no pavement along this side of Whitchurch Road. People must either cross to the other side or walk in the street if they have any fear about using this narrow entrance. |

This is quite narrow at this point and made even more difficult by the two bollards placed to prevent unauthorised vehicles from driving onto the Estate.  | This sign previously noted last week remained posted this morning. While this is an excellent idea, it creates some questions in my mind. There was more inline skate jumping in the area shown above in the time just before this 1430 meeting on Saturday. The police have driven by in the past while this inline skate jumping/fence sliding was taking place. They have refused to respond because property was not being damaged when I called in the past. There was also noise nuisance on and off all afternoon from the flat below until about 1900. All of this activity fits together and often comes from the same people across a spectrum of varying degrees of antisocial behaviour to criminal activity. If the police are not going to respond to address the inline skate jumping problem that has an impact on the smaller children playing in the Walkway whose similar playing damages the floor as noted above, then these children grow into more problematic behaviour disregarding their own and others safety and the right to be free of nuisance behaviour. The fence will eventually give way and/or be damaged from this activity. There needs to be close coordination between all groups involved in addressing these and similar various problems. Fragmentation of coordination between the organisations responsible leads to this activity going on and on while people doing it feel that it is OK because no one tells them to stop. Children need this kind of guidance and are not getting it. Unfortunately, they grow up to think in terms of themselves alone and feel free to do whatever the want without any reasonable and rational self-restraint. I am prevented from doing anything more than I do by the continuous abuse against me from those using the surveillance technology which is intentionally used to stop me by attacking when I collect, organise and communicate this information so that those in charge can take proper steps. The best alternative for me at present is to publish this here so that it can be seen by all those concerned. Perhaps those in authority will get together and solve the problems in the overall interest of everyone involved while those involved will learn on their own that they have to consider others from the consequences of their behaviour. It's better to learn this earlier rather than later. |
3. After an extraordinary day reflected by the events described above, the incredible antisocial behaviour from the excessively loud noise music nuisance from the flat below started a little after 1730 while I was in the kitchen preparing food. It was so loud that it wrapped around the building and came in the kitchen window. I went into the living room to see if this was coming from the flat below. It was, and I recorded a few samples for posterity's sake. This went on for about an hour and a half including the first ten minutes or so of BBC One's special hour-long broadcast of Panorama entitled "Real Spooks" before it stopped. When it starts, I never know how long it will continue.
This was an outstanding documentary on the activity of the fertiliser bombers who were convicted and sentenced today thus enabling the BBC to broadcast this documentary. The sensational element was the connection between these bombers and two of the 7/7 London bombers which was described above. It's symbolic that this antisocial behaviour would erupt at the end of this day and continue into the first few minutes of this Panorama broadcast while those using the surveillance technology which I had also dealt with above made this all possible by ensuring that this antisocial behaviour went unchecked once again for such a long time.
A. Loud thumping bass music recorded in living room from 17:37:52 to 17:38:48 on Monday 30.04.2007. It was first heard coming through kitchen window while preparing food since it was so loud coming from the front windows of the flat below.
B. Loud thumping music recorded in hallway, bathroom, front door area on Monday 30.04.2007 from 17:38:53 and 17:39:46 into the bedroom where the batteries ran out which were changed.
After putting in freshly charged batteries, I recorded this area again since I did not know exactly where the recorder might have run out during the above recording.
C. Loud thumping music recorded from 17:42:05 on Monday 30.04.2007 in the hallway, bathroom, front door area and beginning at 17:42:58 in the bedroom. This time the sound of the music as well as the thumping bass can be heard it was so loud, and it is the same from room to room confirming that it comes from the flat below. Turned off at 17:44:13.
D. Loud thumping bass music continues from 18:05:50 on Monday 30.04.2007 in the living room. At first it is silent between songs which gives an idea of peace and quiet before it begins to thump away. Then there are loud voices which come through as well. Turned off recording at 18:07:17.
4. If that wasn't enough, the sound of bagpipes which had been faintly coming in through kitchen window began blasting away loudly from there just as the regular BBC One Panorama programme began. This was a documentary about the tragic murder of the Pakistan cricket team coach at the World's Cup in Jamaica on the night of the day Pakistan lost to Ireland and was excluded. This bagpipe music was a first. Could it be significant here? Time will tell.
A. Very loud bagpipe music coming in the kitchen window from 20:30:41 to 20:32:02 on Monday 30.04.2007. This is just a sample.
