After ratcheting the country to a tempo of excitement for an election and gaining the Tory's campaign information with regard to fiscal policy, the new Chancellor of the Exchequer presents a pre-budget in the House of Commons which scoops the Tory's information. Buster Brown announced over the weekend that there would be no election in early November.
The uproar about such an incredible manipulation of the people of this country goes on. Big Brother Britain makes a fool of itself once again before the world. What kind of political system is this anyway where the Prime Minister can whip the nation back and forth over a possible election? The national disposition to sadomasochistic behaviour is once again on display.
The NHS which is currently receiving £90 billion will be getting £110 by 2010 to help finance Big Brother Britain according to the Chancellor's announcement in the House of Commons. In my case this means using a human guinea pig for nonconsensual experimentation consistent with the national sadomasochistic character disposition. How long will it be before this is rolled out for the population at large?

Chancellor's speech Chancellor Alistair Darling has doubled the inheritance tax threshold for married couples to £600,000.
He also targeted private equity bosses and "non-domiciles" in his pre-Budget report - and pledged to switch green air taxes to flights, not passengers.
But he was accused by the Tories - who unveiled policies in all these areas last week - of being in a "panic" after their recent opinion poll surge.
Mr Darling also downgraded the UK's growth forecast for 2008 by 0.5%.

The pre-budget whatever it is will be reiterating such items as more money for the NHS which will be a key part in constructing Big Brother Britain as I've been experiencing it for the past nine years and two months from 24/7 surveillance technology abuse in the hands of the local community.
The NHS has rolled out into the community against one person on a significant basis with extraordinary resources in terms of people, time and technology dedicated to responding to and sustaining false allegations in order to create a research effort with some kind of justification to support social control and engineering in the community.
My experience has all the aspects reflecting the Sidney Milgram experiment at Yale University in the early 1960s some 45 years ago only done today as quite real rather than as an experiment to show the deficiencies of such "science" when abused. My experience of the past more than nine years has been science gone insane in the hands of the sadistically disposed who seek to gain and sustain power which has to be taken very seriously in this context. Attention must be focused carefully on how money is being spent, and whistleblowers must be heeded. When the government tries to discredit the truth sayer, alarm bells should go off because the very foundation of democracy is being challenged.
There has been a massive effort to carry out the most extreme abuses against one person from the use of surveillance technology based upon creating fear in the community. This serves to justify this effort and to build the tenant management organisation who uses the false enemy and manufactured threat as a means to get people to join by promising to deal effectively with the problem.
Yet, this is never done and only gets perpetuated indefinitely as a means to sustain the false management foundation and scapegoat who can be used to blame for the lack of progress and continuing problems. People create the illusion of doing something and maintain their earning capacity enhanced by overtime while keeping their jobs based upon fear and manipulation not merit. It puts tenant management into the thick of things on an illusionary basis along with the dirty data for the insane research.
The worst aspect of this is that it is creating a violent society both locally and nationally which can be attributed to the Labour Party and this government who is doing exactly the reverse of what it is pretending to do. Nationally, there have been terrorists attacks and would-be terrorist attacks as a result of the lack of resources which are used up in phoney situations like this in an area where terrorists have originated for the dud-bombing attacks of 21/7/2005.
The criminals are allowed to carry on with the abuse of the surveillance technology against the person (me) who reported and continues to report the problems to snuff me out in order to create a government management image based upon a delusion that has nothing to do with reality. Meanwhile, all of this has been filmed and photographed over the years as the government creates its own snuff film and documentation of what has been happening just as the Nazis did in their record keeping for the extermination camps much of which after 60 years is now being made available publicly and on the Internet.
How we look back on this situation 60 years hence will reflect what is done now regarding whether it is stopped effectively or allowed to grow into a monstrosity that even the Nazis could not have imagined.
Reference was made this morning to "manpower" by a male which I took to indicate that this situation was subject to manpower constraints which is exactly what has been the problem for all these years. Manpower has been used up with a hoax and false threats to the exclusion of the real problems including terrorism. At some point this house of cards will tumble as did Enron. Tragically, this could be from a major terrorist attack with WMD.
This is a Labour Party environment with three Labour Councillors and a Labour MP. The Lancaster West Estate Management Board (EMB) and the "Company" Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) are unique to this Estate in this Borough. The TMO encompasses the entire Council, but the EMB rules supreme in the Lancaster West Estate. Both the EMB and TMO were created by the Council as separate entities in 1995 and 1996 respectively and never consolidated.
Thus, the Labour Party elected officials and others in this environment participate in the EMB and TRA including both husbands and wives of elected officials and others in positions significant responsibility which allow them to control and dominate this Estate with its 900 units (9% of the Council's social housing) and thousands of people. This same nepotism can be seen in this Labour Party government at the cabinet level.
They manage for their own benefit at the expense of everyone else which has dramatically occurred over the years as serious safety and health problems have threatened the lives of everyone. Anyone like me who attempts to address the real problems is subjected to extreme abuse by a vigilante mob comprised of the local criminals who want to dominate and control the environment for their own antisocial and criminal objectives and are allowed to do so by the EMB and TRA.
After all, this is a tenant managed environment where those in power cater to the bullying criminal thereby silencing everyone else especially those who witness what is happening to me. No one will say anything out of fear from tenant management itself. Rest assured that what is happening to me is broadcast far and wide for this purpose. The result is that tenant management becomes a criminal organisation which helps to create and sustain a ghetto of the worst kind.
They have been able to do this with surveillance technology and the assistance of the police, NHS, social services, tenant management, local elected officials and other departments of government both locally and centrally including civil servants and elected officials all the way to the top. This Labour government's corruption is significant indeed.
I have tried every means possible to address this situation properly since its very beginning in mid-August 1998 with no success. My efforts have met with escalation after escalation from better and more sophisticated surveillance technology, the involvement of more people and continuation of the abuse directly from the police, NHS, social services, tenant management and others who have local community responsibility and authority on an ever increasing basis as government policy and legislation expand accordingly.
I believe that this is Buster Brown's "vision" of the future for the UK and will be rolled out as best he can based upon fear mongering and recruiting those who are ready to do anything in the interest of power as we've seen Buster Brown do so far.
Buster Brown is a century old US cartoon persona of devious and manipulative character who commercially represents the image of children's shoes in the US along with his dog Tige. [Under no circumstance is this to be taken to be an association with the BBC's Andrew Tige. It's just a coincidence of names. For commercial purposes Buster Brown lives in a shoe with is dog Tige (pronounced like "Tag").]
Expect the budget and legislative plan to continue to reflect this increasing Big Brother Britain activity directed towards social control and engineering while treating the population like they are all children which has been developed to gain and sustain power for the Labour Party nationally as it has in this environment even though this is a natural Labour Party enclave.
This shows the real danger in creating ghettos. All communities must be mixed as much as possible both socially and economically to prevent this kind of abuse, and power needs to be balanced on a larger basis. Providing exclusive local power to a entities such as the EMB and TRA who are then actually controlled and dominated by the same group of people only leads to illusionary management and the abuses which I've been experiencing since May 1996 when I occupied the premises.
The real problem is that as this debasement of civilisation and democratic evolution along with its institutions, standards and values grows and becomes worse, the crime and violence spills over into the rest of the community and into the schools from the children who grow up with these standards which are maintained by this Labour government.
This reflects the bully loose not just on an unrestrained basis but supported and sustained by the government in the community to destroy the lives of everyone. This is the exact opposite of what government should be, yet it is the reality of this government thanks to the abuse possible now from surveillance technology of this most sophisticated kind.

2. The Metropolitan Police Commissioner is fear mongering again and wants to detain without charge for up to 90 days once again. The terror watchdog Lord Carlile cited that the UK foreign policy was more likely to contributed to an increase in the terrorist threat. I submit that it is the Metropolitan Police themselves who are a significant key to creating a terrorist threat in this country by their extreme abuse of power so far during the past nine years and two months of totally invasive surveillance technology used as a weapon completely outside the law against me.
They have used surveillance technology and supervised its use in a manner that would create terrorists from those who saw this occurring and/or heard about it as word-of-mouth caused this abuse to be circulated throughout this country. If the Metropolitan Police cannot get it right after over nine years of such surveillance technology abuse which goes on as of this writing, they cannot get anything right. Giving them up to 90 days to detain without charge will only help them cover up their gross incompetence and deliberate abuse of power that I have experienced since mid-August 1998. The Metropolitan Police cannot do a proper job and have to fake it with the use of surveillance technology.

The number of terrorist plots in the UK is "mounting" and the "magnitude" of their ambitions growing, Met Police chief Sir Ian Blair has warned MPs.
He was making the case to the Commons Home Affairs committee for extending the current 28-day limit for detaining terror suspects without charge.
Terror law watchdog Lord Carlile told MPs longer detention would not harm relations between Muslims and police.
He said foreign policy was more likely to "radicalise young people".
The government has said the time has come to re-examine the 28-day limit - which was doubled from 14 days in 2005 - because of the complexity and nature of the threat of terrorism.

The police are a key element in the responsibility for the increase in potential terrorist attacks.
As I keep communicating about the abuse from the police with regard to the surveillance technology used against me for over nine years 24/7 since mid-August 1998, the police have carried out activities that amount to terrorism against me for all the community to see. The overall impact is to terrorise the community as well and push the extremely disaffected over the brink.
This has resulted in a significant waste of resources which removed them from addressing real terrorist problems when the activity against me has been faked and knowingly based upon a false foundation. As a result, terrorist suspects who later became terrorist bombers or would-be bombers were not tracked.
Sir Ian Blair ought to know that there are serious terrorist problems which are increasing in this country. He's made this possible. However, here he continues to fear monger to get more Draconian police powers as if they haven't got enough already.
The police create an illusion that they are doing something, then act in a way which will cover up their failures. Now, Sir Ian Blair wants to have the power to incarcerate anyone for what amounts to a six month prison term (out in 50% of the time) to make certain that the police will completely destroy someone by keeping them locked up.
If they police and others can maintain over nine years of 24/7 surveillance technology abuse against me with all the crimes that I have witnessed directly from police officers, they will do anything to further abuse whatever powers are given to them.
This is already a secret police state. All Sir Ian Blair wants is to increase it which makes me wonder if they do not allow the terrorist attacks to occur in order to create an atmosphere of fear for more police powers?
If the police cannot get it right with 24/7 totally invasive surveillance technology used for over nine years, there is no intention to get it right. This is a deliberate effort to fake it. It's a fabrication not an investigation that either has not worked or is being deliberately sustained for perverse R&D reasons.
The police are going to have to learn to do their job within existing time frames or less. What Sir Ian Blair is really admitting is the failure of the police to do a proper job.
I've seen this directly for many yeas (nine years and two months 24/7) and know not only about the gross incompetence but also about the deliberate criminal behaviour and faking it that goes on to create the illusion of doing something. This country is not much different from Burma in realty.
They all hang together and fake it while covering for one another as they create an illusion of doing something legitimate. This includes the criminal elements in the environment with whom the police share common psychological character traits.
It's easy for the police to become criminals in their pursuit of illusionary policing and create terrorists with their secret police tactics that go on indefinitely in this environment which ultimately produces terrorists.
