1. Boys sentenced for stoning death: according to BBC News at least 18 missiles (sticks, stones) where hurled at 67-year-old Ernest Norton and his 17-year-old son who were practising cricket bowling on a tennis court. At least two stones hit the elder Norton in the head. He died immediately of a heart attack in front of his son. The five young boys had been looking for a fight with another gang who were not available, so they turned their hostility against the innocent and vulnerable who were. Their acts caused an immediate death for which they have been given the maximum sentence possible for youths of their age: two years. What kind of sentence would adults get for this kind of behaviour?

Five boys have been sentenced to two years' detention for killing a father who collapsed with a heart attack after being pelted with stones and rocks.

Ernest Norton, 67, was playing cricket with his son at a leisure centre in Erith, south-east London, when he was targeted in February 2006.

The pair came under a hail of missiles and two stones hit Mr Norton's head.

The boys, now aged between 12 and 14, were convicted of manslaughter and violent disorder in August.

Passing the sentence at the Old Bailey, Judge Warwick McKinnon said: "The conduct of all of you as a group was utterly disgraceful and criminally irresponsible."

2. Children trained to carry out abuse: what happens when (not if) that abuse results in death? The surveillance technology abuse against me in the hands of the viciously violent child abusers whom I reported for their child abuse in May 1998 leaves me no privacy or confidentiality whatsoever.

Everything that I do is carefully monitored in order to abuse me, pervert the course of justice and inform everyone else about what I am doing. This protects those who are carrying out criminal violence of the kind described below and those who allow it to occur. Since I am completely deprived of privacy and confidentiality with this information communicated to the violent, there are no constraints with regard to me about making this information public in the overall public interest in order to prevent this behaviour from occurring since no one has taken any steps to stop it during the past nine years and two months 24/7.

Last night once again had a similar pattern for disturbances which I outlined in yesterday's Emails for the previous night.

1. To bed with thuds/thumps from below and surveillance technology verbal abuse

After the late music thumping and loud voices from below along with the stomping on the floor above until almost midnight, I went to bed at 0210 this morning and to sleep about 0215. There were thuds and thumps heard from below during this five minute period as well as a comment from Lt Harry Bird using the surveillance technology. He said "Happy?"

I could not hear the thuds and thumps on the DR which I heard myself. This is not unusual especially in light of the fact that those using the surveillance technology can see what I do record and pass along this information so that these noises are lower but disturbing nonetheless.

2. Woken after 15 minutes sleep

I was woken at 0230 shortly after falling asleep for about 15 minutes as noted on the PR audio file DW_A1290.wav attached. Again I did not hear any disturbances on the video or the DR recordings at this wake up. That does not mean they were not present. It just means that none were recorded. However, I did not note any either. Since there were disturbances from below just before I went to sleep, I suspect that they continued and woke me but were not recorded or noted by me since I was asleep.

However, this could have been a surveillance technology induced wake up since Lt Harry Bird made comments just before I went to sleep and after I described my dream here. I only heard "legal." I believe this was "illegal" since he says this frequently about something unknown. His attempts to undermine, undercut and create uncertainty are made with general comments like this without any specific reference to probe for a reaction of some kind. He made this after I described the dream I had just before waking which I believe referred to the Woody Allen film Melinda and Melinda which I had just seen before going to bed on Film Four.

3. Then slept for two and one-half hours until 0500

Once again as the previous night I slept until 0501 for some two and one-half hours before being woken again. This too at the moment is unknown as to source. However, since there was a dream associated with this wake up the suspicion once again falls on those using the surveillance technology.

I noted on the PR that[BS] was "screeching away" after I had described the dream and then she yelled "No!" There was some guy's voice coming in the bedroom window loudly with an expletive. I noted that they must be "gathered out there all night long waiting for me to mutter something." I noted that my left nostril was partially blocked which is a symptom of the surveillance technology usage while I sleep. This has not happened recently until now.

4. Woken twice between 0600 and 0700 by excessively loud noises from the flat below

After I went back to sleep for a little over an hour, there were two wake ups that were definitely due to outside sources which I have verified on the DR and video recordings. These were at 0621 (DW_A1294.wav) and 0638 (DW_A1295.wav). I fell asleep in between these two wake ups. The first was a door slam with lock snapping noises which are most clearly heard on the video sound track. The second was a furniture scrape from below. Although faint, these can be heard on both the DR and video audio recordings.

5. Noise nuisances from all around between 0700 and 0800 including the usual door slamming from below at 0753

The PR batteries ran out at this point, and I went into the living room to change batteries and upload both the PR and DR. I returned to the bedroom about 0700 and was kept awake from then on by noises from below and then above plus the continuous verbal abuse from the surveillance technology users. There was a continuous sound of a female voice coming in the bedroom window.

Once again there was a door slam noise from below at 0753 which was recorded on the PR audio file DW_A1309.wav because I made a note about Lt Harry Bird saying "filming it." He has made references to thousands and thousands of photographs taken during his six years and eight months here, and there were many more taken in the two and one-half years before his arrival of me inside my home by various surveillance technologies. I took this to mean that he was "filming" my activity as I was doing as well. He might have been referring to my activity.

6. Hard, loud door slam and bar/grate clanking during 0812-14 departure from below

At 0812 by complete coincidence once again I recorded those departing from the flat below making excessively loud door slamming and bar/grate clanking noises indicating presence in the flat below and the disposition to make disturbingly loud noises like these which had been occurring during the night and early morning plus what I believe was a door slamming from below at 0753. This is recorded on PR audio file DW_A1314.wav and DR audio file GARY0005.wav.

These are almost identical files. I started the DR recording just before the PR recording and ended them both at the same time due to what occurred. This was entirely coincidental. I had gotten up shortly after 0800 because of the excessive disturbances from all around and set the DR recording in the hall while I went ultimately into the living room to upload the PR which had used all but six minutes of its 33 minute available recording space during the hour between 0700 and 0800 noting all that was happening.

When I came back into the hall/bedroom, I started Bath II on the DR. Having put the DR back in the hall, I started the PR on a new file just as the activity from the flat below began. I paused by the door to record with the PR at the same time as the DR. After they departed, I stopped each of the recordings. There are the two recordings available here.

Most interesting is the fact that the child is respectful of others. After the very loud, hard door slam occurred, the child asks "What are you doing?" followed by "He's up there." Listen to this carefully on each of these recordings to see if this is what you hear as well. To me this is the same thing I have heard in the distant past with respect to [BS]'s son, [Son of BS], when he was six or seven (eight or nine years ago) noting that they should be quieter and perhaps not play ball outside my door out of consideration for me. The adult playing ball with him made an ugly, profane remark indicating to the child that I should be ignored while they went on playing ball.

7. Summary Comments

Children have to be taught to be disrespectful and abusive. They are usually taught this by being abused. It was one of Gita Sereny's key points when writing about Mary Flora Bell that children are naturally kind and considerate and have to be taught brutality most likely by being brutalised. There has been much discussion about this point, but I believe that this is true with another example of that here.

The problem comes from the parents and adults surrounding children not the children. This is why it is so important to address these problems at the parental level promptly when detected. What this reveals to me is the disregard exhibited by the parent/adult which is reflected in all the noise nuisance disturbances I document. While the children might be rambunctious, they are not deliberately so and are simply being themselves. It is up to the adults not to set a bad example of malice and especially not involve children in vicious behaviour which has been happening here for the past decade especially by [BS].

This was indeed another extraordinary night as was the previous night. I was woken last night after only 15 minutes of sleep. The wake ups were associated with the surveillance technology verbal abuse and its use by causing side effects. After 0600 there were noises from below which woke me twice before 0700 after which there was a cacophony of noises from all around (above, below, coming in the bedroom window, Walkway, surveillance technology) all of which exhibited elements of deliberate disregard as well as intentional disturbance abuse.

In all of this I got something like four and a quarter to four and a half hours sleep in some five segments the longest of which was two and one-half hours up to 0500 as the preceding night. These disturbances to my sleep are all due to external sources with the surveillance technology used explicitly to cause sleep deprivation in this manner. Lt Harry Bird and especially [BS] incite others to carry out the same activity based upon deliberate disregard and an intention to either drive me out or have me removed by some extra-legal means. Toward this end they use false allegations and false negative characteristics.

All of this is being done at the expense of the taxpayer who is footing the bill for extensive criminal activity by a large number of people.

I want to also point out that due to this nonstop extraordinary abusive behaviour by numerous sources around-the-clock, I am unable to plan anything in advance and have to live in a manner that permits me to rest when I can and get things done while addressing the source of the problem to bring it to an end since it is most destructive and intentionally so.

Those using the surveillance technology know about anything which might be happening in my life and make every effort to be as destructive as possible surrounding any event which they seek to destroy or cause as much of a problem as they can. As I've said frequently, they make every effort to destroy this process of information collection, documentation and reporting as they have done once again today.
