1. Just as I was filming the recycle Blue Bins out front with all their fly tipped rubbish, a couple guys show up to remove it and organise the mess. Last Wednesday this was done, but the large black bags were just shunted aside to the left. This week, however, the mess is cleaned. The photo on the left below shows this fly tipped area just before their arrival and the one on the right shows them getting underway filling the bin they brought along with that familiar plaid bag with handles being thrown into it.

Then they start filling a recycle Blue Bin with recycle Orange Bags and break down the cardboard boxes left on the ground.

Having filled one of the recycle Blue Bins they begin to fill another with more recycle Orange Bags on the ground behind the Blue Bins and the recyclables dumped at the end to the far right. Anything not suitable for recycling was put in their bin in front. They also removed the overfilled bags from the recycle Blue Bin on the far left facing the wall to enable them to close this. These bags were put into one of the other two recycle Blue Bins they filled.

Having done a little more this week than shifting rubbish around, they then depart with their bin filled with black bags, boards and an umbrella. I do have a question, however, about a couple black bags which were put into the recycle Blue Bins they filled. Evidently, these were not leaf bags as might be the case. They are all being taken away except a couple. Why were these two placed in the recycle Blue Bins?
