1. Recycle Blue Bin pickup this morning reveals that there is no fortnightly schedule. Fortunately, these very full recycle Blue Bins are picked up this week. This morning's pickup took about a normal six minutes which was a quarter of the time required last week when it took at least 24 minutes to pick up all the fly tipped rubbish along with the recycle Blue Bins. It's always nice to see a police presence patrolling in this area, but if the one that apparently had to wait this morning was stuck here last week for 20 minutes, they might have not been too happy.

This raises questions about what should be done with respect to picking up these recycle Blue Bins while keeping this narrow road clear for emergency response vehicles. This is a well travelled road and essential for immediate emergency vehicle access to this area due to the presence of the Estate and the lack of roads to the north for some distance because of the Estate, and on the south there are the school and housing which take up a considerable area.

Oh yeah, I get a lot of verbal abuse from those using the surveillance technology when I film this activity and keep track of this out front in the public arena. They seek to criticise whatever I do no matter what it is while I do this for a specific and important reason: health and safety that can adversely impact the lives of everyone. Those carrying out the surveillance technology abuse for their own corrupt self interest have no concern for anyone's welfare or health and safety protection. They are in it for themselves alone disregarding everyone else while manufacturing allegations against me as a danger and a threat to suit their fear mongering and material gain objectives.

Sunday 22.04.2007 0831 recycle Blue Bins before pickup Shortly before the pickup at 0831 there are some fly tipped bags on top which had been there all night and one on the ground at the far end out of sight. There is a lid open from a bit of overfilling in the recycle Blue Bin nearest the camcorder. Vermin (the large ones) crawl into these when they full looking for delicacies. I've photographed this happening. On one morning one of these guy had a vermin that looked like a weasel from this distance fly out over his shoulder next to his head as he opened a recycle Blue Bin to peer inside. I have this photographed. It is important to shut these tight and lock them for health and safety reasons. One of these recycle Blue Bins is always missing a lock. The lock went missing during a pickup some time ago.
Sunday 22.04.2007 0843 recycle Blue Bin pickup gets underway The recycle Blue Bin emptying pickup gets underway. It's not an easy job to drag these full bins around even when they are on wheels.
Sunday 22.04.2007 0845recycle Blue Bin tipped rubbish added for pickup These guys do a conscientious job and put all the fly tipped recycle Orange Bags into the Blue Bins for emptying into the truck. This one was on the ground at the very end by the road hidden from my view until he picked it up. They also picked up small items like empty plastic bottles.
Sunday 22.04.2007 0846 recycle Blue Bin pickup truck departure reveals waiting police car As the recycle Blue Bin truck departed turning the corner, a police car came into view at the end of the road where it had apparently moved to the kerb to wait while the pickup finished and allow the truck to depart. This is a very narrow street which is blocked completely when this truck picks up the recycle Blue Bins. These guys doing so are very courteous to motorists who are waiting by acknowledging their presence and apparently indicating that they will be out of their way shortly. Then they wave a 'thank you' as they jog back to the truck and drive away.
Sunday 22.04.2007 0847 police car begins to reverse confirming that it was waiting not parked

This police car started reversing out immediately after the recycle Blue Bin truck cleared the corner. It was not parked permanently but was apparently waiting for the truck to depart. This causes me concern because emergency vehicles are blocked while this pickup process is underway. A minute's delay can mean the difference between life and death for the Ambulance Service, Fire Brigade and/or Police emergency responses or for catching a criminal.

To back out and go around in either direction is time consuming and involves travelling some distance out of the way. No doubt these guys would move the truck fast, but that would be a problem in this case for instance since they would have to back out to clear for this emergency vehicle if it was on an emergency call, otherwise it would have to back out itself and go around.

These recycle Blue Bin trucks used to pull up onto the Estate in this area by the Blue Bins when there was space between parked cars to do so, but they have not done this in a long time. This enabled the pickup to move faster. I am not sure if it is practicable for a no-parking entry area to be enforced at this time on the weekend to enable this truck to move off the road for the pickup which would allow the road to be clear for emergency vehicles and traffic.

That's up to someone to decide what is reasonable and practicable under the circumstances. There are four bollards, a single yellow line and a parked car where vehicles should have access to this area, but whether or not this is something that could easily be made available for access remains to be assessed. They would have to get out and drop the bollards at this point to enable them to back the truck onto the Estate in front of the recycle Blue Bins.

2. David Cameron is right when he addresses the problem of responsibility described below in the BBC News article from his interview on BBC One's Politics Show which, unfortunately, has already been broadcast at 1400 as of this writing, but it can be seen at the link provided in the BBC News article. This Labour government has undermined responsibility with loyalty based upon a carrot and stick approach. Labour used money to get people to stand up and dance to the Labour tune. This permeated the society including corrupting the civil servants with the disasters we see emerging like the Home Office with a poison that rots from the head like a fish. There is no respect for standards and maintaining those standards. There is only respect for power and those who obtain it by any means.

This Labour government has operated with fear as a weapon using surveillance technology against me for eight years and eight months 24/7 to create a scapegoat and generate fear in the community. The surveillance technology was made available in August 1998 to those whom I reported for their child abuse in May 1998. They started using this as a weapon against me to hide their crimes while they carried out further similar crimes including child abuse which was escalated to a similar abuse against me since I was made defenceless by the surveillance technology.

No one will will stand up and support fundamental standards out of fear of the retaliation that they might receive when witnessing what is being done to me which is general public knowledge in this environment because the general public participate in this vigilante mob activity. This Labour government wants to force people into a dependency mode of behaviour where they have to look to the government for solutions while not addressing and solving problems properly. The government itself has become the violent abuser much like the child abuser and those who use violence against others.

In my direct experience the Labour government elected officials and their civil servant lackeys carry out extreme abuse against those who dissent and criticise which creates and exacerbates the very problems which need to be ameliorated. This government is supporting and sustaining anti-social and even criminal behaviour by its actions which allow people to engage in these activities to the detriment of the community at large. At the same time this sets a standard that the young witness as the way forward in the society and emulate these in the antisocial behaviour that eventually leads to various kinds of self-destructive acts from drug abuse to outright crime.

The proof for this irresponsibility is the fact that someone put surveillance technology at the disposal of the violent family group in August 1998 to enable it to act out further its psychopathic behaviour against those who would act in a responsible manner to maintain proper standards. This goes on as of this writing. The result has been an inversion of society with respect to the standards of the criminal which have been elevated to become the norm. The vigilante mob rules in this environment. If this was not the reality of my experience, I would not be writing this based upon my many years of direct experience 24/7. And, no one especially those in responsible positions of authority who know exactly what is happening has stopped this violent abuse from surveillance technology.

In order to sustain its power this Labour government has unleased the dark side of the human character. Will it ever be able to restore decency, proper standards and responsibility? Will anyone be able to do so when the vicious violent bullying vigillante dominates and controls the environment? The last time this happened 50 million people lost their lives trying to restore the democratic rule of law as the standard in the free world. How easy it has been destroyed by those whose motives are greed, glory and power by any means. Have these and so many other lives been lost in vain?

Be more responsible, says Cameron

David Cameron
Mr Cameron says UK people are rude to each other

Conservative leader David Cameron has urged people "not to walk on the other side" and take more responsibility for tackling anti-social behaviour.

The UK is suffering from "incredible incivility" and people "are rude to each other", he told BBC One's the Politics Show.

Mr Cameron said Labour wrongly thought the state was "always the answer".

He also reiterated his call for the government to "strengthen families" by changing the tax system.

'Sucked'

Mr Cameron said: "My worry is that after a decade of a Labour government, that said the state is always the answer, more government is always the answer, they actually created the irresponsible society.

"They've taken responsibility away from people."

He added: "To me, Blair and Brown have...sucked responsibility away from people and I want to give it back to them."

Be more responsible, says Cameron

3. Just a two minute sample of very loud excessive noises from the Walkway as heard from inside my front door reflecting a half a dozen children playing with scooters and a ball. Very loud screaming from the Walkway has been going on for hours along with more recent hard, loud door slams which sound like they are coming from below. These vibrate my flat, and the noises have been heard in my living room coming through my front and living room doors while also making the bedroom uninhabitable.

This is not exactly an example of responsibility on the part of the parents of these children when there are signs posted which have been there for years prohibiting ball playing and playing of any kind in the Walkway. These are small children who need some outlet somewhere somehow, but the Walkway is not the place. They are learning disrespect for other people and antisocial behaviour at a very early age.

4. Lord Melvyn Bragg is absolutely right to attack this revision of the Mental Health Act as proposed by the Labour goernmewnt who wants to ram it through. It most definitely will become an instrument to lock up people indefinitely who are just not liked for one reason or another by deeming them "borderline," untreatable but subject to someone's false judgment about a future threat. It has all the attributes of reinstituting the witch hunt in modern disguise.

I've been victimised by mental health professionals based upon false allegations and a complaint I made in writing to the Prime Minister about government failures regarding child abusers since late 1999. These mental health professionals have been an integral part of a massive surveillance technology R&D and medical experimentation programme carried out 24/7 for eight years and eight months since August 1998 completely outside the law for the purposes of social control and engineering. Now they want to bring this activity inside the law which needs to be changed for that purpose.

This proposed revision to the existing Mental Health Act will be an adjunct to this surveillance technology activity because it is too expensive to carry out such subjugation over an extended period of time with the use of surveillance technology such as I've experienced against one person who cannot be banged up at present. The surveillance technology is used to get a foothold claim for a false mental health problem that can then be used to incarcerate someone indefinitely who has no mental health problem at all. It's very existence would be a threat against anyone speaking out in dissent.

This is a great disservice to those who really need mental health help and a total waste of resources misdirected on behalf of the corrupt self interest of the few. It will allow Shipman-like power hungry mental health professionals to destroy those who refuse to kow tow to their absurd and devastating abuse of power. One only has to think about the "Prickers" described by R D Laing (see below) to realise that psychiatry is as subject to abuse and a witch hunt mentality as the clergy was 400 years ago.

It's the government who is in a state of regression with an atavistic character. The medical profession overall knows better especially numerous enlightened members of that profession, but there are enough incompetents in the medical profession who want this kind of a law for various non-professional reasons and are all too willing to go along with the government's need to sustain power in the community. A law like this replaces competency, and the incompentent see it as a means to cover up their shortcomings while earning "scientific kudos" and career advances for faked and dirty data at the expense of the lives of innocent and healthy people.

Considering the Email I received from Simon Watkin on Friday last, the comment below by the Tim Laughton, MP, about this proposed revision being "hijacked" by the Home Office goes a long way to explaining why he is seeking some means to cover up the catastrophe he has created which I addressed in my reply to Simon Watkin.

Lord Bragg attacks Mental Health Bill as 'inhumane, inefficient and unfair'

By Jonathan Owen and Sophie Goodchild

Labour rebels and health experts fear 'lock-them-up legislation' will leave patients detained indefinitely

Melvyn Bragg has launched a blistering attack on the Government over its attempts to bring in "inhumane" and unfair laws that would lead to the mentally ill being locked up rather than treated.

Speaking before moves to force mental health legislation through the House of Commons this week, the broadcaster and Labour peer said: "It would be cowardly of the Government to allow its policy to be driven by tabloid hysteria about the very, very rare, though of course deeply regrettable, incidences of murder and assault committed by people with severe mental health problems. The way to cure that is to improve probation and not resort to lock-them-up legislation, which is inhumane, inefficient and, above, all unfair."

Lord Bragg went on to say: "Mental health problems should be given the same consideration, financing and research as physical problems."

His concerns are shared by mental health campaigners, who fear the legislation will give the authorities a licence to lock people up indefinitely, irrespective of whether they are in need of treatment.

. . .

The Tory Health spokesman, Tim Loughton, described the Government's "stubborn determination" to press ahead with its plans as smacking of "arrogance and paranoia". He said: "Labour backbenchers appear to have been brainwashed into supporting a Bill that has been hijacked by the Home Office."

". . . [Schizophrenia] demonstrates a disorder, generally found all over society, to which some people are subject, many of whom have managed to reinforce their disorder in a socially acceptable way by becoming psychiatrists." (pps 25-6.)

"A great degree of of psychopathology and psychiatric theory is an institutionalised, reciprocally reinforced projection system applied by people to people, and that says, in many cases, more about the psychiatrist than it does about the patient." (pps 26.)

"There was an institution during the Inquistion a few hundred years ago--a very highly regarded group of men who were called prickers. They carried around pricks--needles of different calibers--that they used to stick through the skin and into the bone marrow of women who were thought to be witches. They listened to the screams. Did they scream or did they not? If they didn't scream, they were probably witches, able to counteract the exquisiteness of the pain. If they did scream, it had to be determined if the screaming were genuine or fake. This could be a witch who was inured to pain, who had taken some forbidden painkilling drug and who was not really feeling the pain, just pretending to scream, in order to get off. So the prickers became experts, technologists, who could find the most painful part of the body, apply pain, and observe the reaction. It's the same sort of mind, the same sorry thing today. It's evil." (pps 26-7.)
