Sun Jun 10 01:35:36 BST 2007: "We need the points," said Lt Harry Bird. He has said this before meaning that points are awarded for the various ways he can interfere in my life. Having the police intervene in some way based upon his faked allegations gains points. Having other agencies or departments of government interfere based upon the trumped up nonsense produces the same rewards. This is part of gaming the system to satisfy the corrupt self interest of those who gain from game playing. This has replaced honest and objective assessment to deal with real problems while maintaining legitimate standards and values to bring about real and effective solutions. Faking it is easier. Making up what one wants does not take any effort.

1. What we see here is the failure of the educational system not only in those who are clearly demented and disturbed using the surveillance technology as a weapon but more importantly in those who have the educational, training and experience background and are supposed to be in charge of making certain that activity is carried out on a legitimate basis maintaining policy and standards which are required by responsible behaviour in a democratic society. Here's where the educational system goes wrong by teaching people how to 'categorise and pigeon hole' learning and consequently human beings to paraphrase a bit from e e cummings: "Nationalist hate by merely killing and maiming human beings. Internationalists hate by categorising and pigeonholing them." (i six non-lectures, Atheneum, New York, 1962.)

Call to scrap tests for under-16s

Teenagers taking exam
Children face about 70 exams in their school lives

The national exams sat by under-16s in England's schools should be scrapped, a teaching standards watchdog has urged.

The General Teaching Council (GTC) believes exams are failing to raise standards and are demoralising children, the Observer reports.

Instead of tests at seven, 11 and 14, the GTC said standards could be checked by monitoring a sample of pupils.

But the Department for Education said parents valued the information gleaned from tests and they would remain.

The point of an education is to create productive human beings who learn to learn and function at their best throughout an ever changing life.

Testing is a distraction and obstacle to learning and functioning properly.

There needs to be a measure based upon functioning not testing. All subjects must be understood in the best way that information and knowledge can be assimilated by a natural process of doing.

Tests really do not measure anything except the ability to take a test.

Now that we have computer technology as sophisticated as it is and cheap or free (Linux), learning can be accomplished and measured in a much better way than memorising and testing.

The whole educational system as it is currently constituted can create a barrier against the educational objective of learning and assimilating knowledge and understanding. The process should be geared to teaching people to ultimately think which has to be measured in individual and unique ways.

I'm all for an updated Summerhill. We are losing the essence of education and turning out people who have learned to game the system. Tests are a process of learning to game the system. Studying to pass tests is not studying to learn, assimilate knowledge and understanding.

You should play Malvina Reynold's song Little Boxes best known as sung by Pete Seeger originally in 1962 as background music to your report on educational testing:

"Little boxes made of ticky-tacky.
. . .
And the children go to school.
And the children go to summer camp
And then to the university,
And they all get put in boxes
And they all come out the same."

I refuse to take tests.

2. Here is where gaming the system really creates problems. I've been imprisoned and subjected to 24/7 torture interrogation along with every abuse possible with surveillance technology R&D and medical experimentation for many years since August 1998 with a major escalation in February 2001. Those using this are faking allegations of terrorism to achieve their ultimate objective to destroy human activity and life itself in order to gain for themselves. By abrogating fundamental values now standardised in law with regard to human rights and civil liberties, that process of defending oneself against such abuse is destroyed by law.

I am already experiencing that process where the ability to defend oneself is completely destroyed by the abuse of this kind of surveillance technology which will be commonly used in the future. This reveals the mind set of those involved in its usage including those in government who approve and participate in supporting and sustaining its abuse. That mind set seeks other means where it can legally abuse people for their own corrupt self interest while destroying someone's ability to defend themselves.

To mete out these punishments as proposed in the anti-terrorism law revisions described below means that someone can be punished with incarceration without trial and proper procedures of defense on a presumption of guilt based upon anyone's arbitrary suspicion. The following list of these proposal comes from the BBC News article below. I wanted to comment on how they are relevant or, more appropriately, irrelevant given the surveillance technology abuse to which I've been subjected for many years:

  • Detention without charge beyond 28 days
    • To increase this to 90 days is the equivalent of a six months sentence based upon a presumption of guilt. I have been imprisoned for years with surveillance technology based upon a presumption of guilt without any charge or proceedings.

  • Questioning after charge
    • I have been subjected to 24/7 torture interrogation on an indefinite basis for years with no end in sight. The interrogation method is ultimately lethal.

  • Allowing intercept information in court
    • This is unnecessary in my situation because the "intercept" information is manufactured and used to sustain the surveillance technology abuse, or the lack of information is used as a reason to continue indefinitely until something is discovered.

  • Register of convicted terrorists
    • I have been subjected to continuous false allegations and total monitoring for many years without the need for any formal registering process. I have never done anything but am treated far worse than anyone can possibly imagine, conceive or believe. Who needs a registry for anything with this surveillance technology available?

  • Entry and search powers for police to enforce control orders
    • Total invasion of my privacy and all that I do 24/7 is carried out with this surveillance technology. There is no need for any such enforcement determination.

  • Increased security at key gas sites
    • Shouldn't this already be done, and isn't this something that is already provided elsewhere in law or should be? Why is it here?

  • Set out in law data sharing powers for intelligence and security agencies
    • What use is this when the the data is "dirty" and intentionally so created for the corrupt self interest of the few? Sharing "dirty data" will only bog down the system further creating higher risks. Cleaning up the system would be far more useful and productive.

  • Seizure of terrorist's assets (currently only seized if a person is convicted of terrorist finance offence)
    • What assets? After many years of total surveillance as I have described with all human activity destroyed, there are no assets, and these have been in effect "seized" by the destruction of such human activity before they could be earned anyway. I have not been able to engage in any activity which would not be destroyed by those carrying out the surveillance technology which has been done second-by-second, 24/7 for all these years. I have debts as a result. An ex gratia payment to cover these debts would be appreciated.

What's the point of carrying out this legislative exercise when this government carries out surveillance technology abuse such as I've experienced directly for many years? Parliament as an institution is fundamentally clueless or unwilling to recognise reality. Those in government are carrying out a waste-of-time legislative exercise to appear that they are doing something when the reality of what they actually do is totally different.

Davis warning on anti-terror law

Shadow home secretary David Davis
David Davis said open cross-party discussions were necessary

It would be a "very great error" for Gordon Brown to break the cross-party consensus on anti-terror laws, shadow home secretary David Davis has said.

Mr Davis said Tony Blair now realises it was a mistake to break the post-July 7 consensus by pushing for suspects to be held for 90 days without charge.

Mr Blair was defeated on that, but the compromise 28-day limit is to be looked at again after Mr Brown becomes PM.

It is among measures ministers say they want to reach cross-party consensus on.

Home Secretary John Reid published a discussion paper on Thursday outlining the measures which he hoped could be agreed on by all parties and form the basis of a new anti-terror bill later in the year.

'Unmitigated nonsense'

As well as a possible extension of the 28-day detention limit, it also suggests allowing terrorist suspects to be questioned after being charged, and creating a sex offender-style terrorist register, and a review into courts using intercept evidence.

Mr Reid said he, Prime Minister Tony Blair and the next prime minister Gordon Brown all believed that 28-day detention in terrorist cases was not enough given that suspects had "unconstrained intent... to murder people in their thousands, or potentially, millions".

. . .

Mr Davis, asked about the idea on BBC One's Sunday AM, said 28 days was already double what most "countries like ours" have, including the US which has 10 day limit.

He said judges already regularly reviewed the grounds for any terror suspect being detained without charge up to 28 days, and said it was "unmitigated nonsense" to suggest Parliament could review individual cases.

3. The Scottish National Party (SNP) is looking into information pertaining to the use of Prestwick and Glasgow airports for rendition flights. The issue has not been put to rest by the the police report claiming there was no "evidence" of such usage. Apparently, the police did not investigate such usage in Scotland. Wonder why? Seems like they left out other points as well.

SNP looks at 'rendition' evidence

Prisoner at Guantanamo Bay
Rendition flights are said to have landed at Glasgow and Prestwick

The SNP government has said it is prepared to examine evidence that Scottish airports have been used by CIA "rendition flights".

First Minister Alex Salmond invited human rights groups to meet Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill on the issue.

The move came after a report by police chiefs concluded there was no evidence such flights had landed in England.

But their inquiry did not investigate allegations that CIA aircraft refuelled at Glasgow and Prestwick airports.

Human rights groups have claimed the CIA uses Scotland as a stop-off point as they carry terrorism suspects to secret prisons elsewhere in Europe, Africa and Asia, where they may face torture.

We will evaluate that information to see if the police inquiry south of the border looked at the Scottish case and the Scottish circumstances
Alex Salmond
First Minister

Speaking on the BBC's Politics Show, the first minister said any evidence presented to the government would be evaluated before a decision was taken on whether a full Scottish investigation should be carried out.

He added: "I would certainly invite the organisations, including Justice - the organisation which looks at civil liberties south of the border - to come and meet the justice secretary in Scotland and bring with them the evidence that causes them such concern.

. . .

Last year, a Foreign Office minister said that a rendition flight containing a detainee had landed at Prestwick Airport in June 1998. [emphasis added]

4. Sun Jun 10 16:01:47 BST 2007: Thumping bass music starts from the flat below continuing with three days in a row as occurred last weekend. This antisocial behaviour is protected by the surveillance technology abuse which results from those who couldn't pass their tests as noted above and want to make certain no one else functions properly in society. This is the antisocial behaviour training centre with all ages learning disrespect and disregard for others. It's local control in action with three star tenant management showing everyone how to train all ages in antisocial behaviour including surveillance technology abuse. These are the standards of three star tenant management who is improving and getting better and better at it every day tomorrows criminals and drug abusers.

A. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 16:03:55 to 16:05:12. Loud, thumping bass music coming from below into the living room. Pauses between songs then starts again coming on loudly.

B. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 16:05:20 to 16:06:37. Loud thumping bass music coming from below as I move from the living room into the hall (noises also from Walkway), bathroom, front door and bedroom at 16:06:07; window sill.

The very loud thumping bass music continues to permeate the entire flat and also generates loud Walkway children noises as one antisocial behaviour activity feeds on another back and forth.

C. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 16:24:33 to 16:25:25. Loud, thumping bass music coming from below into the living room.

D. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 16:25:35 to 16:27:24. Loud thumping bass music coming from below as I move from the living room into the hall (noises also from Walkway), bathroom, front door and bedroom at 16:26:35; window sill.

E. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 16:27:33 to 16:29:27. From the bedroom into the hall by the front door for the very loud Walkway noises.

After 90 minutes the loud, thumping bass music continues to blast away from below. The screaming from the children in the Walkway is so loud that it comes all the way into the living room through two closed doors and the dead air space of the hall.

F. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 17:35:07 to 17:36:21. Loud, thumping bass music coming from below into the living room. Voices in background from the outside.

G. Sunday, 10th June 2007, at 17:36:30 to 17:38:34. Loud thumping bass music coming from below as I move from the living room into the hall (noises also from Walkway), bathroom, front door (music pauses) and bedroom at 17:37:37 (music still paused); window sill (child yelling outside); music does not resume at this point, but it did continue a couple minutes after I stopped this recording.

5. The above noise nuisance came blasting away in the late afternoon after a significant sleep disturbance from below, above and with the use of the surveillance technology had occurred last night. I was woken twice quite deliberately at two consistent short intervals after I fell asleep by loud noises on the floor above. These were preceded by some noises from below just after I went to bed. Then the surveillance technology activity woke me during the night and also provided book end comments at the beginning and end of my time in bed.

There were seven sleep segments totaling some five and one-quarter hours sleep between about 0140 and about 0740 for a total time of six hours in bed which was the time of the video recording of all this activity. What happens is that this extreme noise nuisance does not occur as the only antisocial behaviour to which I am subjected. It ties in with similar activity in the middle of the night from above and below as well as the surveillance technology abuse. For this reasons I publish this here since no one is doing anything to effectively stop it despite the fact that this phase including the noise nuisance and other disturbances from below have been happening for over a year.

The point of all of this to be as overwhelming as possible so that I will be obstructed in my efforts to document and report this as I am doing here.

PR 01:39:59 Into the bedroom with the PR. Everything shut off in here. Everything's in good shape in the kitchen. I've check it all out. Yeah, all right. Lt Harry Bird said "We need the points." They need the points all right. Pointy heads. [laughter] They need something they don't have. All right. That's it. All taken care of. Time for a little sleep here. Just a little bit then I'll get up. Couple hours. You know a little quick nap here and get up. Four hours on; eight hours up. Sounds like a good one. OK. That's it. Into the bedroom. It's coolish in here. That's good.

PR 01:41:13 Into the bedroom.

PR 01:42:08 Got the PR on; onto the bed. Got them all chugging: HC, PR, DR. You name it, and it goes. OK.

PR 01:43:09 On my left side time to go to sleep and all that stuff. Wait a minute. Let's see if there is anything pending there. Not at the moment. OK, sleep time.

PR 01:46:29 Hit/door noise below.

PR 01:48:44 Three loud hits from below in the front wall window area.

PR 01:51:02 "First line emergency," said Lt Harry Bird. Yeah, he needs points. That's what he said just before I came in here: "We need points." I put it on the web journal entry for Sunday. Yeah, ain't that great? That's right. Onto my right side now. Let's have a little sleep, maybe.

PR 01:51:49 There's a thud from nearby. The natives are restless tonight.

PR 01:52:58 Three more taps wall by the head of the bed from below just a moment ago.

PR 01:54:59 More noises rattling sounds. Sounds like the floor above.

PR 01:56:25 "Stay away from this," said a male.

And then "Prime Minister" probably from Lt Harry Bird. Noises, slight noises now from nearby.

A. To sleep for 19 minutes.

PR 02:15:52 Two loud noises on the floor above shuffling woke me from a sound sleep. I was having a good dream, or waking me induced a dream. They wait fifteen minutes, ten to fifteen minutes, until I am asleep then they wake me with loud noises hoping that I will start talking in my sleep or otherwise make some kind of noise which they can then attack. In the meantime I don't get any sleep. I've been in bed now for over thirty minutes.

PR 02:20:22 Loud hits again on the floor just as I was falling asleep. I was actually asleep. They woke me up. This is on the floor above.

B. To sleep for 18 minutes.

PR 02:38:53 OK, getting some more slight noises from above while I scratched my right ear and put some of the other stuff back in order. It's gotten shifted around.

[They were really desperate to disturbe tonight with these two wake ups from initial sleep of some fifteen to twenty minutes for each segment. This is consistent with a pattern of activity which has been going on for almost nine years 24/7, and fits into this activity from above with the use of surveillance technology to know exactly what I was doing. All of this activity is continuously recorded on audio and separate video with audio.]

C. To sleep for 33 minutes.

PR 03:11:02 Getting up now. Rising. OK, up. Chug-a-lug boo there we go. The chord dangles. Here we go. Into the bathroom. . . . Nice and cool in here. Back into the bedroom. Yeah, that's what it's all about. Well, well, well.

PR 03:13:30 Back on the bed.

PR 03:14:16 OK, under the duvet. Time to go to sleep on my left side once again.

D. To sleep for one hour and 4 minutes.

PR 04:17:13 I just woke from a dream on my left side. It's the wild paper dream. [described dream]

PR 04:19:49 Well, here it is. It's Sunday morning. I've had a couple hours sleep. I think I'll get up. Special Forces. Right side sleep time. Maybe I'll pick up the dream; find out what happened. I want to know what other thing I was doing too. Oh, there's noise. All that noise. They really kept me awake, didn't they? Boy, oh boy, oh boy.

E. To sleep for one hour and 25 minutes.

PR 05:44:11 OK, rolling over . . . moved the clock. Gotta bring it back. OK, onto my left side here. Back to sleep. Had another dream. [described dream] . . . to sleep on my left side, maybe.

F. To sleep for 44 minutes.

PR 06:28:30 Not much in the way of dreams that time, but my left nostril's totally blocked. Lots of cranial fluid just filled it up. Quickly too. OK, onto my right side, and we'll see drain it out. To sleep. . . .

G. To sleep for 53 minutes.

PR 07:21:39 That's interesting. Yes. OK, right side. My left nostril cleared completely there. OK, little bit of sleep here.

PR 07:22:48 Up, up and away. Into the bathroom. Here we go. Isn't that nice? . . . OK, there we go. Up, up and away back into the bedroom. Ah, javo, look at this.

PR 07:25:04 Back onto the bed.

PR 07:25:21 On my left side now and back to sleep, maybe.

PR 07:33:26 "Calm down," says Lt Harry Bird. It must be talking to BS. She's always in a tizzy. She's called tizzy Lizzy or Lizzy tizzy.

PR 07:36:43 "This is hurtin' our problem," says a male. Well, they could do it up a little bit, couldn't they? Yeah, think so. OK, well, I safely rolled onto my right side. Yeah, practising.

PR 07:38:07 OK, time to get up. Oh, everything seems to be working still here. Isn't that interesting. OK. There we go. Roll on. Cruncheroo.
