1. The heat remains off while the hot water is on. It appears that the central heating problem has been sorted properly at the central point where it should be done.

2. Last night saw the re-emergence of the continuous thumping bass music from below after a hiatus during one week. It went on during the evening last night up to about midnight as described in yesterday's web journal entry. Further, I heard it about 0115 and again when I went to bed about 0230. In the process of going to bed there were loud thuds and thumps from below indicating activity from there. This is reminiscent of what happened eight days ago on Thursday, 24th May 2007, when I was woken and kept awake by loud thumping music from below between about 0330 and 0415 in the morning. This continued throughout this morning after I got up as is also described in the web journal entry for that day.

There was an apparent day-long discussion happening on Friday, 25th May 2006, and an absence of the thumping bass music from below from that point for a week until yesterday evening. It appears that they were either quiet or absent until yesterday evening which was a Friday evening when they let loose with their music and other noises well into the middle of the night. This has been a Bank Holiday week and also a school holiday for a week. It could very well be that these people were away for a week. The absence of other disturbances but not all of them point to some kind of hiatus for whatever reason.

It is quite extraordinary that these people feel that they can get away with continuous antisocial behaviour of this kind. What happens is that they attack me with false allegations to distract attention from their behaviour and re-direct it against me. This has been going on for all these almost nine years with the use of surveillance technology as a weapon to do so. When I address these problems, I am attacked viciously.

This comes through the use of surveillance technology as it did last night and this morning. There is little doubt that this is currently a well coordinated effort as it was from the very start and involves children now as it did then. That constitutes extraordinary and continuous child abuse which has been supported and sustained by those in positions of authority who have a responsibility to make certain that any and all child abuse does not take place.

It must be realised that the criminal activity involving the child abuse at the beginning was so extensive with regard to the false allegations that these people compounded their need to cover up these crimes. They originally had the child abuse problems which I reported to the authorities in May 1998. Then they started a campaign against me securing surveillance technology three months later in August 1998 to be used by them which also involved children.

This compounded their need to cover up and intensified their efforts against me with the use of the surveillance technology and the children. This then continued for many years making it all the more necessary to intensify the cover up efforts by all concerned. That is why they are so intensively and extensively beligerent in their bullying abuse today which still involves children. Those in authority are now accessories to these crimes perpetuated for all these years and have an equal incentive to support and sustain the ongoing surveillance technology driven criminal activity to cover up their own criminal association.

This is why all of this activity is allowed to go on 24/7 for eight and three quarter years while they seek my demise through the use of the surveillance technology. In the meantime they carry out extensive harassment and torture activity blaming me for what they are doing themselves as goes on 24/7 each and every day without any cessation. This is terrorism in its basic form, and this creates terrorists because the alienated and extreme radical sees and understands this kind of behaviour on a large scale by many departments of government including elected officials as justification for their terrorism.

This kind of activity has no justification whatsoever in this society and cannot be legally carried out under the democratic rule of law as it exists in the UK, but this is precisely what is occurring with large numbers of people participating without any restraint despite full knowledge of all the crimes being committed. It doesn't matter whether I can prove it or not as Lt Harry Bird often says by stating "He can't prove it" which for him justifies his and BS' extensive criminal activity. He is saying that as long as you can get away with it, crime is OK. This is precisely what the would-be terrorists observe.

Reality and the truth cannot be denied for those who witness and experience it directly. Those in positions of authority who attack me personally along with Lt Harry Bird, BS and others trying to discredit what I report cannot deny reality. What is happening here is quite real and observed as such by far too many people who have spread the word. Word of mouth is an incredible communicator. The would-be terrorists pick this up and can easily be tipped over the brink into extreme actions where they strike back by killing many innocent people.

It's like pretending there is adequate rubbish disposal when it does not exist. Intimidating people into silence or lies does not work. The vermin are still fed at night even if the rubbish which is left out overnight is put away in the day time. The rubbish must not be left out at night. The same is true with respect to the abuse of the surveillance technology against me 24/7 since August 1998. No amount of abuse against me however maintained by false allegations will change the reality of what is being done and the fact that hundreds of people have participated and know it is all a massive hoax. This feeds the vermin the extreme of whom turn into terrorists because they realise that they cannot deal with a society who behaves in this manner.

That's why it is incredibly important for those in authority to maintain fundamental standards and values. It's not what anyone can get away with, but it is the fact of such behaviour feeding the vermin whether it be rubbish or abuse of people in the extreme that leads to vermin flourishing and terrorists attacking with a motivation that is incomprehensible to many until they learn of the atrocities being carried out in the name of democracy by those who think they can get away with anything by using surveillance technology behind which to hide.

These people have ignored completely the lessons learned by the exposures of Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib and the rendition flights. These do not mean anything to them because they think that they are immune from such exposure and can carry on in any way they like which they continue to do. They think that they can continue to attack and set me up hoping to get away with it. It does not matter whether they succeed or not. The fact of what they are doing is known at a level and in the environment which fosters terrorists.

I am trying to stop these atrocities so that terrorism will not be created. Terrorists have already come out of this locale. They are currently on trial as part of the dud bombers of 21/7. They lived and used accommodations which are not far from here. It is the same motivation that those who exposed the reality of Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib and the rendition flighs used to prevent the growth of terrorism by seeking to expose and stop these torture abuses. Such abuse only acts as terrorism's recruiters. To allow it to be carried out is to ensure the perpetuation of terrorism. Each side shares the similar characteristics of ignorance and hatred which drives violence.

There are people in government who are, quite frankly, the exact equivalent of terrorists. Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them are precisely these kinds of people. They must be understood for what they are and removed before they continue to cause more damage than they already have by creating more terrorists who see their activity as the worst part of the West which is so hated by the terrorists. Anyone who supports and sustains the behaviour of the likes of Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them has a great deal to answer with regard to all the crimes which have been committed with the use of surveillance technology 24/7 since August 1998 including but not limited to violence, child abuse and the London terrorist bombings or would-be bombings.

What happens to me doesn't make any difference. The damage has already been done, and the word is out at ground level thanks to what Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them have done during all these years. The only means to prevent further damage from being done is to make certain that reality is recognised and addressed as provided by the democratic rule of law so that justice can be done and seen to be done protecting the innocent and making certain that guilt is determined and appropriately dealt with.

The only way to stop more terrorist recruiting and activity is to stop feeding these vermin with more reasons for their ideological hate. If this surveillance technology cannot be used objectively to get it right, there is no hope for the future of the democratic rule of law. It will be destroyed from within. The terrorists won't have to do anything.

The likes of Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them scoff at what I've just written and continue their attack against me to preserve and protect themselves. This will go on until someone in authority comes along and stops it objectively and as provided by the democratic rule of law. Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them are just like the terrorists. They are trying to provoke a reaction against them that matches their behaviour for this will make them feel they are justified in their vigilante criminal activity.

This society sinks or swims on what is happening here. That is no overstatement. It is a recognition of the reality and fundamental truth of what is happening here. In order to save what they call "democracy" these people have destroyed it. They are using the words associated with democracy in order to support tyranny and vigilante behaviour with the use of surveillance technology.

The question is how long will this go on and how big will it get? These people do not deal in facts or evidence. They deal in emotional and physical abuse seeking to destroy the innocent and defenceless made so by the use of surveillance technology. This is terrorism.

They are no different from the terrorist bomber attacking innocent people to kill them. It is time to stop the terrorism from within to ensure that the terrorism from without does not have any justification for its atrocious acts of murder and mayhem. The terrorist rules by fear. This is precisely how Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them operate. They seek to dominate and control everyone by means of fear based upon false allegations created by the hocus pocus use of surveillance technology.

Lt Harry Bird repeatedly says "I will not be responsible" indicating that there is something to fear in his absence if he is stopped. He plays on the fear of others while he is the one creating that fear from his own violence and destructive behaviour from the use of the surveillance technology. It's interesting to note that the people he is dealing with are so lacking in ability and feel themselves so vulnerable that they allow Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them to continue as a result of being bullied and coerced into submission by their manipulation.

Sat Jun 2 13:11:37 BST 2007: "Look at what he's done," said a male a moment ago. I haven't done anything except to bring the source of the problem to the attention of the authorities by various open and straightforward means. He is once again blaming me for what they have done. They are the bullies trying to pick a fight as they have been doing for nine years, and I will not be lured into their trap. They hope to provoke activity which they can attack, and I have never done anything. I just keep writing and communicating what is happening as I am doing here so that the source of the problem can be properly addressed.

I have had all the documentation for everything that has been happening all these many years. They have none of it. That's why they had to destroy my litigation which I undertook in March 2001 to bring this to a halt. They have subsequently stolen by means of surveillance technology all the records that they could. The surveillance technology is capable of doing this. I've tracked and logged all of this activity by them. They have made every effort to stop me from documenting and reporting what is occurring. And, they have tried to manufacture allegations using this information of mine against me. Without the abuse of surveillance technology in this manner this whole problem would have been solved properly many years ago.

As it is, they seek to wear me done complete and destroy human activity and life. They seek to put as much time in between what happened initially and all along these years as is necessary to bury the reality of the past which they can never do if I am able to communicate the truth and reality about all that has happened. This is another reason for going on with this extreme terrorism and abuse of all democratic standards and values so that they can cover up in the eyes and understanding of others their extensive and intensive criminal actvity. As long as I'm able to speak and write, they cannot do this.

By allowing these people to violate every principle upon which this democratic society stands, Lt Harry Bird, BS and others with them are allowed to perpetuate their hoax and carry on indefinitely until my life is destroyed. Then they hope that they will be able to make up whatever suits their purpose to justify their extremely destructive behaviour and perhaps get out of it completely by ascribing my demise to natural causes when in fact they have been the source of the destruction of human life. Again, what happens to me does not matter for the reality is known to hundreds by direct experience which has already been communicated by the grapevine to the rest of the country.

Where do you think "Happy Slappy" originated and spread throughout the country? They've been abusing me and photographing that abuse since December 1999 with hundreds participating and watching all this happening. This is the standard which was picked up by the young thugs who then carried out violence against others photographing it on their mobile phones for circulation. Many, many years ago I began characterising this situation as a government made snuff film for that is exactly what it is. Many, many years ago I started calling this the North Kensington Killing Fields because that is precisely what was happening by word and deed which continues to this day. The motivation for cover up by extreme methods is quite evident.

3. The antisocial blasting of the very loud thumping bass music from below gets under way today after running on to at least about 0230 in the morning as I was going to bed. Since they can see what I am doing courtesy of the surveillance technology, they lash out in support of all the antisocial behaviour by trying to wipe out the person who reports the problems including their own. They must once again be whacked out on drugs as they sounded like late last night. Since I spent two days on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day smelling cannabis smoke in my flat coming from below, this kind of activity is not unusual.

Sat Jun 2 14:43:22 BST 2007: Loud thumping music starts from below once again. I made a couple clips of this music complete with simultaneous verbal abuse from those using the surveillance technology indicating that this is a coordinated activity with me being hit from all around by this antisocial and abusive harassment behaviour. The point is to be as provocative and disruptive as possible while keeping me from getting anything done. One of the key objectives of harassment is to prevent the victim from being able to address the problem properly under the law. The harassment law was revised by this government as soon as it took office in 1997 with the Protection From Harassment Act of 1997, but this has failed to be effective in protecing against the government's own abuse from surveillance technology.

Sat Jun 2 14:55:55 BST 2007: The thumping bass music is very loud and continues nonstop permeating my flat with this extreme noise nuisance.

Sat Jun 2 14:57:39 BST 2007: It was just turned up all the louder after I wrote the above indicating to me that they are reading what I write. The fact that they have surveillance technology to use in conjunction with the noise nuisance abuse was confirmed a year ago when I was using a mobile phone after 0100 to phone the Noise Nuisance Call Out Service. My actions were described by those using the surveillance technology which came through acoustically indicating that it came from the noise makers themselves.

The music itself can be heard from the front door and window sill areas indicating that this is the same music coming from below. It is so loud that it travels outside in both these areas to come in the front door and bedroom window.

Sat Jun 2 16:33:18 BST 2007: Cut way down again but still audible after Frankie Dettori won the Derby on Authorized. "I'll kill him," said Lt Harry Bird. He's always saying that. He must have it on a recording. Then the music disappears altogether.

Sat Jun 2 17:34:17 BST 2007: Loud thumping bass music started a while ago as I was finishing organising its recordings. This is a certain sign of tenant management failure and a deliberate effort in fact to back up the oft repeated threats "We're trying to get him out." This is how they think they will do that along with the surveillance technology abuse without any proper management. Tenant management is confirmed to be a failure and criminal organisation as it seeks to destroy human life which it started nine years ago.

4. There can be no respect in society when the government itself deliberately carries out antisocial and criminal behaviour as I continuously describe. The abuse I describe has long ago replaced politeness which just does not exist among these brutal bullies who care not a farthing for anything else except themselves. Any government who provides surveillance technology to child abusers to carry out violence against the person who reported their child abuse and then allows it to escalate several times over a period of eight and three quarter years cannot be considered to be a legitimate government. This denying of respect and exhibiting such a lack of self respect will create a brutal society at all levels in all areas. This Labour government has destroyed this country.

Ms Casey championed anti-social behaviour orders

Britain needs to do more to promote good manners, Tony Blair's "respect czar" Louise Casey has said.

The government adviser said politeness was now missing "right across society" and schools, companies and the media all had a role to play.

Ms Casey said London buses could remind passengers to give up seats to pregnant women and suggested TV soap operas may portray a less gloomy side of life.

"We need a greater sense it's OK to be decent," she told the Daily Telegraph.

"It's important to help old ladies across the road. The greatest pleasure you can give yourself is to help somebody else."

"You're not the nerd if you don't throw your rubbish on the floor - you're the person who's making Britain the country we all want to live in."

If this government cannot "listen" to complaints about surveillance technology torture carried out 24/7 for eight and three quarter years in a Labour government enclave with three Labour party councillors and a Labour party MP, I hardly think that Gordon Brown's "pledge" for the future has any meaning and does not inspire either trust or confidence. It may sound nice as part of his empty campaign trail, but far too many people know that it is nonsense. What does he mean by listening? Listening to what and to whom?

Here's a situation where a contrary opinion and judgement are wiped out with surveillance technology. The three Labour concillors one of whom stood down a year ago were/are intertwined with tenant management on both the Lancaster West Estate Management Board (EMB) and the Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) as well as being elected public officials. There was also apparent nepotism here as well. Their interest was to make certain that anybody like me was squelched which was carried out with the use of surveillance technology. It is very difficult for me to believe that Gordon Brown will change this in the Labour party. These people will remain along with the Labour party MP to make certain that they protect themselves and Labour.

Meanwhile, what they have assured is that child abuse continued for the last nine years 24/7 and resulted in the next generation being brought up to be bullies and violent abusers. The whole system failed to get it right because they put surveillance technology into the hands of the child abusers. Will Gordon Brown change that? It is unlikely. Labour is the party of violence and killing as has been my direct experience for nine years 24/7.

These are the people who built 38 business units in Barandon Walk while ignoring the thousands of residents in 9% of the Royal Borough's housing stock to the point of putting the vulnerable at risk in August 2003 with the central heating in operation when 2,000 died in this country during that heat wave. If that wasn't enough they repeated it in June 2005 despite my correspondence in August and September 2003. This constitutes operating in the corrupt self interest of the very few at the expense of the many. Tenant management has had nothing to do with the tenants and their homes. It has had everything to do with the enrichment of the few who sat on the boards and committees of these organisations which included these elected officials.

They got people like BS to carry out a fabrication campaign against me with the use of the surveillance technology by promising BS my flat when they got me out. Those who participated were the first beneficiaries of the Decent Homes initiatives while everyone else waited. This is the payoff in kind to the favoured few. It's the corruption of power.

And, now they've really got to attack me as they have been doing recently to make certain that I do not communicate this truth with its evidence. Lt Harry Bird and BS keep screaming "Stop him" when I am addressing problems whose fundamental standards for amelioration should be supported and not obliterated as they are doing. The Home Office really got politicised in the process so much so that they had to create a respect department to cover up their outright abuses. Louise Casey should resign. It'a another Home Office "dysfunctional" department "unfit for purpose." It cannot function in a Home Office whose other hand is violently destructive and continuously so.

Ask yourself who is feeding terrorism in this country? The Home Office undertook technology experimentation in the community under the stewardship of Simon Watkin from the Home Secretary's office. The NHS, Police, tenant management, local and central governments were also involved in R&D techonology development and medical experimentation centred around total invasion of privacy, tracking, imprisonment, torture interrogaion and the destruction of human life.

They used this environment because of the three Labour party councillors and the Labour party MP which permitted control. This was the suitable area to carry out these social engineering and control experimentation and R&D projects. It was all based upon false allegations producing dirty data for the foundation of law making which has to a catastrophic legislative programme of failure. So far they cannot roll out this technology, yet I believe that eventually it will be used on a mass basis. They just haven't gotten there yet. What will Gordon Brown be hearing? False allegations, dirty data and the corrupt self interest of the few? What is the best way for Labour to get as many votes as possible at the ground level?

In the meantime they have to destroy my life to justify the past nine years of the most horrendous activity ever known to civilised society which they need to hide.

Brown stresses 'listening Labour'

Gordon Brown has been holding a question and answer session

Gordon Brown has pledged a listening government as contenders for the leader and deputy leader roles in the Labour Party held hustings in Glasgow.

The event was a chance for Scottish party members to have their say before a party vote at the end of the month.

Mr Brown is sole nominee for the top job but he is still touring the country outlining his leadership strategy.

He appeared to suggest the next general election will take place in 2009, but later stepped back from this.
