More than three and one-half years before this, the Government was carrying out the same kind of crime against me on Friday, 30th March 2001. "Happy Slapping" has become common in the UK. If you will look in the archives here under this date, you will find violence being carried out against me using surveillance technology as a weapon along with photographs taken of me inside my home. This is just one example of years of this which started as I explicitly learned in December 1999. Those in responsible Government position carried this out against me with large numbers of people involved. They set the example for photographing violence against a victim. When mobile phone photography came available, these people could then go out and carry this off themselves. Who is going to set the standards for Government behaviour? As Erich Fromm describes, sadism is the "religion of the psychical cripple."  This is why I call sadism of this sort ritual abuse.  It replaces more conventional religious ritual such as Christmas and is sustained by its own "devotional" adherence.  Thus, ritual abuse knows no holiday and respects no other religious ritual.  Those carrying out this ritual abuse are the same people who started it on 11th May 1998 against me by public declaration and have remained "devoted" (or obsessed to use a better word) to carrying it out 24/7 365 days a year for all these years.  Erich From is absolutely correct.  The difficulty with this is that it involves people with sadistic character from various government departments including the police, social services, NHS and local as well as central government who group based upon shared sadism.This can be identified in such situations like the one I am experiencing which has at the core a sadistic family group "devoted" to sadistic ritual abuse. They attract and maintain those of like character while repelling those who are not of like character.  Thus, over time this family group  collects people from various government departments who willingly support sadistic behaviour against someone such as myself. It is critically important to understand the psychological component as discussed by Erich Fromm in order to effectively deal with the criminal acts which arise from this behaviour.  Such understanding shines a light of revelation on problems such as the one I am experiencing. I can personally attest to this deliberate failure and redirection of  sadistic group ritual abuse violence against me 24/7 for seven years and eight months since I reported child abuse in a neighbouring flat in early May 1998.  The mother of the abused children has led this activity and secured surveillance technology in August 1998 which has been used as a weapon for the purposes of institutionalised ritual abuse sadistic violence carried out against me 24/7 all these years and which continues as of this writing. Erich Fromm defines sadism as the "religion of the psychical cripple."  His very precise and excellent articulation helps to understand why sadistic behaviour takes place and why it is associated with a perverse replacement of legitimate religious ritual:". . . I propose that the core of sadism, common to all its manifestations, is the passion to have absolute and unrestricted control over a living  being, whether an animal, a child, a man, or a woman.  To force someone to  endure pain or humiliation without being able to defend himself is one of the manifestations of absolute control, but it is by no means the only one.  The person who has complete control over another living being makes this  being into his thing, his property, while he becomes the other being's god. Sometimes the control can even be helpful, and in that case we might speak  of a benevolent sadism, such as one finds in instances where one person rules another for the other's own good, and in fact furthers him in many ways, except that he keeps him in bondage.  But most sadism is malevolent. Complete control over another human being means crippling him, choking him, thwarting him.  Such control can have all forms and all degrees." . . . ". . . in most social systems, including ours, even those on lower social levels can have control over somebody who is subject to their power.  There are always children, wives, or dogs available; or there are helpless people, such as inmates of prisons, patients in hospitals, if they are not well-to-do(especially the mentally sick), pupils in schools, members of civilian bureaucracies.  It depends upon the social structure to what degree the factual power of superiors in each of these instances is controlled or restricted and, hence, how much possibility for sadistic satisfaction these situations offer.  Aside from all these situations, religious and racial minorities, as far as they are powerless, offer a vast opportunity for sadistic satisfaction for even the poorest member of the majority."Sadism is one of the answers to the problem of being born human when better ones are not attainable.  The experience of absolute control over another being, of omnipotence as far as he, she, or it is concerned, creates the illusion of transcending the limitations of human existence, particularly for one whose real life is deprived of productivity and joy.  Sadism has essentially no practical aim; it is not "trivial" but "devotional."  It is transformation of impotence into the experience of omnipotence; it is the religion of the psychical cripple."  Erich Fromm "The Anatomy of Human Destructiveness" Fawcett Crest, Greenwich, CT, 1975, page 323.Given the advent of the surveillance technology which can render the victim helpless and keep the sadist anonymous, it's easy to understand why this phenomenon is mushrooming.  In my case I know the people involved and the causes behind this imprisonment and torture carried out against me.  It is a revenge reaction to keep me from reporting the violence of the sadists while trying to discredit my original reporting of their violent abuse against others.  However, for people who are arbitrarily targeted with sadistic abuse, this helps explain why they should recognise that it is not through any fault of their own that this is happening.  The problem rests with the sadist, and Fromm explains why.  Now it is necessary to detect and verify the variousforms of technology being used to carry out this sadism.  This is key to addressing the problem objectively, solving it and getting those who carry it out dealt with properly under the law which also needs to be created based upon detection and verification.  Anything which has a physical property can be detected and verified objectively.  It's just a question of addressing this problem.  I believe that this is the road to the solution and "freedom."
