1. Recently Lt Harry Bird said that he had been promoted. Starting not long ago there have been references to "Captain" including one early this morning by those with the vigilantes Lt Harry Bird and BS. If this is true, Lt Harry Bird has been promoted for carrying out extensive criminal activity for the past almost six years 24/7 using surveillance technology as a torture interrogation weapon as part of its R&D and medical experimentation.
When he arrived in 2001, he was about 42. He noted his age when asked. He also stated his height as five feet five inches tall. This was confirmed by what I saw in the Kensington High Street easyEverything during the episode when Colonel Vine and Paul Winston [Metropolitan Police Special Branch] were discussing my kidnapping in 2001. I saw several of these people walk past me where I was located at the top of the stairs on its second floor. I believe that I saw Lt Harry Bird, Paul Winston and a woman who was with Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird at that time whom I called "Jane" since I associated her with Colonel Vine whom I called "Tarzan."
What also came out during this time was a reference that his birthday was in June. By the age he gave he was born c 1959. Thus, he would be in high school when the Vietnam War really came to an end with the US withdrawal in 1975 depicted by the dramatic helicopter departure from the roof of the US embassy in Saigon. He made a reference to the fact that he had been in Vietnam which was nonsense. He made this false statement during a bribe attempt gone awry. He tried to bribe a police officer whom he had called to "pull him out" with $50.00. The PC replied "We dont't do things that way." I still wonder why he was not arrested for this offence instead of being left to carry out extensive criminal activity including more bribe attempts.
While I was writing about this bribe attempt as it was happening noting exactly what was said, Paul Winston was reading what I wrote using TEMPEST or a variation of this, he walked around the building to the road where this police officer had arrived in his police car. He asked if there had been a bribe attempt. At this point Lt Harry Bird began apologising and back pedalled away fast begging off claiming that he had made a mistake attributing this to the fact that he had been messed up since being in Vietnam. He was and is messed up about which there is no doubt, but he had never been near Vietnam having been in high school at that time the US withdrew completely. When he first arrived here he was also bragging that he had been a commando in the US Marines.
If he has been promoted as seems to be the case at the moment, I wonder if this is not a reserve promotion and rank. I do not think that he is on active duty. His rank is too low for him to have been kept longer than 20 years. What is incredible about this situation is the fact that he has carried out extreme criminal activity 24/7 for all these almost years he's been here without achieving anything except the attempted destruction of human life.
At the beginning in 2001 after being here for a few months, Lt Harry Bird told BS "We're breaking every law in the books." Both of them knew quite clearly that they were engaged in extensive unlawful and criminal acts. I've documented as much of it as has been practicable and doable throughout all these years. This promotion, if it is real, supports my contention that the US Marines are a worldwide force of destruction. Harold Pinter was absolutely correct in his statement above.
2. I agree with Sir Ian Blair about the severity of the terror threat which exists. When I am subjected to 2/47 total abuse from the use of surveillance technology for years which continues as of this writing, there can be no other consequence than a terrorist attack cell going undetected as has already occurred when resources were not available. That problem still exists.
It's absolutely beyond my comprehension that totally invasive surveillance technology can be used for eight years and four months 24/7 without getting it right and/or reaching a conclusion. I know that it is being used to abuse a totally innocent person in the extreme for the corrupt self-interest of those involved in its use. As long as this persists, there can be little expectation that the UK is safe from terrorism, but, worse, the threat is increased by such abuse and resource drain when it is critically important for these resources to be used meaningfully. Why can't the police operate properly? My judgment is that the police are clueless and out of control. Sir Ian Blair should know this, and I believe this gives rise to his statement.

Sir Ian's interview Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair claims the UK is facing an unparalleled and growing threat of a terrorist attack.
However, he said there was "no specific intelligence" about an imminent attack but the threat was "ever present".
Sir Ian also said he is "confident" of being cleared of misconduct over the killing of Jean Charles de Menezes.
And he defended an anti-terror raid in Forest Gate claiming the shooting of a man during the raid was an accident.
Subsequent terror plots justified the decision to launch the operation, he told the BBC's Today programme.
