1. The week long tipped rubbish remains uncollected with more additions on a Saturday morning. The large black bags were moved to the left as noted yesterday basically out of sight behind the tree up against the wall, but they still spilled forward onto the ground. Overnight one such bag seems to have rolled free of the rest. There are some additions to the bags on top to the right, and the tipped rubbish including a long door-like board remain at the far right end. There's no telling what's been added there.
2. Later in the day after filling these recycle Blue Bins with the Orange Bags that are picked up on Saturdays, the conditions are worse. The bin on the extreme left facing the wall is overfilled with its lid standing open. There seems to be an Orange Bag on the ground in the middle and something stuffed into and sticking out from the bin second from left. These latter might have occurred after the recycle Blue Bins were filled. However, a squirrel can be seen on top of the recycle Blue Bins in the right of the third photo. It had just come out of the open door with whatever sticking out. I filmed it emerging.
These vermin waste no time in exploring any tasty delights that might have been put out for them. By leaving the bin lids open as with the overfilled one on the left, the squirrels and whatever just scamper in. It's not unusual for me to film them in action. These are the big vermin that can be easily seen. Think of all the itsy bitsy vermin that cannot be seen who have a feast day on this rubbish heap.
3. Whoa Ho! Here it is in action: the Lancsaster West Motorcross footpath bike ride open to anyone with a speeding cycle who cares to take the curves, corners and dips of the footpaths with the sadistic pleasure of scattering pedestrians, children and prams right and left in their mad dash along the end of the Estate instead of the using the road a few metres away. Here's one in action all hunkered down ready to take the right angle corner to his left where the footpaths converge. And, there's that fat, well fed squirrel once again taking refuge under a bench while the Motorcross Devil roars by.
The squirrel sits facing this veritable cornupcopia of gastric delights served up for its consumption this morning thinking that it has all night long to scavenge amongst the tasty delights looking for what are the best bits. Normally, the policy of the Council is that recyclable rubbish should be placed out on the day within a few hours of pickup in containers whose lids are securely fastened, but that does not happen at the Lancaster West Estate. Oh, no, here tenant management and the Council's waste management consider themselves above policy and put out the recycle rubbish 24 hours in advance in open containers overnight so that the vermin can have a feast,and the containers can fill with rain water as is often the case these days and nights. As seen here, the vermin are well condition to this opportunity and take advantage of it around-the-clock.
It doesn't matter that the Council and the police launched a campaign in June 2005 to crack down on fly tipping in the Royal Borough. They even trotted out surveillance cameras in nearby St Marks Road to capture these dastardly criminals in the act and prosecute which they gleefully proclaimed as having done. However, when it comes to the Council itself and the illustrious three-star tenant management, they have the distinction of remaining above the law and perfect by using surveillance technology against a person like me who reports the problem so that they can maintain their "unblemished" record. You should have heard the abuse I got while filming this today from Lt Harry Bird, BS and others and while I was preparing this web journal entry with extensive hard, continuous stomping on the floor above. I was called "dangerous."
On top of it all hundreds of people living next to this rubbish dump with its vermin for the next 24 hours will get treated to an extreme noise nuisance about 8:30 am tomorrow, Sunday morning when they empty these recycle bins. Anyone trying for a nice extra bit of sleep on a Sunday morning in this vicinity will be distrubed and awakened as I often am by this excessive Council and tenant management noise nuisance. Since I am woken by them or wake in anticipation of being woken, I make a film of it. From time to time more vermin get captured on film. I am abused extensively while doing so and for doing it with all kinds of verbal abuse attacks that boggle the mind from those using the surveillance technology.
Then, I am subjected to further intense abuse on Sunday morning from those who seek to destroy the person who is reporting the problems. They are using surveillance technology so that they can know what I am doing and stir up everyone with their verbal abuse and set up activity. Isn't it amazing the privileged position that the local government Council, its departments and tenant management occupy by being able to do whatever they want with respect to abrogating standards because they have the power to destroy people like me who are trying to address health and safety problems? The proof is in the pudding right here as they allow this fly tipping to go unattended for weeks while carrying out unending surveillance technology abuse against me 24/7.
The antisocial and criminal types who use the surveillance technology against me supported by those in authority ensure that this environment has precisely this standard where the next generation learn how to be effectively antisocial and get away with extensive criminal activity. Look at this fat squirrel would you in the middle of the Motorcross race track. What was that about one picture is worth . . . Is this a legitimate use of taxpayer money?

Anyone who addresses fundamental standards abrogation to attempt to maintain them in his/her own living environment is labled "potty" by those with the surveillance technology trying to make money out of the destruction of human life. This is the standard of tenant management, the Council and this government who brought in these thugs to destroy those who would dare report the truth and expose the glossed over image for what it is.
