1. Barnardo's has issued a report today calling for satellite tracking and lie detector tests for sex offenders in order to control behaviour. They cite a pilot project in the north as an example of success along with talking with those who administered this project with respect to lie detectors.
Warning: this is a step toward what is already happening to me where there never has been an offence of any kind nor any intention, yet based upon false allegations and false negative characterisations from those for whom I reported child abuse I am targeted as a potential future offender for complete satellite tracking and total invasion of privacy with surveillance technology that has been in use 24/7 for many years already. In fact, just the other day this was called a pilot project. I described the abuse being carried out in order to condition me for "obedience" in yesterday's web journal entry.
This is being used against me in anticipation of future behaviour by means of trying to predict that behaviour as a result of false allegations from people whom I reported for offences against children. Thus, the whole activity is inverted while seeking to control my behaviour through the extreme abuse of brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology which rolls together into one package the satellite tracking and lie detector aspects which are described in this report from Barnardo's.
I would be especially cautious about such a recommendation from such a report by this children's charity because it could very well be a part of a cover for the rollout of the more sophisticated and totally invasive surveillance technology targeting to which I am being subjected. Under the guise of lie detector tests and conventional satellite tracking, actual brain wave monitoring, feedback including surreptitious medication and tracking can be carried out the results of which would be attributed to lie detector tests and more conventional satellite tracking devices. There would be a great reluctance to let the public know about this surveillance technology while implementing it in an area where there is a great need to address the problem of child sexual abuse.
I have never done anything, yet I am subjected to the most abusive use of the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known. It has been implemented based solely upon false allegations from those who were reported for their criminal and antisocial behaviour. It is predicated upon fear mongering false characterisations of me as a danger and threat where none exists at all, never has and never will. The real danger is that this is being used for social control, conditioning attempts, surreptitious medication, tracking and a total invasion of all that a human being is as a living being. It is in the wrong hands and is being abused to invert the standards of society.
By rolling out such a programme as reported as being advocated in the Barnardo's report, there is a distinct possibility that it is a cover for what I am experiencing and that this surveillance technology will be used further to control those who are deemed to be a "square peg" which was used yesterday to characterise me as I described in yesterday's web journal entry. This is not exactly the characterisation of a serous offender is it? But that is what is happening. This totally invasive, tracking and abusive surveillance technology is being used against someone who is considered a "square peg." Behaviour modification and social control on a grand scale are right around the corner and must be recognised as such before any kind of pilot project such as this is rolled out on a large scale. There is a lack of full information in the public domain.

Children's charity Barnardo's is calling on the government to use lie detector tests and satellite tracking to monitor sex offenders.
It claims pilot studies in the UK have shown promising results.
One such trial found up to 80% of cases showed lie detector tests revealed new information about the offenders' intentions or behaviour.
This, says Barnardo's, helps probation staff to assess better the risks they pose when they are released from jail.
Barnardo's make the claims in its new report, entitled A Risk Too Far? which is published on Tuesday.
It also says such measures will be more effective than the introduction of the proposed Sarah's Law, which would allow parents to learn of registered sex offenders living in their area.
This is because it believes such a law would drive sex offenders away from supervision and into hiding.

2. Four and one quarter hours sleep last night in four segments as described below from the diary/logs. There were all kinds of disturbances along with the continuous abuse from those using the surveillance technology. I was woken at 0600 and kept awake by continuous disturbances from the surveillance technology abuse accompanied by thuds, thumps and various noises from next to the bedroom for an hour as described below with the log entries made while this activity was happening. I was driven from bed at 0700.
There was a tapping on the floor above after I had just fallen asleep which woke me. Then the sounds of an aircraft above woke me a little after than when I got to sleep again after more of the verbal abuse from surveillance technology. The surveillance technology abuse was involved in all the wake ups. I was woken at 0558 by a male engaging in verbal abuse outside my window apparently walking along the front footpath outside. This was acoustically transmitted sound as opposed to the electronically transmitted sound from the use of the surveillance technology.

0054 "That's a nightmare," said a male.
0059 Tapping on the floor above just as I began to settle out and doze. Woke me up. Amazing. They're at it from both sides in addition to the surveillance technology.
0102 Sounds like we've got a blimp overhead here. Interesting motor up there.
0103 "Policy" said a male.
0104 "They spent money," said BS. Yeah, boy she's really faked everything. She caused people here to create all these problems. Her dispensation of fear. People spent money. Boy, are they going to be angry at her.
0107 "Didn't even have to do it," said a male. BS was making verbal noises continuously before this.
0111 Got another aircraft up there; propeller driven: loud, constant buzzing sound. Now it's going away. Disturbed me. Woke me up. Was asleep/falling asleep.
B. Slept for 00:52 hours/minutes above. Second period of surveillance technology abuse which woke me.
0203 Woke up from a series of dreams. Described. Seem to be waking quite frequently here tonight not getting any sleep at all. "Potty as hell," screeches BS.
0206 Another noisy aircraft. Must be the terror watch circling the city trying to find terrorists.
0207 "I'm amazed," said a male. BS says something verbally.
0215 We have circling banana blimps back overhead. Chiquita bananas yes . . . thank you very much.
C. Slept for 01:51 hours/minutes above for a total time so far of 02:43 then more surveillance technology abuse continuous after it woke me as described below.
0406 Woken from dream: cleaning out automobiles and sharing automobiles. Bathroom break. Described dream further. While still in the bathroom, BS said "I know" followed by "Six times" from Lt Harry Bird. Well, the tailor got seven with one swat so six is not very much
0409 Here comes 'six times.' Over to the bed. Sounds like the number of wake ups in the night.
0410 How dare you even think I would behave like that? These people are real trash, aren't they? . . . really gross, crude, rude. "Stabbed to death," said Lt Harry Bird.
When I was slicing a tomato in 2001, Lt Harry Bird said "That's how he killed his mother." A couple years later he was telling everybody "He shot his mother." Then he changed that story, and this woman got really mad at him and told him off for being misled. "I thought you said he shot her?" said this infuriated woman. He said "Nah."
"He really didn't kill his mother," said Colonel Vine in November 2001 when a guy out front asked "Exactly how did he kill his mother?" There was this other guy back in December 2001 who said "If he didn't kill his mother, there'll be hell to pay." Get your cheque books out, buddies, drawn on the National Bank of Hell.
0418 Someone closed a window with a long running noise and soft thud.

"Traitor," said Lt Harry Bird just after I stopped the digital recorder for the above entry.
E. Slept for 00:42 hours/minutes for a total time so far 04:17 which was all I got this night. After this wake up, the surveillance technology abuse and the abuse from all around kept me awake for an hour before driving me out of bed for good this date.
0558 "He is psychotic," said a male walking outside under the window on the footpath. I just woke from a dream. Described dead chicken dream. Remote control observation with the surveillance technology for eight years and three months, and all they can say is "psychotic." You can't make this diagnosis in this manner. Only the ignorant, bigoted people filled full of hate do that. Described another dream about woman with dubious background giving a speech.
0603 "God, he looked bad," said a male. Well, I would suggest you leave him alone so he can get on with things instead of trying to kill with surveillance technology.
0605 "Uncomfortable with . . . ," said a male. "I know," said BS.
0610 "Don't tell me," screeches a female full volume. Still comes through. A little before this there were a couple of very slight noises from next door/below.
0616 "I read the stairs on my own," said BS. Must be dream description. I guess they're going to keep me awake the rest of the night now with the abuse like they did yesterday. I'll just have to publish once again just like yesterday.
0617 "Potty as hell," said BS. "I know," said Lt Harry Bird. Tinnitus is very loud. Right nostril is slightly blocked.
0619 Noise from below followed by a second one. Followed by three more noises.
0620 "Grow up," said Lt Harry Bird. [What this really means is submit to whatever I demand. See below for a definition of maturity which is quite independent of blind obedience.]
0622 Three taps from below. These are all deliberate.
0623 BS making continuous verbal noises including "I know."
0625 "Environment" followed by "Team of scientists," and those thuds, light noises continue from below. Activity.
0626 "Better stop him," said one of the vigilantes, and these noises continue. Sounds like it's coming in the wall at the head of the bed.
0627 "Tested," said a male. Chattering continues.
0628 These are continuous light thuds at spaced out intervals that go on coming from the head of the bed direction.
0630 "Very psychotic," says a male amongst the vigilante mobsters. Those noises now have stopped.
0632 Two more of those thuds coming from the head of the bed wall direction. Didn't stop.
0634 Noises continue as described. They're really going to keep me awake now aren't they?
0635 "This changes," said a male, and the noises continue. Shuffling thuds even sounded like a scrape on the floor above.
0640 "Horrible," said BS. The noises continue but stopped two or three minutes ago. Horrible is a variation on the game of "Ain't It Awful" (AIA). [See Eric Berne MD, Games People Play]
0641 Three thuds in a row after I made the preceding entry. They must be attacking me with these thuds when I make notes like I'm doing. So if I make notes they're going to continuously hit with these thuds.

0645 "Arrest him," said Lt Harry Bird. Just before this I coughed. And before that there were a couple more light thuds. These are light so they can't be heard except by me. Continuously disturbing and keeping me awake along with the verbal abuse from the vigilant mobsters. Tenant management at its best criminal best. Harry Bird wants me arrested for coughing evidently. The cough police must be present. If not, I'm sure he'll call them.
0647 Thuds and double hit coming from below under the sound level meter.
0650 "Make him do bribe," from a female voice. That's what it sounded like.
0652 Lt Harry Bird bellowed "False allegations," and BS starts with her intense verbally activity including "I know," and continues They're trying to drive their maliciously false allegations apparently. These were not clear but sounded like "He killed his mom" from Lt Harry Bird.
0654 "Bible," says a male amongst the vigilante mobsters. At the same time there's continuous thuds now from the head of bed that direction went on for 15 maybe 20 of those. Sounds like bonking at its best or perhaps deliberate harassment/set up.
0655 Three more . . . same ones. That's followed by five while I'm making this update. Slight door noise from the front door. Lock noise.
0655 Bar grate noises. Voices chattering away in the Walkway. Door slam from below. Can be heard on the digital recorder. So these people are up an hour earlier today making those noises from 6 to 7 followed by a door noise then chattering down the Walkway.

3. Definition of Maturity
"The Purpose of Purpose*
"There is no evidence in both psychology and philosophy that the making of rules, setting of values, and seeking out of universal concepts of justice is a natural developmental need in man, one that is either stimulated or retarded by his environment. Tue Nov 14 22:00:30 GMT 2006: "He's in prison," said Lt Harry Bird a short while after I finished the above. He means this literally since he considers me under "house arrest" and his prisoner. The only difference between him and Jonathan Kent Idema imprisoned himself in Kabul for carrying out free lance imprisonment and torture is the method used. Lt Harry Bird is someone who feels himself a powerless no-hoper who has to gain absolute power over one living being to feel live. He accomplishes this with surveillance technology.
This is based upon a presumption of guilt and vigilante behaviour where the democratic rule of law and its institutions are destroyed. There is no judiciary or judicial system. Lt Harry Bird has prosecuted, judged and sentenced me completely outside the law enforcement and legal justice systems. He has taken over the Prison Authority also to carry out the punishment as he deems necessary whatever that might be. I have no protection, and no one is stopping him. The Home Office and this government might as well not exist. The sovereignty of the UK has shifted to the US.
When I contact the Home Office to inform them of this state of affairs with regard to the use of surveillance technology to imprison and torture, I am told that I am mentally ill and should seek help. This correspondence has been published here too. This Home Office action, of course, victimises me further as has occurred in places like the former Soviet Union when those who spoke the truth were persecuted by the tyrannical government of the day and subjected to intense surveillance only they did not have today's most sophisticated of all surveillance technologies. Freedom of thought and expression are to be denied, and the Home Office turns a blind eye to it all blaming the victim.
Tue Nov 14 22:05:37 GMT 2006: "Get him out," demands/orders Lt Harry Bird trying to extend his feeling of power if not by actually inciting someone to carry out this crime but by at least having the ability to terrorise his target victim (me) with the fear that this violence might be carried out. This is the sadist at work. He cannot deal rationally and needs to strike out like this when he is challenged as I did by typing in the above paragraph about his declaration that I am his prisoner which he knows will be published. He seeks to destroy this freedom of expression because he does not like the fact that I am reporting what he has said accurately. He wants to abuse me like this but does not want me to make it known publicly. This is his attempt to crush life consistent with his declaration that I am his prisoner. It fits in with the "obedience" and "maturity" just defined in conjunction with his demand/order "grow up."

Tories want spending put online

The Conservatives want to allow taxpayers to go online and find out how their money is being spent.
Shadow chancellor George Osborne is publishing legislation requiring the Treasury to set up a website revealing all expenditure over £25,000.
He will challenge the government to back the bill, to be presented to the House of Lords by Christmas.
"For too long, government spending has been shrouded in Whitehall secrecy," Mr Osborne said.
The only exemptions would be spending related to national security or that which concerns personal matters covered by the Data Protection Act.
Examples of spending which would be revealed includes the overhauling of the NHS computer network and travel arrangements for ministers.
