  • Jersey home witness 'intimidated'. Jersey's Deputy Chief of Police said: "I can't emphasise too much that anyone approaching victims or witnesses in this case could well be found to be perverting the course of justice. The police will not tolerate it. We will not stand for it and we will deal with anyone who does."
  • Metropolitan Police participate in child abuse witness intimidation. The Jersey police statement is in stark contrast with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea where the Metropolitan Police, NHS professionals, tenant management and local and central government civil servants and elected officials have engaged for almost a decade in the cover up of child abuse by intimidating me in the extreme by the use of surveillance technology for having reported and continuing to report the child abuse and crimes carried out against me 24/7 for almost a decade.
  • Brown's rallying call to Labour. "He urged activists to "embrace a new age of ambition" and told them a "Britain of security and opportunity for all is within our grasp"."
  • This is the song of the control freak. He's expressing a vision short on detail. Here's the reality of the detail from the last decade of a Labour Party enclave supporting this vision for those in power at the expense of everyone else. Beware of what the Prime Minister rally means.

1. Jersey home witness 'intimidated'. At a news conference at the Haut de la Garenne in Jersey yesterday a question was raised about the intimidation of a victim witness by a former carer in this home for young people. The police investigation revealed that this was a problem in one instance here. The Deputy Chief of Police in Jersey made a very strong statement against any such intimidation. Considering the background of decades of child abuse which are being uncovered, it was the least he could do under the circumstances but most certainly proper and essential for the police to take this stance.

Jersey home witness 'intimidated'

Excavations at Haut de la Garenne

Police have issued a warning over claims an ex-worker at the Jersey care home at the centre of a child abuse inquiry has intimidated a witness.

Deputy police chief Lenny Harper said anyone who approaches witnesses or victims in the case may be perverting the course of justice.

He also said it could take weeks to establish the facts about a child's skull found at Haut de La Garenne.

Excavations are continuing at the site as the inquiry enters a second week.

Mr Harper told a press conference officers had substantiated "to some degree" claims a former worker at the home approached a victim and told them to keep quiet.

"I can't emphasise too much that anyone approaching victims or witnesses in this case could well be found to be perverting the course of justice," he warned.

"The police will not tolerate it. We will not stand for it and we will deal with anyone who does."

2. Metropolitan Police participate in child abuse witness intimidation. When this news item was reported today at a news conference in Jersey at the Haut de la Garenne, I wrote the following Email to BBC News24 about the stark contrast that exists between what the police on Jersey are currently now doing and what the Metropolitan Police in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea are doing 24/7 and have been for many years.

There are similarities in the these two locations with regard to wealth and cover up for image management reasons. In very wealthy areas like Jersey and the Royal Borough there is a need to pretend that the best job possible is being carried out, and that the government is the best. This can lead to situations where cover ups occur to preserve this image. Once people who are disposed to violence ralise that problems will be covered up, they learn how to game the situation.

As long as they play the denial game and find a scapegoat especailly one like me who reports rality as it is, they are then welcomed by those in authority for preserving the image even though they are the ones who are carrying out the child abuse. They make up stories that are accepted rather than the truth since it is more convenient for those in power to perpetuate the fabrications rather than recognise the truth.

In this manner child abuse and adult abuse gets suppressed while the abusers are elevated to positions of quasi authority to attack those who report problems, and in this situation as I've experienced, they are are given surveillance technology to maintain the false image and scapegoat game. Many people benefit from this activity by preserving their personal and organisational image. The wealthy who control such environments do not want to know about problems. They want everything to appear to be magnificent. This unleashes those who create problems and then attack anyone who reports them since it is not the problem that is the problem but the reporting of it.

That's why it's no surprise to see the decades of institutional child abuse now emerging on the island of Jersey, nor should it actually surprise me that I have been viciously attacked, vilified and abused in the extreme after I reported child abuse in the Royal Borough. Here those in tenant management serving the power interests of those who actually control and dominate the Council create an image that they are doing well with minimal problems. They cannot have someone reporting serious problems and continue to report those problems as they get worse and worse because they are being hidden.

That's where the other elements of the police, NHS health professionals, social services and various civil servants and elected government officials are brought into to help with the suppression of the truth that they do not want to see the light of day. Everyone wants to maintain his/her position, and this is done by going along with those at the top of the power pyramid who want to create the illusion that all is well. These others at ground level carry out the necessary fabrications and image management required to blame one person with a myriad of fabricated allegations to discredit what is being documented and reported.

It should be no surprise to anyone that such corruption involves a large number of people. The first defense of those who perpetrate such suppression and manipulation is that it could not possibly involve so many people, but it does, and it's easy to see how a few key people can keep; everyone else in line while also sidelining anyone else who wants to tell it like it is. The real problem results with the criminal feeling free to flourish and carry out antisocial and criminal behaviour. This attracts others from elsewhere to the environment who act in a similar manner.

Thus, the community turns into an environment where crime and antisocial behaviour flourish that finally explodes into everyone's consciousness as a problem. That's when scapegoats, finger pointing and the blame game take over from those who have been trained to maintain a fabricated scenario. This is how children are raised. It's sort of like allowing the Krays to control the East End because there is no appearance of violence and crime. Those in authority believe that this is the best method to operate until they learn the hard way when the violent and crime explode.

In today's society where drugs are so prevalent turning over the an environment to the violent abusers and druggies will result in the destruction of many lives most especially those of the children who are not going to be allowed to develop properly. Tenant management has turned into a criminal organisation who perpetuate crime in the interest of image preservation at the expense of the lives of everyone in the corrupt self interest of the very few. The police, NHS health professionals and others go along with this because it reflects image management from a source of power and control.

Thus, the police are acting in the exact opposite of the way they should. This most likely occurred in the past on Jersey, and it is most certainly occurring today in the Royal Borough as it has for the last decade with the extensive police participation in suppression and control by the use of surveillance technology. The police in the Royal Borough act in a control manner and not in a law enforcement manner. This opens up the door for those who manipulate them with their false allegations to carry out the control function in the community. This impacts other government departments and organisations in the same way.

The terrible consequences of this in an environment like this results in the creation of more terrorists as has already occurred on 21.07.2005 from the "dud" bombers some of whom lived nearby and created their explosives nearby. A rucksack with explosives was dumped in Wormwood Scrubs and one of the bombers failed to detonate his rucksack bomb on the Hammersmith and City Line tube train as it stopped at the Shepherd's Bush station on its way to Hammersmith. The police raids on 28.07.2008 and trial information of these people revealed how close they worked and lived to where I live along with one of their possible targets.

The abuse of power which has been carried out with this surveillance technology for almost a decade in this environment and well known to everyone is just the kind of thing which will push the potential terrorist over the edge. It appears as if this has already happened. Crime and drugs along with antisocial behaviour are not the only problems of this environment. Terrorism is all too real here as well. It is most important to get everything right for the right reason and not be misled by the bully criminal who seeks to hide child abuse and violence in an image management Council.

Subject: Haut de la Garenne police confirmed report that a former carer tried to intimidate a victim.
Date: Saturday 01 March 2008 14:19

To: news24@bbc.co.uk

This was another excellent coverage of the news conference from Haut de la Garenne today.

I was quite struck by the fact that the Deputy Chief of Police Lenny Harper confirmed reports from last night that a former carer had approached a victim in an attempt to intimidate him/her. He went on to point out that this was a perversion of the course of justice and commented upon this at length.

This is how I've been describing my continuing abuse by those whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 and continued to report for ongoing child abuse in further correspondence to the police (early August 1998 and after) and the Prime Minister (September 1999).

At each point the massive effort against me using surveillance technology was initially installed then escalated with greater and greater intimidation and abuse carried out to injure me, discredit what I reported and destroy my activity.

The Deputy Chief just came back on with more to say about this that the police were quite concerned about any efforts against anyone intended to "prevent or change their story and will be seen as a serious criminal offense." He went on to say "We know that it has happened in the last 36 hours."

It was brought to their attention during the media briefing yesterday afternoon which was the one you cut away from and did not rejoin I was sorry to see yesterday. You missed some very important information that needed to be broadcast at the time it occurred although your coverage has been otherwise superb. Stick with these news conferences please.

As you can see by this incident, these people who engage in child abuse are quite capable of anything to try to hide and continue the cover up of their activity. It is a very bold move for anyone to do this especially given the media coverage in Jersey, but one with which I am all too familiar.

I've been subjected to 9.5 years of 24/7 surveillance technology abuse driven by the mother of the abused children who makes every effort to intimidate me including direct efforts to destroy all that I do and try to kill me by the use of the surveillance technology and continuous 24/7 direct harassment which they incite in other people.

She is aided and abetted in this by Lt Harry Bird (who arrived seven years ago with his most sophisticated surveillance technology at a time when I initiated proceedings in the High Court), other members of her family including at least one abused child and many others who are attracted to sadistic abuse situations.

She was just advised to "be careful" as I write this. I can hear what they say as a result of the nature of the surveillance technology facility for the electromagnetic radiation transmission of sound.

What is even more devastating in this situation concerns the police, NHS and other departments of government including elected officials as well as civil servants participating in this activity. The need to cover up is quite strong.

I have never done anything at all at any time, yet I am subjected to extreme intimidation by a massive effort to make false allegations and false negative characterisations against me supported and sustained by the power derived from the use of surveillance technology.

While it might be refreshing to see the Jersey Deputy Chief making his comments while determined to enforce the law, this is being done under worldwide media attention. I have to point out that the victims on Jersey have not been heard in the past to the extent of such a determined effort. In fact, Peter Sissons just pointed out that such intimidation tends to confirm its prior existence as part of a former and now ongoing cover up.

And, I must also point out that as long as those who have abused children think that they can get away with intimidation in any manner, they will do so either in Jersey, here or anywhere else. The sad fact is that the police in North Kensington are not at present anywhere near the standard that policing has reached at this point on Jersey which might very well be due to the media attention.

This point was raised yesterday at a news conference evidently by the media which alerted the police to carry out an investigation of this alleged intimidation in order for the police to reach a conclusion that it most likely did occur.

So what are you going to do about this child and adult abuse cover up problem that has persisted in North Kensington near the BBC for almost a decade?

3. Brown's rallying call to Labour.

Brown's rallying call to Labour

Prime Minister Gordon Brown
Gordon Brown set out Labour's stall ahead of local elections

Gordon Brown has attempted to breathe fire into the belly of Labour activists by telling them: "Let us build the Britain of our dreams."

The prime minister told Labour's spring conference in Birmingham the past few months had not been easy for the party.

But he urged it to work for victory at May's local elections, as only Labour could deliver the change voters wanted.

It was his first speech to the party since his decision not to call a general election in October.

Mr Brown received a standing ovation from delegates for the speech, which avoided big policy announcements in favour of setting out his vision for the future.

He urged activists to "embrace a new age of ambition" and told them a "Britain of security and opportunity for all is within our grasp".

Brown's rallying call to Labour

4. This is the song of the control freak. I wrote the following Email after I heard a portion of the Prime Minister's speech on BBC News24 before the BBC News article noted above was available on the BBC web site. I was so moved by his obvious hypocrisy which I have experienced for a decade that I wrote the following Email immediately to expose his doublethink and equivocation on words used to gain favour with the public when, in fact, he is carrying a big club for control purposes which is the reality of this Labour government. A copy of it was sent to the leader of the Conservative Party, David Cameron.

Subject: Mush Mouth Buster Browniski does it again. He sings the tune, but the reality is entirely different. This is the song of the control freak when one fully comprehends his doublethink.

You broadcast the Prime Minister's speech this morning of which I noted these bits:

"Not some talents for some people but all talents for all people."

"Rights and responsibilities"

"For all who play by the rules"

"that is what I mean be fairness to hard working families"

Thus saith Buster Browniski:

"When we let one life be degraded by early poverty . . ."

His actions and the actions of this government in this Labour Councillor Notting Barns Ward with its Labour MP Karen Buck for North Kensington at the Lancaster West Estate have used surveillance technology to ensure that those like me who report problems "play by the rules" instead.

What are those rules? Don't report problems that make the government and local tenant management look bad.

The fairness that he means is the fairness of the child abuser to be able to use the surveillance technology 24/7 for almost a decade against the person who reported the child abuse so that these children were not deprived of the opportunity to develop properly from an early age.

He has instituted control to ensure that the elected Labour Party officials can get elected again and again based upon an image that does not reflect reality.

In fact, while Chancellor he knowingly financed this activity for suppression thus doubly impacting the community in a negative way for a decade just as his taxation policies impacted the economy in a most negative way, e.g., the taxation of dividends.

This shifted the asset allocation decision for institutional investors like pension funds away from equities and into property thereby increasing the prices of property and attracting many others to join in for other investment reasons, e.g., buy and let. The symbol of this debacle has ultimately been the collapse and takeover by the government of Northern Rock.

This surveillance technology policy used for control purposes for almost a decade against me has actually turned values and standards in the community upside down so that antisocial and criminal behaviour have become the standards.

The children have not had the opportunity to develop properly into independent, productive human beings. Instead, they have grown up to be abusive bullies dependent upon those in power for their well being. This means that the child abusing adults have set this standard for all children in this environment.

Those who "do not play by the rules" and try to maintain proper standards are subjected to extreme abuse or the implied threat of that abuse carried out against one person but known to all.

It's pathetic to hear Buster Browniski mouth these platitudes since they are diametrically opposed to what has actually been done by this government with the results now so visible at the local level. Just like Northern Rock, local tenant management in the Royal Borough has collapsed.

Local tenant management has been destroyed as an effective management activity for the tenants as a whole. It has degenerated into criminal organisations where the very few have maintained control and carried on with their cover up of criminal activity along with their gross mismanagement and maladministration.

Investigate what is happening with the Lancaster West Estate Management Board (EMB) and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea's Tenant Management Organisation (TMO). You will see that these organisations are in turmoil as a result of their image management and criminal activity sustaining the surveillance technology abuse and control activity. They have perpetuated a massive fraud based upon intense criminal activity to earn first a two-star (2003) and then a three-star (2006) tenant management rating to defraud the government of £40 million while putting the safety and health of thosands of people directly at risk.

The TMO had an unlawful deficit of £200,000 in its last fiscal year. It's Chief Executive left last year to be replaced by only a part-time Chief Executive [on an interim basis of only one year] who is also the Chief Executive for a TMO in north London. The TMO Board of Directors is in a turmoil with an extraordinary general meeting called for 17th March 2008 to remove two board members and strike them off as TMO members.

The EMB degenerated to a handful of people for its Board where the number should have 12. These five people did not constitute a quorum for decision making a year ago. The by-laws had to be changed. These five people were the few that tried to control the gross mismanagement, maladministration, abuse and crimes in which they have engaged. There was a former EMB Chair, an apparent married couple, a Labour Party Councillor and another who controlled the EMB but were not a quorum until they changed the by-laws.

Here's the impact reality of what Buster Browniski has done at the local level in an environment with elected officials from the Labour Party. A decade of surveillance technology abuse has destroyed everything in this community including government, management, adults and children. This is what he really means by "fairness," "rights and responsibilities" and "playing by the rules."

He wants players who will kowtow to the party line with obedience from all to whatever those in power want no matter what it is. The evidence for this is now available in the community as I've touched on above. I've documented extensively the antisocial and criminal impact that has resulted in recent years getting worse and worse up until now.

The criminal has taken over local control much like what has happened at Haut de la Garenne on Jersey only this is the first decade of that abuse.

The real question is what he means by "talents?" Are these for bullying and abuse? A disposition to use surveillance technology as a lethal weapon indefinitely? The sheer brutality and disregard for any standards including lying continuously about everything from a position of power against those who seek to maintain proper standards?

Are these the talents which will be rewarded with positions of authority in local control and for locally elected officials and MPs?

This Labour government has destroyed the UK, and it's going to take a long time to recover if that is possible at all. A generation of children have been lost.

'Mend broken politics' - Cameron

David Cameron at Llandudno
David Cameron spoke of public disappointment after Labour's 11 years

Conservative leader David Cameron has told the Welsh party conference that he wants a "mass movement for change".

He told delegates in Llandudno: "Public faith in our political institutions is draining away."

Mr Cameron said that "people in Wales were fed up with Labour" and only the Conservatives offered a new agenda.

He said there was a breakdown of public faith in the political system, with a need to end spin, directly engage the public and "mend broken politics".

Mr Cameron blamed the behaviour of a minority of politicians of all parties and also behaviour in the Commons.

But he also pointed "broken promises" by Labour on European referendum and tuition fees.

He also attacked Labour's "systematic culture of spin" and "top-down, centralising control," which had left so many people "giving up on politics".

Mr Cameron said Prime Minister Gordon Brown was making things worse.
