"ID cards are of 'limited value' ""ID cards would be of "limited value" against terror and would not have prevented the London attacks in July, says the reviewer of anti-terror laws.":http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/4659228.stmBrain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology is quite real and has been used against me in this country 24/7 for the past five years since February 2001. This surveillance technology keys on the electromagnetic radiation halo surrounding each person's head (and body as well) which is unique to that person. This can be identified and followed by satellite for tracking, monitoring and feedback purposes when the halo's "print" is known. For details of this surveillance technology capability see my web site (URL in sidebar) and this web journal. Such surveillance would be an effective tool against individuals and small terror cells. ID cards will provide the opportunity to identify and record each person's electromagnetic radiation halo around the head and will provide a means for identifying, tracking and monitoring anyone anywhere by satellite. For this reason ID cards will be very effective in the fight against terrorism, but this aspect of its usage is largely unknown to everyone. There is little doubt in my mind that the Government will use this biometric "print" which can be taken simultaneous with an iris scan for example. Parliament needs to be fully aware of what most likely will be done with the usage of ID cards so that proper controls can be put into place to prevent its abuse to which I've been subjected for the past five years.
