My experience over the holidays when dealing with the DWP indicates administrative problems persist there. Do these result from similar administrative problems which have surfaced from his campaign contributions administration which occurred as a result of his running for Deputy Leader of the Labour Party?
- Manufactured concern and worry continue unabated. Some examples of the verbal abuse from today and comments about those who witness what happens but ultimately do not stop it.
- Cannabis abuse rates 'soaring'. It's a dangerous drug. Pay attention to those who have problems with it and do not have the same problems. Mind altering substances do just that: alter the brain and destroy its proper functioning. Read Susan Greenwood's brilliant books about the brain. Don't mess it up especially while it's developing which goes on until about the age of sixteen.
- Vomiting bug 'hits three million'. Returning to this nasty stomach bug which is rampaging in the UK and rampaging in the altered minds of those carrying out the surveillance abuse against me claiming that I was "infected." An apparent NHS medical professional continues to say "He has to vomit first."

On the surface it appears that Peter Hain is not one to pay attention to administrative needs in two separate areas relating to his responsibilities.

Peter Hain has been reported to the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner for failing to declare £103,156 in gifts to his Labour deputy leader bid.
The watchdog will investigate whether the work and pensions secretary broke the rules on MPs' conduct.
Downing Street said Gordon Brown had "full confidence" in Mr Hain, who has said his failure to declare the donations was an innocent mistake.
But Plaid Cymru has called for Mr Hain, who is also Welsh secretary, to resign.
The Conservatives have held back from calling for Mr Hain's resignation, pending the outcome of the investigation by standards commissioner John Lyon.
But Tory work and pensions spokesman Chris Grayling, said: "If he gets severely criticised by the standards commissioner I think there will be very real doubts about his future."

I turned 65 on 19.12.2007 and found myself dealing with the DWP for the first time in years. I have been in receipt of Pension Credit up to 19.12.2007 and have had no need to deal with them. Everything worked fine until this point (well almost, but I won't go into that other problem which emerged last spring).
1. I had not been sent a package several months earlier for my pension claim. This was confirmed when I called on the day before my 65th birthday, 18.12.2007, to enquire about my pension.
I was told that my file an "not been marked" for receipt of a pension claim package, and that is why I did not receive one.
2. The woman processed and awarded my pension claim on the 18th of December 2007 by telephone and said she would coordinate with the Pension Claim department to net this amount against my Pension Credit.
Whatever happened at this point resulted in my not receiving a weekly payment on Monday, 24.12.2007, as should have occurred. I called, but the DWP Pension Credit was closed on Christmas Eve.
3. I called on Thursday, 27.12.2007, after Christmas and Boxing Day to enquire about the failed payment.
Although I asked that it be put through as a bank transfer (for security and ease of payment reasons) as always even though it would take a few extra days, a Giro was drawn and posted to me that very day. I did get this the next day in the post on Friday, 28.12.2007, for the "net" amount of the Pension Credit less the Pension Claim for 24.12.2007 to 06.01.2008.
4. I then had to deal with the amount still unpaid from the Pension Claim which has finally sorted itself out (I hope) by this time although I have just had to call them again about a letter just received yesterday.
I have had five separate pieces of correspondence since 18.12.2007 from Pension Credit and Pension Claim after several telephone calls with this last letter dated 03.01.2008 but not received until 10.01.2007.

These people were always very nice and patient making every effort as far as I could tell to make certain this got done properly during the Christmas and New Year's holidays when they were short staffed and had limited working days. They told me some information which indicated why there were further problems.
There are two different departments in the same building: Pension Credit and Pension Claim. When I called, I got through to Pension Credit always who then had to coordinate with Pension Claim. This evidently caused difficulty. I was told that they were going to merge these two departments into one to facilitate processing. As it was, there were obvious problems while there were two different departments.
I was also told that they handled 11 million pension claimants. Wow! That is a big number. Blending in Pension Credit and the Minimum Income Guarantee (MIG) along with Pension Claim together for a significant number of these 11 million creates obvious problems.
A. Processing Pension Claims several months in advance would have eliminated all these problems, but I was not notified by sending me a package because my file was not ticked for such receipt.
B. Not consolidating the Pension Credit and Pension Claim departments for those who receive both by allowing one person to take care of all the details creates a serious problem.
C. Stopping my Pension Credit payments was extraordinary and could be potentionally a very serious problem in that I had to keep paying bills such as heat and hot water which I could not do without this income.
D. My Pension Claim would have reduced my Pension Credit regardless of what I did. This was understandable and one of the reasons I called on 18.12.2007. If I am entitled to other monies, then I have to report this. This could have created further problems which I do not need.
All in all I wonder about Peter Hain as Secretary of State for DWP as well as Wales while he also ran for Deputy Party Leader this past summer.
The administrative problems which he claims occurred with respect to his campaign contributions raise questions about his administrative abilities and how that has impacted the DWP with my recent experience over the holidays as an example of the administration at the DWP not being up to standard although the people I dealt with did all they could given the current structure as far as I could tell.
Is Peter Hain really fit to be a minister of state and especially one for two separate jobs including Wales when so much attention is required for the DWP which is a huge department that does many different things for the people of this country.
On top of these new responsibilities of his I wonder why he ran for Labour Party Deputy Leader? It appears as if everything suffered from problems as a result.

2. Manufactured concern and worry continue unabated. The continuous 24/7 abuse rolls on nonstop. I was reminded by the above situation about some abuse which occurred back c 2003 relating to age discrimination reflecting bigotry and hatred. The most amazing aspect of this extreme unlawful and criminal behaviour is that it is witnessed by others who do not bring this to a halt.
BS, the mother of the abused children, who was uses the surveillance technology nonstop 24/7 said" He's old. He's going to die. Young people should live there." Or, perhaps she said "Give his flat to the young." Whatever she precisely said, it was clear that she was inciting others to remove me from my home in order for her and her partner to move in. This flies in the face of every standard regarding the allocation of social housing. Despite witnesses she was allowed to continue with her 24/7 abuse using the surveillance technology as a lethal weapon.
At another point during the same year c 2003, her partner said that they should go elsewhere and find another flat. She refused. Subsequent to this at a later time perhaps c 2004 a woman who was older explictly tried to get BS to stop making a claim on my home by telling her that they would get her another flat. She vehemently refused this offer. It was clears as it always has been that she is totally obsessed with having me removed from my home so that she could occupy the premises.
Not many months ago while the music was blasting away from below, a little girl from nearby asked a boy associated with the flat below why they were blasting the music. She asked "Why are you doing that?" The male child replied "We're trying to drive him out." The bigotry, hatred and abuse is carried over to the children and passed along from generation to generation as is the child abuse.
A couple hours ago while I was in the bathroom, a male said "I'm worried about him." After a short bit, he went on to ask "What does he do up there." It's none of his business, but these people are using totally invasive surveillance technology against me and should know all the answers to such questions. Instead, they try to raise questions and doubt in other people's minds to undermine and create an uncertainty when they know precisely everything that is happening.

After what happened a week ago about this time, it appears that he finally suckered someone into his trap to carry out a criminal act on his behalf based upon false allegations and false negative characterisations intended to emotionally charge the atmosphere and bring about a vigilante mob reaction.
Fri Jan 11 15:45:37 GMT 2008: "Animal," said Lt Harry Bird making an effort to dehumanise which carries a whole range of such words like "Elephant," "Monkey, "Snake" and so on. Recently, a cricket player in Australia was suspended for three matches when he called a member of the opposing Indian team a "Monkey." This is an attempt to make abuse more palatable for everyone by carrying it out against something characterised as being subhuman. A few mornings ago, a male said "He's a human being" when witnessing the kind of abuse to which I was being subjected.
I made a verbal note on the PR at that time about this ongoing dehumanisation effort. This is what the US military are taught about their "enemy" in order to assuage guilt when killing. It's part of the torture process involving cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. Other abuse is far more degrading, etc.
These people acting as observers or whatever who change in regular shifts seem to think that by making statements like this it will change the behaviour of Lt Harry Bird and BS which has been going on for nine years and five months 24/7 so far. They aren't naive. They are just covering themselves while they allow extreme abuse to continue. Then, I get more verbal abuse while writing what is actually happening as I did above when Lt Harry Bird said "Bastard." To provide the complete log of what is happening would be both boring, highly repetitive and voluminous.
They do all they can to play on people's fears, hatred and ignorance.
Fri Jan 11 16:02:17 GMT 2008: "Release him," said a male. This kind of statement also heard as "Let him go" intrigues me as to its meaning. How can I be "released" if I am not held captive? They apparently believe that I am their captive which causes others to make these kinds of statements from time to time. It never happens and meets with a flat refusal with Lt Harry Bird declaring that I am a "prisoner" or "inmate."
When I bring this to the attention of the Home Office as I have done numerous times in the past years, I am further abused with claims that I am imagining this abuse from the use of surveillance technology. They like to push this under the carpet by claiming that I am mentally ill.
The abuse is all too real as these other people note but do nothing to actually stop it. This abuse usually causes Lt Harry Bird and BS to go into a long list of false allegations and false negative characterisations which apparently they feel justifies their actions to carry out the complete abolition of human and legal rights enabling them to do whatever they please with the use of the surveillance technology. They are judge, jury, prison system, democratic rule of law, law enforcement and legal justice system all rolled together.

At first he used to yell the US Marine Corps shout "Right now" when ordering people around and doing so 30 or more times in a row. "Can't help himself" reflects a double standard which permit Lt Harry Bird and BS to get away with behaviour while they use it against me as a condemnation. They have no control reflecting emotional disturbance. This does not apply to me. They use it to smokescreen their own erratic and uncontrolled behaviour.

The number of adults seeking medical help for cannabis addiction has risen by 50% since Labour downgraded the drug, health authority figures show.
Over 16,500 adults sought treatment for cannabis use in England in 2006/7 compared with 11,057 two years earlier when the drug moved from Class B to C.
Currently 500 adults and children are being treated in England each week.
The Department of Health said the rise in treatment reflected improvements in drug treatment and not cannabis use.
But Marjorie Wallace of the mental health charity SANE said the reality was now that hospital beds were filling up with people suffering the effects of cannabis addiction, depriving others from treatment.
Figures also show hospitals are treating more than 1,000 cases of alcohol-related problems a day.
Drug and alcohol campaigners said the data showed young people were particularly at risk.

I guess they are waiting and watching for this bug to hit me so that they can take action suitable to their criminal objective. But, if this is the case, they are going against the advice for those with this highly contagious bug to remain home, do not seek medical assistance and let it run its own natural course. I always do when these things hit which is infrequently for me.

Vomiting bug 'hits three million'

Almost three million people have been affected by the norovirus stomach bug so far this winter, figures suggest.
Surveillance from the Health Protection Agency shows cases in England and Wales are double those seen last year.
Doctors advise people to stay at home for 48 hours after symptoms have gone to cut the risk of the bug spreading. /p>
The HPA said the norovirus season began unusually early. For every one of the 1,922 reported cases, it is estimated another 1,500 have been unreported.
These cases will have been in people who did not visit the doctor.
This equates to around 2.8 million people affected so far this winter and the virus is still circulating.
Norovirus - also known as winter vomiting disease - is the most common cause of infectious gastroenteritis in the UK.
Hospitals have been affected by outbreaks with many wards around the country having to close to new admissions to prevent the spread of the illness.
