1. "What comes next," asked Deputy chief constable of Hampshire Ian Readhead. Well, it's already here. Mr Readhead was expressing concern about CCTV cameras in rural locations indicating that we were moving toward an "Orwellian society." Dear Mr Readhead: we've gone way beyond anything George Orwell might have dreamed in his imagination or any one else's for that matter. I appreciate his concern, but why are the police so short on facts about reality in this country? Could it be that the post Orweillian socieity that already exists in the UK is misleading and blinding the police and others as I've watched occur in this environment for many years? A senior police officer has said he fears the spread of CCTV cameras is leading to "an Orwellian situation".
Deputy chief constable of Hampshire Ian Readhead said Britain could become a surveillance society with cameras on every street corner.
He told the BBC's Politics Show that CCTV was being used in small towns and villages where crime rates were low.
Mr Readhead also called for the retention of some DNA evidence and the use of speed cameras to be reviewed.
His force area includes the small town of Stockbridge, where parish councillors have spent £10,000 installing CCTV.
Mr Readhead questioned whether the relatively low crime levels justified the expense and intrusion.
'Every street corner?'
"I'm really concerned about what happens to the product of these cameras, and what comes next?" he said.

2. Margaret Hodge wants to debate the assignment of social housing by excluding immigrants in favour of the local yokels who were immigrants only a generation ago. What she is really talking about is rehousing in favour of those who vote Labour. What she is not mentioning is that this has been underway already in this country by the use of surveillance technology to drive the undesirables (Irish, such as myself) out of their homes in favour of the local yokels who support Labour. Oh, and these are also the criminal and antisocial types who seek ethnic cleansing. Ain't Margaret Hodge really with it? There is no need of the BNP any longer. Here's the reborn Labour party government under Gordon Brown.
Let's look at the Lancaster West Estate as an example. It is in the Notting Barns Ward of the Royal Borough of Chelsea & Kensington. North Kensington to be precise whose MP is none other than Karen Buck of the Labour party. The Royal Borough has some 54 Councillors of which only a mere four are Labour. Three of those are from the Notting Barns Ward. That's right. The Lancaster West Estate is a Labour stronghold thanks to tenant management. I am not talking about the Council wide Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) but that other tenant management organisation created by the Council: the Lancaster West Estate Management Board aka EMB.
The Labour party, i.e., this government, rules the Lancaster West Estate by its three Labour Councillors, Labour MP and EMB. The TMO has recently told me that the EMB manages the Lancaster West Estate despite the fact that my tenancy agreement is with the TMO. Every effort has been made by tenant management of whatever stripe and the local Councillors to get rid of me by using surveillance technology as a weapon of choice through the govenment and its imported thugs. They have been at this 24/7 for eight and three quarter years.
There is no doubt about the fact that this is a rehousing and ethnic cleansing project. For many years the key person using the surveillance technology, BS the mother of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse, has claimed my flat as her "house." She has been told that she will get this flat when she gets me out. She has never deviated from her total obsession toward that end by using surveillance technology 24/7 as a weapon against me to destroy my activity and life. She has threatened to bomb me out of here in the summer of 2001. The attacks with the use of the surveillance technology 24/7 are ceaseless. She is never absent from its use and never stops with the continuous verbal abuse.
This is a hate crime extraordinary focusing on race, religion, age and whatever other bigoted allegation they can fabricate. They, Lt Harry Bird, BS and others, have no compunction against engaging in a multitude of criminal acts to secure my demise and/or removal by force from my home. This is ethnic cleansing and most certainly xenophobic hatred. This is what Margaret Hodge is really talking about, and this is what she will unleash with her "discussion" about favouring those who vote Labour over immigrants. The Labour party and this government never ceases to amaze as it sinks to the lowest depths of depravity.

Minister Margaret Hodge has said UK families should get priority over immigrants for council housing.
She said a "transparent" points system giving weight to length of residence, citizenship and national insurance contributions would be fairer.
Mrs Hodge, who was born in Egypt, said rules should "promote tolerance rather than inviting division".
The Refugee Council said arrivals from new EU states had limited access to benefits, and condemned the comments.
Industry ministry Mrs Hodge, writing in the Observer, said "difficult questions" had to be debated.

White working class voters are being "tempted" by the British National Party as they feel Labour is not listening to their concerns, a minister has said.
Employment minister Margaret Hodge said the BNP could win seats in her Barking constituency in May's council polls.
She said the area's "difficult" change from a white area to a multi-racial community had caused some people to seek out "scapegoats".
The BNP said Labour were ignoring fears over "mass immigration" to the UK
In last year's general election the BNP polled third in Barking, east London, receiving 17% of the vote.
'Frightened'
Mrs Hodge told BBC Radio 4's The World This Weekend: "The political class as a whole is often frightened of engaging in the very difficult issues of race and...the BNP then exploits that and try and create out of a perception a reality which is not the reality of people's lives."
She added that Labour had to promote its achievements to the electorate.

"We also have to go out and say very, very strongly the benefits of the new, rich multi-racial society which is part of this part of London for me."
She said the change from a white working class community to a multi-racial community was "difficult".

3. An incredibly loud blast from the thumping bass music below started about 1742 and cut off about 1758 running for just over 15 minutes. After a few minutes this was followed by a hard, loud door slam from below that sounded like a rifle shot. It was a really loud crack. There was also verbal abuse from those using the surveillance technology (Lt Harry Bird and BS) while this was happening and some yelling outside afterwards.
Last night after the loud, hard thumping bass music from below as noted here, BS said "We're testing him." She has said this before when they get caught creating deliberate provocations. "Testing him" is a euphemism for provocation hoping to cause a problem. This is the coordinated activity of the bullies in action using surveillance technology as a weapon. What's that about Big Brother and the Orwellian society noted above.
It's the same as torturing an animal in a cage from all sides including top and bottom and with surveillance technology verbal abuse sound. This fifteen minute blast makes it impossible to contact the Council's noise nuisance call out service even if it functioned properly which it does not. The antisocial types know this and seek to blast away intentionally for short periods to cause as much disruption as possible while not getting caught at it. That's why I record and publish it as I do for the record which can be accessed by anyone to verify what is actually taking place. This also supports any complaint someone else might want to make.

B. Sunday, 20th May 2007, at 17:44:08 to 17:45:43. Loud thumping music from below from the living room into the hall, bathroom, front door and bedroom at 17:44:56; window sill.
The above loud thumping bass music was so high that the singing itself could be heard clearly from the bathroom to the bedroom and from its window sill. This verifies that it is coming from below since it comes into all rooms of the flat as the same extremely loud music noise nuisance. What will be next?
Sun May 20 18:30:25 BST 2007: "We caught him," said a male from the left front window direction. I wonder what that means? Was this a set up? How could that possibly be so construed? Lt Harry Bird and BS were engaged in some screeched and bellowed denials while I was writing the above thus using the surveillance technology real time to monitor what I document while making every effort to discredit it. This was accompanied by abusive name calling that is not even worthy of an infant. Everybody joins in to carry out as much abuse as possible with this surveillance technology coordinated antisocial and criminal behaviour. This is most definitely post neo Orweillian society.
4. 1915 thumping bass music starts again from below but not so loud this time although disruptive and disturbing nonetheless. It penetrates my headsets which I use to keep my sound to myself. How long will this last? The great uncertainty principle. BS and her mother scream at the least little drop of a pin. BS even commented that they could hear the light switch. With surveillance technology they can hear everything and manufacture whatever exaggeration or false allegations suits their purpose.

D. Sunday, 20th May 2007, at 19:27:20 to 19:29:03. Loud thumping music from below from the living room into the hall (children playing in the Walkway), bathroom, front door and bedroom at 19:28:18; window sill (chime noise from me).
E. Sunday, 20th May 2007, at 19:29:10 to 19:30:42. Walkway with children playing with exceptionally loud noises. Moved from the thumping music bedroom in the hall and front door. Woman with the children. A loud "Wooo" sound. Music could be heard still. Then back into the living room with the loud, thumping music still going.
Sun May 20 19:38:42 BST 2007: Thumping bass music stopped a moment ago. There was another run at this excessive noise nuisance for just under 25 minutes starting off softly but noticeable then building to a loud, thumping bass music sound that joined with the antisocial behaviour from the smaller children in the Walkway who must think all this noise is just the best of all things to do and other people be damned. One feeds on the other and creates this noise nuisance antisocial behaviour all around complete with the abuse from Lt Harry Bird and BS using the surveillance technology while I prepared this entry.
Two of these noise nuisance incidents blasting away so far tonight like last night. What's next? Last weekend when this was going on Son of BS told one of the children playing in the Walkway while the music bass was blasting from below "We're trying to [drive/get] him out? I guess this is part of that pattern of activity last night and now tonight. If those in authority cannot solve a simple, obvious noise nuisance problem like this, they cannot possibly be depended upon to solve anything more complicated or serious.
5. Has another water tight compartment breached below the water line for this government? Does this have whiffs of the UK's version of the Iran/Contra scandal in the US from the 1980s? The police are looking for a back channel into Number Ten through Lord Powell the brother of Jonathan Power, Blair's Chief of Staff. The problem involves the investigation into alleged bribes paid by BAE to the Saudis to keep them buying aircraft. The issue involves whether or not Number Ten was party to an attempt to pervert the course of justice by stopping the investigation. This is ugly.

Police hunt arms trail in Downing Street

Police investigating alleged corruption by Britain’s biggest defence company sought access to Downing Street’s computer system to trawl for e-mails sent by and to Jonathan Powell, Tony Blair’s chief of staff.

Carter on Blair Former US President Jimmy Carter has criticised outgoing British Prime Minister Tony Blair for his "blind" support of the war in Iraq.
Mr Carter told the BBC Mr Blair's backing for US President George W Bush had been "apparently subservient".
He said the UK's "almost undeviating" support for "the ill-advised policies of President Bush in Iraq had been a major tragedy for the world".
His comments came as Mr Blair paid what is likely to be his last visit to Iraq.

Bush White House fires back at Jimmy Carter
Crawford, Texas (Reuters) - The White House on Sunday fired back at former President Jimmy Carter, calling him "increasingly irrelevant" a day after Carter described George W. Bush's presidency as the worst in history in international relations.
Carter, a Democrat, said on Saturday in an interview with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that "as far as the adverse impact on the nation around the world, this administration has been the worst in history."
