1. Hazel Blears, the Chair of the Labour Party, appeared in an interview on BBC's Breakfast TV this morning. She discussed the Labour Party's, i.e., this government's, interaction in the future with the public. I sent the following Email after hearing what she had to say.

This derived from the Downing Street "Citizens" Forum which is meeting today consisting of ordinary citizens. The question which was posed as an example is whether more police should be on the street even if it means at the expense of investigations for more serious crimes? This is a loaded question. There should not be a problem or trade off between police on the street and investigations. Technology exists to carry out both far more efficiently to utilise the same manpower for effective investigations while maintaining more police on the street. That technology is not being used to its fullest capacity. Also, is this bypassing Parliament with Number Ten going over the heads of the MPs to the public?

The problem exists with respect to the abuse of technology with regard to so-called "investigations" where it is misdirected and has been misdirected in my direct experience for the past eight and one-half years. There is no investigation here and never has been with the use and abuse of this surveillance technology. The extensive police involvement in this surveillance activity being carried out against me for years has been a deliberate and knowing abuse by the police present who have faked it to perpetuate the crimes being carried out against me with the use of the surveillance technology. This government is loading questions while it keeps the real information from the public about situations like mine as I describe in the Email below. People like me never get the opportunity to bring out very serious problems which would expose these kinds of questions as highly manipulative.

It is up to the media to report on these situations that I am experiencing especially since I communicate extensively what is occurring to the media, but that is not happening either. While reporting this news item this morning, a somewhat cynical question was asked concerning the results of such a public consultation. He asked if the notes dutifully taken by civil servants wouldn't find their way into the dustbin? Of course, the same could be asked about my Emails to those in public authority including ministers of state and the media as well. Do these just find their way onto a siding where they are ignored? This is why I publish this information here in this web journal in the hopes that the truth will get out to the public because the government and the media are not serving the public's interest where it counts the most in getting at the grass roots stories which have grave implications for everyone.

Oh, yes, the government is also spending taxpayer's money on this exercise which is essentially a Labout Party exercise.

Subject: Hazel Blears: what about police on the streets?

"The government engaging with the public in a proper way . . ." said Hazel Blears. "A really serious attempt to engage the public over the next ten years to make the public services better," she went on more or less.

This government has not engaged the public properly during the past ten years. This has created a foundation that will preclude proper engagement in the future by this government.

When I moved into the this flat in May 1996 under the Tory government, I used to see the police on the streets frequently everywhere in this environment. I was quite pleased to see them out in the neighbourhood.

After Labour took over a year later in May 1997, the police on the streets disappeared. Their absence was quite noticeable.

Since then the use of surveillance technology has grown beyond anyone's imagination. The problem is that those in professional capacities have gotten everything wrong. The surveillance technology was placed at the disposal of the criminal and antisocial people whom I had reported for this behaviour to use against me to cover up their crimes while continuing them.

The result has been an increase in violence and antisocial behaviour including the attack on a police officer while on daylight bicycle patrol nearby in October 2005. If the police aren't safe, we, the public, certainly aren't safe.

The police and other professionals have participated in the creation of a surveillance society. By this I mean the total invasion of privacy and confidentiality inside my home and everywhere else 24/7 for eight and one-half years since August 1998.

The whole shift was to a government which created a scapegoat subjected to surveillance in order to cover up the problems and blame something else as the reason for them when they did emerge.

This environment consists of three Labour Party Councillors and a Labour Party MP who have worked with this government closely to implement, carry out and sustain the creation of this surveillance society.

Local tenant management in the form of the Lancaster West Estate Management Board (EMB) created by the Council was dominated and controlled by this local environment outside and unaccountable to the also Council created Tenant Management Organisation (TMO).

This is a primary reason why this surveillance society has developed and never been stopped. It is for the use of power and image management at the local level without transparent and fair responsibility and accountability.

The whole direction that this government has taken for the past ten years has been to create the illusion of law enforcement and justice in the community. The statistics are better because they are inaccurate and do not reflect what is actually happening.

This government is not qualified on this basis to look ahead at the next ten years claiming to seek the engagement of the public. This government has spent the past ten years destroying people like me who would speak the truth replacing those who have a vested interest in hiding the truth.

Any future engagement will reflect this with the errors reinforced and the failures of government continuing to get worse. Such "engagement" in the future will involve those who have sustained this criminal and antisocial behaviour standard which, therefore, will be perpetuated. Illusionary government will continue, and society will get worse.

The sooner this Labour government is replaced by either the Conservatives or the Lib Dems the better. However, both these parties are calling for local control which could be even worse. There must be a method to redress all grievances properly, and this does not exist.

60 voters discuss policy at No 10

Number 10 Downing Street
The voters will meet ministers to discuss policy

Sixty British citizens are meeting ministers at 10 Downing Street to discuss government policy.

The voters, representing a cross-section of society, will take part in the Citizen Forum to debate and vote on policies for public services.

Labour Chairman Hazel Blears will be among the ministers at the meeting, which is part of a six-month policy review by the government.

The findings will be presented to a meeting of the Cabinet on Thursday.

The voters, chosen by pollsters Ipsos Mori as representative of British society, will discuss public services, the role of the state and crime.

2. While the Downing Street Forum meets today with respect to government policy in the next ten years, NHS staff are demonstrating throughout the country about NHS cuts and the ten year policies which have led to these cuts. I wonder if Richard Evans MD and his NHS colleagues are demonstrating about government policies which have paid him and others significant overtime to go into the community in support of surveillance technology abuse including unlawful surreptitious medication and medical experimentation carried out on a nonconsenting human guinea pig. At the same time he and his NHS colleagues have been acting as community police officers helping to fabricate allegations of mental illness to drum up business for themselves thereby enhancing his and others' careers based upon "dirty data."

The honest NHS professionals certainly have a legitimate complaint about cuts in light of the waste during the past seven plus years which I have witnessed and experienced directly with the abuse of power from some in the NHS. There has also been the hundreds if not thousands of false emergency callouts made by those using and abusing the surveillance technology for NHS medical responses where there was no problem whatsoever. The "better quality care" described by Health Minister Rosie Winterton below has to be defined and explicitly described in light of the abuses which have been carried out in the community in my direct experience for many years.

NHS staff protest over job cuts

Surgery
Thousands are expected to protest over cuts to jobs and services

Health workers are to hold marches and rallies to protest about cuts to NHS jobs and services.

The events are being co-ordinated by NHS Together, an alliance of unions and NHS staff organisations.

The aim is to warn that services are under threat from deficits and "constant change".

Demonstrations are set to take place in a variety of cities that include London, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield and Belfast.

TUC general secretary Brendan Barber is expected to tell a rally in Sheffield that the government is in danger of "squandering" the political credit it has earned for its investment in the NHS.

. . .

Health Minister Rosie Winterton said unions and staff signed up to the principles of the NHS Plan, which sets out reforms over 10 years.

She said: "If we know that change will deliver better quality care and better value for money for taxpayers, then standing still is simply not an option."

3. Sat Mar 3 12:22:42 GMT 2007: excessively loud thumping bass music from the flat below has been going for up to some 30 minutes filling my flat with its disruptive and distracting antisocial noise nuisance. This also vibrates the floor and reflects a complete disregard of others by those in the flat below forcing others to submit to their antisocial behaviour. They continuously push as hard as they can in every way day and night getting away with this activity while surveillance technology which can and does observe and note this abuse of fundamental standards of decency and respect is not used in any meaningful way to ensure that proper standards are maintained. It is the abuse of the surveillance technology against me for reporting this excessive noise nuisance that enables this antisocial behaviour to take place.

4. The truth about the real problems in the Home Office haven't even begun to come out yet. Wait until this surveillance technology abuse meets public consciousness. There will be a thumping sound of a different kind from the excessive noise nuisance I am experiencing at this moment as described in the above entry. The Home Office has denied this activity by personally attacking me on the basis of mental illness. The costs of such dishonesty permeate this government across the board at great expense and risk to the taxpayer and community. The last ten years of this government are the foundation for the next ten years unless this government is changed.

Home Office condemned for '10 years of mistakes'

By Nigel Morris, Home Affairs Correspondent

A staggering catalogue of mistakes by the Home Office over 10 years led to the troubled department failing to pass on information about 27,500 crimes committed by Britons abroad, a report into the scandal has concluded.

5. The squelched BBC gives us a peak. Was this an Email about a coverup?

No 10 e-mail basis of injunction

Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith
The Attorney General was granted an injunction after a two-hour hearing

An internal Downing Street e-mail between two members of Tony Blair's inner circle is at the centre of an injunction against the BBC.

The Attorney General obtained an injunction against the BBC to stop it broadcasting an item on Friday night.

The details obtained by the BBC could have been central to the investigation into an alleged Downing Street cover-up over the cash for honours affair.

But the police were concerned that the BBC could hamper their inquiries.

The inquiry began a year ago into claims that honours were granted in exchange for loans to the Labour party.

It has recently expanded into an investigation into allegations of attempts to pervert the course of justice.
