Tonight on BBC Four's live broadcast of the BBC Proms from the Royal Albert Hall the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sir Colin Davis performed James Macmillan's The Confession of Isobel Gawdie. She was murdered as a witch in 1662 after a confession was obtained by torture. This "tone poem" requiem for her as James Macmillan described it during an interval interview after its performance was extraordinarily powerful. I sent the following Email to the Proms while listening:

A brilliant work as described to extend humanity to a victim who was deprived of life by sadistic torture and murdered by the crowd.

Such destruction exists still today with today's technology complete with all the players only this time its the psychiatric profession instead of the clergy all moved into the neighbourhood to carry out a torture murder with surveillance technology.

This has been done to me 24/7 for the past eight years by a mob of scores if not hundreds over these years including all the elements of society supporting the sadistic crushing of life with the ultimately lethal use of the surveillance technology.

We all sat watching and listening to this with comments by me tape recorded as part of my notes and comments from those using the surveillance technology of the most abusive kind.

Mr Macmillan needs to compose something about what is happening today with respect to scapegoat psychology where the witch hunt, torture and ultimate murder are still being played out officially by the government against those who are not liked and for no other reason.

I urge everyone to track down and listen to this extraordinary composition by James Macmillan. The reason I sent the above Email was to make the point which was not clearly enunciated that there is a fundamental shift today to a means of eliminating those who are hated which allows the dark side of the human character to play out as never before. A musical rendition of this torture and death by today's state-of-the-art surveillance technology calls for a completely new expressive rendition about this technology and its slow death over years of use. It reflects the ultimate horror of the total invasion of privacy including brain and thoughts of the target. The trappings of torture and death which have been well associated with such murders in the past are now being changed completely. This requires a new artistic expression of what is currently happening.

We all can rattle off the names of those who have suffered death at the hands of the multitude such as Socrates, Jesus, Jeanne d'Arc. There are as many psychological reasons for this as there are examples but a threat to power and a fear of death are associated with motivations driving those who would kill others in such a mob like manner. There are no boundaries as to class either. The disposition toward the dark side of the human character cuts across all class barriers and is reflected in every human being. George Bernard Shaw touches on this in his preface to Saint Joan when he notes that an accuser of Socrates and thereby Jeanne d'Arc "might have been picked out of any first class carriage on a suburban railway during the evening or morning rush to or from the City" because they did not like being made to look like idiots. This great attack on disliked people designated as witches during the Reformation had much to do with people's unconscious efforts to escape the existential fear of death. Organised religion provides a comfort against the conscious awareness of death thus ameliorating the fear of death. Challenge or be suspected of challenging a belief system which resolves this inner fear no matter how, and the process of resistance emerges taking on a fanatical and obsessive need to destroy that person or persons who would remove this illusion. This is entwined with political power as well and is viewed as a threat to the established order is fundamental beliefs are questioned. This was occurring during the Reformation as is illustrated in Shawl's Saint Joan because she dealt directly with God instead of going through the Catholic Church. This was a heresy.

Witches on the other hand are people so identified in the community as those who are not liked for whatever reason. It can be the above, or it can simply be because as person is different as was noted in the discussion on BBC Four last night during the Proms. The great problem today is that we think that the problem of such massive witch hunts and murders has been solved. It has not. The elements of human psychology are the same but the technology for carrying out the torture and murder are much different making a use of this on a mass scale possible by just a few.

Today the threat from terrorists brings home the same fear of death once again to the population who seeks ways of alleviating that fear by exorcising from the community those who are arbitrarily and capriciously designated as a threat. The mob finds its scapegoats once again as it did in the past. The great difference today is that the mob has surveillance technology unheard of and undreamed of in the past, and even now most people are in a state of denial because they do not want to believe such totally invasive neurological technology exists and can be used easily by anyone. In fact, it is in the hands of the criminally disposed and is being abused in the extreme completely circumventing and undermining democracy as we know it which has emerged from these thousands of years of abuse to protect against further abuse.

This is why I suggested that James Macmillan write a similar work about the present and what is happening now with respect to torture and murder in the community against those who are disliked for whatever reason. I believe based upon the past eight years of direct experience that we are in for another period of witch hunts which will focus on potential terrorists by identifying them in advance based upon nothing more than hatred in the community against those who are suspected or feared for some superficial emotional reason.

There will be an effort to identify and predict actions in the future which will lead to people being deprived of life in advance of doing anything. This will be terrorism carried out by the state against potential terrorists to destroy them. This has been my experience of the past eight years. Those in authority will turn loose the mob to carry out this destruction of human life based upon fear mongering. The mob will have access to and operational control over this surveillance technology as has occurred in my situation.

Those using this neurological surveillance technology will create a mystique of knowledge that no one else has and make claims that no one else can readily verify. These will be false allegations and negative characterisations which reflect bigoted and ignorant emotionalism rather than an objective and verifiable knowledge. The demented psychological character will use the state-of-the-art surveillance technology to repeat this same pattern of behaviour which has occurred throughout the history of human civilisation to carry out torture interrogation to force a confession (or try to force one) under threat of death from the lethal use of this technology. The objective will be mass population control through fear.

This has been my direct experience 24/7 for eight years. I believe it will be the future.
