1. Last night there was a veritable explosion of violent antisocial behaviour which erupted primarily from the flat below for about an hour commencing about 2100 and lasting until a little after 2200. I documented what was going on as I do as it occurred by recording media not knowing that at each step more was to follow as this resulted in "surround mob" behaviour on all sides: below, above, out the front windows, on the other side out the front door and also on the third side out the kitchen window. This included some extraordinary behaviour which I managed to record that was coming in the windows and doors. I spent today reviewing this direct evidence for the Email below which I finally sent at the very end of the day. This should be considered a prime example of community stalking driven by those using the surveillance technology.

Gentlemen:

This is as far as I've gotten today in preparing the detail which is extremely important for grasping the essence of these disturbances surrounding my flat and their relationship to violence including a rapster outside in the street who was rapping about death which I recorded (see transcription below).

In fact what exists here are the recordings of these things as they happened. I've provided partial transcriptions of each to show what they contain, but actual sounds are the most important to experience for a grasp of the reality of the complete failure which has occurred over the past decade with regard to tenant management and policing as well as other government departments.

What I did not include here is the DR recordings in the 112A audio clip. It's about 20 minutes long and is my description of what was happening while all the other direct audio clips were being made. There are some background noises there that are important. For some strange reason this particular file will not upload to the web site, and I have not had the time today to transcribe it. It will have to come along later. Most likely this will arrive in a couple days on a CD-R by post.

But, here is the essence of what has transpired as part of the violence and antisocial standard created and sustained by the use of surveillance technology from those associated with the flat below since August 1998. Essentially, the whole place blew apart for an hour last night.

In the hour from about 2100 to about 2200, there were serious disturbances on all sides of my flat: above, below, Walkway, out front and out in the road. I briefly outlined the core of these disturbances in last night's Email. Here are the relevant details gleaned from the audio recordings and their notes as well as links to some audio recordings.

All of the above review activity was closely monitored and commented upon by those using the surveillance technology, Lt Harry Bird, BS and others, searching for ways to preempt and preclude the evidence I had collected to their advantage by supporting their false allegations and false negative characterisations in order to pervert the course of justice among other crimes and unlawful acts. This was extensive today during preparation of this Email.

I watched a film on BBC Four (The Mill on the Floss) from 1900 to 2100 at which time these events were noted as starting coincident with my food preparation which took about the same time to cook some chicken, veggies and bake a potato.

21:02:37 Into the bathroom where I noted on the Personal Digital Recorder (PR): "Shouting, loud thuds, arguing female voice from below." DW_A592.wav (not available online)

21:02:37 DR also records my PR entry simultaneously since I am near it and commenting on the film just seen which was taken from the book by George Eliot.

21:04:14 Back into the chair. Refer to the same noises again. Uploading PR which had filled. "Same shouting I just heard is coming from the front window now. Must be coming up from below. Shouting away LW D/D (Left Front Window Distant/Dungeon). We'll have to see." These sounds cannot be heard on the recording.

I then go into the kitchen and start the food preparation. Some of these noises can be heard on the DR in the living room near the kitchen door because they turn it on with its voice activation feature. Sounds of pots and pans and veggies being poured into the pot.

21:14:04 Describe comment/question "Why?" from BS and cooking activity. Continuing to upload the PR files on another system. Shouting in the background which sounds like "Potty as shit" from a young voice. This has to be verified, but I do note ". . . KW [kitchen window] direction."

21:16:32 Describes scrapes and thuds and "Screeches KW." "Wow! Starting up the thumping music. Loud door slam below. [can be heard on recording]

21:17:25 "Door slam below . . . screeching from KW. People have come apart."

21:18:58 "Saturday . . ." This is the beginning of the entry made on the PR which is also picked up on the DR with its voice activation. The reason I put the PR in the kitchen window [KW] was due to the noises which I described above so that these sounds from the public area outside the KW could be recorded as they were abusive.

21:18:58 Put the PR in the kitchen window sill (KW) to record the noises coming from outside. Initially the thumping music from below can be heard coming in the kitchen window. It was so loud that it wrapped around the building from in front underneath.

My voice can be heard coming from the living room making a recording on the voice activated digital recorder (DR) faintly in the background as the noises come from outside including the thumping music. I did this after I recorded the two separate music recordings below on the DR.

There are some noises of my activity in the kitchen toward the end of this audio clip as I continue cooking.

"Music 21:19:42 Saturday 10.03.2007 living room bookcase" Thumping bass music can be heard which fades a bit. Some faint voices can also be heard near the end of this audio clip. it would be useful to enhance these if possible. "21:21:00 off with the living room."

[The music is not recorded well here in the bathroom but comes through near the front door with these sounds coming in from the Walkway. The same is true in the bedroom with the sounds coming in loudly from the bedroom window. Although these can be heard with the ear, they are not picked up on the digital recorder except where they are a little louder.]

"21:22:17 [pause to listen then] window sill; [sound of loud female voice and noises including thuds and thumps; door slam with rattle] Extraordinary amount of noise from below. Same female heard from the bedroom window coming from the front door.

While still in the bedroom, I started the diary once again on the DR after the above two music clips.

"Diary Saturday 10:03.2007 Just finished two recording files for the thumping music and the extraordinary loud voices coming from below coming in/out from the front door from the Walkway and from the bedroom window. Male and female. Loud noises from below: hits, thuds all kinds of things. OK, out of the bedroom now into the hallway. She was yelling "Potty as hell" when I went into the bedroom. There's more thuds from below. Probably not heard it here [on the digital recorder], but anyway here we go over to the computer trolley area."

[I continued to record here while the PR was still running in the window sill. As was described above, my voice can be heard in the background of that recording as I recapped what had gone on with this recording.]

The above recording lasts until 22:09:30 (it's last entry) when I start eating. During the period, there was a great deal of activity which I also captured on the PR after removing it from the window sill. The PR is used as a portable note taker while the DR remains on the desk. These recordings will be simultaneous from time to time as noted above.

21:26:32 [Into the bathroom]. . . "Lots of shouting, hits and thuds from below. Extraordinary noises. . . . Yelling loud noises. Coming out into the Walkway. "He did," screeches a female. [Sound of thuds from below.] Voices and door slam down the Walkway. Yelling from below. Listen to this. Someone's really throwing stuff around. This disturbance can reach a point to call the police. Sounds like a fight. [More loud thuds heard along with voices] Sounds like domestic violence. Female yelling "Ya hear? He did." Spilling over into the Walkway here." 21:30:24 Very loud shouting from Walkway. Female sounds like she yells "xxxxxxx." "Now that was from xxxxx across the way. . . . A male ran out, picked up somebody and carried them back into the flat. He was wearing red, or she was wearing red. . . . " [When these noises started, I went out into the hall and looked to see what was happening while recording.]

21:31:53 "Trying to keep that other clip separate. Saturday 10.03.2007. There's more than one going on here. I'm going to flush the toilet now. [Toilet flush sound]. . . . "Oh, boy, listen to these noises. Extraordinary."

[I then went into the kitchen with the recorder still on and put it in the kitchen window sill (KW) again due to the very loud music and voices coming from outside.]

21:33:29 "Into the kitchen . . ." [Put PR in the KW]

Very loud music can be heard initially from a vehicle in the road under the KW.

"All right, I got a dead man feeling here, understand," says a male which might be the music lyrics, or might be someone speaking with the music in the background. (Elapsed time 04:17)

After a while it sounds like a female uses the name "xxxxxxx." (Elapsed time: 04:50). Listening closely it sounds like two other people speak this name just before it is clearly pronounced.

It might be "xxxxxxx" here who is rapping these lyrics while turning the background music up and down.

After the music outside stops, there is the voice of a child who talks for a bit from outside.

21:37:32 "OK, the loud music has stopped; some voice still coming in up to here, but it's faint . . . All right. Very loud thuds and thumps and everything going on all around so we got violence all over the place now [including the music]. [About a dozen fast thumping sounds can be heard in the background] Somebody's pounding on something at the moment."

21:38:03 Saturday 10:03.2007 "OK, back to where I was now. I'm gonna start this over again while I continue cooking here. . . . We've still got some people out here. All this has come together at one time, hasn't it? Including xxxxx. . . . [Sound of people making noises in background] People out there making noises. Someone said "He's come." Rubbish. Now, [couple thuds in background] these are the violence factories here, and they are exposing themselves for what they are."

[Described the events here up to this point.]

"Somebody's yelling like there's a real fight going on." [Female screech and noises can be heard in the background.] "Out in the street maybe? Sound of a can there."

"Now let's see here." as I walked back into the hall with a child yelling from the Walkway.

21:40:33 "Into the hall. Loud noises, children in the Walkway." [Loud thumping music can be heard in the background coming from the Walkway/Below] "That's very loud music. OK, now, that's coming from below. I get it in the bedroom too. Just stopped."

21:41:08 "In the bedroom now; over to the bedroom window. Extraordinary stuff here. Oh, yes, female said "Throw him out" while I was at the front door. That will probably be recorded on this. Looking out the window here. Three guys over there. Innocent bystanders walking this way from the end of Testerton. [Described this activity against the sound of female voices getting louder from outside. (Elapsed time 03:48.)]

[At elapsed time 04:24 following loud talking a female starts making 'Oh, woo oh" sounds. These go on. More chattering and noises. Another older female says "All right, that's enough." "We've had enough of this song. . . . No come on." says another younger female.]

[Described the people out front and the three guys walking by activity while these noises were going on.]

"Loud noises from below. Female out there really yelling away."

[Elapsed time 05:37 the loud female singing "Oh, woo, oh" again with lots of chatter going on.]

"Sounds like she's trying to imitate Deborah Harry Heart of Glass.

21:44:01 "OK, I have to go back into the kitchen. Enough of that sample. It's going to go on for a long while. It's going to be a long night tonight with all this stuff. It's going to continue."

21:44:29 "Back into the living room. Turning this off."

"Got some loud screaming and screeching going on. Somebody's yelling. Well, this is police business. The whole place has erupted here. Yeah. OK, here we go. Oh, this is under surveillance. They can call the police.
