Since they are fundamentally psychically disturbed, I've been able to learn all that they are doing from their continuous verbal abuse courtesy of the electromagnetic radiation transmission of sound as part of the surveillance activity.The fact that the mother of the abused children whom I reported in May 1998 for child abuse is also a key participant along with others like her from this environment adds to the validation of all that has been happening. She is most definitely emotionally disturbed and is being exploited by Vine and Bird for her criminal behaviour. By seeking revenge and retaliation with her own agenda, she has let me know all that is happening from someone already well known. This exploitation of disturbed personalities reflects shades of COINTELPRO which one would expect from the likes of Vine and Bird.There are no mysteries here, and the past five years have just been part of the past 7.5 years of 24/7 torture from the use of surveillance technology used as a weapon. I was very fortunate to have the prior 2.5 years experience since August of 1998. This gave me an excellent foundation in learning to cope with surveillance technology used for abusive purposes in the hands of many people. This last five years is also conincident with George Bush's presidency.The transition to the most sophisticated surveillance technology five years ago was made much easier although it took me a good six months to fully confirm the nature of the new surveillance technology. It took me this long to really confirm that they could see through my eyes, for example. The point in using such technology is to destabilise and destroy a human being. It didn't work with me fortunately since I knew what was happening already. The fact that this technology is so far advanced at present means it can be used to monitor and usurp all other research by stealing what might be useful and misdirecting, inhibiting or destroying any other research that is becoming too successful. Being able to monitor all that a person sees, hears and thinks is ultimate control. If you suspect that your phone is tapped, this will alter your behaviour regarding the use of your phone. The same is inevitable with monitoring the human bran's activity although I must admit that I've grown to accept it as a part of existence now and carry on despite others monitoring everything I do every second of the day and night while trying to interfere with all human activity with extensive abuse. It's this abuse which provides an anchor enabling me to understand, confirm and effectively deal with this torture.As a result, their abuse is ineffective although the use of the technology has physiological side effects and is ultimately lethal. It's like being subjected to a continuous brain scan with intensely low frequency pulsed electromagnetic radiation at a high frequency. The pulsing lower frequencies match the brain's frequencies while the higher electromagnetic microwave radiation drives the signal deep into the brain. Again, this is part of the medical experimentation to see what will happen and how long before it kills the target. This is exactly what the Nazis did in their concentration camps. No implants are required and satellite communications are used. Anyone anywhere can be tracked and monitored from any location in the world once their brainwave halo is mapped and the unique characteristics of their brain's frequencies are established. Using computer technology makes this easier and easier as a database of knowledge is created. All the human sensory perceptions can be monitored accurately and feedback for sound, pain, muscle movement and image/words inducement can be carried out. Memory probing during sleep by the latter is accomplished by means of dream stimulation. It's all there, and it all works with R&D and experimentation going on as fast as possible at the expense of life itself for people targeted like me. Death can always be attributed to natural causes.Those of us who report what is happening are attacked viciously as being mentally ill in the hopes of discrediting the reporting while creating fear in others about reporting what might be happening to them. This is just more control. The whole foundation of mental health diagnosis is both under threat and enhanced by this technology.This technology's malevolent abuse can be used to falsely accuse undesirables of mental health problems in order to incapacitate by means of surreptitious medication from the use of this surveillance technology and hopefully incarcerate outside the legal justice system if the target refuses to give up and comply. The Soviet Union's abuse of false allegations about mental health problems is now being surpassed in spectacular fashion.It's benevolent use can exonerate people of such false allegations and be used to more accurately diagnose and deal with genuine mental health problems to say nothing about a host of other medical applications which would revolutionsie medicine as we know it. Instead, this technology is being held a closely guarded secret for extreme abuse and control purposes whose research is not being made available in the true scientific spirit of shared research for the benefit of all. This is what must be addressed. I would not dwell on anything except the state of the art of this technology today and the means to detect and monitor its feedback process. Unless knowledge of this technology and its abuse enters the general public awareness sooner rather than later, there will be no later that is not free of control and manipulation. Fear and terror will become the standard of global government rule in the hands of the few with a truly free democracy a nonexistent memory which will have been obliterated courtesy of this technology.
