1. Fri Jun 8 16:09:07 BST 2007: Loud thumping bass music from below started a couple minutes ago after a five day hiatus. This went on for three consecutive days starting a week ago on that Friday afternoon continuing up until midnight. It has now kicked off again waking me after I had dozed off for a short nap while sitting up in the chair. This results from the chronic sleep deprivation created by those with the surveillance technology.
Even the briefest of naps is wrecked by this continuous 24/7 antisocial behaviour from one source or another. Those using the surveillance technology exploit and enjoy this continuous disruption to my peace and quiet. The bully gets to see the impact of this noise nuisance by means of the surveillance technology giving them great sadistic satisfaction from crushing life. Since this is shared with the general public by means of the surveillance technology, I make it public here as well to make certain that the record is kept accurate about exactly what is happening overall including this extreme noise nuisance thoughout my flat.
This is also made public since those connected with tenant management and the Council with the responsibility for addressing this problem properly have failed to do so now for over a year. This also underlines the fact that the surveillance technology is used for singular abusive objectives against me and has nothing to do with any standards whatsoever.

Fri Jun 8 16:39:03 BST 2007: Loud, thumping music turned on again. Hard, loud door slam from below as I write this entry. Then it stopped again after a few minutes.
 | Tuesday, 5th June 2007, 1147: rubbish bag outside the door to the flat below. These people have no regard for others at all and persist in their antisocial behaviour. There is the music described above and this rubbish on the floor as noted three days ago on one of my normal trips outside. Please note the disused hanging flower pot by the front door below has also been turned into a litter bin that is never emptied. Must make a nice home for vermin by this time, and maybe they can eat what's on the wrappers. |
2. The antisocial behaviour in the area includes the fly tipping surrounding the recycle Blue Bins and some more next to a wall near these. The absence of the safety door on the rubbish chute by the front door displays the deliberate disregard of tenant management for the safety of the tenants and especially their children. This now appears to be part of the attitude of those who have responsible positions in tenant management to "punish" all the tenants for this problem whose source is actually the failures related to tenant management.
This was the attitude and very words I encountered in June 1996 shortly after I moved into my flat here. This was stated by Keith Stevens when I reported the vandalism to the front door lock mechanism one morning in mid-June 1996 at the Grenfell Tower where tenant management has its offices. He thought that the lock should be left disabled since it was the parents who were responsible for the behaviour of the children who committed the vandalism until the vandals were identified.
This constituting punishing everyone here by denying proper security with respect to the front door. The front door lock was not repaired for four and one-half months until 1st November 1996. During this time the Notting Hill Carnival took place on the last Monday of August 1996 which is a time when security needs to be at its best. On the night of the Notting Hill Carnival I witnessed a rape and attempted murder from my kitchen window. Keith Stevens is still the buildings and grounds manager for the Estate, and these problems still persist.
During 1997 I was dealing extensively with the problems of rubbish disposal and the motor bikes/scooters operating and parking on the Estate as once again noted below. Following the vandalism of the signs prohibiting such parking in the "Pen," I met with a police officer who came to my home concerning the mangled signs I had recovered to be used for evidence. This police officer claimed that this was his first day on the job although he spontaneously brought up the subject of my complaint about Keith Stevens who had proposed punishing everyone by leaving the front door lock unrepaired the previous summer.
This police office noted that such a person at that level of buildings and grounds management does not determine policy. This statement was made out of context of anything in the discussion at that time and reflected the fact that I had made a negative comment about him which I had brought to the attention of the then Area Manager. I found it extraordinarily unusual that this police officer who claimed to be on his first day on the job hear would bring up a negative comment about what I had described in the past. He had evidently been well briefed by a negative attitude from tenant management which influenced his attitude toward me. He was visibly hostile and rejected the evidence I had obtained with regard to the vandalism.
This meeting with the police in my home was the first and last such meeting since it raised questions about the objectivity and even handedness of the police and surveillance technology was installed eleven months later. When dealing with this police officer, I did not raise the issue of the child abuse from the flat below although I had called the police with regard to the rage incident which occurred the previous month involving these people. I did mention this incident since it had involved the police. In fact, the officer who responded to that call looked very much like the officer who was present in my home and claimed to be on the first day of his job here. I did not mention the child abuse due to his overall dismissive attitude with regard to the incidents which I raised, the vandalism evidence and his statement about what the police were emphasising.
His only concern at that time as he described was burglary and drugs about which I had no specific information. There was no basis for my communicating further with this police officer, and his statement about the emphasis of the police with regard to burglary and drugs precluded any further discussion or communication regarding the problems which were actually occurring with regard to domestic violence, child abuse and antisocial behaviour such as the vandalism. At the beginning of our meeting I did supply him with a list of the motor bikes/scooters including licence numbers which involved eight or more of these vehicles that were operating and parking on the Estate out front during the previous five months.
I have had serious problems regarding police behaviour in this environment including collusion with tenant management and directly working with the antisocial and criminal personalities especially in the use of the surveillance technology. I have concluded the police are anything but fair, objective and even handed in its law enforcement.

Two months ago tenant management sent me an Email stating that A E Williams was supposed to repair it. Last week the safety door which had been sitting nearby disappeared. The plot thickens. |

3. Operating and parking motor vehicles on the Estate continues as a serious safety problem.

This time he tries to hide the motorbike from sight by putting it close to the "Pen" wall and behind a tree, but a bit still sticks out. |
4. For sale sign goes quickly while fly tipped rubbish remains on top of Blue Bins. Somebody has their priorities reversed unless the flat sold in a matter of days. Usually, the estate agents leave them up anyway as an advertisement of their ability.

5. As the Italian trial starts with regard to 26 people involved in rendition there and a further report confirming the use of secret prisons in Europe is issued, the subject of "extraordinary" rendition re-emerges in the news. The police also release a report claiming that no evidence was found to substantiate claims of rendition flights using UK airports.

A Council of Europe investigator says he has evidence to prove the CIA ran secret jails in Poland and Romania to interrogate "war on terror" suspects.
Dick Marty, a Swiss senator, has been investigating CIA operations on behalf of the European human rights body.
In his new report, released on Friday, Mr Marty says secret CIA prisons "did exist in Europe from 2003 to 2005, in particular in Poland and Romania".
The governments of both countries have strongly denied any involvement.
A spokesman for the CIA told the BBC that "the CIA's counter-terror operations have been lawful, effective, closely reviewed, and of benefit to many people - including Europeans - by disrupting plots and saving lives".

A police inquiry says it has found no evidence UK airports have been used to move CIA detainees who faced torture.
The probe examined a complaint by the human rights group Liberty that "extraordinary rendition" flights landed on British soil.
The Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo), which carried out the investigation, said "no evidence had been found to support the claims".

You've describe "rendition" as something that developed after 9/11. I question this.
There was most definitely a kidnapping and removal policy and programme of people from the UK before 9/11. I believe that this was part of the rendition which emerged later.

I've sent correspondence to various people in government including Jack Straw when he was Foreign Secretary. After I sent my correspondence about rendition and my experience, he admitted to UK renditions and indicated that at least one of them had occurred previous to 9/11. I believe that his removal as Foreign Secretary might very well have been influenced by this admission.

6. The issue of accelerating birth rates came to the fore yesterday. This morning there was a short broadcast comment about rising birth rates among immigrants, but I did not see any further reports on this subject. However, I did write my thoughts on this subjects as I have directly experienced involving the abuse of surveillance technology.

The fertility rate has hit its highest level since 1980 as more women in their late 30s and 40s have babies, official figures show.
The Office for National Statistics data revealed women are having 1.87 children on average - up from 1.8 in 2005.
The fertility rate in England and Wales has been rising since the all-time low in 2001 of 1.63 following an almost continuous fall since the late 1980s.
But experts predicted it was unlikely to keep rising.
The upturn has been largely driven by increasing birth rates among older women.

Have you noticed that people who feel vulnerable or in need of protection (often unconsciously) because they feel that they are in a tenuous situation have children in the hopes that this will protect them?
Those in such situations feel that they can gain security by having children in the hopes that this will preclude negative actions against them. They further might feel that they can gain more in a socialist state from its benefits if they have children, e.g., housing.
This is an all-to-familiar situation where teens would have child after child in order to obtain more benefits and live off the system as they grew older.
In my situation, the mother of the abused children whom I reported in May 1998 managed to get surveillance technology installed in August 1998 based upon false allegations and then access to it to carry out revenge and retaliation against me for having reported the child abuse. This has gone on 24/7 for eight and three quarter years so far.
She has had at least one further child and claims to be currently pregnant again, yet she spends all her time, every bit of it 24/7, dedicated obsessively to the abuse of surveillance technology against me.
Starting in at least 2001 she has claimed my flat as her own which has been reinforced by various people surrounding her throughout all these years. During that period several years ago, she went through a time when she claimed that she was pregnant. To me it was an obvious play for sympathy to get what she wanted from others by exploiting their emotions. Former US Marine Colonel Vine did not buy this manipulation either and told her bluntly "You should have used a condom."
At one point when I was describing her total obsession 24/7 with the abuse of the surveillance technology as I am doing now, she agreed than she had been present all these years 24/7 since August 1998 but noted that she was away for a day and a half when she gave birth thus confirming both her obsession and pregnancy.
It appears as though she is once again playing the emotional card with another pregnancy because she has not been able to obtain what she wants: my removal from my home so that she could move in.
The great problem with this whole activity is that she has demonstrated that she is an unsuitable mother by her total obsession with the surveillance technology abuse against me 24/7, yet nothing is done to stop her activity. As a result, her children are growing up being trained in extreme antisocial behaviour to become bullies and worse on top of being neglected.
This is another aspect of how the system has failed completely by letting those with emotional disturbances and a violent character act these out with the full support of the state by the use of surveillance technology.
She was living in her mother's flat below until I reported the child abuse there in May 1998, and since then has been homeless living catch-as-catch can while using the surveillance technology to hopefully get rid of me and take possession of my flat.
Overall, people are impacted by such emotional manipulation, and it becomes clear why immigrants have large families because they feel that they will gain greater protection and benefits from the system.
Obviously, this has worked in this situation where a child abuser has been able to manipulate the system to her own advantage in an extraordinary number of ways with the help of surveillance technology without having been recognised for what she is actually doing, or such recognition has been deliberately ignored when I describe it as I am doing here.
Doesn't say much for the system or the people in it, does it?
